நான் தினசரி வேலைக்கு அரசு பேருந்துதில் உளுந்தூர்பேட்டையில் இருந்து விழுப்புரம் வருகிறேன். இதற்கு கட்டணமாக ஒவ்வொரு பேருந்து ரூ.33, 35, 37 வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது. இன்று உளுந்தூர்பேட்டையில் இருந்து விழுப்புரம் வரும் போது பேருந்து தில் டிக்கெட் ரூ.40 ரூபாய் கட்டணம் வசூல் செய்யப்படுகிறது நடத்துநர் இவர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

During ticket booking, single occupancy was shown in tnstc app.based on that, we booked the ticket to travel to Chennai.during travel conductor filled the blocked seats by unreserved passengers without any intimation to reserved seat passengers.during this pandemic situation, TNSTC people not considered the safety precautions.

Passanger over load no seats but ticket booked

Good morning sir. Now I'm travelling Chennai to Villupuram vehicle no:tn32 n4656...government say only 50%passengers allowed. But this bus driver 90% passengers allow to sit. This is not good for current situation. And then driver not wear mask also. If you only take the action now. Now only start my travelling chennai to villupuram but unsafe because of driver carelessness.

I am raising complaint against Mr.Veera Raj work as conductor in Tamilnadu, Ranipet, Arcot Bus depo.
Today[protected] Morning 10am arcot bust stand he abused my mother and grandmother since they are women and travel for TN-Wommen free scheme .
Mr.Veera Raj abused very badly infront of all the passenger .

Time he abused : 10 am[protected]
Place : Arcot bus stand
Reason : Used TN women free local travel scheme.

Filing same complian for quick action in TN CM compliance Care .

Requesting team to take strict action against him .

HI SIR. I have travelling from Chennai to kallakurichi. During this pandameic situation for some emergency situations but still the bus is not following govt rules and bus conductor has taking everyone and filling the bus with passengers . During this pandemic situations due to petrol price hike we are using public transport but still noo safety measures taken in this public transport. Still Govt not ensured passenger safetinesss... Please ensure this and check every buses and ensure the safety during this pandemic situations . There is no empty seats in this Situations here no guidelines are followed by bus Conductor. I have not noticed conductor name . Sir as above mentioned is the bus Number . Please take some action and ensure the safety during this pandemic situations.

Hi,
I am yathini. I travelled in tnstc government bus TN 29 N 3273 from erode bus stand to koneripatty pirivu. My ticket charge is 20/- i had 10 rupees note and 2 10 rupee coin. I gave it to conductor but he refused to get the coin. I explained him that i got that coin from one of the government bus conductor. And also i told him i will give the remaining once i reached my stop. He don't even have enough patience to listen to me. Instead he started shouting infront of other passengers. I got depressed because of this incident. I gave remaining 10 rs within 10 minutes after he scolding. And i said him that now i gave you the remaining can you take the words back which you used to scold me. For that he said "na adhuku yedhum panna mudiyadhu. Enna pannuva jail poduviya. Podu pathukalam". This is the way he responded. Kindly take my complaint and take necessary action against him. His name is "MADHESAN TNSTC CONDUCTOR".

I boarded in tnstc bus from Chennai to vellore (its point to point ) on 8th May around 9.45pm, I don't know the bus number .
My handbag is green in color, I had my clothes and ornaments with it and important documents, please find this

Dear sir, Tn gov bus no(TN33N3114) Conductor Mr.GUNASEKAREN charged extra, when I was traveling with my friends on the Tamil Nadu Government Bus from Erode Bus Stand to Erode Junction today(08/05/2021). per ticket Rs 6 only but per ticket Rs 15 take charged (4ticket Rs 60 i payed). Every time I was traveled 11.00 pm all bus (private bus and gov bus ) charged extra.

We were going to Singaperumal kovil to Thiruvallur via Sriperumbudur. The normal ticket price is 35 rs. But conductor giving 40 rs ticket in who travelled this route. We know, all buses charging 35rs in this route. We told, but he doesn't accepted and told me to, if you should pay this, you can go. Nothing else get down to the bus. We were very hurting due to his activities.

Today I was waiting at Perungalathur bus stop for boarding bus to melmaruvathur by 07.10 AM. There were lot of buses bounded to different destination which passes through melmaruvathur but none of the bus conductor has allowed me to board the bus (Due to panamdic 50% were only allowed and there was ample of seat vacancy). Almost for an hour I waited for bus but was not able board bus, I went near to the counter available at Perungalathur...

Today I was waiting in the Peerkankaranai bus stop near New perungalathur - 600 0063 for bus to Guduvanchery. At 9.45 am 500 white board passed away that stop even we where putting our hands to stop the bus. Even we are trying to stop the bus in the middle of the road at GST Road without minding our lives, then also some buses are not stopping the stop though they are seeing us. Only we stop the bus They are not stopping the bus. Only some bus are stopping in the stop after we stop the bus, some buses are not stopping the bus even we stop the bus. In this corona period, if they don't stop the bus we are forced to go in the crowed bus which is stopping the stop. if all the buses stops crowd will be avoided. Kindly ask them stop the bus.

Im dhilip. My area kannikapuram lives in velachery main road. In our area so many peoples uses bus for hospital and scholl collages and office. But tnger, tambaram, mount road buses are not avilable in our area. So peoples are facing so many problems. So could you please recfity the issue asap.

This transport service very worst service this transport is not following any covid precautions and not follow government rules. Bus has full of crowd and allow passengers without mask and this transport bus run with full standing passengers. This will increase and spread covid. So kindly take necessary actions in this regard.

I was traveling in udumalpet to tirupur bus on 03.05.21 2.0pm start at udumalpet.

In jallipatty bus stop an Old man [age around 70] get in & given 100rs note given for ticket.

Conductor told no change & get down from bus at 1km away from bus stop.
I am also told I have change for 100rs but he told another 5mins bus available.

*Very Bad Behavior & He spoils for our Organization Trust from people's*

Stopping : Nathampatti bus stop, virudhunagar dist, Rajapalayam to Madurai highway road, 626138

Actualy no bus is ready to stop in our Nathampatti bus stop in morning especially 9am to 9.45 am. It's very difficult for working person like me. I m working in a nationalised bank and I need to travel around 1/2 hr to reach my office. All the buses had just 25% passengers, even they didn't stop the bus. On Monday nearly 20 to 30 passengers waited for more than 45 min for a single bus. There are so many small villages around the area and Nathampatti bus stop is the main stop for all of them. Please do the needful to solve this issue. It's very difficult for people like me who are travelling daily.

I was returning from sulurpeta to thachoor and ticket cost is 80rs. But the conductor charged me 100rs. I was shocked to see the amount he charged on me. Than i asked him why did you cost this much ?? He thought I'm just a kid so I can't question him. He was talking rubbish saying this government is totally different from other government buses I don't know how can the government itself differ?? And i called my father saying him that they charged me like this... As soon as the conductor saw me talking to my father he came to me and started checking some bit of paper and started showing me that waste paper... I again asked him that this is not the actual cost we have knowledge on cost travelling in buses frequently. He looked scared and went to the driver and he talked for about 5 to 10 mins and the conductor came to me and asked me to give return the ticket i was like why? He said I unknowingly given you the wrong ticket. But how??? Is that unknowingly even after asking him he said me rubbish and after talking to the driver he's saying unknowingly... He even charged wrong amount to all the co-passengers. I got my ticket back only when i raises my voice but what about my co-passengers?? I request you to take action on this. Thank you.

I was travelling from srp to kelambakkam and the conductor was very rude to us while taking ticket and used bad words to us and the driver also was a support to him. And very importantly the driver is driving so fast. And the next time when I travelled in the same bus this happened once again and it was so uncomfortable for us to travel with the vehicle. This happened on 24/04/2021, ticket number 749025. The vehicle number in TN 01 AN 3253
