As I and my village members are staying in a village, we are unable to go in our bus because the bus is fully damaged. In rainy season the rain drops will flow into the bus. And there are only three buses in our and nearby villages. My village name is south veppilankulam, Panagudi post, tirunelveli. Please take our complaints and resolve it.Thanks.

    Dear sir,

    Below mentioned bus conductor charging 140rs from gingee to chennai which is not standard charge. Its happening for log while. When i ask to the conductor he replies, he is collecting the charges as per the management instruction only. Kindly take necessary action for the same.

      Today (12jan2019). I was traveling from pudukkottai to trichy central bus stand. But all bus stoped in mannarpuram temporary busstand. And conductor suggested us to take the local bus to reach central bus stand. I already paid the actual ticket cost to cover the distance of pudukkottai to trichy central busstand (Rs.50). And in the local bus they charged rs.10 which is for less than 1km radius from central busstand. While enquiring the local bus conductor he said it's a special bus from mannarpuram to central bus stand. And their direct supervisors told him to over charge the customer for providing service which is not regular.. I request you take the necessary decision and provide me the actual report and response the above complaint.

      Sir am travelling from kalpakkam to Thiruvanmiyur .so I put permission from my office to take pass today this is first time I delay to reach kalpakkam depot at 4.50pm one lady pass issuing officer his behaviour is not good with passenger's so rough& harsh talking to passenger's to issue the pass today 10.1.2019
      Sendurai to Chennai bus reg no 2976 dt[protected] to[protected] bus driver very very slow driving, I m suffered
      I'm traveling from kallakurichi to thiruvannamalai at time 10 ..Bus no TN.32.N.4065 .The conductor charge double the ticket amount

        Normally coimbatore (Singanallur) to madurai ticket rate is rs.170 for all buses including non stop buses. But during pongal holidays they rise the ticket rate to rs.190 without any indication in the name special buses. After the bus has left the bus stand the conductor said the ticket rate. Half of the passengers had taken the tickets but others are not ready to accept it. Because they din't indicate the price hike. This is not a good activity. One of the worst experience. If this activity is done by the government means one of the worst government or the relevant action should be taken on the coimbatore bus depo.

        I asked for a ticket to guindy race course from vijaya nagara bus stand velacherry and given 100 rs note the conductor told me to get down the bus and told no change but I saw lot of 10rs note he had with him

        The bus stops midway with no bus stops nearby to sell tickets. This is an inconvenience as people get late for work, college and school. Take the needed steps to care about punctuality. This actually affects a lot of people.
        Sir while I had booking ticket from pondicherry to coimbatore on Monday 14.01.2019 time between 12 to 3. First while Im booking without booking ticket amount has taken from my account rs. 450. Bank name ICICI pondicherry branch. Account no:[protected]. Name of the account: divakar it is saving account. So please refund my money immediately.

        A complaint made on a private bus driver and 3 conductors due to the reason o[censored]sing inappropriate language of a girl. Bus no: 77 way: ukkadam to ondipudhur. The action must taken on the bus driver as well as the three conductors otherwise we will proceed in other ways.

            I travelled in govt deluxe bus on 13th january from chennai to perambalur. The bus' destination is trichy. I took 4 tickets to perambalur but the conductor charged me trichy fare of rs.295. He behaved very rude with the passengers and refused to accept senior people concession. Even my co-passangers felt the same and they are also charged more than the normal fare. The way he treated everyone made others to feel bad travelling in the bus. Kindly take this complaint seriously and take necessary action against the conductor. I am ready to lend my support at any time.

              Even though the buses from tnstc erode are not non stop they are just express but they are saying they are non stop and allowing the passengers to get in, the conductors of tnstc erode are always using harsh words even with ladies, i can't understand why coimbatore to salem route is dominated by tnstc erode, i could see buses from anthiyur, thalavadi, bhavani branches but why not from marudhamalai, head office and sungam branches of coimbatore, tnstc erode is trying to become a monopoly in coimbatore to salem route, and it must be avoided considerable fleet should be moved to tnstc coimbatore which is the headquarters and a largest cosmopolitan city in tamilnadu

                I was travelling from Madurai to ettaypuram since 2009...every festival time I'm facing problem for getting bus to my hometown...bus drivers and conductors told that this bus is bypass rider so we can't allow you get in or sometime they ask for tuticorin ticket..then how middle passengers can go home ...so please take my complaint and do favourable action.

                  As i am in coimbatore, i was travelling there and i am going to my hometown. I was waiting in a nggo colony bus stop. Bus number 32d i enrolled into the bus. I am new to the place and asking my bus ticket confirmation via phone. Ticket examiner of the bus scolded me for using phone in that bus and used abusive words on me. Please take action against him. It was my fault. I am sorry to that situation. But his action is wrong. Also he charged me double the ticket fare.

                    There s no direct bus to perambalur from cmbt. If i choose to go with trichy bus which means the conducter will charge the amount of trichy fare only. Strictly i ll complaint in consumer court t. Regarding this.. There s no response any single officers in the bus stand.

                    Is really government running for a people..??

                    Why i have to pay trichy fair for perambalur..??

                    Will meet this issue in consumer court.

                      I am now travelling from bangalore to salem in bus number - tn30-n1584, date (January 11th, 2019), timing (Departure at 11 pm at ksrtc bus stand).
                      I got 3 tickets to salem. He need to give 25 rupees change to me. He gave me 20 rupees note which looked torn so i asked him to give someother note. He took back 20 rupees note and told he wont give me change.
                      He gave me change later. But he should know how to behave. The people are not travelling with free of cost.
                      I believe they are behaving in such a way because there is no one to question them.

                      I wanted to complain about his rude behaviour.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I'm travelling from chennai to shengottai in setc bus.in this bus some seats are free. 2 girls are asking seats to continue their travel and they are not reserved. The conductor gave tickets and gave seats also. After that one old man (65+) and a small guy (5) are getting into the bus and they also not reserved. Conductor asked tickets to them and they took tickets but the conductor didn't gave seats to them and told them to sit on floor.
                        I'm unhappy with this incident. Because, here, all are humans and everyone has their self respect. And they two have rights to sit on the seats too. Everyone is going to their native to see their families and friends with lot of dreams and expectations. If people will treat like this how they will be happy. My request is, please be kind and share love to everyone.
                        I know that you can't take any steps regarding my query. But, atleast those who are all reading this can correct their mistakes.

                            Night shift employees travel from hosur to dharmapuri via rayakottai, palacode. Not having buses after 12:30 am. Only one [protected]@1:30 pm. Recently they kept one bus @ 1:00pm. But today (9:01:2019) they cancelled and it won't be available further as informed by transport department officials. Waiting upto 1:30 then standing for 2 hours + travel in night time is so terrible. So many salem buses going via krishnagiri without 5 persons. But we via palacode not having buses in night time. Please do the needful.

The conductor gives me 25 rupees ticket for Kanchipuram to Meenakshi hospital stop instead of 15 asking reason he reply no stopping till Sunguvaarchatram. The bus is not express. Still all stopping bus stopped.

                              I am frequent commuter from melmaruvathur to chennai. I got the valid tickets from melmaruvathur to tambaram but conductor shouted at me to get down at tambaram and told me that "shut up your mouth & you can complain against me anywhere". Kindly take the complaint seriously or i will go for legal proceedings against tnstc.

                              இன்று (3-1-19) இரவு 11 மணிக்கு விருத்தாசலத்தில் tn21 n 1393 எண் கொண்ட சென்னை பேருந்தில் ஏறுனேன் .தாம்பரம் வரை பேருந்து கட்டணம் 160 ரூபாய் (பழைய டிக்கட் முறை).அன்று[protected]தாமபரம் இருந்து விருத்தாசலம் வரை பேருந்து கட்டணம் 156 ரூபாய்(தானியங்கி டிக்கட் முறை).இதை நடந்துனர் கேட்டால் இந்த கட்டணம் தான் பணிமனையில் வாங்க சொல்லி நடந்துனர் சொன்னார்

                                Daily i commute from hosur to bangalore electronic city and vice versa. (2times a day)
                                Been observing how these buses charge money for the ticket.
                                I can agree that there are two separate charge for flyover and non flyover.
                                But even in flyover buses the charge leived for 1 ticket is totally not stable.
                                One bus charge 45rs/way and other 43, few even 35rs 37rs. There is no fixed rate at all. Last friday (5/01/2019) i paid 60rs from bangalore electronic city to hosur on a flyover service bus.
                                Please take our young people voice into consideration and normalize the rates asap.

                                  We are resident of periyar nagar, we have a no:46 bus at 7.30am from periyar nagar to c. M. B. T suddenly the route of that bus has been changed to thiru. Vi ka nagar to c. M. B. T because of this route change we are getting late to college, school and office the people of periyar nagar feels difficult to reach the destination on time and its difficult for us to travel to thiru. Vi. Ka nagar to catch that bus. We kindly request you to send the bus back into our route.

                                    I am vijayalakshmi,.
                                    Yesterday, 06.1.19 at 5.15 pm i took a bus from m. G. R bus
                                    [bus no: tn 58, 2162, route: madurai to aruppukottai ]
                                    The above said bus, was not stopping the bus at kovilangulam and this has been a regular problem.

                                    Note :there are many people from this stop (Kovilangulam, vivasaya pannai) used to go or return from madurai or aruppukottai. So we people placed a grievance request to collector. And this request have been accepted by the collector. Even one government officer allotted to this specific stop to monitor the govt bus, which was not stopped.
                                    Instead many conductors and drivers were not aware of this information saying, that there was no such information were given to them.

                                    Request: please make sure that all the drivers and conductors be aware of the grievance

But the drivers and conductors are not stopping bus at all stops and they are avoiding school students.                                     I am paid Quarterly tax in online payment 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2019. The Tax Excess Amount Rs.8, 950/-. But I am paid the previous Queerly Tax with fail not balance. The above amount deducted towards penalty. Please refund my above amount in my account. how can I refund.

                                      Mostly 7.30 to 9 am everybody will go to office and busses due to this govt bus is fully rushed to avoid this we are responsible to increase the bus. But (Recently bus timing will change at the time of 7.30 to 9am all surrounding areas
                                      Near arcot 632 503 vellore district). Due to this every student will affect to catch the bus in correct time. It will affect to reach the college at correct time. Due to thi daily iam traveling for sombody take an lift. I am studying college third year

                                      I'm from ponneri-601204. I have to go kancheepuram at 5.15 am. But this bus not come properly. I ask in ponneri dippo but no one response (vizhupuram arasupokuvarathu). So please take an action. Thank you

                                        Hope you accept our complaint and take better initiate towards it.in our village only minimum number of bus facility is there. We are waiting for it for long time and always bus is not arriving on time to concerned bus stops.. Mostly half an hour late too.. And sometimes they are cutting one trip. It is happening for long time. Bus name 30e, through sulur to selakarachal route
