Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Wrong calculation

Hi, This is Muruganantham and my EB service # [protected]

Problem is, We went onsite and came back on june 14th 2022 only. We were paying EB bills online only during these times.

We noticed meter was not working when EB reading staff came to my house after 19th june 2022. We filed complaint also for meter not working.

Since 6 months we did not use electricity much and paid minimum charges only.

Today we got the notification for EB bill, they put 840 units and Rs. 1010.

Really not sure how they calculated this number without working EB meter.

We need a proof how they calculated 840 units because we never used that much electricity because we are staying @ home since 10 days only.
