We were travelling from madurai to thiruchendur temple on 23/2/2020 while we were stopping in thoothukudi to tiruchendur checkpost state transport bus no - tn 74 n 1834 came from behind and hit our car and dragged us for few feet. We were shook by the incident and we look forward the organisation to take action against the driver. We were not able to retrieve further information as the driver sped away.

    Respected sir

    We are in r. S. Puram, coimbatore, i am working woman. Every day i take 1c bus from rspuram, but from past 3 months 1c buses are not coming in correct route because of some work in that area. Even though we are taking buses in next to mecrikar road, but that time also 1 bus go in that and another will go that road facing so much of problem.

    Now buses are coming via rspuram post office road to poomarket bus stop. Also facing same problem some buses come to archana dharsana theatre road and somes buses directly near to shanmuga theatre road, every day facing so many difficulties to take 1c buses in morning.

    We request your good offices to advice all 1c number transport to follow same route, it will be very helpful for public. Expecting your immediate action in this regars.

      I have traveled on 22nd february on the first bus from thiruvarur to mayiladurai @ 4.:15 am. It was as worst travel ever i have come across so for. When the bus came to old bus stand at 4:15 both the conductor and driver was not even care about the people who are boarding into the bus moreover one of the old women who was waiting for the bus from the whole night trying to get into the bus with her bag however driver not even care about it and passed away and conductor throw away her bag outside and left the bus-stand in 30 seconds.

      Later on driver was very rude and talking about unethical religion based conversation with conductor and also bunch of people who are returning from shivarathiri festival from the temple boarded into the bus and ask to stop at sannallur however conductor and driver stopped the bus immediately and asked them to get down all as the bus is express wont stop on this please.

      I strongly request to you do the cross check and investigate with them both driver and conductor and take appropriate action or you personally investigate on this being an normal passenger and see there behavior and take an action.

      I am also forward this mail to thiruvarur collector and concern authorities as well.

      Hope you will investigate on this and take an appropriate action.

        I'm naveen from kumbakonam. On 23.02.2020 @11.10pm i travelled from kumbakonam to tambaram in tn21n0986. I gave rs.500 for bus fare of rs.235 balance rs.265 was not given. I reached tambaram around @5.30-6.00am. He told me to get from local shop. As i was not well i said no so he behaved very rude to me "go and collect it from bus depot

          Hi tntsc team,

          This compliant if are you taken or not don't no as a human i have some responsibility. Kovai to salem bus between lunch break bus was stop in excel college opposite. When the bus start conductor not confirm with passenger availability, one of the passenger went down he is not return co passenger are told to him. But conductor don't care about passenger. Passenger bag in bus only. Please take thee action bus no tn30n1491 (Arthur branch bus) timing travel 2 to 5pm date : 23 feb 2020 one

          On 16/02/2020 I have tried to book a ticket through tnstc from Coimbatore to Rameswarm for the 2nd time. The cash was debited but the ticket was not booked.The reference no is [protected].             வணக்கம் ஐயா.நான் தங்கள் கழகத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட tn 33 n 2823 என்ற பேருந்தில் தினசரி சங்ககிரி to வைகுந்தம் பயணிக்கின்றேன்.[protected] அன்று வழக்கம் போல நான் பேருந்தில் ஏற முற்பட்ட பொழுது நடத்துநர் வைகுந்தம் நிறுத்தம் நிற்காது என்று என்னை ஏற்ற மறுத்துவிட்டார்.அரசு கழக பேருந்து மக்களின் சேவைக்கு விடப்பட்டதா என்று தெரியவில்லை.ஆகவே அன்று பணியில் இருந்த நடத்துநர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

                மதுரை மாவட்டம் எம்ஜிஆர் பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இருந்து மானாமதுரை செல்வதற்காக பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் உள்ள ராமேஸ்வரம் வரை செல்லும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகத்தைச் சார்ந்த புதுக்குளம் கிளை பேருந்தில் tn58n1827 ஏறினேன்.

                Mgr பேருந்து நிலையத்திலிருந்து பேருந்து கிளம்பியவுடன் நடத்துனரிடம் பயணச்சீட்டு பெறுவதற்காக ரூபாய் rs.101 கொடுத்து
                Rs.41 ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள மானாமதுரை செல்வதற்கான பயணச்சீட்டை கேட்டேன். அதற்கு நடத்துனர் அவர்கள் பயணச்சீட்டை கொடுத்து விட்டு மீதம் rs.60 என்னிடம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.ஆனால் அவர் கொடுக்கவில்லை. நான் மீதப் பணத்தை கேட்ட பொழுது மிகவும் கோபமாகவும் மரியாதை குறைவாகவும் பேசி,
                சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து சில்லரை வந்தவுடன் தருவதாகவும் நடத்துனர் என்னிடம் கூறினார். எனவே நான் மானாமதுரை வரை பொறுமையாக காத்திருந்தேன்.
                மானாமதுரை பேருந்து நிலையம் வருவதற்கு சிறிது நேரத்திற்கு முன்பு அதாவது ஒரு ஒரு கிலோ மீட்டர் தொலைவில் பேருந்து வந்து கொண்டிருந்த பொழுது நான் நடத்துனரிடம் என்னுடைய மீதம் பணம் ரூபாய் 60 ரூபாய் தருமாறு கேட்டேன். மேலும் நான் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த பொழுது அவர் தன்னுடைய shoe காலால் என்னுடைய காலின் மீது மிதித்து,
                பேருந்தில் நின்று கொண்டிருந்த பயணிகள் அனைவரின் கால்களிலும் மிதித்துச் சென்ற அவர் பேருந்தின் முன்னே சென்று நடத்துனர் இருக்கையில் சென்று எதுவும் பேசாமல் அமர்ந்துகொண்டார். மானாமதுரை பேருந்து நிலையம் வந்த பின்பு நான் அவரருகில் சென்று என்னுடைய கொடுக்கப்பட வேண்டிய மீதம்
                Rs. 60 ரூபாயை தருமாறு கேட்டேன் அதற்கு அவர் என்னிடம் பயணச்சீட்டை காண்பிக்குமாறு கூறினார். அவரிடம் பயணச்சீட்டை கொடுத்த பின்பு அவர் பயணச் சீட்டை பெற்றுக் கொண்டு எனக்கு தரவேண்டிய ரூபாய் rs.60 ரூபாயும் சேர்த்து பயணச் சீட்டுடன் கசக்கி மானாமதுரை பேருந்து நிலையத்தில்
                பேருந்திற்கு வெளியில் எறிந்தார். எனவே நான் கீழே இறங்கி பேருந்து பயணச் சீட்டையும் rs. 60 ரூபாயையும் எடுத்தேன். அந்த இடைவெளியில் அவர் பேருந்து பேருந்தை எடுத்துச் சென்றுவிட்டார்.

                நான் கிட்டத்தட்ட 2015ல் மானாமதுரையில் பணிபுரிந்து வருவதால் தற்போது வரை தினமும் காலையில்அரசு பேருந்தில் மதுரையில் இருந்து மானாமதுரை வரை
                செல்வதை
                வழக்கமாக கொண்டுள்ளேன்.
                இதுநாள் வரையில் எந்த ஒரு நடத்துனரும் இவ்வாறு செய்ததில்லை.
                மேற்கண்ட நடத்துனரின் இச்செயலை நான் எனக்கு இழைக்கப்பட்ட மிகப்பெரிய அவமானமாக கருதுகிறேன்.

                எனவே மேற்கண்ட நடத்துனர் மீது துறை ரீதியான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து இனிவரும் காலங்களில் இத்தகைய செயல் நடைபெறா வண்ணம் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு தங்களை தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                அவர் வெளியே எறிந்த பயணச்சீட்டின் புகைப்படத்தினை இத்துடன் இணைத்துள்ளேன்.

                  Respected sir,
                  I travelled neelambur (Coimabatore) to erode on regular basis. Some conductor charge the ticket rs.83 but actual cost is rs.71 if i tell please close the stage and give 71 rupees tickets they scopd harshly and threatened to get out of a bus unknown location. And they scold with bad words and says don't speak rules to me go and complain where ever you can please take some action.

                    Myself maruthi. Today evening i boarded the tnstc bus (Tn21n1945) in srikalahasti. I waited in bus to purchase the ticket from srikalahasti to varadayapalem. I am near to the varadayapalem stop (3kms away from varadayapalem stop). Till that i waited to take the ticket. But the bus conductor has not came to give the ticket. Myself went to the conductor and asked the ticket. But at that time he was watching the youtube in his mobile. He refused to issue the ticket, and also speaking un parllementary language (Which is very and inconvenient to explain) in from of co-passengers for disturbing him while using the mobile. He is also giving the warning to the co-passengers who are supporting me.

                    This is the third time i am observing this type of rude behaviour by the same conductor.

                    Tnstc should take the necessary action on the above said person to maintain the reputation of the department.

                    I hope it will not be repeated in future again.

                      Hi i'm chandini i boarded tamil nadu bus around 4:20 pm today @paluru village numbered tn 21n 1737 which runs from tiruthani to chittoor when my stop arrived i asked the driver to stop but he ignored and abused me in front of co passengers he abused in a very bad manner govt should take necessary action against the driver. The driver was wearing spects.

                          Hey sir i used to tell you that the complaint for tamilnadu ac bus which was full-loaded and no seats are available the conductor is allowing those people for standing always vellore to bangalore.. This was inseen full and fully distributes from travelling people so please accept my compliant and take a action through it.. I heard that tamilnadu ac bus services is but it isn’t good enough i though.. Please take a action and do fullfill to all those travelling in bus.                             In coimbatore,
                            Bus no : 90a ;
                            Conductor name : 'senthil kumar' tnstc conductor
                            Identity : looks dark and fat
                            The bus will be start moving from ukkadam & through sithra, coimbatore airport etc. I met this same conductor some times in bus & all the times he was very rude to everyone.
                            When i met him first time in a bus, he was speaking harsh & was scolding everyone for no reason. He was scolding a girl asking her to move, she moved as much as she can in the rush bus but he pushed her away with his hands, the girl was helpless and asked him, 'what is your problem, noone is standing in steps, everyone have space to stand, even there was a space to the conductor to walk through. What she told is 100% true, but no body know why he asked her to get out of the bus without any of her mistake but she said 'i won't' the sadest part is she is college girl of a prestigious institution who is helpless. Later when the bus reached ukkadam which is the last stop, everyone was out of the bus, the conductor himself was standing between the two entrance outside the bus. I saw the girl coming out of the bus, when she was crossing him, he said to another conductor or driver on her physical and has spoken a bad word (In tamil) about her mother. This is so cunning. Another day, i myself a college student use the buspass provided by the govt for students. The same conductor came that day and i gave him my buspass to have his sign like we use to do everyday, when he signed it, i was keeping my hand to get it back but he thrown it on me inspite of giving it in my hands which are raised and waiting to get it back from him. This is so rude. He was like he is the owner of the bus and was behaving like passengers are animals. He must be punished for his cheap character. A govt bus conductor must have a sense that we are serving for the people and the govt has serving them through us, make this person to realize that he is not the owner of the bus or this person is the ruling king of the bus. The conductors are to help the people not to hurt the people by filthy words. Make him understand that he was working for the people & the people who get into the bus are not his slaves to be threatened by him. This man must be punishment or atleast given waring.

                              Bus no tn 30 n 2041 from salem to chennai on sunday picked some passengers near achirapakkam from a breakdown bus when this bus reached maruvathur the conductor asked for ticket the passengers showed the breakdown bus ticket he fired at them and told them to get down they argued a maruvathur station master for buses also scolded the passengers an old man told a got 240 ticket he also asking for another 65 how can i give make us so pity i feel so guilty

                                I was travelling from ooty to mysore and went to booking counter in ooty bus stand. The officer in charge of tamilnadu bus forced me to travel by tnsrc bus which was crowded and no seat was available. When i refused and booked airawat club class ksrtc bus. Two of the tamil speaking officers in charge of tnsrc bus insulted me telling"you have too much of money and showing your richness by travelling by airawat ksrtc bus" they went on insulting me till i received the ticket and left the ticket counter. As a single women travelling and being a heart patient, i have the rights to choose the bus to travel considering my safety. Such rude behaviour of the tamil officers at the booking counter is hurting and insulting. The passengers have their rights to travel which ever bus they want and the ticket distributors should not force the passenger to force to travel by the bus of ticket provider 's choice. Such behaviour of tamil officers should be avoided in future at tnstc bus booking counter (Tamilnadu to karnataka).

                                    I came to k. K. Nagar depot, chennai on 15.02.2020 at 4.30 pm, there were no buses for cuddalore. After waited for 10 min. Chidambaram bus tn 32 n 4353 has come at 4.40pm. I have boarded the bus and it was there in depot till 5clk. The bus driver came and said, need to change the side mirror and took the bus inside the depot, the conductor was aware that i was inside the bus he didn't even notice me that it will be late.

                                    Before this incident, i enquired the conductor about the bus timing. He said it will be leaving in 10 min.

                                    They took 30 min to fix the side mirror. After 5.30 it came to depot and put it in half and the driver says bus will leave at 6.05 pm only and asked me to get down to get a cuddalore bus
                                    I got down and roamed around the bus depot, couldn't find any cuddalore bus.

                                    I told the driver, when there is no bus why did you ask me to get down to board a cuddalore bus..

                                      On 13 february 2020 at around 12:00 noon 303 kalyakavilzhai bus tn 45 n 8565 conductor spoke very rudely in front of other co-passenger. I was on a call and the conductor stood behind me. He never asked for tickets loud. But then he tapped and then asked for a ticket for which he did not give the change back. Later he came again and shouted saying should not be on phone while taking ticket and other things and gave the change back. How will i know if he stands behind me?. Conductor should be thought how to behave with passengers.

                                      Sir there is bus for student they around 3 km for there home so PL provide some transportation for the students because it insecure it surrounded of Forrest areas so plz
                                      I have reserved for bus from kancheepuram to madurai on 7/02/20 23.00. While getting seated conducted is treating passengers like a animals and he also scold me in local language while iam getting seated. Kindly take necesaary action against the conductor.
                                      So much loose parts placed on top of seat lugguge carrier making heavy noise. Also L brakets holding luggabe carrier almost all are loose which should be tightened enough with washer. Almost all L brackets just loose and making noise.
                                      Kindly rectify as this is Govt property and enough tach available who can attend to it

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I re-located to ashok pillar for past 6 months. Only direct transport to reach my office (Dlf) is s20 only but they don't have any proper timings and sometime the bus services got stopped on normal days. Requesting to take necessary steps with the related persons. Lots of dlf employees are seeking the same bus service expediate your immediate support this.

                                        They are not stopping the bus near to dlf only when ticket inspectors are there they are behaving in the normal way.
                                        I missed my bag at the bus from kanchipuram to chennai . I get down at poonamalle.i forget about it.inform i[censored] identified.
