Well wishes to you! I was travelling in a local bus between sri krishna college of engineering... Bk pudhur to railway station in coimbatore during the time period 6.00 to 6.45. I was sitting at the back of the bus and after paying the fare, i left it on the seat.
It is a brown leather wallet with rs.740 inside. I had a letter for permission to get inside my hostel. Pls, contact my college to know my details or pls contact me through this letter.

Conductor of bus tn25n0336, booked two tickets instead of one and did not return the money when i asked him. I don't know tamil. Asked 1 ticket from tv malai to kannamangalam. He asked 82 rs. He himself thought i m asking two tickets. Why should i ask two. He should ask who is another person.. Nothing he did..
After 5 minutes when i saw the ticket he booked 41*2. Asked for refund he denied. Ticket reference numbers are 629291, 24/11/18, 07:41:35, tn25n0811. Please take some action on this. I never thought bus service of tamil nadu is of this level.

Friday 23rd i went to thiruvannamalai, while i return in tnstc bus bound to uthukottai depot started (Special service) around 10:30 pm drop me at 1:20 am in perungalathur. Sudden waking up not checked my purse. When i got down i missed my purse. I requested another bus they refused to pick till koimpedu. I catches private taxy at tambaram, reached koimpedu tnstc officers not get any help.
My purse consist of aadhar, atm, pan, driving license with rs 1500 cash.
Please arrange to recover.

I am from thanjavur and i travelled to trichy by bus which was managed by conductor by name r. Piraisudan, number : 2397. I give him 500rs for my ticket of cost 43rs and he refused to take my 500rs and he told me to come bus stand for change.. But i want to stop before bus stand. Due to his activity i miss my appointment and lose my interview.
Please take some action for my complaint against that conductor for his behavior.

In tambaram sanotarium, the tambaram to kanchipuram (79) bus was wait as long as. Passenger's were waiting. They told us after the bangalore bus, then only they take the bus
The incharge was not fair. The driver start the bus but the incharge not allowed to start. It is very much annoying. Due to that we are waiting more than 20 mins. Kindly take action.

On 17/11/2018, i tried to book 3 tickets from nagercoil vadacheery to kalpakkam in setc.
Amount rs.2198 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.

Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

We were coming from kodaikanal to batalgundu . We reached at 8 pm in batalgundu and lost bag in that bus . I have ticket also of that bus . It was a school bag type yellow and grey colour bag with necessary things. Can you please solve our complaint as early as possible .
We are attaching ticket photo with this.we are from raipur chhattisgarh and we are new to this state . Neither here local people understand our language neither we so please this is the only way to solve our problem please resolve it.

This is box type also. The bus contractor tickets changed me with my camera box. I don't know this type of luggage charge.

Conductor went to driver he told don't stop the vehicle one or two persons stand in bus stop.
He told common meanes is not there.
He told cow vehicle travellers travel in bus this type of issue will come.

That bus conductor and bus drivers are not help that sick person. So that sick person ibrahim age:20 he was died due to that irresponsible condutors and drivers, that driver and conductor not admit that sick person in hospital..

Read this news and take action immediately. And i am send another complaint mail to national human rights commission.

Please find my complaint below & request you to take necessary steps to avoid this hencefirth.

6d buses both express & delux came at the same time at 9.15am on 16-nov-18 at vivekananda house stopping. But went away without halting the bus at this stopping. See we have only 6d to reach besant nagar. Coz if this i have spent rs. 150/- for auto to reach office on time.

Most of the time, they are doing like this only.

During rainy season we are experiencing rain outside as well as inside the bus. All the parts are damaged and water is falling inside the bus on passengers seat. If the situation continues, all the passengers should open their umbrellas inside the bus as well. Necessary steps has to be taken inorder to repair the buses asap.
Many buses in chennai city is facing the same issue.
Office goers are being affected seriously due to...

I'm complaining about the conductor 7c bus (Tn 38 n 2210) the date (14/11/2018) and that time was (10:10am). He is so rude and perverse behavior to passenger. The conductor was irrespect and irresponsible person, the conductor not given a change, and a misbehavior person.
Therefore please you must take a complient and take a step to punish. Because he's behavior same like to another passenger so kindly take a step.

Our tamilnadu conductors do like this when compared to other state.. I m ashamed to say like this... But sry for that... One day when i m traveling in govt bus from gandhipuram to papanayakam palaiyam... I give 5 rupee to him but he will not issue my ticket... Similarly for 8 persons he will not issue... I see that... Like wise they will consume maximum 1000 rupees in a single day... Plz take action for this... This complaint is arises in this city every days... Plz solve this... Next thing plz obey the senior citizens don't use unwanted words if they take time tooo late to catch the bus...

I am from vandavasi. I have been facing every monday early morning no bus for chennai from the local depot. Form polur buses will come but already it will be overloaded. Every monday more the 100 passengers were waiting for bus to go to chennai. Bus depot there making fake record of bus timing also.
Please treat this very urjent and take the needful action.

Thiruvannamalai to bangalore normal bus spare 190 per one ticket
But 12/11/2018 this day conductor collecting one ticket 215 rs per ticket
This is indirect currption in tnstc

Now today everyone going to office towards village to cities so crowded due to more crowd increasing bus fares.

The above bus was reached by 8.45pm (1.15hrs delay) and another 1hr simply waiting at bus stand. I asked conductor regarding simply waiting. He is not responding properly and not given the respect to passengers.
The conductor suppose to give the respect to passengers.
Please look into and give the training how to approach /responding to passengers.

நான் ஒரு பள்ளி ஆசிரியை. நவம்பர் 9 2018 அன்று மாலை 4.45 மணிக்கு ராணிப்பேட்டை முத்துக்கடையில் இருந்து திருவலம் செல்லும் அரசு பேருந்து எண் tn 23 2083 (No -10) இல் பயணம் செய்த போது அடுத்த அரசு பேருந்து வருவதை கண்டு நடத்துனர் அந்த வண்டில போய் ஏறு என்று கூறினார். பயணிகளும் இறங்கி அந்த பேருந்தில் ஏறினார்கள். நான் மற்றும் சிலர் ஏன் வண்டி லேட் ஆகுமா என்று கேட்டதுக்கு அவர் எங்களை நோக்கி அறிவில்லையா எத்தனை முறை சொல்வது என்றார். அதற்கு நான் பஸ் லேட் ஆகுமா என்று கேட்டேன். அதற்கு அவர் என்னை பஜாரி மாதிரி கத்துறியே அறிவில்லையா என்று ஒருமையில் திட்டினார். அது எனக்கு மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலை கொடுத்தது. என்னுடன் வந்த சக ஆசிரியர்கள் அவர் எப்பொழுதுமே இப்புடி தான் எல்லோரிடமும் கோவமாக மரியாதை இல்லாமல் பேசுவார் என்றார்கள். இனிமேலாவது பெண்களிடம் மரியாதையாக பேசுமாறு அறிவுரை கூறுங்கள். இவரை போல ஒரு சில நபர்களால் நல்ல அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கும் கெட்ட பெயர் ஏற்படுகிறது. இதற்கு தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன். இல்லாவிடில் consumer கோர்ட் இல் வழக்கு தொடருவேன். இது எனக்கு மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலை கொடுக்கிறது.
