Dear sir,
Today i have travelling trichy to chennai in our tnstc bus tn 21 n 1982. Its reached perambalur at 7.15. But due to tyre change driver stopped the bus in perambalur bus depot. He is not informed the exact time for recovery the problem. Almost one hour gone. Driver or conducter not excused to the customers for delay. We can't ask refund. If they take immediate alternative bus, we will reach our destination in correct time. Very worst replied to us.

This is a caution to govt bus department.

Dear sir/mam
I am a farmer. Today i started travelling from cheyyar to chennai by 130 bus by 4.00 a. M. I payed the ticket fare rs.95 usually and i carry 13 kg luggage along with me. Usually i pay rs 25 to 45 for that luggage. But today the conductor asked me to pay rs 95 for that luggage that means full ticket. I told him i regularly pay rs 25 to 45 for luggage but he said just pay the amount or get out of the bus. This kind of behaviour is really shocking. I request that please clearly notify luggage charges per kg. Please take immediate action against this conductor.

I am working in thiruchengode.[protected] night i need to send material (4kg) (To chennai). So went to bustand, reached the bus and asked the bus driver (At that time conductor was not there) that material need to send chennai. But he was asked 400 rupees for 4kg. That is huge amount. I said that i am not giving that amount. Then he scoled me &pulled my material away material. He was very careless very rude. You can find the bus number below. Registration number tn30n1614

Dear Sir/Mam,
As per chart MTC Bus 101 Timings & Route, Chennai City Bus Time Table. It should stop in (Taylors Road ) but it never stop in Taylors Road bus stop.
Every time i have to come back from K.M.C. Hospital to Taylors road .
Same while going some were it never stop in taylors road bus stop.
Please ask all those 101 bus nos to stop in taylors road, it is very difficult to walk and come back to taylors road bus stop in this hot sun.

Please resolve this issue sir/mam.

Bus no tn 32 n 3244, rout thindivanam to tambaram, date 05 apr 2019, i boarded bus at thindivanam at 8 pm, after 15 min the bus stopped at aaryas saran for 20 min. When it was reported in news paper buses will not stop between thindivanam and chennai for food at unauthorised food joints. The staff has floated give directives. All the passengers were put to discomfort. My ticket no is bn 70 05604 for rs. 90. Please do needful.

Sir, there are rare buses running between dharmapuri and uthangarai.. During festival times, there are no frequent buses and the large crowd has to be fit into very few buses going to thiruppatur. There is no place even to stand in the bus.. There is no array to keep our luggage.. The conductor says to keep the bag in the pathway.. Kindly make arrangements for new buses with array for keeping luggages.. Every citizen is paying tax and suffering inside the bus.. Please eradicate this worst situation as soon as possible

Dear sir,
Tnstc (Villupuram)- gudiyattam depot bus starting at banglore around 10.30 pm is not comming to ambur bus stand and takes byepass to gudiyattam. Since it is a mid night and no other bus to gudiyattam at that time lot of people waiting for that bus in ambur bus stand got disapponited and they are forced to go to pallikonda and come back to gudiyattam. This too happen during week ends.

So i request to consider...

Dear tnstc team,

I'm arulkannan who was travelled on our tn government bus on 05.04.2019 around 7.30 am from gobi to avinasi in bus no tn33n3322, and the issue is the conductor (Mr. Vijayakumar) was denied to collect 10 rupee coin and saying that bank people was not accepting it, but i was collected the same coin from one of our tn government bus conductor from chennai and his attitude infront of co passangers was very disappointed me and then i called concern transport location contact number no body was responded for the phone call, hence i'm raising the complaint on this. Need a proper clarification on the same from concern higher authority from tn govenment transport division. Who said 10 rupee coin is not acceptable is there any released go for that? If so how come another conductor in same state issueing the coin?

I dono the stop where to get down... I asked for him that i have to get down velacherry railway station. He dint tell me that the bus will not go there he gave me the ticket of rs.7 i was sitting for my stop he asked me to get down in depo i dono what happened and i dono why it is wrong i asked him he replied me with some unparlimentary words and he harresed me every one in the bus was just watching this harrasment because he is that bus conductor. If some thing happened to me the responsibilities will be that bus conductor and driver also tn transport department

Driver rudely driving and harse with other vehicles. Rash driving its hurts the passengers and then simply pressing Horan it leads to sound polution .my traveling date is (01/04/2019 at 12.58 pm)

Conductor of bus no tn 38 n 3170 from coimbatore to tiruppur on 1 april 2019 is charging more money and than original fare and also not giving ticket to passengers but only gettung money. Please see the time of arrival of this bus at airport from there it is 30 es but he is charging 36 rs. On asking he is fighting. So please take necessary action against the conductor.

From last more than a month all the government buses belongs to villupuram region hiked their ticket rates to 10-15 % in the name of deluxe, but there is no any such facilities added in as deluxe. Its just labeling only done in existing buses, nothing additional provided in facility/services/routes.

Highlight is there is no such hike in any other regional buses in taminaadu, only villupuram region buses tickets are hiked. There is no any announcement declared by government/transport dept.

iâ€™m travel from Theni to tenkasi bus number TN57N2281 28/03/19. the bus music system volume is very high, inform to conductor, he informed to driver but they not ready to reduce sound, very headache about this beacuse travel time 5hrs with loud noise pls take action about this.

A driver who drove tn 28 n 2641 used very abusive words against me in a traffic area for being a two wheeler, then he thrashed me with the bus he drove, i fall down and got injured severely. The incident happened on 30/3/19 around 3 pm at sowripalayam please take necessary action against the driver for his rude and irresponsible behaviour because of his activity i got injured and my vehicle damaged drastically

Why always ticket fare is variable from coimbatore to kumuly charging 210 Rs some time 208rs some time asking 230 Rs same route same bus same stops then why this much charges and also cbe to cumbum charging 190rs why

First announce ticket fare to public and don't charge more than government fixed are explain to people's

Using bad words against a elderly person who boarded bus incorrectly. Throwing ticket down and the passenger picked it... Asking dharapuram passengers not to board the bus until madurai passengers fill the seat. The concerned conductor used very abusive words to the elderly passenger and said will push him out of the bus. Please take necessary action.

The two government buses starting from coimbatore to mettupalayam around 9.00pm was engaged in rash drive and road rage with each other. The both the buses were blocked by each other at periyanaikenpalayam, veerapandi pirivu and mathampalayam. As these two drivers were not in good terms we the passengers were the most affected because of their problem the buses were not stopped properly at the bus stops, buses were slowed down and it was driven in rashly which created panic situation passengers of both the buses. When asked to the conductor of the bus he responded in a odd manner and started questioning me by raising his voice and left. Following are the registration numbers of the buses that were engaged "tn 38 n 3118" and "tn 38 n 3213". This issue has to be taken into consideration and sorted and as we innocent passengers cannot be a victim of the driver's personnel problems.

Bus no is 15f. This bus not stopping at aminjikarai lakshmi theater bus stop.

Every time 2 buses are skipping that bus stop and 3 rd only stopping.

Because of this every day i have to wait for above 45 min in night time (i am a female).

Please take serious action about this.

It will be very grateful.

This happend exectaly on 27.03.19 (Wednesday) 12:50 pm when i was heading from lakshmi mills signal, exactly i was on the right lane the bus (Tn38n2577) was on the center lane paralel to my car. When the signal got opened the bus just jumped on to the right lane when i was half way in then i horned twice the driver didnot even care and he just hit on the left hand whell gaurd of my car, it got damaged with some sacratches and green paint on it. Then when i got to the side of the road the driver didnot even speak a word insted the conductor used foul language with some harsh words that anyone wouldnot tend to hear and he was speaking the whole time as if he had drove the bus. I just lost my mind on how thease peopel treat even when they do all mistakes. Carlesness can lead to life damage. Thank you

I am trying to travel from palani to kankeyam but the conductor only pick up selam tickets.I am waited more than 15 minutes and finally he allowed me.I am totally depressed with this incident.Conductor name:Sukumar C-40773.

We three friends got in bus no tn21n014 from pondicherry to chennai. There were around 6 men who were high on alcohol and were doing misconduct with co passengers. Bus conductor did not take any action against them. And when we told we would complaint they threatened us that they will kill us to which again no action was taken by conductor. They got down on kaathankadai stop. When we asked conductor for complaint number he told us there is no such complaint no. I have also attached my ticket photo

I'm from thirupur i'm traveled today[protected] tiruppur to thiruchenthur tnstc bus. This bus stopped near tharapuram one of tha motel motel name is sri krishna pavan and every bus stopped this one motel so very crowded and motel food price is very high so i'm not eat... I'm very angry this not only my feeling every passenger feel like this... So plz understand avoid this type of big motel change motel...
