I am working in a private company and on[protected] I had to travel from my home town Coimbatore to Dharapuram as an official trip in the bus no (TN 38 N 3327) at 7.10 am. When I enquired the bus conductor, he told me to board the bus only if I have proper bus fare Rs.60 denomination. I had Rs.100 currency denomination and conveyed to bus conductor, but he refused and insisting me to board the bus only with proper Rs.60 denomination. This made me really embrassing situation and pls request Tamilnadu state transport to take immediate action on that bus conductor to safe guard passengers from this kind of problems in future.

    Need to file complaint against "TICKET COLLECTOR " of bus no. " TN33N3504"
    for Misbehaving, loose Talk and Charging double ticket for luggage - trolley bag ( wheghing less then 15 kg ) during my travel on 26.07.2023 at 7.15 AM, FROM Erode bus stand to Coimbatore- Gandhipuram bus stand .
    Kindly take strict action against the person as soon as possible.

        At present I am waiting in alandurai thompilipalayam stop from 7.30pm but there are no buses available. One bus named poondi passed by and didn't stop at the bus stop. This is a regular bus. We are facing limited bus service after 8pm in our area to gandipuram. Pls take necessary against this bus. Timed passed 8.45pm thompilipalayam to gandipuram 641101

          Please note that I tried booking a ticket on 9th July 2023 from Madurai to Bangalore. The money got debited through Gpay but the ticket was not booked. The transaction ID is[protected].
          Kindly look into it.

          Compliance rise for bus service.

          Respect sir,

          Yesterday I was booked VELANKANNI to BANGALORE on 15.08.2023. The bus was special bus ( AC Sleeper ) .Velankanni Service Start time : 18.35 and ( Thiruvarur ) my picking Time 19.35 I was waiting for a while and I was reached on time but bus not came till now.I don't know what status of the bus.The contactor mobile number messages also not received my site .and also no support in TNSETC site.In case bus was not scheduled in your side to inform earlier as soon as possible.

          So that I want my refund my booking amount regarding refund amount.Book Amount Rs.1080 only...But can't able to get my refund amount why because status of the bus is showing Journey started and the bus was not scheduled.what was status of the refund amount ?

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am a graduate employee working in a bank in Tamilnadu. I was travelling in a bus routing from Erode bus stand to Sivagiri in Erode district of Tamilnadu on 8th July 2023 at 8pm in a BUS NO. 42. I have to get down from the bus in a stop called Railway station. As my handbag was stuck in someone’s hair, I was not able to leave the bus immediately. I have asked the conductor to spare me some minutes. Not only he blowed the whistle immediately and also used harsh words. Is this the way to treat a common people in a public place???
            I humbly request you to look into the issue and provide us a permanent solution.

              Bus no TN 38 N 3638
              As ther conductor of particular bus mentioned above have irresponsible behaviour against the passanger s, as iam traveling from Sulur to Coimbatore by bus(karur to ghandipuram bus reached at Sulur in 8:50 am July 10 /7 23 ), The bus was crowded with passengers and I was currently unable to hand over the money to the conductor so I have to pay the money after 1 stop to safe get my bag and money the conductor then shouted against me like That I was done a major crime or something and speaking with an irrespectable mannerisms, this behaviour was repeated against another passenger on the same bus by the conductor

                  Respected Sir,
                  I left my travel bag in the Kovai -Salem bus on 08/07/2023.The bus departed from Kovai at 6.50am and reached my stop Komarapalayam at 9.20am.I didn't note the bus number.l left my bag in that bus.My travel bag is in Grey colour.I have attached the bus ticket also.Please help me to recover my bag. I will collect it if you inform me.

                      Missed my bag in tnstc bus travelling from coimbatore to salem

                      Hi Team,
                      I have travelled from coimbatore to salem in TNSTC 1 to 1 bus this morning(07/07/2023) start time at coimbatore 5:00 am and reached salem around 8.15 am.
                      I missed my bag which contains all my cloths and personal things.
                      Could you pls help me to get my bag.

                      Note: actual bus route was from coimbatore to salem but in side of the bus I saw bangalore sticker.

                      The Town bus number 12B running in the route from Kallakurichi to Adari on 05/07/2023 @ 7.00PM didn't stop at the bus stop (AKT School stop, Kallakurich), even though the passengers have shown their hands to stop ( Female & Male passengers waiting in night time). and also not full by over passengers in bus So I request you that the above incident may please be issued the necessary proper instructions to concern driver .

                        Daily we have to wait for bus from otteri to mint street route we have to wait for 30 to 40 min nearly so that we are getting late to office

                          Sir,
                          On 4 th of July 2023 around 8 o clock bus number 28A to Anna bus stand didn't allow the passenger (ladies) to board the bus ( they stopped only 3 seconds which is not even sufficient time to deboarding of passengers) at powerhouse bus stop. And around 8:15 am on the same day they didn't stop at apartment stop. For which I Asked the same about the driver and conductor told me the bus is boarded fully i[censored] want more bus then do strike or do protest. This is the way they irresponsibly answer. I request you to take necessary action for the way they answered and if this is the case of regular I request you to provide adequate bus services as required.
                          The bus number is TN 72 N 1498. I was passenger of the same bus and My ticket number is 040962.

                            Dear superiors, Im sathishkumar working for one private company at dharmapuri, my native is Gengalapuram (dharmapuri district) .(2B bus dharmapuri) (03/07/2023) time: 9.34pm my ticket number (E34F[protected] i often prefer for government bus to travel dharmapuri to my native and vise verse, but every time I'm facing this ticket issue . Conductor charging me higher amount compared to other source, there is no constant amount for same distance . If we ask against them not getting proper response from that side. .                                     I was travelling on a bus that was coming from Ooty. I reached coonoor around 10: 30am on 29th June 2023. According to the bus timetable sheet, the bus number is either of the following:
