I am from Kundrathur,
Bus drivers not stopping in "Ayyapan Kovil" bus stop, which is between Kundrathur Murugan kovil and Kundrathur bus depot. When I asked for the reason they (Drivers, conductors, Bus depot supervisor) are saying this stop is not active so bus will not stop there.
My question is then why bus stop was build up their? Why government spent money for that?
It was active previously but now it is useless because of some reasons that details would know only by bus transport officers.
My humble request this should be in active and people should get benefited from that.
Surrounding peoples are suffering lot because of this issue, they have to walk around 2.5 kilometers to reach bus depot to catchup busses.

I'm traveling in tn38n3034 sathy to coimbatore bus (Departure time 7:30 [protected]@satgyamangalam).. They are having a music system with annoying speakers... While traveling they put songs with high level of sound which we can't even listen to anything around... The sound is so annoying to ears and can't even travel peacefully... Kindly avoid this kind of noise pollution which can affect our hearing system and spoil our journey.. It's very horrible to travel.. Kindly take immediate action...

Tn 57 n 2190, this bus belongs to bondi nayakanur dippo, bodi to coimbatore running bus. This bus not at all stopping at kundadam and kallimandaym stages. Toady 05.08.18 evening 4.45 one passenger asked ticket from palladam to kundadam, conductor told bus 'll not stop at kundadam get down from bus, bus immediately stopped and passenger thrown from the bus. Not only kundadam, kallimandayam also. Please take necessary action

I booked a ticket from tirumangalam to chennai on 19th aug 2018 total amount of 1581 has been debited but i didn’t get any message or mail for the ticket and also in online e-ticket account i have got only one ticket confirmed but i booked for three.

I'm started to travel in tnstc from mamallapuram to ashokpillar (Ecr).
I got in bus and i have seated in front single seat beside to driver seat.
As everyone know last one seat for conductor and driver seat totally 55+2, conductor came and get off from seat, also i couldn't see conductor sricker on respective seat above.
So i questioned, hello sir i couldn't see conductor sticker and also as i know conductor seat is located at back side.
I don't understand why you getting off from seat.
"he started to use bad words towards me and he arguing two seats are allocated for conductor"
He said government don't have money to paste sticker on above seat for conductor.
I'm hurted by conductor very much.

So i'm kindly requesting you to raise the action against the respective conductor done duty in tn.21 n.1722

I'm waiting in ps park from 11.10 am to 11.45, later i moved to kalaimadu bus stop and waiting more than half an hour to get direct bus to vellakovil, no buses since 11.10. I know this is worthless to send text like in online but i don't have any other way to show it. People like me they are suffering like anything but i don't think so they are doing their job in right way.

Hi, i was waiting for buses to arrive as i was in some emergency to travel to villupuram.
Bus no. Tn 21 n 1419
Bus no. Yn 21 n 1792
These 2 buses were supposed to go by villupuram and it was even mentioned on bus route. But the conductors asked passengers to get in who travel only to trichy. The conductor even misguided peoples saying that special buses have been alloted for villupuram.
I was waiting for 2hours and couldn't even able to find one special bus
Do they really care about the people.?
Kindly take action on these people, should i register a complaint to higher officials separately as i am unaware of the procedures followed.

I'm right now traveling to chethupattu from tambaram in bus route no 148 express. Bus number tn 32 3070. Timing 10:30 pm in tambaram i believe. This bus is in very worst condition and not suitable for human transport especially during rain. Now raining, every where in bus celing are water falling on passengers. No proper service. Here 40+ unconditional seats but only 15 members occupied.. Remaining seats are filled with...

I waited in baby nagar bus stop and the m1 bus came at 2:20 pm. I get in to the bus and asked velachery ticket and give 10 ruppees note. Conductor said that he don't have coin and with in 30 sec, he stop the bus and dropped me down. What a bad behaviour. Please taken action on him. Bus number: tn 01 45. Need to take action immediately.

I would like to share here what i severely faced today,
None of the buses from the tirupur to salem is stopping at the stop of chittode,. I'm so discouraged because of what conductors reaction to me, though i'm in small age, i don't know why they did so, then i got a bus from tirupur to perundurai and to chittode, so sad,
The bus no is tn 33 n 3112, it happened in august 2 at 8:20 pm.
I humbly request you to consider this i don't want others to face this what i have faced!

Today morning 6am to 7am onwards 2 buses were going to bangalore from salem, those buses are 1 to 1, so many people are waiting almost 1 and half an hour for to travel hosur, conductor, checking inspector are saying this bus without conductor will go to banglore, so if you want to go hosur na get ticket for banglore and they will stop at hosur and even people are asking much question to them and they replied us order was from minister.

May i know buses for whom?

I was traveling with my 3 year old son and boarded a volvo bus which was empty but driver and conductor were there. Before boarding i checked with them about the timing since i had to inform my brother who was supposed to pick me from krishnagiri. They said waiting for few more passengers it will take some more time. After 30 to 45 minutes they asked us to board another bus and we had to get down. I asked the conductor he could have told this when i enquired before boarding now i have to take other bus after 45 minutes. He used all bad words he can and he started threatening me that he will break my teeth and used all sought of vulger words. I took my mob to record and he started moving away and i noticed police coming towards us and i called for help and the police asked the conductor to be polite and not to use such words to women's. I really thank god for stopping me from traveling in that bus and i feel it was not safe at all. Request you to take strict action on the bus conductor since his behaviour was unethical and women's are not safe to travel with these type of people. Waiting for the response. I have traveling from ondipudur. Cell: [protected], 28.07.2018. Timing 10.45 am. The bus number s27 route ukkadam to sulthanpettai. The driver has cornered me to the road side near jai shanthi stop. I have asked the driver why r u driving this type. He had said that i will drive in this type. You can do what ever u want. Then taking the bus he had pushed me the right divider and in to one autoricksaw and moved the bus. Then i have stop the bus near iyer hospital bus stop and asked why r u doing like this. He had taken my bike key and called the near by bus no.30 ukkadam to kannampalayam, that bus conductor has come to hit me and use the bad words. I don't whats my mistake. They are a... Group and shouting. I am taking with s27, but 30 bus conductor and driver using bad words taking about my family. What type of staffs are working under your concern. Who have give the rights. Police also not taking any step.

Buses plying from trichy to vellore and bangalore moves out one hour late due to improper parking of chennai and tanjore buses in the passage way. Compltely blocking the exit way. People are affected most and no transport officials trying to clear the way. It's worst part of setc transport officials. Pl take necessary steps to clear the way for long route buses.

Hitting the headlights on doesnt mean every person on the road should get to the sideroad inspite of the two wheelers riding on the corner of the road.
26.7.2018 - near guddayur medu stopping till metro school towards mettuppalaiyam, tn38n3269 this bus was behind two cars including mine pushed me into mudroad and did not let me drive. He drove very rashly. I need to seriously place a complaint on the driver of tn38n3269 non stop bus driver who was wearing blue colour drivers hniform

We are traveling in the car the bus driver rashly drove the bus and hit our car and went rashly. We chased the bus and try to inform the driver about the incident but he not even listen us and try to hit us once again.

While i was travelled from idumalpet to pollachi bus no. Tn57n 2059 dated on 26.07.18 the ticket amount of rs. 25/- but i asked balance the bus conductor did not ready to me and who was simply shouting me. Finally i did not collect the balance and went. Kindly suggest you pleace take necessary action against him. This type of activities will not from conductors its shameful for our govt department.

I am living in injambakkam for the past 15 years. I am facing the public transportation problem because there is only one bus is running between shollignallur to akkarai route. I am waiting more than half an hour to get the bus (99). Please take this as an important note. So many people are facing the same problem here. Atleast please extend the shollignallur cut bus to akkarai.

Actually i want to travel from erode to kavindapadi... There were standing some buses... Mostly prefer to go with pp... There was two pp buses.. One is till gobi and another one is till sathyamangalam (New bus)... I was trying to get into the new bus, which is going till sathyamangalam, that bus conductor said me i[censored]r going to kavindapadi, get another bus, only people who is going to sathyamangalam they can only get inside... Even he talked very rude and rubbish.. Bus number is tn33 n3205 (New bus) around 6:30pm. On july 21, 2018... Is there any rules that people going to kavindapadi they are not allowed to get into the bus which is going to be sathyamangalam.. That should be punished or should write an apology letter for sure... Thanking you... I need an answer from you as soon as possible...

In villupuram to cuddalore bus 155 morning time 6.15 and 6.50 bus they never stop the bus in signal stopping until junction stopping when i asked about that they get some commissions from private bus so this is reason that government bus never stopping when more number of passengers standing in busstop.
Continuely i have stay in that stop upto 1 hours then i get the private bus.
