Sir /Madam,

TRANSFER TO[protected]UPI/DR/[protected]/STATETR/HDFC/statetrans/TNSTC

The above UPI transaction of 1735 rs was carried out to book three adult passengers in Chennai to Madurai bus

While amount was deducted from my bank account the ticket couldn't be booked

The transaction was carried on 24/01/2021 6:30am

When will I get my refund money of 1735 rs ?

    Today, 23rd January (Saturday) by 5.09 a government town bus in Coimbatore TN38N1578, driver of this bus drove recklessly inside the city and tried to harm our car by making a collusion as we reacted on time we were able to dodge it. When we asked it he used abusive words. We are citizens so they should respect us, that’s a fact. I’m not asking them to respect us the citizen but at lest they can refine themselves and can conduct in such a way that we could respect them right.

      Dear sir/madam, On 23/01/2021, I tried to book a bus ticket from Coimbatore to Puducherry in SETC. Amount Rs.1785/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.         Chennai to Arcot 123 bus taking break @ JP Hotel for 20 minutes it's needed or not I don't knows but if the break must need arrange some other locations near by AVIN also available beacz JP Hotel food rate double the cost from MRP it's not only for me it's for our peoples.

          I am form Theni district, I am come back to my home down GUDALUR to LOWER CAMP. the time 5:55pm GUDALUR to kumuly the bus conductor want extra money for lower camp stop, he is during this in 2011, That is he says to me. It is just 5 rupees for me. But during this action in 10 year, that is very big amount forgery. But I don't know his name. But I know the bus number.

                  My handicapped brother refused by conductor and his wheelchair too refused by conductor my brother not able to walk he had 80% of disability... Transport are supposed to serve the all type of people we along with middle class family we haven't car at all... But these type of conductors refused him and his wheelchair too... Hereafter no one can affected by this type of conductors like my brother please do favour action for us .The conductor treat with contempt

                    One of the worst behaviour of conductor I ever seen in my life, very irresponsible reply and treating the passenger as inhuman manner and using unparlimentory words, so please take action against him and we are not travelling in that conductor money we are paying our own money, his behaviour will affect the tamilnadu government only, so please give proper training to government bus conductor that how to behave with passengers...

                    Worst travel in my life history..

                      This complaint for my brother, PNR number T31999916 g.vignesh from Chennai to tirunelveli .my brother was unfortunately move on pickup point so call to conductor tell the situation then conductor sayed you come urappakkam we pickup in urappakkam so my brother move in urappakkam but the conductor not pickup . he waiting two hours in urappakkam how he come native in pongal holiday sutivation all bus are full, I need to refund the amount to same account,

                        I am a college student studying in pollachi, on 13.01.2021 i have been waiting for pollachi to dharapuram bus from 6.30 to 8.00, but till there is no bus, even in prior to pongal holidays, there is no availability of bus, this incident is occuring often, there is no correct timing and bus availability from pollachi to dharapuram, being a college student, it greatly affects me and other students, try to increase buses from pollachi to dharapuram, its my kind request,

                          Poor condition of bus

                          I travelled in 16D bus today (12.01.2021)which goes to thuckalay, which passes through arumanai between 8.05 am to 8.15 am in the morning.it was heavily raining outside and INSIDE THE BUS.There was not even a single seat which was not getting wet by dripping of rain water inside.all the passengers were getting wet by dripping of water.In this pandemic situation where each one is to take care of themselves so as to make sure one is not getting...

                          In Tirupathur District tirupathur to vellore terminal buses are not stopped madhanur stage particularly in night times aren't stopped. There are lot of females are going to work in newly formed Tirupathur district Head quarters.

                          For Ex:
                          TN 29 N2756 CONDUCTOR SAID incase Madhanur i will stop didnt catch the timing to reach the vellore bus stand BUS timing 7:10 PM Departure from tirupathur bus stand

                                Today morning I catch Erode bus around 0520am and it's mentioned as Express and they charge also like express. After that unnecessary they stop more than 4 points for tea break and after reaching karur they act like Normal Town Bus they stoping all intermediary village like two to three kilometres distance and bus driver and Conductor talking continue. It's so irritating...Bus Number: TN33 N3434

                                  After covid they stop 29d and 29c to mathur, Chennai 68. Now only 164 is available to our home we have to reach the office at 9pm at egmore but since this perambur bus is delaying for more than one hr we are unable to reach the office on time and in evening after 6pm they are no 29a to reach to perambur and 164 is not coming after 7pm when we reach so it is difficult for travel purpose and we have to go by auto .

                                    On 06.01.2021 at 6.00 AM the conductor of the bus from Puducherry to Nagapatinam did not accept for ticketing a child of 7 years of age as a half ticket and asked to get down from the bus if I am not ready to take a full ticket even though the child was less than 130 cm height.

                                    The bus number is TN-68 N-0830. The conductor was also not professional while handling the general public.

                                    Please do the needful to prevent any future issues for the people who travel.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I am Deepan, residing in Komarapalayam, Namakkal dt. I am an research scholar at IIT Bombay and working as Assistant Manager at JSW Steel Ltd, Mecheri, Salem. Around 5.50pm on 05.02.2021, when I am returning home after office in Hyundai venue petrol car, between Nangavalli and Vanavasi, there was some road extension project going on in which I was waiting in my left lane towards Vanavasi due to traffic. Suddenly a TNSTC Salem registration number TN30N1113 bus from opposite side (towards Nangavalli) rushed to cross the traffic and hit my car at front driver-side. Inspite of coming and hitting my car in that traffic, the driver is so arrogant and literally told me "I am an govt employee and nothing can be done against him". Since the traffic was very heavy and I did not want to concern others, I quitely moved from that place. However my car at front side bumper and head light glass damaged.
                                      Please consider this as a serious complaint, and take necessary action against that driver. And TNSTC Salem has to bare the damages happened to my car.
