Loading the bus with too many passengers and rude behaviour of the conductor

I work as an IT professional in Chennai. Pondicherry is where my hometown. On May 16, 2023, I took a TNSTC bus with the licence plate TN.21.N2.2043 from Pondicherry to Chennai. The bus left at seven in the morning. The bus driver suffocated the passengers by packing the bus with too many people at each stop. People were hanging from the bus's steps. Very rude conductor with family and threatening us to drop in between

Hello,

I have been to madurai for darshan. All was good till i have boarded the bus.

When i have booked the ticket, the agent has given me 2 lower and 1 upper birth while boarding your conductor re-allocated lower to upper since I am traveling with my aunt and she has vomit issue i have requested him for atleast 1 lower seat but he did not gave.

Complaint about bus driver TN 38 N 3069 (Date 14/05/2023 Time 7:45 to 9:30)

I was travelling from Dharapuram to pollachi on 14/05/2023 at 7:40 PM in TN 38 N 3069 bus with my husband and 3 year old baby . She was crying for sleep just started suddenly the driver asked us to get down or move to the other seat while no one was willing to change the seat we were roaming in the bus to change seat the driver old man suddenly turned off the light . Really very rude behaviour to a sick child . If this complaint was not taken...

Bus Driver TN 38 N 3069 ( 14/05/2023 Time 7:49 PM to 9:40 PM)

I was travelling from Dharapuram to Pollachi with my Husband and 4 year ( sick ) she was crying suddenly the driver asked to us to move to some other seat in a very rude manner no one in the bus was willing to change the seat . Using of pipe horn

Bus no. TN45N3939 they using pipe horn, passenger are getting irritating while traveling most of the passenger are senior citizens and infants getting troubles. They using pipe horn for every 5 seconds. Please remove the pipe horn....

Delayed bus service from chennai to vellore

Respected sir,

For 2 .5 hours journey from chennai to vellore or from vellore to chennai. all drivers are taking 30 minutes of dinner or breakfast break in travelling time . Which leads to journey time as 3 hours especially on monday morning and friday night . Most of people like me are doing journey to reach office time which got delayed by this instance...

Conductors fraudulent activities

Palani bus from Madurai at arappalayam bustand started at 8 pm.The conductor rudely behaved with the passengers and he collected 100 rupees ticket for Palani from Madurai instead of 90 rupees.In ottanchathiram a farmer with flower bag came in the bus to Palani from ottanchathiram and he collected 65 rupees from the passenger for luggage, and he gave him ticket for 50 rupees only...
