Today (21/2/2019) i tried to book ticket from salem to chennai with my tnstc account, timing 9.45pm. During transaction money was deducted but the ticket was not booked. Pls send the refund details to my email [protected]@gmail.com. The name is sriraamcr, the amount 385 was deducted from kvb. The id name is sriraamraja89. Also no refund details or notifications have been sent

    Being the busiest route and have occupancy on average around 80%every day in this route bus condition is too bad most of the push back are not working also this bus have online booking option which intend have many users book with additional charges

    Please have a change in bus for this route

        We are traveling from chennai to kadapa and recently the way of apsrtc busses boarding point has been changed from cmbt to madavaram.
        It's so difficult to travel in the early morning from chennai madavaram to cmbt and cmbt to our home area sholinganallur.

        Busses in the early morning time from 4 to 7 a. M

          setc bus conductor causing inconvenience

          I have booked bus ticket from trichy to tirupati through online from setc website. The seat i booked was ladies seat.in the middle of the travel the bus conductor was insisting my seat and woke me in mid of the sleep at night which caused me great inconvenience for a female passenger. The bus details are

          Bus number 74 which was started from vellalore to gandhipuram at 7 o clock, the bus was supposed to stop at varadharajapuram but due to traffic driver n conducter argued to get down, on that time most of the vehicles are crossing the bus so i am unable to get down with my child. After that driver scold me n didn't stop the bus at correct place and he stopped near esi stop. So i kindly request the tnstc to take necessary action or else i will complain to consumer court.

            Bus no tn 45 n 3890.. I traveled in this bus on 10th february 2019 from coimbatore. The bus started at 3.45pm from cbe. I waited half an hour for this bus since i could reach trichy earlier as it's a point to point bus.. But the conductor and driver stopped in all the bus stands in-between. They even stopped in small bus stops in some places. They said they can't drive with empty seats. They even stopped in kulithalai bus stand. What's the point in calling this a point to point bus. Disgusting... Kindly take some action... It's 8pm now on the same day and i m still in kulithalai.

              Hi,
              I am travelling from puducherry to chennai on 10th february. I boarded the bus at 10am from bus stand. Usually it will take 3 hrs to reach chennai (Perungalathur eta 1:00pm). But we only reached chengalpattu at 1:00pm which is too late. This bus is very slow and when asked the conductor, he said the bus is not in good condition. I request you to please do proper checks for the bus before making it functional. Bus no.: tn 21 n-1400. All the passengers in the bus were complaining about it.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I am persuing quality manager in an private organization in chennai, usaully once in a month i used to travel from chennai to my native pauparapatti (Dharmapuri dist). I found every time there was a delay upto 1 hr to get the bus and passengers are waiting and crowds are increasing after so much delay two buses comes at same time, there is no proper punctuality to keep timing. Every time this issue is getting repeated. Need immediate action on this issue and expecting to do the needful.

                  Hello sir i am lodgining this complaint against tnstc bus conductor bus no tn 45 n3737. Bus destination ariyalur. I have taken the bus in porur tolgate after 5 minitue i asked for ticket to villupuram then conductor told this bus wont go and again i asked why, conductor told very rude and i asked why your behaving like this then conductor brutalized me in the bus and pushed out from the bus its happened in the time of 10.20 pm date 09/022019.in between conductor telling that your drunken get down from the bus

                    I m dinagaran from hosur.. I m take ticket hosur to ambur.. Conductor told bus is non stop and it is premium bus.. They collect rs 120 for this travel.. But bus is stop at smaller area and hotel.. Normal premium bus price is rs 115.. But this conductor collected rs 120... And conductor was not given to some other passengers also.. Bus no tn 23 n 2166

                      I boarded the bus on 09/02/2018 from pollachi to coimbatore in bus number tn38 2038 at 5.35. The bus driver stopped the bus near adayar anandha bhavan, pollachi and got down. It has been nearly 10 minutes we are waiting in the bus. I have got an appointment with my doctor at 7 pm today. The department is responsible for this iredponsible act of the driver and seek immediate action

                        My village name is ramapuram. The bus 365r linking chidambaram to andimadam (Ariyalur) must pass through my village, it starts at 5.30am in andimadam reaches around 6am in ramapuram. But many times they cancel the service or divert it via srimushnam. We hardly get 5 to 6 bus services per day that too if not regular what should we do?. Please solve the issue or cancel the bus at least we won't get disappointed in early morning hours.

                          I am working in private concern. I regularly using tnstc bus from thiruvallur to chengalpet visversa. Today i am travelling in 82c, bus no : tn21 n-1594. From sriperumbudur to singaperumal koil bus fare was rs22.00. But today the bus conductor asked rs25.00. We got astonished, because there was no bus ticket fare hike news.
                          I am doubting that conductor himself had hiked the ticket rates for all route points. Pls take necessary action.

                            This incident is taking place at coimbatore... I'm a student studying in college... Daily i use to travel to my area in bus only... Here the conductors are very rude and not behaving themselves... They behave like teaching us as a slaves. Even with small kids and old age persons they behaving very bad.. Their behaviour is not up to the mark.. They were not polite with passengers. Sometimes they behave very rude.. Some conductors using very bad words... As i'm the citizen of this country i bring this incident to your notice... I'm with means of all the passengers i humbly request you to take this complaints on this notice... And please solve this as soon as and how much you can possible.!

                              Last week a very shameful incident happened in our tamill nadu transport is a old aged lady was jumped from bus for her urgent toilet. Before that she was requested both drivers and conductors for her problems, but both are not response. What was action your department was taken against that both staff. What was the your future plan. Basically tamil nadu drives and conductors had no manners su ch as politeness and cool. Their face always look like aggressive. This incident was first in world. Very shame to tamil nadu transport department. I want to knew what action you was taken that drivers and conductors.

                                  I traveled today(4-feb-19) vellore to Electronic City bus fare is 175 but conductor provide the ticket 200and mentioned in Bangalore in ticket

                                  Am asked about the conductor regarding the issue, he is behaved very badly and used hard words.

                                  He hide the conductor badge or ID and didn’t tell the name. It’s happened today morning 4.45 am vellore bus stand.

                                    Sub: refund of balance amount from the bust conductor - 19c - sulur depot

                                    I have travelled in 19c karanampettai low floor luxury bus on 31st january 2019 from peelamedu at 5.35 pm to singanallur. The bus number is tn38 1941. I have given 200 rupees note to the conductor and he told he will give balance amount later. But, when i asked at singanluur, he refused to give the balance and get my mobile number to give the balance amount later. He has noted my number at his memo paper. You can check that. I came to know that this bus is from sulur bust depot.

                                    I request you to kindly refund the money of 180/- (One hundred and eighty only) from him.

                                    Please take necessary action to get the balance amount.

                                      Sir 02/02/2019 i traveled from thiruvannamalai to bangalore. Ill put some eg.
                                      1. Chinnatatchur to villupuram 5 full tickets.
                                      2. Villupuram to thiruvannamalai 2full 3 half tickets.
                                      3. Thiruvannamalai to chengam 2full 3half.
                                      4. Chengam to bangalore 2full 3 half tickets.
                                      Here problem occurred in sl. No 3.
                                      Actually i should go to bangalore but conductor not ready to give half tickets for my elder daughter, she s 11yrs 11 months old. So here started argument with conductor. Finally he given my required fare tickets up to chengam.
                                      Then i went to given complaint to chengam police station. Now what is procedure to raise case in consumer court.
