08/05/2019 4.30 pm i received one parcel package from coimbatore by tn38 n3218 government bus (Coimbatore to salem)
One person travelling charge 130 rs for coimbatore to salem

But 5 kg parcel delivery charge 200rs for same coimbatore to salem.

Why?

If its correct tell me the details
Or it's wrong get the complaint.

    Respected sir / madam
    Me and my friend were sitting in the back of bus tn 01 n-5666 (54a) which starts from poonamallee at 8:45 were made to get up from the long back seat stating it's reserved for ladies and humiliated us because we aren't from tamil nadu is this how you treat the passengers. If by any chance the long seat are reserved for ladies then why are the left side row also reserved for the ladies.
    Kindly take action against the conductor of the bus with the above mentioned details

      If you arrive madurai athuthavani bus stand, there are some people to take private bus harsly.. Why did not take action about this.. Then tnstc buses going empty.. Then they told crore loss.. I told that example.
      How scam was happen.. Buses are public transport.. If it's go with empty every people taxes going to waste as diesels employee payments.. Do need full action

        Greetings.! Its great pleasure to had a chance to contact you and it would be even greater if you have 5 minutes of your time to read the below content which describes the problem faced in our area.

        I am vijayakumar, hailing from kilkodungalore village (Fall between vandavasi - melmaruvattur) of vandavasi taluk under t. V. Malai dst.

        I am writing this on behalf of the people from below villages

        Marudadu, kilkodungalore, salavedu & ramapuram which falls between vandavasi & melmaruvattur.

        In our area we have completely get ignored of the govt. Bus services (Particularly to chennai) recently.

        From vandavasi, we have 2 routes to reach chennai, one via uttiramerur and other via melmaruvattur. Recently few of bus services via melmaruvattur is diverted to uttiramerur.

        Recently route # 142 (From chetpet depot) has changed its course to uttiramerur. And no update on @8am (Route #208).

        Morning services is very crucial for us because after 6.10 am, we people depend on either route #142 @ 7.20 am or route #208 @ 8am and next service is @ 9.45 am to chennai/tambaram.

        Currently between 7 am – 8 am we have only 2 services rangasamy (Private bus) @ 7.15am and route # 200 @ 7.40 am both are fully crowded and people used to travel in top of buses and foot-board that too up to melmaruvattur, most of the people not able to board into the bus.

        School / college / working professional / mgnerga people are heavily affected. We people around 40-50 regularly travelling in 142 and since it’s being stopped, we are forced to board into already over-crowded bus and catch another bus to chennai / tambaram and many people not able to do so and we are not able to reach on time.

        We dialed to depot manager (Chetpet ([protected]) & vandavasi ([protected])) and they asking us to contact head-office @ t. V malai. We even went to head-office but they are ignoring us and they again asking us to contact to corresponding depot.

        Kindly need your intervention on this at-least morning & evening services.

          D70 tn01 n 9945.11.45am... He s experience driver. But he never see hump. Because people sitting in back seats are very dangerous to travel. Heart patient will die. But he doesnt know that back seats people r suffering because of him. Pls warn driver on this. If i send people suffering like dis. I don't no what i will do. Abortion s not simple, patients death s not simple. Life s important. Pls understand

            Boarded at karur bs for trichy @ 7.00am today n took vacant seat behind front single seat. Commuters were sleeping n occupied two in 3 seats. One passenger was taking full 3vrear seat for sleeping. Being a senior citizen with spondylitis chose to sit front. Driver argued to take back seat since all left front seats to be kept vacant until ladies board enroute. It was ridiculus n absurd. He used singular n raised d voice. Conductor intervene n told me to vacate if any lady comes in. Abused words used by driver is not tolerable. Will escalate if he does not apologise at once.

            Bus conductor is using abusive words while taking tickets from me.The bus boarding time is 3:45am from vellore to chennai and the conductor is somewhat taller and looks black in skin color.

              This is bala from attur..
              One of your bus put board chidambaram.. Via attur., kallakurichi..

              But that customer refuse to allow the customers of attur in that bus.. And he told bus not going to attur.. Only chinna salem customers use this bus.. Then we ask why u put board? Via attur.. Kallakurichi.. He simply refuse more than 30 passengers waiting for attur.. In that board normal fare also displayed..

              What is the use? Y he not allow the passengers of attur..

              Is this a public service or private service?
              Take necessary steps.. Give me proper explanation about this incident..

              The head of that depot must give a memo for thay conductor for.not allowing the passengers in that bus

                Today morning @ 6.00 a. M i went to tiruvannamalai bus stand for going to chennai. The ud timed 6.00 having seats more than 5 nos. But i am not allowed to get in by the conductor. He is writing the details of the passengers and he is not replied for not my traveling. The bus goes with empty of minimum of 5 seats. I will pay for my journey iam not a free ticket. So i have again go to the officials and asked for the irresponsible of the driver and conductor. A person himself introduced as ae and also replied with a indesent and also argued rude. I want to know the ud can drive empty instead of allowing passengers? Take action against all the person responsible connected with this issue.

                  I traveled from devathanapati to batlagundu, the bus conductor is not accept the 10 rupee coin, i asked why, he replied like i cannot not accept because my seniors not accepting and speaking very argent and loud voices. Because of that am very upset that coin i received from tnstc. So responsible person take action about it.

                    I have boarded tnstc 1 to 1 bus from salem to bangalore on may 1 at 4:55 pm. I reached madiwala by 9:11 pm. The bus was going to satellite bus station. I dont remember the bus number. I have lost violet color alfa luggage. If i need to go to satellite bus station, i can go. Inside the luggage u can find a blue color pillow. Can u tell me what is the procedure to claim my lost bag.

                          from rajapalayam we have picked Madurai bus arround 6:35PM on 30.04.2019. There was two madurai bus standing ready to start. We have asked concern conductor to stop at NATHTHAMPATTI. But they are regret us and not allowed to get into the bus. This is annoying. Govt authorized all buses going towards Madurai has supposed to stop at NATHTHAMPATTI, but those conductors not allowed us. My parents also too old age. I was suffered lot because of this IRRITATED and irresponsible People. Kindly intervene and take necessary action against those ###.

                            Most of the guys are drunk before they start a trip from erode to mysore.
                            This happening very frequently in mysore to erode bus. We are feeling uncomfortable in the bus and some guys are vomiting inside the bus but still conductors who are on duty in the bus they are accepting them to travel on bus. We don't have any other options but still we need to travel in the bus.

                            If this is case tn government need to take action. If you stop allow to board this kind of peoples in bus then they wont repeat this again.

                            If transport department will not take any action we are ready to send a copy of complaint to transport department, human rights, collector also.

                              I was travelling from medical college to saravana bus stop, pudukkottai. The driver asked if anyone was to get down at my bus stop, i replied but he couldn't hear amidst the noise. Irrespective of the conductor blowing the whistle he didn't stop for the only reason that no one responded. He stopped only at the next stop and me along with 4 others were forced to walk 2 km.

                                This is vignesh, i caught the bus today (29/04/2019) from rameshwaram to madurai. It's 1, 2 and 3 stop bus i took ticket of 140 rupees, this bus suppose to stop ramanathapuram, paramakudi and manamadurai. But this bus stopped all the bus stops irrespectively like a town bus rameshwaram. The driver and conductor doesn't care about the passengers value of time. Requesting you to please transfer this driver and conductor to drive the downbus don't recommend to drive the one to one and mofessal. The driver drives very slowly the bus, the bus started at 9:00am at rameshwaram and hope it will be reached 2:00pm only. Now only this bus is reaching thiruppachethi. My humble request to the managers pls take actions against them and everyone is highly disappointed this travelled. Pls transfer them to town bus the bus no:tn 63 n1874. Mostly i'm travelling by govt buses only all over tamilnadu, but highly irrittating today... By vignesh

                                  I was waiting for the bus at dr sivanthi aditanar college of engineering for about 15 minutes 8.05 to 8.20 am. To go to tirunelveli on bus bus from tiruchendur to tirunelveli 123.
                                  Which was supposed to stop at this mandatory bus stop. It didn't stop on the bus stop and stopped at the 100 to 200 metre away from the stop to drop a passenger on seeing only me bus stop.

                                  This was done in an intention to not take in new passengers at the stop.

                                  Please find the bus driver and conductor for questioning and punishment.

                                  I was waiting for the bus at DR Sivanthi Aditanar College of engineering for about 15 minutes 8.05 to 8.20 AM[protected]. To go to Tirunelveli on bus from Tiruchendur to Tirunelveli 123 ( 123 buses too have mandatory stop at the college stop. Been using this service at this Stop for more than a year now)
                                  Which was supposed to stop at this mandatory bus stop. It didn't stop on the bus stop and stopped at 100 to 200 metre away from the stop to drop off a passenger on seeing only me standing at the bus stop.

                                  This was done in an intention to not take in new passengers at the Stop.

                                  Please find the bus driver and conductor for questioning and punishment.

                                    I am sasikala yogesh kannan. We got up bus from madurai to go to virudhunagar from madurai mgr bus stand. Bus no. Tn 72 2174. From madurai m. G. R. Bus stand to thirunelveli. When we got up the bus both driver and conductor agreed to stop at prc depot virudhunagar. But at the depot refused to stop. We argued then dropped us at the roadside 2kms after depot

                                      The tamil nadu government have made travelling difficult, the travel duration of pondicherry to karaikal of a distance of 120km takes nearly 4 hours and this is still being prolonged by unwanted bus rerouting through bhuvanagiri which prolongs the travel hours still further. The people who commute daily or in weekly basis find it very difficult because of this unnecessary rerouting which leads to stressful and unhappy journey and also wasting time. Please take necessary action and make the people feel happy.

                                        Bus starts from salem at 10.00 am dated 27/04/2019 destination is trichy. The bus conductor got express ticket rate at rs. 122 but the bus stops in all station. Then why bus conductor charged express ticket instead of normal ticket. This is the way your corporation runs instead better sell all route to private they running the bus at low cost with time management. If bus charging express ticket inform about the stops in ticket instead stopping in all station irritate the consumer.
