Myself Jegan booked the ticket from Chennai to Hosur pnr T31364766 I'd no E 3099 bus no 1987 and I was informed the conductor mobile [protected] as an official communication number shared from TNSTC he agreed to pick up me at Nerkundram bus shelter, because it was late night 11pm and I couldn't reach able to reach CMBT, as he promised he does not stop the bus, then I noticed and make him a call again and ran behind the bus for 1km, then while entering the drivers(2) and conductor scolded at me and they were not reay to admit their side mistakes, so I observed that they purposefully did it it for me, I will wait for your response and I really worried sending my family members in the late night government running buses also becoming unsafe.

      I booked a ticket from Tuticorin to Hosur and the details are given below:

      Supposed Journey date: September 29, 2020

      However in the system that journey date was recorded as
      October 20, 2020. Whereas in the ticket and the message i received it for September 29, 2020.

        There has been many incidents were accidents occurred because of rash driving. Today I was about to witness one such incident in Thanjavur. But fortunately nothing had happened, I wish it never happens.

        Near tholkapiar Square Thanjavur, a bus to Pattukottai was chasing the private bus. It felt like a mad road race. And the innocents on the road can be victims to this intolerable driving of these bus drivers. I couldn't see which private bus it was, but noted the government bus number because it stopped after a while. It didn't brake on speed breaker rather he was busy chasing the other bus. As a result a woman had dropped her bag from the window because of the jerk when the driver didn't apply brake on the speed bump.

        Bus number TN 68 N 0734 it was destined to reach pattukottai. Saw this incident in thanjavur at 8 AM on 07.10.2020.

        Take necessary actions to make the city safe, don't want to see any incidents occurring due to the drivers negligence.

          I had a disappointing experience with TNSTC. I booked a trip from the Chengalpattu bypass stop to Pondycherry online e-ticket. I was on time and waiting for more than hours at my stop, but the bus was canceled and no prior information was given on this. Even contacting the toll-free numbers, they asked me to wait for the bus which was canceled. After multiple calls, I got to know that the bus got canceled.

          It would be great if you can be responsible and inform the passenger ahead about any such cancellation from next time.

          I request you to refund my bus ticket amount (Rs. 420/-). Attached the ticket for your reference.

          Hope I will get proper for this email at least.

            Today i got a bus from singa perumal kovil to koyambedu. i just request the driver please stop the bus, i want to get down, in CMDA koyambedu office front gate opposite to koyambedu fruit market, Gate number 3. But that driver badly & verbly abusing me in front of all passenger, i dont ask anything, i just request to him, that's it. why he told like this public. who gave the rights to scold public.if you are not take action / warning to that bus driver else i will file the case in court against TNSTC.

              We have booked the ticket from cuddalore to erode on 27/9/2020. Our dropping point is erode. But on the way only we came to know that the bus route is only bypass to depart to coimbatore and it won't go to erode. They ask us to depart on the way near sangagiri toll gate but finally we departed in salem. There is no proper intimation about these changes in route.in the midnight if they made us to depart on the way before the dropping point how could it would be safe for the passengers who were travelling. Please consider this complaint and make some necessary actions for future reference.

                Today[23.09.2020] i had booked a ticket from chennai to karaikudi on 26 sep 2020 (20:30; ultradeluxe). Amount rs. 1415 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. No confirmation mail or message has been received, so i request you to kindly provide the refund.

                  Hi sir/madam,

                  On 21/09/2020, i tried to book 3 tickets from karaikudi to chennai in setc. Amount rs.1415 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.
                  Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    Hi, on 17th sep i tried to book ticket from nagercoil to chennai, i selected the upi payment system (Note i scanned the qr code for transfer). My money got detected but booking was not completed. So i got suspecious and checked my google pay, it shows bdeducation (Bd. [protected]@icici) instead of tnstc id.                       I'm surya. Right now i'm now travelling from mannargudi to chennai on bus number 332ud. Ultra deluxe. I've reserved the ticket. Every seat in the bus was full. They take 9 extra passengers into the bus and they all sitting and lying on the way and placed their luggage under my seat and everyone else. I can't even turn my leg and relax. What is use of strictly following the protocol for covid19. I'm going to the house of two month twin babies and 3 older grand parents. I want to go their without getting affected. But right now i highly doubt that.

                        Myself and my wife has booked a s. E. T. C classic bus departing at 6a. M on[protected] from cmbt. But the driver and conductor are refusing to take the bus even by 7 a. M. When asked about it, they said they are instructed not to start the bus and told to enquire about this to their superior. When asked to him at 6.55a. M, he did not respond properly and behaved very rudely and irrespectively. They also treat the conductors very badly. The superior is saying that we can allow the bus only if the seats are filled, and the bus cannot be taken for just one person. When i told him that, we booked the bus by 6a. M only because we have to reach on time and it's urgent. He didn't even respond me thereafter. He was also not wearing mask during covid-19 situation. Finally the bus was taken by 7.05 a. M. This is atrocious behavior and the passengers should not be treated this way. I look forward that this issue has been noted and appropriate actions to be taken.

                          Sir,
                          I belong to a village called kumarapalayam, tirupur district. For our village and 5 more nearby villages, there was only one bus route i. E. 15b operated by tnstc from tirupur old bus stand. During the lock down period, this was also stopped.
                          While all other bus routes have been start functioning since 01.09.2020, our (Only) bus route 15b has not yet been operated in these 6 villages.
                          Hence, the passengers of the all these villages are finding it very difficult without any bus services. Therefore, i request you to kindly consider the situation and arrange to resume the 15b bus route again as before the lock down implemented. Thanking you.

                              18e (Broadway to ramapuram) is the only bus for arasa maram ramapuram to guindy and back. There is a lot of srm university and srm easwari students and teachers needs to travel from guindy to ramapuram, but since there is no regular 18e bus, all the students suffers a lot to reach to the college everyday. By the time it usually comes to ramapuram or leaves ramapuram there will be no passengers and all the seats will be empty. The college timing is 8.00am to 4.00 pm. So it would really helpful if bus arrives by 7.30 am in guindy (Usually by 7.50) and 4.00 pm at arasa maram ramapuram on way back to guindy (Usually by 7.50). Please take this into account. Students suffer a lot because of no regular bus. Usually the bus is always empty, if it is in peak hours atleast we would be helped. Please take some action and try to provide service as per our requirements. Our humble request and hope you will clear this issue as soon as possible. Thanks in advance. We expect regular buses.

                                I booked a ticket from attur to chennai on march. Travelling date is 14th april 2020. Due to lockdown govt cancelled all the buses. But the refund amount not processed. I tried helpline number mutiple times but there is no proper response as well.

This location is udhayendhiram from vaniyambadi at turn location near nagalamman kovil, our complaint made as unnecessary construction were build at the state highway road. Road has been short pls measure the road breadth and check this. I complaint has detect due to accident has met oftenly. Pls take an action of this issue.                                       1. I booked three seats to mayiladuthurai and return ticket to chennai on 25.03.2020 & 26.03.2020 respectively through tnstc website.

                                      2. Since i had an indication of the symptoms of covid19 for more than a week, on 18.05.2020, i decided to cancel the tickets with a positive note that i should not travel and spread the covid19.

                                      As lockdown was in effect, a pandemic alert message was displayed in tnstc website stating all advance reservations are cancelled indefinitely until further orders from goi & got. Despite of that, i cancelled with a thought that even in case if the service is operated i should not travel with the covid19 symptoms and was under home quarantine.

                                      3. Later as i thought, unfortunately i was tested positive for covid19 and was hospitalized; i got discharged from hospital recently and now under self isolation.

                                      4. Below are the details of my to & fro tickets i had booked:

But the 1st & 3rd email addresses are not found to be correct/available while no response from [protected]@tnstc.in.

                                      Further, i have been trying to reach the available contact numbers but no response.

                                      I hereby kindly request to consider my case and refund the two above mentioned refund amounts totalling ₹2546/- to my account at the earliest please.
