This event occurred on the 20th of December, 8:45 pm at the ecr sholinganallur signal (water tank). The bus with the number TN 21N 2052, driving the route 188 firstly sidelined my car on the main road and scratched my car. Once that happened, the driver got down and started abusing when there was absolutely no mistake from my end. He reaked of alcohol and had the audacity to tell the entire crowd that I was drunk and driving. Being a girl alone, this is absolutely horrifying for any girl to be abused by a driver who's not in his senses. I need a strict action to be taken against the driver who assumed he has to power to first sideline my car, stop me, and then abuse me when he was driving rashly. Please ensure there is strict action taken against this driver and I would like to be notified about the same as well.

The bus conductor informed only 2 stops would be max form hosur, Dharmapuri but these guys are stoping over 8 stops and even for tea very bad lies people need to reach on time to places and time is more important if these continues I'm gonna file a court complaint, request to take appropriate actions immediately. conductor is also very harsh

Regularly Express Bus was stopped all the places from PERAMBALUR to Trichy. But cost of ticket is Rs 46. As a passenger I suffered lot so Please take necessary action.

from manapparai to trichy we started travel at 3.50pm. conductor clearly told me, next stop is trichy. so we get in the bus. First bus stop Maravanur in between Manpparai and trichy. the bus stop at this point. i asked conductor, you told this is straight bus, but you stopped in between stops. Suddenly he angry and he replied me very rude.he replied me, this bus stop every stop. i asked then why the ticket fare will same for non stop and multi stop bus. he replied ask the office. Then again he came and abusing me like you are loose and mental. i told him sir pls dont use abnormal words. immediately driver stop the bus, he abusing me very lot like "periya pundungi, mairandi, poda poi pothuitu utkaru da" . he told me get down from bus like this. My wife pregenant lady and my son 2.5 years old. after start the bus he used "thuluka payaluku pecha paru". this is not acceptable word really.
i sat calm and reached trichy.
in trichy bus stand, all passanger get down at that time driver told me he is rowdy, he called 100 peoples like this.
then finally i complaint MANAPPARAI BM and written complaint given to TRICHY BM.

NOTE: bus name board mentioned TRICHY EXPRESS.

kindly take the necessary action against this driver and conductor. arrange the enquiry.

I was travelling from Kovilpatti to Virudhunagar on 17.12.2020 @ 7 PM with the bus number. TN58N 2490, i was supposed to get down at Virudhunagar PRC stop, but the conductor refused to give ticket for PRC and forced me to get down at VIRUDHUNAGAR COLLECTORATE, Even though TNSTC, Madurai instructed all the buses to stop at VIRUDHUNAGAR, PRC. The said bus conductor is not obeying the rules and regulations of TNSTC, Madurai,

Hence I request you to take appropriate action against the said bus conductor.

Hi, on 17 Dec 2020 i boarded a bus from Chennai to Pondicherry. I brought along a grinder with me for which i was charged 2 tickets for that alone . And 1 individual ticket for me . The grinder is a small one whose weight is less.

I was driving my car and a government bus driver (TN01N5340) hit my car left side mirror and had a worst behaviour towards me along with a police man (self claiming not in uniform). I would like to register a complaint on them and request you to take strict action against them. Thank you.

தற்பொழுது எல்லா வழித்தட பேருந்துகளும் இயங்கும் நிலையில், இப்பேருந்து மட்டும் தாராபுரத்தில் இருந்து திருச்சி மற்றும் கரூர் இயக்கப்படவில்லை.
(4.20am தாராபுரம் to 6amகரூர் to திருச்சி 8.30am)
ஆகவே தங்களுக்கு அதிகாலையில் கரூர் மற்றும் திருச்சி செல்ல மிகவும் சிரமமாக உள்ளது. (மூலனூர் கன்னிவாடி சின்னதாராபுரம் பகுதி மக்கள் ).

இந்த அரசு பேருந்து வண்டியை அடுத்து தனியார் பேருந்து ஒன்று உள்ளது அது தங்களுக்கு நேரத்தை தாமதத்தை அளிக்கிறது எனவே அந்த திருச்சி வண்டியை 4:20am மணிக்கு மக்களின் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக செயல்படுத்துமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

My bus stop is at intersection of erode to Salem and kalipatti - Edapadi (kalipatti pirivu/ mukkonam). Even though lot of buses available, no bus is willing to stop at mukkonam from Salem or erode. They always use the bridge to travel. Please take necessary steps.

[protected] I tried to book 2 tickets from PATTUKOTTAI TO CHENNAI in TNSTC website. Amount Rs.845 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. UPI Reference Number:[protected] Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I am travelling daily in bus to singaperumal Kovil PIN CODE 603204 from maduravoyal daily basis but on day 3rd December 2020 time 6.45. Evening I caught bus number TN 32-N-4263 Deluxe, conductor give me a ticket for 55 rupees which is compare to normal Deluxe ticket price 10 rupees higher in normal old model ticket, actually ticket price Deluxe price is 45 Rs only for Maduravoyal to Singaperumal Kovil, kindly take necessary action on this issue .more conductor are changing high ticket prices using old model ticket paper.

I would like to bring to your kind notice about the illegal attitude of one of the bus conductor in TN transport bus plying between Tenkasi and Tirunelveli in Tenkasi district.

I had boarded a bus no. TN-32N-4143 (photo attached) on 01st Dec. 2020 around 5:45 pm for travel from Tenkasi to Ramachandra Pattanam along with my father and the ticket cost is Rs. 10/- per passenger.

The bus conductor (name unknown and the route number of the bus was hidden by advertisements) collected the total fare of Rs. 20/- and didn't provide me the tickets. Even after asking him couple of times, he just smiled and went ahead. This practice he followed with quite other 5 to 6 passenters also, who travelled for a short distance between Tenkasi and Pavoor chathiram. Among such passengers, especially, one lady passenger along with her 2 children also insisted to provide the ticket saying that incase of checking, who will bear the penalty. To this query also, the conductor went ahead without giving ticket and proper answer.

The photograph of the bus conductor along with the bus registraton details are sent in a separate mail.

I would now request you to kindly inform the concerned authority and initiate proper action, which will help the government not to lose any revenue, as such attituede is being practiced by many of the conductors in this route, especially for travel in short distances.

Hello I am writing from sikkadu Village in kallakurichi district. tnstc Villupuram kallakurichi to adhaiyur town bus route No:2 wich comes to daily has been stopped for no reason for the last 3months. he threatens me with in appropriate words that i[censored] talk to me about this I will file my complaint to the police. therefore they should take immediate action to run the bus. And I humbly ask them to take action against him.
