Tn-45 n-3955 from trichirappalli to coimbatore. Date: 20/01/2019, bus timing from trichy : 17: 40

I'm going to travel in some emergency travel, in this bus haven't the conductor too, he close his stage in trichy itself but still driver stopped the bus in all place. I'm not able to travel for my timing. Please take a action. And please make the bus if 1to1 means should not stop in anywhere. We all are choose 1-1 for emergency...

Hi Respective,

Everyday chengalpattu to Tiruvallur buses are not taking at regular time i'm not able to see any buses after 9 p/m from Chengalpattu.For this i used to go by private cab its costs too much everyday.Please consider to add some more buses after 9.00 p.m from chengalpattu to Tiruvallur.

Iam staying near kinathukadavu pollachi road, for more than about a month buses from ukkadam gandhipuram are not coming like before, there where buses by 10 minutes,, now we have to wait several hours.. Condutors leaves the bus at ukkadam depot like bus number 33 18, saying we wont go.. We are being tortured by your officials.. Due to echanari bridge construction they say buses are re routed another way.. Please help u

My village is chinnaveerampatti located near udumalpet in tamilnadu. While iam travelling from palladam to chinnaveerampatti most of the government buses are refusing to stop in my stop stating some silly reasons but they stop at every other stop. This is happening for many years. I have questioned the conductor's for a valid reason but they either refuse to answer or give a silly answer. This is frustrating, because of this i need to travel back from the near by village or town.

Good morning. This is lawyer from cheyyar. I boarded bus nearly 11.00 in cheyyar toward kanchipuram. But after few minutes the conductor started quarrel between the passenger and made them to get down from the bus and he say he won't give tickets for kanchipuram passenger and he shout with the passenger without request and submit this for your kind perusal and i need immediate remedy orelese i have to take serious issues this service.

Hi,

This is to inform that i travelled in tn 01 an 1524 on jan 18th around 10 pm. I was charged â‚¹21 for travelling from karapakkam to tidel. I have â‚¹50 and he gave me â‚¹9, he has to give me 20 which he told me that he has given me already but that was not the case. I know he was clearly lying and he was hesitating to show his id card also. Please help to get my money back. I am pretty sure that he was lying.

On 12th jan at 6.30pm i had boarded in mtc bus, route number 26 (Iyyapanthangal to broadway) from broadway bus stand. The bus registration number is tn01n 5968. I had luggage which was comfortable to keep between the seats and sharing the seat with a person. Pointing the luggage conductor asked to get down from the bus though i said that "i will take ticket for luggage also". He refused me and assaulted with bad words quoting my family, dragged my shirt, alighted me on the way. So please take necessary action on him.

Hi sir now i'm travelling from hosur to vellore which the bus started hosur on 6.15 pm and travelling time is max 3.30hours but now time was 10 o clock but bus still not reached the destination and 30 kms more ahead.. All the back buses are overtaken to this bus which means this bus's avg speed is 45km/hr, i asked to the conductor y this much slow and he doesn't reply anything both driver and conductor are busy with speech other and having snacks while driving... Please take the necessary action..

As I and my village members are staying in a village, we are unable to go in our bus because the bus is fully damaged. In rainy season the rain drops will flow into the bus. Today (12jan2019). I was traveling from pudukkottai to trichy central bus stand. But all bus stoped in mannarpuram temporary busstand. And conductor suggested us to take the local bus to reach central bus stand. I already paid the actual ticket cost to cover the distance of pudukkottai to trichy central busstand (Rs.50). And in the local bus they charged rs.10 which is for less than 1km radius from central busstand. While enquiring the local bus conductor he said it's a special bus from mannarpuram to central bus stand. And their direct supervisors told him to over charge the customer for providing service which is not regular.. I request you take the necessary decision and provide me the actual report and response the above complaint.

But during pongal holidays they rise the ticket rate to rs.190 without any indication in the name special buses. After the bus has left the bus stand the conductor said the ticket rate. Half of the passengers had taken the tickets but others are not ready to accept it. Because they din't indicate the price hike. This is not a good activity. One of the worst experience. If this activity is done by the government means one of the worst government or the relevant action should be taken on the coimbatore bus depo.

I asked for a ticket to guindy race course from vijaya nagara bus stand velacherry and given 100 rs note the conductor told me to get down the bus and told no change but I saw lot of 10rs note he had with him

A complaint made on a private bus driver and 3 conductors due to the reason o[censored]sing inappropriate language of a girl. Bus no: 77 way: ukkadam to ondipudhur. The action must taken on the bus driver as well as the three conductors otherwise we will proceed in other ways.

I travelled in govt deluxe bus on 13th january from chennai to perambalur. The bus' destination is trichy. I took 4 tickets to perambalur but the conductor charged me trichy fare of rs.295. He behaved very rude with the passengers and refused to accept senior people concession. Even my co-passangers felt the same and they are also charged more than the normal fare. The way he treated everyone made others to feel bad travelling in the bus. Kindly take this complaint seriously and take necessary action against the conductor. I am ready to lend my support at any time.

Even though the buses from tnstc erode are not non stop they are just express but they are saying they are non stop and allowing the passengers to get in, the conductors of tnstc erode are always using harsh words even with ladies, i can't understand why coimbatore to salem route is dominated by tnstc erode, i could see buses from anthiyur, thalavadi, bhavani branches but why not from marudhamalai, head office and sungam branches of coimbatore, tnstc erode is trying to become a monopoly in coimbatore to salem route, and it must be avoided considerable fleet should be moved to tnstc coimbatore which is the headquarters and a largest cosmopolitan city in tamilnadu

As i am in coimbatore, i was travelling there and i am going to my hometown. I was waiting in a nggo colony bus stop. Bus number 32d i enrolled into the bus. I am new to the place and asking my bus ticket confirmation via phone. Ticket examiner of the bus scolded me for using phone in that bus and used abusive words on me. Please take action against him. It was my fault. I am sorry to that situation. But his action is wrong. Also he charged me double the ticket fare.

There s no direct bus to perambalur from cmbt. If i choose to go with trichy bus which means the conducter will charge the amount of trichy fare only. Strictly i ll complaint in consumer court t. Regarding this.. There s no response any single officers in the bus stand.

Is really government running for a people..??

I am now travelling from bangalore to salem in bus number - tn30-n1584, date (January 11th, 2019), timing (Departure at 11 pm at ksrtc bus stand).
I got 3 tickets to salem. He need to give 25 rupees change to me. He gave me 20 rupees note which looked torn so i asked him to give someother note. He took back 20 rupees note and told he wont give me change.
He gave me change later. But he should know how to behave. The people are not travelling with free of cost.
I believe they are behaving in such a way because there is no one to question them.

I wanted to complain about his rude behaviour.
