On 31.10.2020 around 7.45 pm i got a bus with bus number tn72n-2228 ( bye pass rider) at kovilpatti new busstand and i was supposed to get down at virudhunagar prc busstop and i was asking for a ticket for virudhunagar prc bus stop, but the conductor refused to give ticket for virudhunagar prc bus stop, in spite of my request he was not carring about a passenger and he has not given ticket for virudhunagar prc busstop, finally he has given a ticket to get down at virudhungar collector office stop which is nearly 4 km s away from my actual stop ie virudhunagar prc busstop.

Asper the tnstc notification every bus has to stop in the virudhunagar prc ( please see the attachment)

hence i request to take appropriate disciplinary action against the conductor and driver of the bus and advice all the drivers and conductor to act as per the instructions given by the tnstc.

      Request for Refund - Bus Ticket Booking Failed Once the payment was done

      Address: State Express Transport Corporation Tamil Nadu Ltd., Head Office, Thiruvalluvar House, Pallavan Salai, Chennai - 600002.

      On 30/10/2020, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Salem in SETC. Amount Rs.1145/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

      I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

      I have been traveling TN25 N0397, from vandavasi to maraimalainagar I know the fare, . But today conductor gave Tambaram stage ticket

      While asking to him, he's irresponsible answer to me I'm new I don't know like that take kindly take action against him

        I travelled in TN67 N 0925 on 27.10.20 from sivakasi to madurai . Driver was to his four drunken offduty drivers and drived the bus slowly . When I asked the driver to concentrate on driving all six tnstc persons( driver conductor four off duty staffs) threats to attack me using abusive words

            I have booked ticket from Tiruvarur to Chennai for date of journey 15-Nov-2020, and the PNR No:T31399932. The ticket has been booked successfully and I received SMS and Email confirmation. But when i look at the ticket in TNSTC online for printing purpose, the ticket is not showing in booking history. When i reach the support contact numbers 1800 – 419 – 4287,[protected], [protected], mostly the numbers are not working, even luckily if the number is ringing, no response and disconnecting immediately.

              We were travelling from coimbatore to trichy government bus (TN 55, N. 0967) at[protected]. When it crossed paladam, battery got weak and headlight gets off. Passengers in the bus were standing in front of road for more than 2 hours including ladies and children. After that we got one another bus with no space and standing long upto trichy. We didn't eat anything between. We got so much frustrated with this. Please take further action and I trust this won't happen again.

                Date: 19-Oct-2020 Bus No. TN23N2559 departed at 4PM from Chennai MGR bus terminal. From Chennai MGR CMBT bus stand to Hosur. This is a deluxe bus which supposed to operate by stopping at specific important bus terminals.
                When the bus started from Chennai the seats were 60% full.
                But, In this bus the conductor didn’t follow the bus stop rules and he stopped, boarded and dropped people at about 12 stops before reaching vellore...

                  I have booked SETC bus to go from Madurai to Hosur dated on 11th October 2020 10.00 pm bus (Tuticorin to Hosur route). Normally there is 2 boarding points (MGR bus station & Aarapalayam) in Madurai for SETC buses which are going via Salem. So I planned to board in Aarapalayam bus station. But the conductor didn't agree and ask me to come MGR station on time. He didn't listen me. As I didn't have sufficient time I have gone by auto from Aarapalayam to MGR station will full tension and spent Rs.200/- for Auto. Finally I caught the bus in god grace.

                  Just I want to know Aarapalayam boarding point is active for SETC buses which are going via Salem route.

                        Myself Jegan booked the ticket from Chennai to Hosur pnr T31364766 I'd no E 3099 bus no 1987 and I was informed the conductor mobile [protected] as an official communication number shared from TNSTC he agreed to pick up me at Nerkundram bus shelter, because it was late night 11pm and I couldn't reach able to reach CMBT, as he promised he does not stop the bus, then I noticed and make him a call again and ran behind the bus for 1km, then while entering the drivers(2) and conductor scolded at me and they were not reay to admit their side mistakes, so I observed that they purposefully did it it for me, I will wait for your response and I really worried sending my family members in the late night government running buses also becoming unsafe.

                              There has been many incidents were accidents occurred because of rash driving. Today I was about to witness one such incident in Thanjavur. But fortunately nothing had happened, I wish it never happens.

                              Near tholkapiar Square Thanjavur, a bus to Pattukottai was chasing the private bus. It felt like a mad road race. And the innocents on the road can be victims to this intolerable driving of these bus drivers. I couldn't see which private bus it was, but noted the government bus number because it stopped after a while. It didn't brake on speed breaker rather he was busy chasing the other bus. As a result a woman had dropped her bag from the window because of the jerk when the driver didn't apply brake on the speed bump.

                              Bus number TN 68 N 0734 it was destined to reach pattukottai. Saw this incident in thanjavur at 8 AM on 07.10.2020.

                              Take necessary actions to make the city safe, don't want to see any incidents occurring due to the drivers negligence.

                                I had a disappointing experience with TNSTC. I booked a trip from the Chengalpattu bypass stop to Pondycherry online e-ticket. I was on time and waiting for more than hours at my stop, but the bus was canceled and no prior information was given on this. Even contacting the toll-free numbers, they asked me to wait for the bus which was canceled. After multiple calls, I got to know that the bus got canceled.

                                It would be great if you can be responsible and inform the passenger ahead about any such cancellation from next time.

                                I request you to refund my bus ticket amount (Rs. 420/-). Attached the ticket for your reference.

                                Hope I will get proper for this email at least.

                                  Today i got a bus from singa perumal kovil to koyambedu. i just request the driver please stop the bus, i want to get down, in CMDA koyambedu office front gate opposite to koyambedu fruit market, Gate number 3. But that driver badly & verbly abusing me in front of all passenger, i dont ask anything, i just request to him, that's it. why he told like this public. who gave the rights to scold public.if you are not take action / warning to that bus driver else i will file the case in court against TNSTC.

                                    We have booked the ticket from cuddalore to erode on 27/9/2020. Our dropping point is erode. But on the way only we came to know that the bus route is only bypass to depart to coimbatore and it won't go to erode. They ask us to depart on the way near sangagiri toll gate but finally we departed in salem. There is no proper intimation about these changes in route.in the midnight if they made us to depart on the way before the dropping point how could it would be safe for the passengers who were travelling. Please consider this complaint and make some necessary actions for future reference.
