On 20/05/2023, I tried to book 3 tickets from Tirunelveli to Salem in SETC. Amount Rs.1380 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. UPI transaction ID:[protected] and google transaction ID:
CICAgNCIhevNfw. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am V. Dhanush Kumar. I booked tickets on 18/05/2023 for 21/05/2023 travel (From Arakkonam to Tirupati). But bus is delayed for 3hrs and decided to cancel my ticket. But when i logged in SETC portal, My ticket is not available in Booking history and there is no option showing about cancellation. I tried several times. But i am not able to cancel below ticket. I request you to cancel tickets and help me to get refund. The tickets fare is Rs175. I expect you to take this matter as serious and do the same.

As per rules and the ticket charges collected. Bus need to drop my father at MEPZ (Tambaram sanatorium). But they bus stopped at a stop before, Driver and conductor asked passengers to get down here itself and go on. When he got down from Bus time is around 11 Pm . My father and other passengers suffered a lot at that untime.

Further Driver and conductor used abusive words, when father questioned on this issue.

Charging a full fare and dropping them in thier desired location is a serious issue on safety of passengers.

This type of issue is a repeating concern here.

Need strict action to this issue and these type of irresponsible irrespective public servants.

Myself 25 years old female, i travelled on 102 CT bus towards Tnagar.

When I asked ticket in left hand that conductor behaved with me very rudely, used abusive words, act like slapping me..

He said like you should ask ticket politely, i was worried very badly that i was harrassed infront of other passengers his words looked like threatening me..

I hate this poor service from government bus conductors just because our ticket cost is free..

I Emotionally affected because of his behaviour and i afraid that his behaviour is too worst even other passengers around, what if no one is there.

Also other 2 respectable nearly 40 years old woman tried to support me, for that he asked like are you a woman..

Also he thrown the ticket when I ask me, what a worst service from government.

Our conductor Sakthivel was deflamated me inside the bus in front of all passengers that he used me word Fraud. Iam come from reputated family and this word make me ashamed
I want to know why he used this word
I am complaining now inside the bus itself still traveling Bangalore to Salem.

Women are losing self-respect in all white board buses. The conductors and the drivers treat them like animals. All women are advertising themselves as being very inexpensive due to the free transportation.

I booked from Chidambaram to madurai ( travelling date :[protected] time : 20.15 ) . But During the payment the screen was stucked due to some issues, but amount deducted. still i did not receive ticket details too. so please give the solution as soon as possible.

Only particular set of Bus coming frequently.. and stopping at particular area.

Ex: chennai to pondicherry bus.

Only point to point available. The bus is not stopping at SP kovil and other area. People are struggling to board at weekend and need to wait for 2-3 hours for even a 2 hours travelling.

I have booked ticket on 18/05/2023. The amount of Rs.610 was debited. But in ticket status it is showing failed. But transaction was successful.

I have travelled the air condition bus TN39N0372.

The AC is not working in the hot summer and i travelled only due to AC services

More than 60 passengers are suffers and the bus conductor and driver is stopped the bus in the highway and not refund the payment and waiting for the another bus

More than 2 hours we are waiting but there is no solution

I work as an IT professional in Chennai. Pondicherry is where my hometown. On May 16, 2023, I took a TNSTC bus with the licence plate TN.21.N2.2043 from Pondicherry to Chennai. The bus left at seven in the morning. The bus driver suffocated the passengers by packing the bus with too many people at each stop. People were hanging from the bus's steps. I was actually wheezing from the suffocation. Throughout the entire four-hour trip, I had the very worst experience. In addition, my dress fell apart as a result of the crowd, and I was unable to fix it. My hands were tangled up in the throng. I was occupying a seat there. Even I had these challenges. Then consider those who were standing. We have a four-hour journey; how can we manage with that many passengers on board, I questioned the conductor. The conductor furiously retorted that he would only act in such manner. He said that I had no power over him. Additionally, he asked me to drive my own car if I felt uneasy riding the bus. He continued by saying that he was under orders to halt the bus at each stop. Is it also a Government directive to jam a bus full of people, making everyone within the bus feel suffocate and sick?
I was severely damaged both physically and mentally as a result of this experience. Future travelers shouldn't have the same challenges as I did. Therefore, I humbly ask that you discipline the conductor for his behaviors and his mistreatment of the passengers. Too many passengers are being loaded onto TNSTC buses. Please clarify the maximum number of passengers for each bus.

I have been to madurai for darshan. All was good till i have boarded the bus.

When i have booked the ticket, the agent has given me 2 lower and 1 upper birth while boarding your conductor re-allocated lower to upper since I am traveling with my aunt and she has vomit issue i have requested him for atleast 1 lower seat but he did not gave.

Once my aunty failed vomit sensation she stood and try to seat on lower birth which was empty, seent that conductor was so angry and threatening us to get down from the bus and saying he will cancel our ticket.. his behaviour is very very rude.

Chengalpattu to Tambaram all buses coming to not time will be leat . All bus come same time after one hour any bus not come. After one hour all bus will be at the same time

No buses from vellore to bangalore last 3 hours, more than 300 passengers are suffering including kids and Senior citizens.

I was travelling from Dharapuram to pollachi on 14/05/2023 at 7:40 PM in TN 38 N 3069 bus with my husband and 3 year old baby . She was crying for sleep just started suddenly the driver asked us to get down or move to the other seat while no one was willing to change the seat we were roaming in the bus to change seat the driver old man suddenly turned off the light . Really very rude behaviour to a sick child . If this complaint was not taken serious there are many consequences to face .

I was travelling from Dharapuram to Pollachi with my Husband and 4 year ( sick ) she was crying suddenly the driver asked to us to move to some other seat in a very rude manner no one in the bus was willing to change the seat . Please write the slogan “Crying Babies not allowed” . Really night time we where roaming for seat in the bus he turned off the light also . Please ask them to not be driver if they hate noise . My babies noise is not loud as bus noise really .

Bus no. TN45N3939 they using pipe horn, passenger are getting irritating while traveling most of the passenger are senior citizens and infants getting troubles. They using pipe horn for every 5 seconds. Please remove the pipe horn.
