Today afternoon 1.30pm your transport TN 01 N 4763 driver dashed my Bike honda from Back opp to lic building on road myself and mother very shocked by hit from back. My mother is already a heart patient and she got hurt by bus dash on left leg, i am very much upset of your driver done this accident and i am really need justice for your mistake and damage cost for my bike. Looking forward your intervention on this matter and give us proper justice.

    Yesterday i travelled from panruti to perungalatur in a kumbakonam bus (Tn 68 n 0760). Conductor collected 150 rupees from me (Not a deluxe bus, ordinary 3 seated) and i noticed he collected same 150 rupees from my co passenger for koyambedu. I asked conducter that you are collecting 30 rupees extra and the usual charges from panruti to chennai is 120 or 130 rupees only. He said that this a special bus which is assigned on sunday so every ticket is same. Many passengers argued with him and disappointed. I don't know why the conductors are not using electronic ticket machine. I kindly request the officers to take strict action against this.

      Trichy district thuraiyur tnstc depot last bus service from thuraiyur to trichy is very late. Some times they operate 11.45pm some times 11.15
      Some times 11pm itself. Actually they don't operate correct time. Depot managers not consider about this issue. Every week this is big issue. Every week i travelled from thuraiyur to trichy so many public people are affected. So kindly make serious action about this issue

        Allowing to board extra passenger though there is no vacancy in the bus
        I was travelling from coimbatore to madurai through tnstc bus (Vehicle no. : tn 38 n 3235 ; timing : 06.45pm from singanallur on 16.03.2019). The conductor allowed to board passengers from various stops even though there is no place for them to be seated. Most of the people were standing and sitting in the pathway. And they didn't get seat till they reach their destination. They paid for the travel and they didn't find a peaceful journey. As many of them where standing in the pathway, passengers who got seats in the corner seats near the pathway got affected and many female passengers were there in the bus felt uncomfortable as there was most of the males were standing near them and they were brushing while sudden brakes so it was the worst travel in my lifetime. And i am unable to sleep due to this cause as i was sitting in the corner seat near the pathway and people were brushing on me and i couldn't find time to sleep as i felt very bad because some of the people were drunken and i could feel the smell. Please do take action against the bus drivers and conductors who ever allow extra passengers to board when there is no vacancy in the bus.

        In hosur busstand.2 buses are there normal and one to one.passengers prefered the 1 to 1 bus for salem.that another bus conductor shouting and forced to getdown the passengers from 1 to 1 bus.He closed yhe bus door even passengers are inside.this happed at night 9PM.Bus TN 30 N 1550.pls take steps for this issue.

          We are 5 people travel in a bus to sankarankovil from thalaivan kottai (Vasudevanallur to sankarankovil root (10a) bus no tn72 n 1652. But the conductor get down us in nagaram at 9.15pm and told us that bus is going bus work stand. Here we (Me, my wife, my son (4 years) and other two old persons) are waiting for another bus to reach sankarankovil bus stand.

            Dear sir, myself c. Karthikeyan and my travelling tnstc - ondipudur bus tippo bus number tn 38n3235... At the time of 16th march 2019...6.45pm we are traveling the bus... Singanallur to madurai the bus capacity i think approximately 52+2 but travelling distance almost 250klms... But the pushed up totally 100peoples in the bus and conductor contact with the customer very worsted languages his name mr. Ranjithkumar... Kindly take a disciplinary action for him.

              Hi sir/madam,

              We have been noticed that the lot of pot holes in the roads of perungulathur busstand. Each pot holes are larger in size with a feet deep near hotel aakash bhavan. Bus drivers are facing very difficulties in crossing those areas which may lead to accident in upcoming days. Also passengers are feeling uncomfortable.

              Kindly take action accordingly.

                Boarded bus from shanthi nagar bangalore at 12.45pm on 15-mar-19.
                Ticket charged was 310 inr for travelling from bangalore to vellore. I saw he collecting only 200 from my fellow passengers and when asked the conductor told the charge was 310 only. I need to know why conductor collected extra from and i need refund of extra money plus rs.10, 000 compensation for being cheated.

                  luggage charges non standard

                  I am travelling in bus no 221 from central to kelambakkam... I am carrying a mini trolley bag which will fit in the cabin and less than 4 kgs... He charged a luggage charges from me. I am travelling with this bag every month for the last 2 years and no one asked for luggage charges. He has collected the money and also very rude to the passengers. Do you have any specific description in the bus which consider as luggage and which are not....

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I am from coimbatore. I belong to the nilgiris district. I visited grandparents at their village (Oranally, near kollimalai). The next day at 6.15 am a state government public transport facility was available from village to the nearest town, ooty (Tn43n0632). The driver arrived by 6.00 am itself. Until 7:15 am the conductor didnt turn up. A lot of passengers including me were affected in the morning hours because many o[censored]s arent able to report to our work due to this irresponsible attitude of the conductor. I happen to know that for first trip driver and conductor, accommodation facility was made available in the corresponding village (Oranally) itself. Irrespective of this, the conductor had gone on his personal residence but didnt come until 7.15 am. He in turn demanded the driver to bring in the vehicle until his place. When i enquired about the conductors name, the village residents said santhakumar was his name. Kindly cross verify the conductors name and find out whats the reason behind his lethargic behaviour. Kindly advise him to be on time to his duty or kindly make alternative arrangements to meet out his absence. Otherwise its going to be very difficult for office goers from the concerned village. On behalf of all the passengers who left stranded, i am registering this grievance

                    There weren't any prior information or notice about ticket price raised in bus station, neither the driver/conductor told about the same...ask them to give prior notice and also broadcast the same information in TV too...
                    Most importantly it affects the common people since they don't know about the same and have to pay dearly...

                      Bus conductor named "mr. Manikandan" in route of chidambaram to nagapattinam is not giving correct ticket. I have been observing him for a month at least. I want a kottucherry ticket which is r's. 50. But he always force me to take only karaikal ticket which cost rs. 55. Moreover many times he is not voluntarily giving away the balance amount. I need to ask him for giving balance. Please take appropriate action on him.

                        Tn32 n4281 kadaloor to chennai bus on 09/03/2019 midnight incident
                        We took 7 tickets while boarding at kadaloor to sholinganallur.. While getting tickets conductor said that 1 of those 7 tickets was not proper saying that it is not in proper sequence and will check later.. While nearing chennai he got those 7 tickets from us and never returned.. And while getting down when we enquired about the tickets he said what u gonna do with those tickets here after and he got two tickets from some other passengers who were getting down and gave us n hurried into the bus.. Donno how many days and how many conductors are looting this kind of money from common people.. Please take necessary action..

                          I had booked the setc ultra deluxe from bangalore to salem for 9 th march 2019 and got confimation message when i booked. Pnr number is t27242500
                          And
                          Trip code : 1130bansal
                          No. Of seats : 4 (Adults=4; children=0)
                          Bus id no. : e-2867
                          Amount : 1350.00.

                          On the date of journey, i did not any message (Update) about the bus service, not even toll free number working and waited for one and half hour at my boarding point for the bus and one of my friend went to shantinagar busstop setc office for enquiry, they are responded that they are also not aware of the same, what an irresponsible answer was that?
                          Finally dropped a mail to [protected]@tnsct.in to refund the ticket amount did not got any reply from them.

                          I need my ticket amount and justification for the above.

                            Dear sir, the new model blue colour tnstc buses have been launched recently. There is no sunscreen coating provided in the glass part which is above windows. This makes the bus journey irritating during summer especially. Older green buses have this coating and is pleasant for travel. I strongly recommend to provide the coating for all buses.

                              Tn29n2678 scr7936494-a i was travelled from tiruvannamalai to bangalore on 11 the morning... I lost my bag in that bus mentioned above. Please help me to find my bag... I get down on electronic city at 4 and my bus went to satellite bus stand... After i went and asked bus depot they said bus left to hosur.. It was later moving to d. Kotagiri.. The bag description is greenish bag with wheels attached

                                No sufficient buses from madurai to coimbatore during weekends especially muhurta days in arapalayam bustand. People are feeling struggling for getting bus and needs to wait for a long. As a working women we need to reach coimbatore by morning but we didn't get seat even after trying much. It wound be helpful if some seats are alloted for women as well allotting more buses during muhurta days.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Total distance between coimbatore to erode is 98kms.
                                  I picked a express bus from coimbatore.
                                  It take 3 hrs to reach erode bus station.
                                  I observed, there is not much traffic in coimbatore city and erode city. Also the complete road is fantastic and bypass. But i don't know, why this buses takes 3 hrs to reach busstand. I had a experience that, one bus from coimbatore to erode in 1.45 hrs to 2.00hrs. All private buses can manage the travelling time within 2.00hrs with less fare. But govt. Buses collecting high fares with worst service. Always govt is poor and worst service.

                                    Respected sir am thirumoorthy from pondy. Now 9th feb 2029 at 10pm .am traveling thiruvanmiur to cuddlure bus number TN 32 N 3890. I was give 200rs the fare is 155rs. Am asked Vance amount 45rs. But he asked again 5rs. I said I don't have change. But he replied using vulger words. Til now he won't give 45rs. And also he behived very irrespective maner all the passengers. Pls consider my request and do need ful for Me

                                      Hi, this is yunus from chennai. Today (8 mar 19) i've boarded a bus tn29 n 2639 from arcot bye-pass to poonamalle. Usually all the busses will charge the ticket from arcot to poonamalle. This conductor charged me extra ticket that he collected the ticket from vellore. I've asked him but he's not even ready to respond properly. He's gone to sit near to driver. Such a worst behavior. My ticket number:a11819
