Sir i want to go to Sriperambudur byepass, all those bus which goes to arcot also crosses the Sriperambudur byepass, but all those drivers, conductors and hogher authority persons also dont permit us to avail those buses as they say that these buses wont go there and refuse us to stay away and use other comodity buses like kancheepuram etc, i dont know why they are not giving us proper recognization to us and criticising us, please take necessary action against those concern people sir

TN 38 5611 என்ற பேருந்தில் இரவு 9.15 மணிக்கு பொள்ளாச்சி பேருந்து நிறுத்ததில் ஏறினேன். நான் பூலாங்கிணர் பிரீமியர் மில்ஸ் பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தை சார்ந்தவன்.பேர... உடுமலைப்பேட்ட... வரை செல்லும் பேருந்து. எங்கள் ஊரில் உடுமலைப்பேட்ட... வரை செல்லும் பேருந்துகள் நின்று செல்வது வழக்கம். இன்றும் அப்படி நினைத்து தான் ஏறினேன். ஆனால் அவர்கள் நிறுத்த மாட்டோம் என்று சொன்னது மட்டுமின்றி மிகவும் கேவலமான வார்த்தைகளை உபயோகப்படுத்�... திட்டுகிறார்க... அரசு பேருந்துகள் மக்கள் சேவைக்கு தான் என்பதை நான் உங்களுக்கு நினைவு கூற விரும்புகிறேன... கேவலமாக நடந்து கொள்ளும் அவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பீர்கள் என்றும் நம்புகிறேன். எனக்கு அவர்கள் பெயர் மற்றவை எல்லாம் தெரியாது.

      Mr. Murugan, Bus no: TN 32/ N 3980,
      Has Stopped Bus in Vengambakkam, and collecting extra charges from me (1/3 concession pass holder -from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur) by saying "I will not accept this concession pass and the pass is only valid for Pondicherry to Chennai bus and the pass is invalid for Kadalur to Chennai.

      It was the worst experience in my 3 years of travel from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur

      Hello sir, i forgot my bag( black with red adidas bag) in bus today morning while i was in ahurry to get down at thiruvanmiyur. I travelled from pondy to chennai today(4th july 2018) at 10.17 am from pondy to thiruvanmiyur at 1.37pm. Sir, kindly provide me with details, i checked my bus ticket and found the bus no. mentioned TN 32 N 3090
      On July 5th 2018 I have tried to book a ticket of worth Rs 386 through netbanking for a journey on July 8th 2018 to travel from Panrutty to Coimbatore, for which the ticket amount has been debited from my bank account but the transaction has got failed. Therefore, requesting to refund my debited amount.

        Transport from gudiyattam to saidapet .Bus conductor name senthil driver name i don't know.they behave harshly to passengers .they use public transport as personal usage.they often reserved seats for few passengers even though it is fully crowded.and they are getting bribe from them .for reserving seats .they use abuse words if we questioned especially girls and women. It occurs often.

          I had booked my ticket from neyveli to bangalore on

          Paying 322 rs. The boarding time was 22.00 hrs, i was in the bus stand by 9.45 but the people nearby told the bus had just left. The enquiry counter in the CBS bus stand was closed .so I immediately came to Arch gate to catch the bus by the that time it was 10.00 but again i could not catch the bus...

          Then i boarded an SETC bus

          I paid again for the ticket of rs 455 for which i gave 500 rs but the conductor rejected to give back the change. When I demanded for the change he is telling its reservation charge ...

          Totally i had paid 822 with no justice.

          But he allow the passenger to go Ambur.
          Why he dont allow to the krishnagiri passengers, pls take necessary action against the conductor.

            Dear sir /madam iam m.c.RAJESH from Salem .managing partner in one company.
            Right now i travelling in one Erode to ooty bus time 1.45 PM in Erode. I am sitting in front of the bus 2 nd row. Driver came inside the bus and told me don't sit here go backside. I told, driver sir I am suffering from back pain that's why I am sitting here, backside jolding is over so I am sitting here .suddenly driver harshly go backside otherwise, as a driver I drop u in the bus stand, getdown immediately you know who am i, I am a mandram thalaivar whatever I can do .I know law getdown immediately. I am the chief for this bus don't talk anything.. Driver says like this.
            As a passenger I told one word iam suffering from back pain that's why I'm sitting here. As a government servent, This is the right way to talk with passengers? Past 4 to 5 years I'm traveling in this bus regularly. Please enquiry 1.45 PM in Erode to ooty bus driver. Today is 7.7.2018. Thank you.

              Today I was travelling by bus 90A(ukkadam to Donahue) reg.no: TN 38 N 2260 by around 6.00 pm, couldn't note the name of the conductor . He asked me to show my bus pass and I did so. Despite showing him a properly approved government staff bus pass, he humiliated me in front of so many passengers for no good reason. I severely condemn his behavior and I strongly request the higher officials to take action against his unremarkable worst behavior and I do owe an apology.

                My father worked as a conductor in tnstc thanjavur branch till 2007. After he retired was receiving pension till the time he was alive. He was passed away on july 2017. Then we were inform the head office to transfer the pension scheme to my mother bank account as per the law. Till sep2017 she received in my father account after that from april 2018 start receiving in her account. Now from october 2017 to march 2018 for six months the pension amount has been hold by the head office. Now i am requesting you to kindly check and do the needful to credit whatever money balance to credit on my account. Looking forward to hearing from you.                   Iam traveling from cmbt to kumuli in a ud bus now, my concern is, even after charging such an enormous fare, can't you provide a decent bus for the passengers?
                  1) window in jammed condition
                  2) despite the travel time is 15 hours, no charging point for mobiles.
                  3) even though so many good hotels available enroute, the crew used to stop the bus at a worst motel, to get commission from them.
                  4) the bus is very noisy.

                    Hi,

                    This is pathetic when you take the bus and you select the sufficient seat to sit. It is conductor choice to fill the bus he can move the single person to another where the person is not comfortable sitting itself.

                    If a passenger first come first serve condition should get the choice if he wants to move to another place for not rather than conductor forcing him to move to another seat. If the other wants a seat he should wait for another bus to come and get his seat as i did to be comfortable.

                    Very unhappy with this. Please take necessary steps. Thanks. I have seen many cases of this seeing other people suffer when it came to me i am writing this complaint.

                      Hi sir, this is regarding the bad condition of one of the buses from kulithalai to chennai... Lots of passengers are using this bus in and around area of kulithalai for visiting chennai. Most of them are student's and employees who travel regularly in this bus. But the condition of this bus is not in good condition and lots of sound coming while running... So it deliberately affect passengers sleep and impacts the next day schedule of them...                         I am traveling to kasi theater (Near ashok nagar in chennai) to ambattur by using public transport. Every day d70 - tn 01 n8351 bus conductor was fighting with peoples. He isn't giving respect to the peoples. Consider my complaint kindly take action about this complaint. If you take action and that conductor changed his behavior, its help to people happy

                        Bus no. : TN 21 N.1804 (from Coimbedu to Kumbakonam). We were given a ticket of RS.221 each to reach Neyveli Arch as our destination!! While other Kumbakonam buses charge only RS.140 to the maximum! The price in this bus for an 'on the way' stop is too much! Kindly take required action regarding this.

                          I am weekly 3 times travelling from ramnad to nagapattinam in tn68 0563 the bus exactly reached pattukottai at 10.15pm but again started at 10.45pm we need to wait for 1/2hr. Earlier driver and conductor took dinner near sethu bava chathram thrre also 1/2 hr rest. Then what is the reason to wait in ptk. This is very difficult for long travelling peoples to reach nagapattinam in untime there is no buses from nagapattinam to thiruvarur when it reaching. Hope you will take necessary steps

                            All busses between nagercoil to papanasam, nagercoil to tenkasi was very bad in condition.. And its very lengthy route as u known...

                              Bus conductur makes a woman to sit in his front conductor before departure... As all the seat are full.. Than after few kilometres distance covering.. He makes her to sit on the engine.

                              If he wanted to make her sit on the engine for 5 hrs travelling, he would have told about this before itself.. So that she can travel... On the next bus. As some old age ladies are waiting for bus.

                              The engine temperature is so high... One cannot sit more than 30 minutes.

                              Please take necessary action on the conductor.. As his main aim.. Was to full fill all the seats.. Making the lady passenger uncomfortable. He sat and slept well... U can view in left mirror..

                              I travelled from Guindy race course to Ramapuram at around 8 am on 29-06-18. I gave 105 Rs for 15 Rs ticket and he returned 80 Rs. He did not give balance 10 Rs. Also he became angry when I asked.
                              Conductor of bus number TN-21 N 1829 from Chennai to tpt is not issuing ticket for srikalahasti, even there are empty seats.And it's the last bus at that time via srikalahasti.Because of that, i cancelled my journey and faced sleepless night on 23 June 2018.That conductor issues many tickets to skht people, but for me he was not provided.

                                Hello sir, im tamilselvan and im form tindivanam i take my be course in e. S engg college villupuram as i applied my student bus pass for my transportation to coming and going to villupuram, that pass will be eligible only in the villupuram depo buses. So in evening time form 4 to 6 pm no villupuram depo buses are available in bus stand to come to my hometown, all other depo buses are available at that time in those buses they wont accept my student pass, instead i have to pay for my bus fare and i have to return home, so it became very inconsistence for me please take an immediate action to solve issue, kindly give an special attention in behalf of me and all of my friends who having pass and getting struggle daily

                                  I am gautham from bengaluru, no air conditioned (Ac) buses from chennai to bengaluru and vice versa.

                                  Currently ksrtc, tsrtc, apsrtc, prtc are upgraded to volvo, scania buses. They are providing efficient and comfortable bus services why not tnstc?. We don't want to upgrade buses to latest technology.

                                  Please provide ac bus services from bengaluru to chennai and vice versa atleast

                                    After 1 a. M not even a single bus is plying from vellore to arani. Eventhough it is a short route almodt like over 100 people are standing for the bus for almost more than 2 hrs. The tirupathi thiruvannamalai express was the only bus to show up and the driver doesn't want to stop at kaniyambadi or adukkamparai. During unavailability what id he going to do by not even helping people at crisis.

                                    I was traveling from Pondicherry to Chennai using prtc bus and I was charged for luggage that I was carrying.I was carrying only 2 bags and was charged for that.pathetic govt employees and their behaviour. When I asked them reason bus conductor started abusing.
                                    Erode to Coimbatore bus TN 33 N 2944 time 4:45pm. Date:June 18, 2018 Monday.
                                    The driver seems to be smoking during duty that too during driving. The ashes and the smoke disturb the passengers. He needs a warning, we suppose. Driver name not known. Thanks.

                                      I asked him to give a ticket from tambaram to mahindra city (Next stop to sp koyil) he charged 25rs... And he charged the same amount for a passanger who asked ticket from tambaram to chengelpet (9kms from mahindra city). Kindly warn this of people. They cheat peoples money.

But currently the bus route has been changed and bus does not go through Singampunari. Due to this we are not allowed to get into Madurai bus also since Kottampatti stop is unsafe. So please provide a bus that goes through Singampunari at the earliest.

                                        Bus no : 0960 from Chennai to tanjore setc UD. They said they won't stop in between anywhere..only kumbakonam and tanjore they will stop which is not at all acceptable and not fair too.. I didn't face this kind of problem so far with setc..I called Chennai setc office many times but there is no response..this needs to be taken to the higher level..if not I will take this to consumer court as soon as possible.
