Hi team,
My father-in-law who's age is 54, booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai on 4th oct 2019 (7:20 pm), boarding point is at roopena agrahara (Attached the ticket)
He waited for the bus from 6:45pm to 11pm (4:15 hours), there is no vehicle number provided by the setc on the ticket. I got only the mobile number of contractor via sms notification which is switched off.
Since there no vehicle number mentioned on the ticket, he checked with every setc bus which stopped at roopena agrahara stop but none of the buses claim the reservation.
If bus got cancelled why don't you guys inform the customer? Old man (My-father-in-law) waited 4 hours at the station without have any clue on what that heck is going in setc.
You are getting good salary from the government, every festivals they are getting bonus and their family gets all the facilities of travel across tamil nadu from the people's money, why can't you work for what you entitled for???
I don't want the money or refund, i want the amount of time they wasted at the bus station. What a pathetic setc service?? Have you every traveled ksrtc bus? Have you seen their service? Aren't they government employee? Are they getting salary less than you setc employee? When our state will get bus service like ksrtc?
