Hi sir, this is kaviya from chennai. I am working in shollinganallur and living in tambaram and i use to go work by bus and im having 1000 rupees bus pass which is valid for one month that is from july 16 - aug 15. When i boarded bus with my friend (Subalakshmi) yesterday 31/07/2019 on 99 ct from shollinganallur at aroung 7.30 the conductor came to us and asked for ticket. We showed our bus pass and when he saw our bus pass he scolded like anything using bad words. Initially i didnt reacted but after some time when the bus reaches medavakkam he again started shouting like heal and using too many bad words to us. As a passenger that too we are ladies he is behaving too bad with us. And he took photos and videos of my friend subalakshmi when she was taking with her father through phone. After all this we went to the tambaram dippo to complaint about this issue, but they tired to convince us by saying because of this person if you create problem then i will create bad name for all o[censored]s (Conductors). So we went to the policy and asked to help us by explaining everything. He came and asked about this to the dippo incharge person he paniced and gave details about the conductor to the policy. They told me that the bus will come back at 10.30 so we can help you to delete the video. But when i went at that time there were no one available at that time. So i would like to make sure that you will take an immediate action on that particular conductor. My email id [protected]@gmail.com

    Hi sir,

    I boarded a flyover bus in salem on 28th july, 7pm.. I missed a baggage (New dress in a plastic cover) while getting down in bangalore, ticket cost was 225 rupees,

    Baggage had one pair of dress for adult and one pair of dress for a 2 year old boy, when i got down the bus, i forgot to take the baggage as i was sleeping during the travel.. Kindly help me in getting the bag sir, it was gifted to me by my brother in law..

      I'm bharath. I was travelling from gandhipuram to saravanapetty. I have lost my carry bag containing my blue and white shade shoes, a plate and a blanket in tnrtc 111a bus that i took from gandhipuram at 4:55am to saravanapatty on 29th july 2019 early morning. I forgot to take the bag on getting down to saravanapatty please help me get my valuebles. My contact: [protected]. Please help me with this.

      The frequency of buses from electronic city to Hosur is very less. Most of the buses have been redirected to flyover due to which many professionals suffer. Waiting time is more than an hour sometimes which hinder our routine. This has been repeatedly seen for years together. Request to take action immediately.

        Respected sir,
        Iam travelling from salem to uthangarai on a regular basis, almost all the buses have stoppage in uthangarai bye pass. Today 27.07.2019 i catch a bus to uthangarai, bus number tn23=2354 the alphabet was not visible, sorry, and the conductor didn't stop the bus in uthangarai bye pass, saying it doesn't have stoppage there. As iam in a weak physical condition, it caused me great suffer to walk down from uthangarai bus stand. Sir i want to know, if there is a stop in uthangarai bye pass. Your intervene in this matter will be a hope and delight for us passengers, attaching the bus ticket herewith.

          We are 5 members (3 girls & 2 boys) booked tickets (3window seats & 2 normal seat) from chennai cmbt to erode on 26th july 2018 which departs at 7pm from cmbt. One of the person couldn't come & board at cmbt. He boarded at perungalathur. We informed the conducter, he checked the seats in his list. So we got into bus & sat on respective seats. The conductor forgot that we booked the ticket & gave a window seat which booked to some other person who dnt book ticket. I informed the sitting person that this is a booked ticket. When perungalathur came & we asked to the sitting person in our seat to move as we reserved it. But they refused. Conductor is asking us to adjust with some other seat, as the sitting persons together (Sisters). Even i'm a lady, i asked for my booked ticket. When we said it's our booked ticket, the conductor is rising his voice. Why is he in favour of the unreserved persons? For coming like this, why should we book tickets prior? According to the rules & regulations mentioned in tnstc, point 4 "the reserved journey tickets are not transferable and can not be preponed or postponed." i strongly recommend to take action against this person who is so irresponsible & rude.

          Two kind of buses running between madurai to Trichy 1 to 1 charging ₹120. Normal bus charging 103 but both are taking same time for travel..
          1 to 1 required to reach 2hours 10mins but they also take 2hours 30mins normal bus hours. People asking questions they come to fight with us. Can you please take some action.

            Tn 01 n 8293 - 15b (Electronic board) is the bus number that i am complaining about. It was on[protected]Friday) night around 11:00pm in front of koyembedu bus stand, i was in my car stuck in traffic and this bus was behind me honking throughout and i had no space to move in front. Then suddenly he accelerated and hit my car's back and dented it... When i got down and asked he told you didn't move front. Then i tried talking with him and as i was holding the traffic i had to move from there and he just was scolding me and using abusive language.

            Its a complaint about a private bus named sri velmurugan.exessive number of passengers are allowed to travel in the bus which leads to suffocation inside the bus and many accidents because of the loss of control of the bus.kindly take severe action...

              Today (26-jul-2019 at 8.00am) i travelled from chrompet to tiruvanmiyur in mtc bus no tn01n 8414. I sit besides driver seat and waiting for conductor to come to ticket. But he settled in his place and never came to passenger for ticket and the bus is not crowded. Then i passed amount to other passenger for getting ticket from him because i was sitting if i go then my seat will gone. Then the conductor came to my place and uses unparliamentary words that wont you come and get tickets. I replied i thought that you will come and give ticket then he shouts if you want you come and get.
              My questions to administrators:
              1. Is there any rule implemented that the passenger have to reach the conductor and get tickets even if there is no crowd.

              2. If the administrator is good, will he have the dare to use these unparliamentary words to passengers in public.

              Kindly take necessary action.

It has been three days since the cancellation of tickets till i haven't received the amount back to my bank account yet. Kindly do the needful to get my money back as soon as possible.

                  Kindly provide separate seats for conductor. It is bad to give them seats near ladies seats. Because i see most of the time conductor standing in bus without getting their seats. It is a basic need for the worker to get a basic facilities so please provide them separate space (Seat) without mingling with other passengers like the old government bus model. And the height of the bus is too short and bus is too small. Basic things for the bus is height and space. So kindly design the bus according to the welfare of the public. Old buses have good space and it occupies more passengers but this time it's too hard to travel even with less passengers. So kindly accept my complaint and provide as it is possible. At least provide conductor seat separately it's too hard to see them traveling whole day without place. Because that is there work area.

                    The frequency of buses during peak hours makes daily commute very difficult in the tambaram to velachery route, buses like 5a is not very frequent and shows up once in every 20 minutes or more that too very crowded or else few buses arrive at the same time meanwhile buses d70 is running in many numbers & returns with no passengers. Please do the needful.

                      Now i am travelling in bus no tn 45 n 4093 trichy to cuddalore bus.
                      Since i am travelling only upto perambalur they don't want to take me. The driver is misguiding me by diverting me to townhouses and telling fake time. But withing 5 min the bus started and the stopped at every stop between trichy to perambalur.

                      Kindly take strict action against the driver and conductor for such action

                        I travelled on[protected] in bus no tn33n2867, my ticket no is a20967, travelled from avinashi to coimbatore, the bus did not stop at hopes junction which is an important stop, i requested the conductor to stop atleast nearby he replied very casually saying only if the conductor intimates him he can stop the bus and he kept on driving so i had to run from front entarance to back side where the conductor casualy told me bus will stop only in the next stopping. I request you to take srtrict action against the conductor and driver on that day. I had to walk back a long distance from peelamedu to hopes junction

                          இன்று (19 july 2019)காலை 8.45க்கு தஞ்சாவூரில் புறப்பட்ட (1076)தஞ்சை வழியாக குமுளி சென்ற புதிய அரசு பேருந்தில் ஓட்டுநருக்கு பின்னால் உள்ள காலியாக இருந்த பெட்டியின் அலுமினிய பிளீடர் குத்தி ஒரு பெண் பயணிக்கு பலத்த காயமடைந்து இரத்தம் கொட்டியது. பேருந்தில் அவசர உதவிக்கு தேவையான first aid பெட்டியில் எதுவும் இல்லை. திருச்சி பேருந்து நிலையத்திலும் முதல் உதவி உபகரணங்கள் இல்லை.
                          தயவுசெய்து ஆபத்து விளைவிக்கும் காரணிகளை பேருந்தில் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம். கண்டிப்பாக முதல் உதவி உபகரணங்கள் சிலவற்றை யாவது பேருந்துகளிலும் பேருந்து நிலையத்திலும் வைத்திருந்து பயணிகளை காப்பாற்றவும்.

                          Sir i am sekar from kangeyanallore.my village bus no are 2G and 1G .this bus are not available in tha crt timing sometimes it completely unavailable in somedays .my village people suffering a lot.please consider and resolve this problem sir.
                          The town Bus timing of RouteChengalpet to Tambaram (no.500) and Maraimalai Nagar to Tambaram is improper, for an hour no bus will come and then it will come in succession.                             I travelled from nagari to tirupati on[protected] at 7.30pm. I have 100rs for a single tickets which costs 55rs. While getting down i have asked for a change from conductor, the #r said i gave only 50rs for a ticket.

                            These type of # employees need strict punishment from govt..

                            I think these or any other complaints has to take severe action against the complaint and punish the relevant person.

                              Today (20/07/2019) i reached nagercoil vadaseri bus stand by morning 4.15 am. I have waited nearly 2.30 hrs for bus. The main reason for this issue is their is no bus which is in good condition and they are not sending substitute bus dont you care about the passangers. Pls do consider this not only me there are 1000 and above people waiting out there for the bus.

                                  Myself s akalya am studying b.com 2nd year in avinashilingam insititute of home science for women in campus-2. The campus was located in varapalayam pannimadai there was 2/4 of hostellers and 2/4 of dayscholars but there is only one bus was available 4f that too as air bus it was very difficult to travel every one in the one bus itself if may be miss the bus there has not have a alternate buses it found more difficult to travel so please please please please kindly provide some buses to that route sir...

                                    Today i travelled from bodipalayam to kinathukadavu in the bus (33a) tn 38 n 3175 and get a ticket 095029 to reach my office. But the driver and the conductor stopped the bus in a hotel for their breakfast and asked the pasaanger to walk down. While i am asking about this, the conductor rudely advise me not to travel in this bus as they usually paractive this.in addition he begged me to pay for rs. 100 every day to have his breakfast in the bus stand abd to his government duty promptly. So i request you to take nessasary disciplinary action on bothof them and to repute compensation for the physical and mental torture.

                                      The bus is government bus... And we are 4 members of family in the bus and children.

                                      I have lost my bag (Green & blur color,) on 16rh july 2019 at 10:30 pm. While getting down from the bus i have forgotten the bag in bus (Ticket numbers are rs.[protected], 095647, rs.5- 13502, 13503 and rs.[protected]. The following things i have left in my big and all very important.
                                      1. Mobile phone
                                      2. Adhar card named as sandyarani.
                                      3. 2 to 3 pairs of dresses.

                                      Bag colour is blue and green.

                                        On 16/07/2019 i booked 2 tickets for chennai tambaram to thanjavur for the date 19/07/2019. The translation has been failed but aftwr few secsonds the money is debitted from my account to this account
                                        Rs.785.00 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 16/07/19 22:00 at tnstcltd mumbai from ac:xxx068695. Bal:295.38 cr - indian bank. My username is shriramindian
