This is happend on 31.08.2019 to 1.09.2019. Me and my family has boarded the bus at manapparai at 8'o clk in 31.08.2019 morning and we have reached velankanni at 12.30, afterwards we have decided to comeback to home so went to velankanni bus stand, there is no direct bus to manapparai at all, dindugal bus conductors and drivers were restricted us to board the bus stating this bus only stop at dindugal, there are around 25-30 people were belongs to manapparai but they were not ready to assign a bus for manapparai. I personally went to help center for bus they just kept on pointing some else and said go and ask that person. Finally one person said you can board dindugal bus but you have pay the ticket for dindugal and you will be dropped at manapparai. We are not good with this deal because for us 5 members in a middle class family not ready ready to afford for what we are not getting. It is all happening between 9-10 pm. Finally we have boraded the bus to trichy tn68 1705 and it has started at 10 o clk. The driver has drives the bus like he driving a rikshaw. The bus wall full at depature but they has stopped it every single stops. People who were boarded the bus at velankanni requested to stop the bus to do our natural calls but they didn't, we have requested at 12. 30 and he stopped the bus at 2'o clk, especially tamales suffered a lot bearing stomach pains and leg pains, the bus has reached trichy at 4'0 clk, and we have paid for express service, utterly 2 hours of delay because of ineligle driver.

In the bus no : TN 30/N./480, a town bus runs between rasipuram to koli hills. The conductor Mr.M.Thanapaul didn't accepted 10 rupes coin from me.Kindly warn him and give him knowledge about the circulation and transaction of 10 rupeescoins.

    Greetings,

    This is to inform you about the incident that happened today while i was travelling from koyembedu to vellore today i. E august 31st 2019 at 4:15 am by bus no: tn29n3035. The bus driver was listening to some songs with high volume, i requested the bus driver to reduce the volume since i worked whole night and wanted to get some nap, also i had headache, the driver was very arrogant and ignored my request, later when i got his attention he was very rude and treated me very bad, the other passengers were also very disturbed because of high volume and going through the same situation. My question is aren't we paying for the service? I would have listen to his high volume song if he wouldn't have charge for the tickets. I wanted someone to look into this issue and revert me back with an update. I really appreciate if all the tnstc service will reduce or not to play any high volume songs atleast during early morning.

      Iam yogabharathi from pondicherry, today i traveled on tnstc (Villupuram) bus number tn-32/n-4134 from velankanni to pondicherry, that bus conductor was talked me in very arrogant manner, he does n't know how to behave to customer, so kindly contact me for further process, he spoked as undescently. When i took the ticket i asked him whether they stop the bus in pooranakuppam on that time he told me they will stop but when reach the place they did n't stop the bus, iam asking very politely to stop the bus but they spoke me very arrogantly.
      So as soon as possible try to contact me.

        Complaint on 48ad condictor on 29 august 2019. Time :1.30pm
        My pass is from tpk to ramnagar. I took the bus from pazhangaanatham. Pazhaganatham is in between tpk and ramnagar. The conductor told me that i am roaming which degardes my character. I dont feel anything wrong aboit getting on the bus from a stop inbetweem the specified route. I need immediate action on him. He forced me buy a ticket.

          And could not stop the current state
          And accept a government pass in the bus
          So they the students going to clg and school.. So we have siveyar action sir
          If do not taked action i will be out on notice in court...

            Hi,
            On 24/8/19 around 4.30 a girl got down from rkg bus in gandhinagar busstop. Bus moved before she gets down and she fell down in the stop. People crowded but the driver dnt respond. The girl had her surgery now. Will the travels be responsible for her life if something would have happened? Pls cancel their license and let that be a lesson for the other drivers and transport people.

              Yesterday (26/8/19) evening around to go to gandhipuram, that time 3.35pm 14c bus reached semmedu bus stop. Along with me and some other passengers were waiting to climb the bus. Eventhough i show hand signel to stop the bus the drive and conductor of that bus didn't care about that they forgot the passengers those who are waiting the bus, they didn't stop the 14c bus wort away. Bus number tn38 n2059... Drive name thirumoorthi,, conductor name prabakaran. Then that conductor duty time mostly using mobile phone this not safe to the passengers.

                Hi.. I have booked a ticket from coimbatore to tirunelveli in setc... I have cancelled my ticket one day before journey. Journey date was august 9... But till now i didn't get my refund amount.. Will u please tell me the process of refund.
                If the ticket is cancelled by the passenger, amount will be refunded to the concerned credit or netbanking. But i have booked using debit card. I was not informed with this.
                I used to book ticket in setc. I didn't canceled my ticket. Unfortunately i have cancelled due to my circumstances.. Please please refund my amount. Also inform me whatever the result..

                  I'm traveling from nagercoil vadachery to trichy on[protected] in nagercoil to vizhupuram bus. According to ada act the driver or conductor should cooperate with the disabled passengers. But in that bus which i travelled the conductor behaves badly with un appropriate words he said some unnecessary words when i show my disabled id card and said something.
                  Then he collected extra amount than normal. Other conductor collect 100 rs but this guy collected extra 20 rs.
                  And they are not at all respectful with the disabled people. They behaves rude often.
                  I'm a college student, i'm studying at national institute of technology, tiruchirappalli.

                  So kindly take action over that guy. This kind of people's harsh words can harm even very
                  Affected ones mind. Some have thought that they were dissabled. When this kind of people say's harsh words it will hurt them and it also hurt me..

                  Caring of every dissabled people's comfortably take an action with tha bus conductor.

                    Hello,

                    I travel from chidambaram to cuddalore today (25th aug) around 10 to 11 am. The bus driver was driving the bus very fast. Personally i feel it is not a safe drive and the bus number is tn32 n2491.

                    During the travel, near periyapattu area driver has applied a sudden break and turn the bus to right hand side to avoid hitting the bike rider in front of the bus and it might hit the velakanni pedestrian. But luckily they are escaped and scolded the driver on the spot.

                    After this incident also the driver was not reducing the bus speed. Kindly advice him to maintain the moderate speed. It will be helpful to all.

                      I booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to coimbatore on[protected] with tnstc wide pnr number t28811341, unfortunately instead of 9.00pm have booked for 9.00am, while reservation fee collected for sms charges and havnt received any sms for my travel, because of that i lost my travel charges since as per tnstc terms cancellation is applicable within thirty minutes of travel time, though i had paid charges for sms, i haven't received any...

                      I was travel poonamallee to kanchipuram - 3/8/19 (2.40 pm) in the bus 76 dex. I gave $ 500 for the ticket to kanchipuram. The ticket amount was $50, balance amount collect later said by conductor and written it in the back side of the ticket. I get down in the kanchipuram bus depot (Olimugamathupettai). The conductor did not gave the balance amount and i also forgot that.
                      Enquiry about the balance amount :
                      — *4/8/19 poonamallee bus terminus, time keeper at 5.15pm
                      *4/8/19 kanchipuram old bus terminus, computer section at 7.20 pm,
                      *4/8/19 orrikai ii depot, computer section at 8.45 pm.
                      They all said that bus ticket not comes under our control. They diverted to gm office
                      On 8/8/19 i sent the register letter to gm office. (Kanchipuram ponnerikarai) there is no response and reply about that.
                      I attached photo copy of the ticket. Please consider my request and take step as soon as possible to get my balance amount $450.
                      I waiting for your reply sir, i hope take action quickly about this matter.

                        I have booked tickets for me and my friend to travel to madurai on 20/8/2019 at 10.30pm bus. We reached the koyambedu bus terminus by 10pm and on enquiry it is found that 10.30pm bus had already left the terminus, which the time keeper is unaware. The staff at the time keeping is also not supportive and was very rude. After much effort finally we are asked to take 11pm bus.

                          Hi sir

                          My wife was travelling from coimbatore to erode on 20/8/19 7 pm through a tnstc bus. She is sitting on the front seat behind driver. During the travel driver was constantly spitting through the window which splashes on my wife and fellow passengers. When she warned the driver for his action, he asked to close the window and continue spitting.

                          This causes serious mental stress for my wife and she was completely in distress throughout the 2 1/2 hrs journey.

                          The bus number is tn 33 n 3223. Even conductor was aware of the incident and took no action or spoke to the driver. This is irritating and humiliation to the public and i need strict action for this incident

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I would like to bring to your notice the hardship that I underwent on Aug 15, 2019 while traveling from Karaikudi to Tanjore in TNSTC (Kumbakonam). Bus number TN63 N1956.

                            I requested for 3 tickets to be issued from Karaikudi to Karanthai (Tanjore).

                            The conductor of the bus issued 3 tickets for Rs. 70/- & 3 tickets for Rs. 12/- (Total Rs. 82/-)for Tanjore only. When I insisted for tickets upto Karanthai, the conductor did not bother about it. I gave Rs. 500/- for which the conductor did not return the change.

                            Upon arrival at Tanjore, I once again requested the conductor for returning the change. He gave back Rs. 200/- only. He told that he is allowing me along with 2 other family members to travel upto Karanthai. He did not issue tickets from Tanjore to Karanthai and pocketed Rs. 54/-.

                            I forced to travel without ticket from Tanjore to Karanthai.

                            I am enclosing the photograph of the travel tickets & the photograph of the conductor.

                            Please do the needful and take action.

                                We have traveled from tnagar to taramani on 17/08/19. We have been charged an extra ticket for the ceiling fan.in m7 bus, the conductor asked to take a ticket for newly bought ceiling fan. They are charging for all electric items. Thank god, he didn't saw my mobile are else he might have charged for the same.

                                Mtc m. D started begging from passengers in name of charges.

                                  The bus driver of 20a, tn 38 n 1928, during his morning trip btween 7- 7.30 when he was near neelambur his phone got switched off n he tried removing the phone battery n refixed the battery and switched it on when he was driving. He didnt mind that there are people inside and it was a highway. He is also arrogant to the passengers. Kindly take due action on him and make sure such carelessness never gets repeated.

                                    I am from ambur. I have applied for bus pass and i asked to receive it on 15th of august. I visited the ambur branch which is responsible for issuing the pass. But in surprise there is no one in the booth... At 11:30 noon i asked one person (Broker) who said that he went for lunch and asked me to come at 3 pm. I again visited @3.30pm but no one is there. Now i am standing here and lodging the complainant. Being a govt. Servant, these people are not doing their job correctly and greeting paid with lumpsum of salary. I hope action will be taken

                                      Am traveling to madurai from hosur, bus route no 480-a. Bus stated from hosur by 9pm. Exactly in one hour bus crossed krishnagiri toll gate, after that turned in other route and stopped. There was huge load added in bus which looks like sweets and some food items every bag must be more than 15-25 kg. When passengers argues to conductor and driver they slowly started vehicle. Loading person (Porter) telling they are not disturbing public.. But in bus entirely 15-25kg bags kept in standing area. And using wrong and unwanted tamil words and telling passenger doesn't have rights to ask this question.. After vehicle started conductor was holding his seat and behind seat for luggages. And last 5seater kept reserved for keeping the sweet box luggages (Milk kova). And driver and conductor chit chatting about passenger that they are fool people.. I felt it's very rude..

                                      Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am Arulmurugan from Bangalore, I missed to get my bag (Black Color-Wulf Brand - which kept near right side shelf's Speaker) from the TNSTC-Express TN29 N3056 bus which reached at 11.pm in Vellore today- 8/10/2019.
