Sir, I Ullas V A on 06 Aug 2023 at about 2040 hrs approached the bus no TN 21 N 1851 parked at Puducherry Pudupalaiyam Bus stand to travel from Puducherry to Melmaravathur. The bus driver was standing on the boarding step and I requested to allow me to enter the bus. He refused to do so stating that there is no room available. On this I requested him that I am willing to travel without any seat. Thereafter he told me that the bus doesn’t have a stop at Melmaravathur. It is pertinent to mention that in the display board of the bus it is clearly mentioned that the bus have a stop at Melmaravathur (Images enclosed). The bus driver was very rude & arrogant in his behaviour. The reason for his atrocious behaviour to an unknown passenger is not understood. Due to this I was unable to travel on the day which eventually resulted in huge loss personally as well as professionally to me. I request to take stringent disciplinary action against such erring staff who tarnish the image of TNSTC. Thnx

    Hello sir/Madam,

    Me and my wife are travelling from Nellore to chennai in a Tamilnadu AC Bus with registration number is
    TN 21 N 3125
    S.C 5442 on August 6 2023 at 11:00 AM
    We are carrying two suitcase luggages. Each one is less than 15 KGS. After boarding bus and travelled to some distance. The bus driver started collecting the money for tickets then asked extra 75 RS for the luggage. I resused to pay because other travellers who are with normal luggage bags carrying two per one person are not being charged.
    He charged us just those are suitcases which are not even bigger they are normal 15 kgs capacity luggages.
    Conductor demanded that the luggages must be charged otherwise he will not let us to travel in the bus.
    We do not have any other option as we travelled certain distance from the bus stop.
    If he would have told that earlier we would not have boarded the bus. The conductor is rude and not answering properly.

      We have been waiting more than 2 hours for manamadurai bus..More buses are came and no one is ready to take us.. They simply said buses are keep on coming for manamadurai... But Conductor and Driver never bother about passengers..

      Request you to take necessary steps to allow people in late night..

        I'm Balaji 54 years old physically disabled, having ID issued Government of India UD ID TN[protected] date of issue 21/3/2020 45 percentage disability, locomotor disability, travelled 2nd night August 2023, from Krishnagiri to satuamanhalam, via dharmapuri, Salem, erode, using my ID, got convection ticket
        From erode to satuamanhalam conductor refused when showing my ID card, he insisted me to show old book type ID, I have explained him, but he refused and forced me to get regular ticket, finally I have taken the regular ticket, no tnstc cbe ltd QM 054, 026274/rs.35, and tnstc cbe ltd, OJ017, 007389 for rs.2.
        I kindly request you to take necessary action, and give me the feedback, if you failed to take necessary action i will put a case in the honourable court

          I have travelled 51 bus from udumalpet to pollachi today at 7.10 pm timing.the conductor of the bus deliberately touched my breast while passing the ticket.he used to do whatever he gets a chance to other women too.i want to punish him for sexual harassment and he aslo disrespect the passengers whenever they ask about routes and stoppings.

              Dear Sir,

              It is with utmost concern that I am writing to you to bring to your attention about how the Minibuses are plying especially around the route of bus number S26, S20, S86. The buses are always so crowded around peak hours, with hardly any space to stand, let alone move towards the exit when it's time to disembark. Not only that, there are also several cases when students especially young teenage boys cling to the doors of the buses, which is extremely dangerous in case anything happens.

              It would be a great help if you could try to increase the number of buses plying in this route so that the capacity will be normalized. Also, if there is made a certain type of rule where standing on the entrance of the bus or even hanging around the door is prohibited, so that no major problem comes.

                Today (28th July, 2023) I booked ticket from TRICHY to BANGALORE in A/C Sleeper seater, bus timing at 22:15 on 2nd August, 2023. Booking failed but amount Rs. 750 has been debited.

                Request you to resolve this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible. Thanks.

                  I Booked a Ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai on 27/03/2022 which failed from your end, And The amount (Rs750) also debited from my account.And i received OB number is "OB16546245"

                  And I also called Toll free to convey this. They asked me to check with my bank.due to OB records not found.

                  And I also checked with my bank side, I am enclosing the bank message details for your reference.

                  "Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 750 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary STATE TRANSPORT CORPORATION account XXXXXXXXXX4076 on 27/03/2022 14:25:17 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank"

                  i had debited and ticket not received and refund also not initated,
                  i enquired many time about this on mail, i had mail proofs
                  they were not responding and sending confimation ticket on 24/04/2022 .

                    I am working in a private company and on[protected] Monday, I had to travel from my home town Coimbatore (Singanallur) busstand to Dharapuram as an official trip in the bus no (TN 38 N 3327) at 7.10 am. When I enquired the bus conductor in busstand, he told me to board the bus only if I have proper bus fare Rs.60 denomination. I had Rs.100 currency denomination and conveyed to bus conductor, but he refused and insisted me to board the bus only with proper Rs.60 denomination and after lengthy argument with bus conductor finally he allowed me to board the bus. This made me really embarrassing situation in the morning hours and pls request Tamilnadu state transport dept to take immediate action on that bus conductor and please provide passengers alternate payment modes like gpay or paytm to avoid this kind of problems in future for passengers.

                      I am a doctorate in engineering. I was traveling in a bus routing from Tenkasi bus stand to Trichy in Tamilnadu on 26th July 2023 at 9.30pm in a BUS route from (Shenchotiah to chennai). Initially I bought ticket from Tenkasi to Madurai I gave rs 200 but the ticket amount is only 165 Rs. Then I gave rs 65 to get back my money of 100.                       Bus number Tn 39 0076 bus number 2 the driver is not stop the bus in the stop periyandipalayam daily, at 7.15am so we the peoples facing so many problems after this bus the next bus is on above 7.30 so we are facing difficulties to go to college office etcc. Incase they stop the bus they are not stop in busstop anywhere else as their wish they stop it and after the passenger get out quickly they running the bus. Even there is no crowd in they are not stopping the bus.This is not happening one day or two day daily facing this difficulty. So kindly take any action for stopping the bus in periyandipalayam stop Tirupur.

                              At present I am waiting in alandurai thompilipalayam stop from 7.30pm but there are no buses available. One bus named poondi passed by and didn't stop at the bus stop. This is a regular bus. We are facing limited bus service after 8pm in our area to gandipuram. Pls take necessary against this bus. Timed passed 8.45pm thompilipalayam to gandipuram 641101

                                Please note that I tried booking a ticket on 9th July 2023 from Madurai to Bangalore. The money got debited through Gpay but the ticket was not booked. The transaction ID is[protected].

                                Yesterday I was booked VELANKANNI to BANGALORE on 15.08.2023. The bus was special bus ( AC Sleeper ) .Velankanni Service Start time : 18.35 and ( Thiruvarur ) my picking Time 19.35 I was waiting for a while and I was reached on time but bus not came till now.I don't know what status of the bus.The contactor mobile number messages also not received my site .and also no support in TNSETC site.In case bus was not scheduled in your side to inform earlier as soon as possible.

                                So that I want my refund my booking amount regarding refund amount.Book Amount Rs.1080 only...But can't able to get my refund amount why because status of the bus is showing Journey started and the bus was not scheduled.what was status of the refund amount ?

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I am a graduate employee working in a bank in Tamilnadu. I was travelling in a bus routing from Erode bus stand to Sivagiri in Erode district of Tamilnadu on 8th July 2023 at 8pm in a BUS NO. 42. I have to get down from the bus in a stop called Railway station. As my handbag was stuck in someone’s hair, I was not able to leave the bus immediately. I have asked the conductor to spare me some minutes. Not only he blowed the whistle immediately and also used harsh words. Is this the way to treat a common people in a public place???
                                  I humbly request you to look into the issue and provide us a permanent solution.

                                    As ther conductor of particular bus mentioned above have irresponsible behaviour against the passanger s, as iam traveling from Sulur to Coimbatore by bus(karur to ghandipuram bus reached at Sulur in 8:50 am July 10 /7 23 ), The bus was crowded with passengers and I was currently unable to hand over the money to the conductor so I have to pay the money after 1 stop to safe get my bag and money the conductor then shouted against me like That I was done a major crime or something and speaking with an irrespectable mannerisms, this behaviour was repeated against another passenger on the same bus by the conductor
