Tn 58 n[protected] a12757 date is 25-05-19 time is 16:38:07 the conductor i have a 14 rupees give a conductor but he was said 15 rupees so i have a no change so iam give a 50 rupees the conductor was given a 35 rupees iam told first i have give a 10 rupees but conductor was didn't give a 10 rupees and he spoke with a unnecessary words iam a student இப்படிப் பேசினால் கூட student and passenger கிட்ட தெரிலையே தெரியல so you have punishment with a conductor are severely punishment

    Dear sir,

    Im traveling from pondy to chennai in a government bus, i was slept and lost my place where i have to get down. He have charged me a very higher price than usual, also with the rough manner. Kindly let me know the what can be done again the conductor. He is not behaved in a usual manner. I usually respect conductor for their service. He behavior is very bad. Kindly do the needful.

      I have been travelling from trichy to villupuram in tnstc bus madurai, rajapalayam killai, bus no tn67n0963 today evng started at 5:30 pm from trichy.. I missed my entire luggage where i have some important documents with the bag.. I request to kindly inform the status of the bag where could i get it.. Please help in this regard to track the bag and get it back to me

        conductor not giving change.

        Sir i travelled in bus number 16 from hosur bus stand to railways station. On 24.05.2019 at 6.20 am morning. The conductor got rs.10 from me and rs.5 from other passenger for ticket charges rs.7 and asked other passenger to give rs.2 to me while asking for explanation he harshly replied. I told i will complaint he is challenging if you want you can get down and complaint on me and said you can't do anything and started shouting can't you...

        Today morning 22/05/2019 tried to book a ticket from salem to chennai in ultra delux class for travel in 26th may 2019. Amount was deducted from bank, but ticket was not booked.

        Kindly check on this and initiate the refund for the same.

          A bus route running from gandhipuram to walayar (96) is not maintining proper timing even after continous reminders.
          Also at some time in evening and nights it does not come upto last stop and it diverts at half itself this makes huge problem for those who travel in night times and even some times when we question about it to the drivers the dont respond properly and even behave harsh. I request the authority to make a concern on this matter

          I'm travelling from Pondicherry to Bangalore using the TN govt bus (SETC).did an online reservation when came to the bus... I've never saw the seats like that before it's was damaged totally...but still these types of busses are running for long routes.
          Amount debited but ticket not booked[protected] I had booked a ticket from pudukkottai to Chennai on 19 May 2019 (Ultra deluxe) . Amount Rs. 425 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refund Ref no : [protected]

            I was travelled from arakonam to tiruttani on 20.05.19 tn25 g 0654. Not stopped at tnstc depot stop before bus stand i request to both conductor and driver but not bothered our request, both replied with plithy language. There saying "u go any where and any officer we are not bothered". And stopped bus stand only.
            I was complaint / enquire at bus stand but not given any reply. This is not good to the your department official, he is public servant he dont know how to behave to public. We are not slaves and beggars.

              I have been trying to book ticket from karaikal to chennai 23:00 ud bus from karaikal tnstc booking counter. From 10am onwards i visited the counter. I visited 3 times but no one was present in the counter till 12:30pm. Finally i called the enquiry number and one person picked it and he asked me to come at 4pm to book the ticket. The primary duty of the concerned person is to book the ticket to the passengers, but he was not present at the counter and answered me without even a feel of guilt. Kindly i suggest to take required action and please make sure that these kind of things don't happen again.

                All the passengers travelling from karaikudi to thirupathur and madurai to tirupathur are summarily neglected and asked to wait until the bus gets filled with passengers going to devakotai / madurai. The bus operators are showing their harsh face if we question. Why this disparity. Is the govt support this practice.
                Not even the tanjoor buses take the tirupathur passengers. This is really a worst govt and worst governing practice. I, personally, was detained from a boarding the bus from madurai to thirupathur now at 12.57 pm by 2 govt bus conductors going to tanjoor and devakottai

                  I travelled from tirunelveli to kovilpatti in a madurai buswith family. Bus started by 20th may 2019. 8:07 a. M from tirunelveli.in kayathar tolgate there was another bus in queue infront of our bus. Conductor from our bus ran and onboarded on the bus and came back in few mins and asked all the kovilpatti passangersto move to the other bus. I have two small kids wide and senior citizen all o[censored]s are forced to shift to another bus near kayathsr tolate. Attached bus number plate from which we were forced to take another bus. Around 10 more kovilpatti paaaangers shifted to another bus similar to us.

                    Today (19/05/2019) 7:20am. I was traveling from coimbatore to kanuvai (Bus route no:11 air bus). While i travelling the conductor got very angry, for the reason of change. My bus fair is rs 21, i gave him rs 25 for that he said me to get out of the bus, i am just 17 year old. He used very bad languages, i also said him to keep the change but he didn't hear what i said and he kicked me out of the bus.

                    So, i kindly request you to take severe action against the conductor.

                      Good morning sir,

                      I am travelling currently (19/5/2019 early morning 1.10) from tambaram to villupuram through bus number tn.63 n.1643.

                      Unfortunately i got seat at near by driver. Bus conductor and driver asked me to take ticket from koyambedu to villupuram (Rs 150) instead of tambaram to villupuram (Rs125). I took the ticket and started the travel. They are told me this is the special bus. We don't have stage in tambaram. Kindly look into this issue and find out the conductor and driver punish them. I need my remaining 25 rupees.
                      They are not wearing name batch also. Kindly do the needful. My ticket number is 35594/yde 8 in 150 rupees series

                        I was traveling from madurai to villupuram by setc bus having name board as chennai on 17.05.2019 (Bus number tn 01 an 1823. Rout number 137 chennai via trichy and villupuram) the bus start at 8 pm from madurai. When i asked the conductor to give 2 tickets for villupuram, he refused to give tickets to villupuram and suggest me to take tikets only for trichy. I asked him why you avoid to give tickets to villupuram. He replied that he didn't want to go villupuram bus stand to collect 2 tickets after my completion of journey in villupuram but he ready to collect the 2 tickets from trichy bus stand where he must go. So many times i requested him to give tickets to villupuram but he refused to give. The conductor refused to give service to me is highly irregular. I request that the administration of setc, please take action against the conductor who refused to gave service to me and make high depression to me. I will be very thankful if you take immediate action on my complain. Thank you so much sir.

                          Hi,
                          I have a complaint about unnecessary honking of private buses of coimbatore. I happened to travel in tn 37 cm 2277, 1c bus. From the beginning of the journey the driver continued honking as loud as he can with the music on. He kept on honking in every bus stop like it was his right to do so and at every signals. I really don't understand why buses unnecessary honk, with multiple, i guess, not permitted devices to honk. A traveller with severe headache like my friend can have serious issues with the honking. Please do some necessary steps to regulate this kind of behaviour and make coimbatore city less noisy without unnecesaary honkings. Thank you

                            Dear sir,
                            Today (17/5/19) we travelled from trichy to ponnamaravathi bus no tn55 n 0975 bus front tyre already in punchure problem, but bus was taken at 7am from trichy bus stand without solving the issue. Then bus stopped near virallimalai by 7.30am. It took 1 hour to change tyre in a near by workshop & again departed by 8.30 am...
                            Driver & conductor - no coordination
                            There was no proper reply from them
                            We passengers suffered a lot to reach our destination...
                            Do you think public as foolish
                            Request you to take necessary action. Please avoid this kind of issues. Its the responsibility of driver to fix the problem before start & act accordingly with an alternative.

                              Dear sir,

                              Yesterday (14.05.19) we have booked 4 tickets from madurai to bangalore at 09.00 pm ac bus on 15.05.19. Today from 08.15 pm onwards i am in mattuthavani bus stand along with my family but still now bus has not reached the spot. Arrangements are not made for proper information, all passengers are feeling bad. Kindly take action to compensate our time loss and mental disturbance.

                                Bus no 460-e from trichy to bangalore, travelling date on 16th may 2019. Dear all please consider this complaint and give them warning to don't behave like this with the passengers. This is equal to do theft man on the road. This is unexpected charge from them. Really i had less amt to travel that time. As per govt rules the child between 3 to 12years are only chargeable half ticket per head. How they are speaking very guts to collect the money. Pls do some changes from these type of behaviours. Make a new india with the pure heart^.^

                                  Many trips of tnstc buses particularly town buses riding with very less passengers at route annur to gandhipuram up and down. But private buses are riding with full capacity. Heavy loss is happening to tnstc. For avoid loss, providing link system will be best solution. That is gandhipuram to saravanampatti link to saravanampatti to annur. Please consider this in favor of tnstc.

                                    Hello..
                                    Today (14/05/2019) im travelling in a setc bus, from coimbatore to rajapalayam at 9:15 bus. I booked my tickets in online. The conductor told me u have to show your printed ticket... He told a reason to me "my phone will switched off at anytime, so i need to carry a printout.

                                    Why its soo necesaary,
                                    I have pnr number,
                                    I have govt. Approved id card,
                                    And the conductor allowed in the bus only after the full verification.
                                    Then why should i submit printout..
                                    We are paying lot of money.. And you are not even provide a well conditioned bus.
                                    I paid, ticket charge along with reservation charge, online booking charge..

                                    This is our requesting you to permit to show just a mobile..

                                      Way from newbustand to pudukottai government buses conductor says no local stops passenger pickuping bcz they dont have a officially order to stop the local stages. Am a professional employee i just came for my native punalkulam for vacational. Am waiting almost 1hr every government pudukottai bus conductor says no stop in punalkulam. I dont know the difficulty to pickuping the local passenger. Your thought is only pickup the end to end passengers means whos comes to local candidates. Its worst habits in our district. Kindly ensure the complaint and make a good solution.
