Sir/Madam
I was traveling in udumalpet to tirupur bus on 03.05.21 2.0pm start at udumalpet.

In jallipatty bus stop an Old man [age around 70] get in & given 100rs note given for ticket.

Conductor told no change & get down from bus at 1km away from bus stop.
I am also told I have change for 100rs but he told another 5mins bus available.

*Very Bad Behavior & He spoils for our Organization Trust from people's*

    Stopping : Nathampatti bus stop, virudhunagar dist, Rajapalayam to Madurai highway road, 626138

    Actualy no bus is ready to stop in our Nathampatti bus stop in morning especially 9am to 9.45 am. It's very difficult for working person like me. I m working in a nationalised bank and I need to travel around 1/2 hr to reach my office. All the buses had just 25% passengers, even they didn't stop the bus. On Monday nearly 20 to 30 passengers waited for more than 45 min for a single bus. There are so many small villages around the area and Nathampatti bus stop is the main stop for all of them. Please do the needful to solve this issue. It's very difficult for people like me who are travelling daily.

      I was returning from sulurpeta to thachoor and ticket cost is 80rs. But the conductor charged me 100rs. I was shocked to see the amount he charged on me. Than i asked him why did you cost this much ?? He thought I'm just a kid so I can't question him. He was talking rubbish saying this government is totally different from other government buses I don't know how can the government itself differ?? And i called my father saying him that they charged me like this... As soon as the conductor saw me talking to my father he came to me and started checking some bit of paper and started showing me that waste paper... I again asked him that this is not the actual cost we have knowledge on cost travelling in buses frequently. He looked scared and went to the driver and he talked for about 5 to 10 mins and the conductor came to me and asked me to give return the ticket i was like why? He said I unknowingly given you the wrong ticket. But how??? Is that unknowingly even after asking him he said me rubbish and after talking to the driver he's saying unknowingly... He even charged wrong amount to all the co-passengers. I got my ticket back only when i raises my voice but what about my co-passengers?? I request you to take action on this. Thank you.

        I was travelling from srp to kelambakkam and the conductor was very rude to us while taking ticket and used bad words to us and the driver also was a support to him. And very importantly the driver is driving so fast. And the next time when I travelled in the same bus this happened once again and it was so uncomfortable for us to travel with the vehicle. This happened on 24/04/2021, ticket number 749025. The vehicle number in TN 01 AN 3253

            People brings snacks item, water bottles, eat well and throw the plastic cans, plastic papers out of the windows. This must be avoided. So the TNSTC must have dustbins provided in buses and the people must be given awareness where to throw the waste.

            I request the officials to bring this in to force as soon as possible. Thank you.

                நான் இன்று (20/04/21) சேத்பட்டில் இருந்து திருவண்ணாமலைசà... செல்லும் அரசு பேருந்து வண்டி எண் TN 23 N 0684 இல் பயணம் செய்த போது டிக்கெட் ரூ 30 மற்றும் சுமைக்கு ரூ 20 என டிக்கெட் கொடுத்து விட்டு பதிலுக்கு ரூ 70 நடத்துனர் பெற்றுக் கொண்டார்.

                ஏன் என்று கேட்டால் நான் இப்படி தான் டிக்கெட் கொடுப்பேன் தவிர நீ ஏறும் போதே டிக்கெட் எவ்வளவு என்று கேட்டு தான் ஏற வேண்டும்.

                நீ பாத்துக்கு வந்து ஏறித்து இப்ப மீதி 15 தான் என் கேட்டால் நான் எங்கே போவது என் கேட்குறார்.

                இது வரை இப்படி அனைத்து பேருந்துகளிலு... டிக்கெட் வாங்கவில்லை என கூறினால் என்னை தகாத வார்த்தைகளில் திட்டிவிட்டாரà...

                  I have planned to travel from tricky chatram to tailgate in the bus numbered TN 45N 4903, In the middle of carvery bridge he ask to take ticket, so I give 20 rupees, he asked to give absolute 13 rupees, but I didn't have change, so I told I have no change, for that he scold with abusive words in front of passengers and forcefully dropped me at that place, He also used the word "you do what ever you can, it doesn't disturb my job", he abused mentally, please take proper action please

                      Tamil Nadu MTC local bus drivers are driving recklessly. I was way to home from Chennai airport, a MTC bus driver was about to hit my car twice by his driving. When I attempted to question him, he didn’t stop the bus and he continued to drive over and then I over took his bus and stopped in front of his bus and started to shout at him. He also shouted at me as if there was no mistake on him and conductor took video. I request the management to take stringent measures to stop such activities and Advice drivers to drive properly. I’m completely upset with MTC drivers. This is the first time I have stopped my car like this and argued because I’m completely fed up with MTC drivers. I don’t know what else to do, so I’m hoping something to happen with this complaint.

                          I traveled from Chennai to kallakurichi i asked the bus conductor why the bus was stopped every local bus stop instead I paid express ticket. He said that it's the way we travel if you want to complaint go and give complaint and his behaviour very indecent, rude and spoke violently.

                              I am R.Muthuselvi travel on[protected] SETC bus Rameswaram to coimbatore my boarding point at MGR bus stand in Madurai and destination at coimbatore, I have already booked ladies reservation seat no12 window side. But at Madurai MGR bus stand male person was allowed to sit near to me that is seat no 11 objection has raised by me conductor allow to sit unknow gents with me in Ladies reservation seat every sunday this was happened, so i travel un comfortably from Madurai to Coimbatore with fear and harassment of lady.so i requested to take proper action, not to happen further such action in future.                                 On 12.04.2021 At 9:15 am, i went to Singanallur bus stand to board bus for palladam. Usually i used to board AC bus at 8:30 am for Palladam (bus actually destined to Karur). Today one AC bus was ready to move with destination as Trichy. The conductor refused to give ticket for Palladam and hurled abuses on me. I asked him to behave properly and told him that i use ac bus only to go to palladam. He literally pushed me out of the bus. Because of which i have to submit this complaint. I am a central government officer working with ESI department. If conductor behaves like this with an officer, then i wonder how he used to treat general public. Please look into this issue. Bus no is TN45 N 4195. Looking for a favourable response from your side.

                                  Here my complaint against the Bus conductor and Driver, Regarding Not wear a mask through out the journey and then not maintain the bus timings as per schedule of TNSTC, then unknowingly stopped two three places and wasting passanger timings, no allocation for seat availability based reservation passanger, he was using abuse words for delay timings of end point on CMBT chennai..
                                  As per schedule, bus needs to be reached on 6.15, but he came to Chennai 8.40P.M
                                  They didn't bother about the passanger times, they were focused their collections parts..
                                  It was very irrational travel first time has had to me,
                                  Take this complaint to take a step against this issue and will not be happening again..

                                    This is Ragupathy K P (Retired sub- inspector of police) today (11.04.2021) (18.45pm) I have travelled in Kumbakonam Ltd bus(TN49N1680) from Kumbakonam to vikravandi toll gate with my son( care taker), I taken tickets for me and my son, I have given the disabled certificate and care taker certificate also the conductor given only 50% discount for both o[censored]s, but I have certified for 75% disability, when we ask this to conductor, he told that be quite and come i[censored] ask anything means I will through you both out from the bus. Then he told that you have to ajust with what we given to you, should not ask anything more, like this he behaved to us. Please take necessary action on him.                                       The bus num tn 32n 4165 its tirupathi to Chennai bus where as the condition of all the seats are worse every push back seat is broken and its in worse condition then ever imagine and not only that this is claimed to ultra dulex but this doest even have the quality to be said as bus each seat handle of seats are broken and the fare 195 Rs is this really a worth please provide a proper bus we are paying so much money but still we don't get a proper service kindly its our request to repair this bus and their seats

                                        Vankam, ा Today, I boarded the bus at 9 am for the journey from Bangalore to Krishnagiri, then the bus reached Hosur at 11 am and the bus went bad due to some reason and all the passengers got down on the Hosur bus but my journey was on I gave the ticket money 65 and when I asked the contractor that my journey is ahead brother, after deducting the money from Bangalore to Hosur and return the rest of my money, the contractor did not give me my money back and Pushing me down and pushing me down, I request you to take action on the contractor. They misbehaved with me । This bus number TN 29N 2966 This event is today 10/4/2021 my mobile number [protected]
