Very worst, very rare buses so gets full every time. What kind of govt is this?
Already raised complaint once but no steps taken. We girls couldn’t able to board in rush buses.

    Dear team,
    I'm writing this complaint about the Bus service to the chettipalayam area, there is no bus service provided as per the timing, when I see the bus service it shows like every 30 mins there is bus service to chettipalayam, but I'm waiting at GH bus stop for more than 2 hours, there is no single bus came to this way, the bus number to GH coimbatore to chettipalayam are 73, 8, and also due to road condition some of the buses are not operating up to chettipalayam to singanallur, Kindly look into this issue... there are more than 2 lakhs people living in chettipalayam area... so kindly look into it avoid these consequences

      Sir, The Town Buses running from Tirunelveli to Thirupani Karisalkulam (7R) and to Vettuvan kulam (7P) are not operated regularly. The buses are not coming in time and are frequently cancelled. As the villages in this route are away from the Main Road (Cheranmaha Devi Road), we have no other bus services. The people are depending on only these buses (rout Nos. 7R and 7P). The people living at Thirupanikarisalkulam, Sri Thirumal Nagar, Vettuvankulam, Velalar kulam and Vaduganpatti are very much suffering. Kindly take necessary action for good and regular service of these buses.

        Bus no. Tn 30 n 1782, bangalore- salem (via hosur) fly over,
        on the rainy time on 30.05.2023 (tuesday) around 7.15-7.30(time not sure) the conductor of the bus stopped at madiwala many old passengers were standing to take the bus but he told its not flyover though the bus had a sticker saying flyover image is attached, when i asked him he told that he can take only salem ticket and not hosur

        this is happening all the time
        this should be resolved immediately

          Hi I'm from coimbatore. Every morning 84B government bus which is free for ladies is not coming. As we don't have any other bus till 8 to reach Eechanari.kindly make sure to provide a bus to travel to Eechanari or 84B to come on morning

              Hi TNSTC team,
              I am one of the passenger who tried the onboard the Chennai bus from poraiyar which is Nagapattinam district. Here there is no regulation at the bus depot or at the management. People have to rush and get seats as there is no reservation or token system for passengers to book a seat. It is the only pushback bus from this place to Chennai. So it is becoming a mess among passengers. Some put seats via window with items or jumping in through windows, while others rush via single door. There is no first come first serve model too. We can see lot of quarrels among passengers which is making the journey unpleasant. Could we put some method to regularise this? We already had token based manual booking and seems it was used by the depot people for their personal favour band convenience.

                Dear sir/mam I am Naresh p, I am living in villupuram DT and I have studied channai. I am going to my home town so I travel tnstc bus no:122 H thiruvannamalai bus .I take leakage ticket amount-69 but conductor say 1 travel ticket amount 137$ give you then I am give the money so I am confused 68 rupees were did you go .

                Respect officer actions to the bus conductor it my ample request.

                  On 27/05/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.685/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    On 27/05/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.685/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          I unfortunately forgot my flask named light and wonder in setc deluxe bus on 25th Thursday at 9.00pm to 10.00 pm where i was boarded at mahabalipuram byepass and i departured at Thiruvanmiyur, I attached bus ticket with this through a photo.
                          So I kindly request you to recover my flask which can be found in bus in the right luggage section by bus conductor .

                            Address: Didnigul bus stand

                            In dindigul, main busstand, the private bus conductors are not allowing general public to get into the government buses which are waiting for their commuting time.
                            They are speaking in very ill manner and humiliates the general public when they try to get into the government buses.

                            Who has the right to select the mode of transportation? The public people or private bus companies?

                            Fearing to them the government b7s conductors also not letting in the Public people to get into the bus.

                            Kindly look into it.

                                We are Tirupur Public Peoples. We are residing in Tirupur City in Tamil Nadu. Sir one small humble request that our Transport Officers are giving more and more importance to allowing this TNSTC Deluxe Red Buses in Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai cities alone. They are not at all showing any other importance to Tirupur City. How these are all you considering as one of the largest cities in Tamil Nadu, like in the same way now our Tirupur City also has became as Tirupur Smart City, So how you are giving more and more importance to Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai like that in same way the same importance you want to give for our Tirupur City also. Please one small humble request that kindly don't show any other difference between Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tirupur. You kindly see that all cities are one in Tamil Nadu. So We are all humbly requesting you that kindly please allow TNSTC Deluxe Red Bus in our Smart City Tirupur Also. Our Tirupur Peoples are very eagerly waiting to travel in TNSTC Deluxe Red Bus. Why because our Tirupur Peoples are feeling very better and very comfortable to travel in that TNSTC Deluxe Red Buses alone. So they are very eagerly waiting that when our transport officers are going to allow this TNSTC DELUXE RED BUS IN TIRUPUR CITY TO TRAVEL like that our Tirupur peoples are very eagerly waiting. So please accept their feelings and allow TNSTC Deluxe Red Buses in Tirupur City also to travel for the public peoples.

                                    The conductors of the TNSTC buses departing from Peravurani to Chennai argue with passengers and collecting additional amount of Rs 50 more than the ticket as tips for the seat. They are returning the balance amount and taking as tips. This has to be addressed quickly. I have attached the ticket.
