I am traveling by tnstc salem, dharmapuri depot bus, bus no tn 30n1130, from tirupattur, it is mufsil bus having stop at kalarpathy, but bus refusing to give ticket due to private bus kannan transport following this, i have seen this conductor talking with kannan bus conductor, please take necessary action and stop during office hours 852642and avoid lose to our government transport

    This is manikandaprabu, right now (22.10.19) am travelling from tirunelveli to madurai, that conductor was told that bus is bye pass rider after that while am taking ticket to madurai again i asked he told bus ll go to only kovilpatty, afterthat that bus gone to all places bus stand like kayathar, kovil patty, sattur and they stopped the bus in between stops. I was searching for byepass ryder in tirunelveli bus stand, that time this bus only was there, i believed the conductor word that's what i boarded this bus.. Am to madurai for some emergency purpose, now the work may spoil bcoz of this lier (Conductor). If i ask him about this not even hearing my words, if honest he suppose to tell that this is not byepass ryder... I hope u ll proper action on him.. Hereafter this shouldn't repeat sir, for that u should warn him and take proper action sir...

      Hi,

      Tn01 n-7963 government bus made accident on (22/10/2019) in sholinganallur signal driver where using abusive words & not ready to ask sorry for the mistake which he committed.

      I was taking left in order to enter to my office road it was a slope point & the car before to me need to hold on due to vehicle crossing i too have to wait all of sudden bus hit my back bumper & driver where sitting cool not ready to come down & check what went wrong.

      And i am not sure who gave rights to this guys to cross signal by entering service road

      My vehicle got damaged, so please take a immediate action against this driver.

        Dear TNSTC team,
        Today at 9:00pm I had boarded your bus number TN 25 N0460 at chengelpet stop. The conductor refused to accept my 10 rupee coins, but because I had some change I managed to give some other coins and get the ticket . But what if I didn't have any other change or if someone else didn't have change? According to the Coinage act 2011, it is an offence to refuse to accept any legal tender. The conductor was also very arrogant in saying he will not accept it, neither will any other conductor coming from outside chennai and that I can do whatever I want and file a case because he has union backing to get him out of it. I was unable to record this but I took his photo on the bus and recorded the video of the conductor after I got down. He kicked my phone out of my hand so that I can't take his photo for proof. But I have it. I will be keeping the police in loop so that they are aware of the issue. I know it is only 10 rupees and not a big deal, but the way the conductor reacted and treated me when I questioned him on why he can't accept a legal tender is not justifiable. At the end he took a video of me, which I'm not sure what he's going to accomplish with, but I don't mind. I want the right action to be taken on this person and I am willing to file a FIR if necessary. Government officials should be strictly enforcing govt laws. Instead he is afraid of the villagers who won't accept the coin. I want legal action taken on him or I will proceed with a FIR and hold TNSTC for negligence and failure of adherence to governmental rules.

        While i was travelling from Tirupur new bus stand to perundurai at 7:20 bus from tirupur, a conductor how doesn't give the change properly for most of the travellers but he has tge change. he continued it to me more than 3 times, so i am writing the compliant here.please take necessary action immediately.

          Respected sir/madam,

          I boarded the bus (Salem to coimbatore) bus no:tn 38 n 3214
          From chinniampalayam bus stand to psg hospital stop on 15.10.2019 nearly 7.30 am. The bus was full, am at stand at steps, so i cant get ticket from conductor, he also didnt came to front step, after chitra stop only i get into bus, and i asked conductor to giva a ticket. While giving the ticket,
          The conductor just shouted at me. I felt really bad. I told my situation (Sir, how can i give amount while standing at steps, and all are standing in same situation, how they will pass the amount to you, but he didnt here any words, he asked me"you know the bus was rush then why you people get this types of bus, and also if we didnt stop bus in your stop means, it will be good like that.) upto grg busstop he shouted at me without respect and misbehaved infront of public and students. Entire day was affected because of his behaviour. Please take necessary action on him. It will affected more and more on this day.

            I'm traveling back to bangalore from salem today..
            I got a setc bus (Non ac) from salem to bangalore which i paid him rs 305.
            Guy next to me was going to hosur and he paid him rs 170.
            It is a different of rs 135 (Hosur to bangalore).
            I'm paying him rs 135 for 39 km.
            Its one nation plz don't divide it by state/language/religions

            Today 20.10.2019 I travelled from Chennai CMBT to Alampoondi. I paid Rs. 130/-adult to get ticket. On same day evening return from Gingee to chennai i paid to get ticket Rs140/- why this different fare.? Who is responsible for this robbery? I need justice. While asked with conductor that he told officer gave a fare list. What could I did sir.

              Bus ticket amount variation at one day from rs 138 to rs.190 exceed collect amount rs.52 per person.

              Thirunelveli to m. Thavani bus
              Stop from karanampettai to vadipatti byepass.
              12.10.2019 evening travelled this stop. Amount collected rs.138.14.10.2019 travelled at the same place. But bus ticket amount collected rs. 190. Kindly consider the problem....

              Which one is right fare

              Date departure 11.20.19
              Date of arrival 13.10.19

              How public will know the charges are fair of paying

              Let check the fare is charged to the public is right for their destination use

              I'm sindhu i'm staying at vijayshanthi apartments thaiyur we had a stop infornt of our apartments a bus from thambharam to thiruporur doesn't stops during morning timings around 6.00 - 9.00am and afternoon from 2.30 pm till 6.00 in the evening in case of some emergencies we r unable to take the bus plz kindly take action abt it the next time i take some effort to post a video regarding that.

              Myself and my mom travelled on TN38N2938 from udumalpet to vayalur on 06th oct 2019 at 13.51 Ticket amount was 30 rupees and we gave the conductor 50 rupees. He refused to take it as he doesn't have change. He also talked in a mannerless way. Finally someone in the bus gave us the change and we gave it to the conductor. Kindly warn the conductor.

                Me (Selva kumaresan. Y) and my father (Yogan. V) was waiting in virudhunagar new bus stand from 9:45 pm. No messages where delivered about the conductor's phone number. But still we were waiting there for 2 hours 15 mins. After contacting the tirunelveli new bus stand official, we came to know that they crossed us. But they told that they came and picked up other passengers. And i was the only one who was not there. So they left me and put absent for me.

                I am take to drive, drive this is not bus stop to telling janapachathiram bus stop there way root joining bus stop.
                Pls take action.
                From Bangalore to Vellore only limited number of buses are available.
                Lot of people suffer due to this issue.

                Comparing with the other cities i.e Salem krishnagiri only few busses are available.
                Utleast the connecting route buses from krishnagiri and hosur should have been more buses.
                Please notify this message and increase the bus numbers
                Busws from coimbatore to palakkad not stopping at CHANDRAPPURAM stop, which is near to RTO check post WALAYAR.Today 4 transport buses went via this route from 12:30 pm to 1 pm, neither of them stopped.I am a daily passenger, if this continues it will create a huge problem for the daily passengers.Please find a solution for this at the earliest.

                  When people of chinnamanur where entering the bus driver said that the bus will be stopped only at theni then. Without acknowledging a women with child got in to the bus. The conductor was collecting the ticket from back and then he came front, that women was asked to take tickets to theni though she was pleading too to stop the bus at veerapandi to get athe last bus to her hometown. She asked driver also, but the bus wasn't stopped at veerapandi.in between places also had stops but the driver didn't stop the bus. I think the transportation is for people and not the people for transportation. And at last the women got down in theni and she was unable to get the bus to her hometown.

                    One tnstc staff boarded into the bus with his mother and wife in aaththur. He didn't take ticket for any of them. Even conductor forced to take ticket, he refused and fought with conductor. After reaching kallakurichi again conductor insisted the above said person to take ticket or get down. But, the person doesn't respond to him and quaralled with conductor.
                    Conductor was not able to do anything. Even stopped the bus for 10 mins. Still the person irritated conductor and everyone else in the bus.
                    The person doesn't have travelling pass for his family.
                    Other passengers who took ticket were travelling didn't get seat. But person who doesn't have ticket or pass occupied 3 seats.

                    Please take action on the person and conductor.
                    As it will not be repeated.

                      It's very ridiculous. I was standing in my stop during 11.15 in the bustop kollipannai mangalam road tirupur. It was very emergency for me to travel to tirupur. But the ridiculous driver has not stopped in my bus stop. I don't know who gave job to him. Very stupid and non sense driver. He don't have any sense at all. He dint stopped in my stop. Even though i showed my hands to stop. No crowd in the bus as well.. I don't know what make him to not stop the bus.

                        Bus number missing in e-ticket detail, so i am unable to board the bus. So for i aked enquiry office in koyambedy bus terminal at platform no: 1, they said they are not providing any online reservation for ordinary bus. So they told me to ask for setc in platform no:6 for further information. So i asked the officer in platform no: 6 for my bus information he said "route no: 908bj is not available in this platform no: 6 and it's not my incharge. You go and ask again in platforms no:1". I have visited platform no: 1 and platform no: 6 for 3 time still they argue with me this kind of bus is not available. Hence i am unable to board the bus i booked. I am requesting for my ticket refund of rs. 235.
                        Finaly i get another bus from chennai to koovathur, get new ticket and reach my place safely.

                          Hi team,

                          My father-in-law who's age is 54, booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai on 4th oct 2019 (7:20 pm), boarding point is at roopena agrahara (Attached the ticket)

                          He waited for the bus from 6:45pm to 11pm (4:15 hours), there is no vehicle number provided by the setc on the ticket. I got only the mobile number of contractor via sms notification which is switched off.

                          Since there no vehicle number mentioned on the ticket, he checked with every setc bus which stopped at roopena agrahara stop but none of the buses claim the reservation.

                          If bus got cancelled why don't you guys inform the customer? Old man (My-father-in-law) waited 4 hours at the station without have any clue on what that heck is going in setc.

                          You are getting good salary from the government, every festivals they are getting bonus and their family gets all the facilities of travel across tamil nadu from the people's money, why can't you work for what you entitled for???

                          I don't want the money or refund, i want the amount of time they wasted at the bus station. What a pathetic setc service?? Have you every traveled ksrtc bus? Have you seen their service? Aren't they government employee? Are they getting salary less than you setc employee? When our state will get bus service like ksrtc?

                            I am krishnan from pochampalli, the bus (Tn29 n2991) has stopped on thirupathur bus stop in now this place has been promoted as a district. I am asking the conductor, are you stop the bus on pochampalli stop, he was reacting as an only hardly look, then i do not get any answer from him. He was called only last stop passenger... Please change this person he was not suite for this service.

                              I booked a ticket from salem to chennai by using my credit card number ending with 0025 to have a travel by 10:30 pm on 13/10/2019. This ticket was booked on 04/10/2019 by 3.45 am. My transaction was successful but ticket is not booked. Trip code of bus is 2230salcheab. I got a message ticket cannot be processed by system. So please conform my ticket as soon as possible orelse do refund

                              I booked a ticket from salem to chennai by using my credit card number ending with 0025 to have a travel by 10:30 PM on 13/10/2019. This ticket was booked on 04/10/2019 by 3.45 AM. My transaction was successful but ticket is not booked. trip code of bus is 2230SALCHEAB. i got a message ticket cannot be processed by system. So please conform my ticket as soon as possible orelse do refund

                                Dear team, my name is Vijayakumar from hosur, regarding complaint (01.10.2019) I travelled hosur from banglore in tnstc TN23N2491. He stopped below the KR Market fly over and went to flower market to purchase the flower for own use. We are waiting for almost 20minutes in the bus. After 2o minutes he comes casually. My stop was came I asked to stop but he is not responding and not stop also. I asked to driver he told no time but he wasted the time almost 2o minutes so that reason my job was suspended for one week. Please take severe action to that driver and conductor other wise I will go to consumer court to complaint all the higher authorities. I am really fed up my family back ground was middle class. please requesting you to take action and let me know if possible

                                  Dear sir
                                  I am one of the school student studying in the c. S. Matric. Higher secondary school in mariamman kovil of thanjavur. Our school over at 6.00 o'clock. At this time government bus did not stop in our bus stop. If they stop start that bus before get into the bus. Last time a girl slipped while get into the bus. So i kindly request sir please take an action.

                                  The bus which travels from cuddalore to thirupathi always crosses and should stop at santhavasal. But this route bus TN 32 N 4145 is not stopping.
