    I am travelling from neyveli to koliyanr cross road. I satrted my journey at 4.15 pm from neyveli. I had taken ticket to koliyanoor cross road. While crossing panruti driver suddenly says bus wont go to koliyanur cross road. When i request he says bus is only for driver and conductor not for public people. Please take neccesary action on him bus no. Tn-32 n-4465

    Hi sir,

    I asked the driver for whom you are driving the bus public or for you. He replied for him he was driving for him not for public. My suggestion is he is not fit for public transport. Many people are waiting for job .you can dismiss these kind of people and add new members.

        I'm a student on my way to college from kodaikanal. As i preparing to board the bus. The bus conductor speaks harshly towards me and when my father also asked him, he also started to talk harshly towards him and didn't let us board the bus. The bus no is 02225, i think. He has previously done this before and he just doesn't care about what we say. Please take action towards him, since going to the police would make it worse and worse.

          I booked the ticket using tnstc online booking system to travel from kumbakonam to bangalore on 18-jan-2020, also i have received a m-ticket with pnr number (T[protected] which was fine until that point. But i tried to do partial cancellation due to one passenger not well to travel on the mentioned day. After login i came to know that none of ticket is available in mentioned side neither to cancel nor to take print-out, which was shocked me, so i called customer care but this also is not working properly to have justification at that time. This things is completely is the annoying and made me in trouble

            I am dr. A. Kalyani, working as chief medical officer at perunkudi corporation hospital, i have to report for duty by 8.00. A. M. I used to catch bus from cit nagar bus stop daily, most of the days the buses from t. Nagar bus terminus does not stop at cit nagar bus stand or stands 200 mts away from said bus stand.
            On 18.01.2020 at about 7.43 a. M. The bus no. 519, having its registration no. Tn 01 an 2250, which goes to thiruporur, stands 200 mts away from cit nagar bus stand, i along with 2 other elderly persons runs after the bus, when i questioned the conductor of the bus, about not stopping of bus at bus stand, he replied that he is not bound to stop the bus at cit nagar bus stand and further he advised me to catch next bus, so as to go for duty. It is pertinent to say that the bus is at most empty, hardly less than 15 passengers are alone there in the bus.
            You may kindly take necessary steps to ensure that all buses should stand in the cit nagar bus stand without fail and advise your driver and conductor to discharge their service towards the welfare of the public and oblige.

              Hi,. Am suresh from attur. Am plan to go for dindivanam in tnstc bus from kallakurichi. But they are not allowed to get in the bus. They said only allowed for direct chennai. Not allowed for dindivanam. All bus doing like that only. I[censored] want to go dindivanam you need to take chennai ticket like they are telling. Very worst management never seen before...               I want to know the reason for that and any rules is there..

                I'm p. Akilandeshwari. I was waiting in villupuram bus stand for kallakurichi bus from 9.50pm. There was a salem bus standing which goes through kallakurichi
                . Driver told me bus will be started by 10.30 and asked me to wait for another bus to come earlier. By 10.10 driver asked me to get into salem bus since no other bus came early. When i took seat conductor asked me to get down and insisted to wait for kallakurichi buses since he need to fill only salem traveling passenger and behaved rudely and made me to get down.. As soon as i got down within 2 mins they took the bus by 10.16 pm. Instead of their 10.30 pm timing. Is there any rule to give preference to salem passenger? As a girl after 10pm he should not made me to get down of bus. Is this conduct rules of conductor? I'm really fed up with conductor behaviour. If there is any provision to give preference to salem passenger then why buses are stopping at kallakurichi.. As a passenger i lost my hope of traveling in public transportation. There is no respect for passengers.. I humbly request you to take necessary action and please make sure not another girl gets this kind of suitation to face again.

                  Today morning i have took rs.13 ticket, first i gave rs.20 and the conductor asked change of rs.3 for that i gave rs.5 but the conductor doesn't give the balance of rs.10... Later i asked you need to give the balance of rs.10 she said that why you don't asked at the time... (After giving the ticket the conductor gone aside so i asked later... But her response is i have to see all the passangers, whistle, and etc.. She said, that is your mistake.) but that is not my mistake.. I really disturbed and hurted..
                  Bus no is tn 38 n2211. Time i took ticket is 9.30 a. M day-friday. The conductor of the bus is female.. So take necessary action against her...
                  This incident happen to another person in bus also, but she gave the balance amount to her..

                    Today 17.01.2020 i took ticket for mamallapuram. The bus departs from chengalpet new bus stand at 08:15 am.
                    The charge for this route is rs. 25 but the conductor have charged extra and not answering my question, and also reply me vulgarly. And the conductor says he do whatever his higher officials order. This is not a right way to treat a passengers. I need justice. Without any information or prior announcement by government how can they charge extra fare?

                      I'm mohanraj, i was travelling today 15th jan20 morning pollachi to thirupur by government transport bus. Today pongal so lot of crowd, i have taken bus ticket. Actually bus ticket is rs 43 but i gave rs 50, but he didn't ask any change. When i was reaching near thirupur i asked my balance amount then only noticed contractor is new person, he asked questions very rudely, then only he said in palladum stop swapped the contractors without indimated old contractor left in the bus. Not only me, many passengers not getting balance amount. New contractor very rudely and not response properly. We are all upset.
                      In this case not only this bus many public transport buses happen. I'm always preferred government transport, in this case reduce public transport repetition.

                        The conductor is very rude, he constantly telling me to go front but there us no enough space since all are ladies, i refused to go but he pushed me and scolded me in bad words.
                        It happened on pongal day 15.12020. Tn 38 n 3079. The bus runs between coimbatore to erode. The conductor is old man. Many of people in the bus complained about him. So the higher authorities must take enough sep. Atleast he should be warned.

                          I had an issue with the bus conductor, this fellow is not picking my call when i tried to call at last hr and he is allowing some stranger to sit in my reserved seat and speaking rude towards me. I am paying additional ₹80 for reservation and if this right is taken off, i don't find the use of reserving something.                                 On 13th jan 2020, i travelled in an gov bus number:
                                Tn 21, n 1540 from chengalpattu to kanchipuram. The driver was 45 to 50 years old i think so. He drived very fastly and rashly with holding horn button continuously. It was irritating like anything. He pressing the horn upto 30 to 40 seconds.. If you wont trust me plz check the cctv if available. Take this as serious issue.

                                  On 14.01.2020 early morning 2.30am from kanchipuram to tiruttani bus. While carrying preethi mixer which is less than 2kg. Paid half fare (Rs. 38) for luggage because conductor threatened me.. That i will be thrown out from the bus and he showed up the point.. Wherever your wanted to complaint you do.. Nothing you can do... Which made embarrassed in between people and how the transport govt employee really plays their role??

                                    Hai sir, i don't know whether my complaint is taken as serious or not but as a indian citizen i need to do my duty. Every year during the festival time the government of tamil nadu launch extra bus service for the convenient of people for travel without rush but due to the higher population the busses are not enough. So some people try to travel by private omni buses but the price of the ticket were equal to flight ticket during this season i don't know is government truly don't know about this or not i have attached screenshot of of some of bus fare details please the people the basic promise of rights..

                                      In TNSTC site I have booked a 2 tickets on 24/12/2019 for my journey from Chennai to Trichy in 10.30 PM Sleeper cum seater class. I have charged Rs.1512/- for that ticket and paid it through my credit card but ticket was not generated as that payment got failed. I had spoken to helpline authorities and they said that I'll get refund within 15 days but still it was not completed. I've registered in TNSTC against my personal id [protected]@gmail.com. Please expedite this process and refund the amount immediately. You can mail me if any additional information required.

                                        பொருள்: TN 32 N 4234 பேருந்து நடத்துனரின் நடவடிக்கை சம்பந்தமாக.

                                        நான் கடந்த[protected] அன்று இரவு சுமார் 11:00 மணி அளவில் கோயம்பேடு நிலையத்தில் விழுப்புரம் செல்லக்கூடிய (TN 32 N 4234) தடம் எண்: 151ல் பெருங்களத்தூர் நிறுத்ததிற்கு நடத்துநரிடம் நின்று பயணிக்கக்கூடிய பயணச்சீட்டு கேட்டபொழுது பெருங்களத்தூரில் இப்பேருந்து நிற்காது என்று தகாத வார்த்தைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தித் திட்டி கீழே இரங்கச்செய்தார். இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து நான் புகார் தெரிவிப்பேன் என்று கூறியபொழுது யாரிடவேணுமென்றாலும் தெரிவித்துக்கொள் மற்றும் உன்னால் ஆனதை செய்துகொள் என்று ஒற்றை வார்த்தையில் மரியாதைக் குறைவாக சகபயணிகள் முன் என்னை அவமானத்திற்கு ஆளாக்கினார்.
                                        அடுத்தபடியாக நான் பேருந்து தகவல்மையத்திற்குத் தெரிவித்தபோது அங்கு இருந்த உதவியாளர் தடம் எண்: 151 பேருந்து பெருங்களத்தூர் நிற்குமென்றுகூறி என்னை அழைத்து சென்று பேருந்தை நிருத்த முயன்றார் ஆனால் அதையும் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் பேருந்தை இயக்கி சென்றுவிட்டார்.

                                        எனவா இவற்றைக் கருத்தில்கொண்டு நான் பெற்ற மனஉலைசலுக்கும் ஏற்பட்ட மரியாதைக் குறைவுக்கும் குறிப்பிட்ட நடத்துனரின்பேரில் தகுந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் .

                                        குறிப்பு: தவறும் பட்சத்தில் இந்த புகாரினை நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு எடுதுச்செல்வேன் என்று தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்.

                                        I have bus pass from vandalur to chromepet. I catch hasthinapuram bus which cross the chromepet t.b hospital stopping, but the conductor says, only chromepet bus route is allowed for pass this is hasthinapuram bus pass not allowed like that.
