I am traveling to kasi theater (Near ashok nagar in chennai) to ambattur by using public transport. Every day d70 - tn 01 n8351 bus conductor was fighting with peoples. He isn't giving respect to the peoples. Consider my complaint kindly take action about this complaint. If you take action and that conductor changed his behavior, its help to people happy

Bus no. : TN 21 N.1804 (from Coimbedu to Kumbakonam). We were given a ticket of RS.221 each to reach Neyveli Arch as our destination!! While other Kumbakonam buses charge only RS.140 to the maximum! The price in this bus for an 'on the way' stop is too much! Kindly take required action regarding this.

    I am weekly 3 times travelling from ramnad to nagapattinam in tn68 0563 the bus exactly reached pattukottai at 10.15pm but again started at 10.45pm we need to wait for 1/2hr. Earlier driver and conductor took dinner near sethu bava chathram thrre also 1/2 hr rest. Then what is the reason to wait in ptk. This is very difficult for long travelling peoples to reach nagapattinam in untime there is no buses from nagapattinam to thiruvarur when it reaching. Hope you will take necessary steps

      Its very hard to go papanasam or tenkasi from nagercoil.
      All busses between nagercoil to papanasam, nagercoil to tenkasi was very bad in condition.. And its very lengthy route as u known...
      Please look into this matter and help us to travel a safe journey.
      Sir so please its our all hard request give a solution for this long time problems...

      They are giving ultra deluxe bus instead of AC bus. Time of the bus is 8.15. they are answering improperly. They are not refunding the amount immediately. They are telling big procedure letter things.

        Bus conductur makes a woman to sit in his front conductor before departure... As all the seat are full.. Than after few kilometres distance covering.. He makes her to sit on the engine.

        If he wanted to make her sit on the engine for 5 hrs travelling, he would have told about this before itself.. So that she can travel... On the next bus. As some old age ladies are waiting for bus.

        The engine temperature is so high... One cannot sit more than 30 minutes.

        Please take necessary action on the conductor.. As his main aim.. Was to full fill all the seats.. Making the lady passenger uncomfortable. He sat and slept well... U can view in left mirror..

        Conductor did not give 10 Rs balance even after I asked.

        I travelled from Guindy race course to Ramapuram at around 8 am on 29-06-18. I gave 105 Rs for 15 Rs ticket and he returned 80 Rs. He did not give balance 10 Rs. Also he became angry when I asked.

        Conductor of bus number TN-21 N 1829 from Chennai to tpt is not issuing ticket for srikalahasti, even there are empty seats.And it's the last bus at that time via srikalahasti.Because of that, i cancelled my journey and faced sleepless night on 23 June 2018.That conductor issues many tickets to skht people, but for me he was not provided.

          Hello sir, im tamilselvan and im form tindivanam i take my be course in e. S engg college villupuram as i applied my student bus pass for my transportation to coming and going to villupuram, that pass will be eligible only in the villupuram depo buses. So in evening time form 4 to 6 pm no villupuram depo buses are available in bus stand to come to my hometown, all other depo buses are available at that time in those buses they wont accept my student pass, instead i have to pay for my bus fare and i have to return home, so it became very inconsistence for me please take an immediate action to solve issue, kindly give an special attention in behalf of me and all of my friends who having pass and getting struggle daily

            Hi,

            I am gautham from bengaluru, no air conditioned (Ac) buses from chennai to bengaluru and vice versa.

            Currently ksrtc, tsrtc, apsrtc, prtc are upgraded to volvo, scania buses. They are providing efficient and comfortable bus services why not tnstc?. We don't want to upgrade buses to latest technology.

            Please provide ac bus services from bengaluru to chennai and vice versa atleast

              After 1 a. M not even a single bus is plying from vellore to arani. Eventhough it is a short route almodt like over 100 people are standing for the bus for almost more than 2 hrs. The tirupathi thiruvannamalai express was the only bus to show up and the driver doesn't want to stop at kaniyambadi or adukkamparai. During unavailability what id he going to do by not even helping people at crisis.

              I was traveling from Pondicherry to Chennai using prtc bus and I was charged for luggage that I was carrying.I was carrying only 2 bags and was charged for that.pathetic govt employees and their behaviour. When I asked them reason bus conductor started abusing.
              Erode to Coimbatore bus TN 33 N 2944 time 4:45pm. Date:June 18, 2018 Monday.
              The driver seems to be smoking during duty that too during driving. The ashes and the smoke disturb the passengers. He needs a warning, we suppose. Driver name not known. Thanks.

                I asked him to give a ticket from tambaram to mahindra city (Next stop to sp koyil) he charged 25rs... And he charged the same amount for a passanger who asked ticket from tambaram to chengelpet (9kms from mahindra city). Kindly warn this of people. They cheat peoples money.

                They are making money by cheating us. How will the fare be same for two different places???

                For the past few years, one bus goes from chennai through Singampunari to thirupathur. But currently the bus route has been changed and bus does not go through Singampunari. Due to this we are not allowed to get into Madurai bus also since Kottampatti stop is unsafe. So please provide a bus that goes through Singampunari at the earliest.

                  Bus no : 0960 from Chennai to tanjore setc UD. They said they won't stop in between anywhere..only kumbakonam and tanjore they will stop which is not at all acceptable and not fair too.. I didn't face this kind of problem so far with setc..I called Chennai setc office many times but there is no response..this needs to be taken to the higher level..if not I will take this to consumer court as soon as possible.

                    Today 21.06.2018 morning kancheepuram bus stand outside signal am stop my car, suddenly a government bus was hit my car the number of
                    Tn 21 n 1644.

                    I asked the reason the driver said by mistake i have pressed accelerator

                    Actually am going with my family with my 11 years old child, she got fever going to hospital suppose he hit me highly means my entire family got accident

                    Please do something responsibility person.

                        Respected authority,
                        Bus driver and ticket collector of the above bus number (Rameshwaram to kanyakumari) is behaving rudely even though there is place to sit in front he is telling me to get up because he want to keep that seat for his relatives. When i asked the name of ticket collector he refused to give the name.
                        Please pay attention to resolve this ego issue with the driver and bus conductor.

                        TN 39 N0085This bus route tiruppur to Theni, i am traveling to this bus[protected], night 1:00 O' clock bus start from tiruppur bus stand. This bus conducter passenger receiving to much of travel Fare. Ex: tiruppur to devathanapatti. Other bus fare 125 rupee's but this collecting 130 rupee's from public people .

                          I travelled from hosur to bangalore just now. My bus number is tn 29 2426. Conductor name is mohammad rashid. When i bought ticket he gave (46+12/-) 58/- rupees ticket and not returned 2/- if my change. I asked my change when i was about to get down at my stop in madiwala. He gave the change but asking me return ticket to him. When i asked why, he mentioned he need to write on the ticket that change is returned. Then i asked it was not written when you gave the ticket to me and what sake you need the ticket he didn't answer me.. Then he asked do you want this ticket for claiming purpose so i said yes (I understand that is a only way for me to get my ticket back from him) then he returned my ticket.. I noticed that he had lot of such tickets took back from passengers who travelled. I am pretty sure that he is going to re-use those tickets for the new passengers getting in.. This is total misuse of government /public money. Pls catch hold of him and take necessary action against him.

                            Iam sarvan travelling from tirupati to chennai on 19-6-18 bus service no: tn 21 n 1829, on early morning bus started 6.20am, bus stopped tiffen at 8.48am again started at 9.24 nearly (36 min) wasted our time, iam asked driver they are very velgar word are used, every bus same, u r department not give salaries, every bus drivers and conductor are stopped to hotels free tiffen & meals and collecting money also hotels persons, so u can take immediate action if it is fail, i will take forther complinent to next level

                              I have booked a ticket from madurai to chidambaram on 18.06.2018. Actual bus time was 11pm and iam also arrived before 11pm. After reaching the counter i asked the employees they told the bus was not come wait for sometime, iam waiting for the bus near setc enquiry counter but the bus was not arrived at the regular place. After some time i'm again asked setc employees but the suddenly told the bus was already left, i'm really shocked. They are cheating me i'm very much disappointed, i lost my booking money rs.351/- please do necessary action and give my money. I hope you will do my needs.

                                Hi, i am traveling from madurai mattuthavani to chennai today 17/06/2018 in bus tma holidays

                                First the bus didnt reach the stand on time, bus timing is 9.50pm but they reached around 11.30 pm and the driver wasnt gave us proper response

                                Second they charged us 1400 pet ticket but the bus is not maintanined properly and when we asked they told us to complaint if we have the guts

                                Third there was broken seats around the bus

                                So i would request u people to help us as well as the future travellers

                                  Sir, I'm from neyveli. We are staying in Hosur. Every time we are getting som much of trouble during travelling about a ticket system. In online reservation we can't able to book Hosur to neyveli ticket both set and tnstc buses. Today in tnstc we reserved by token system in panruti deppo. On bus conducter didn't give the Hosur ticket he told u can buy the Bangalore ticket. Then I got the 2.5 ticket. Bcoz my son got 4 yrs.. I have a 1 yr child also. In bus another one couple a travelling like us. Then conducter says u can put the 2 child's in one seat because u both are get half tickets.. i[censored] want one seat means u can buy another half ticket... Please clarify me.. if I get half ticket means I got only half seat????

                                    Hi sir/ma'am,
                                    I traveled in karaikal to puducherry bus on 17/06/2018 which departed from karaikal at 8:10pm. The number was tn 68 n 0392. The quality of bus was not even basic which was actually an express bus. As soon as it rained water came in through number of holes in the roof. The passengers were highly uncomfortable as almost 25 people had to stand from their seats to escape from the water. Moreover the bus didn't have window doors in a seat. The guy there was drenched in rain and was helpless. The conductor was unresponsive and he didn't know what to do. We are paying rs 112 for the travel. But the quality of an express was not even close. As rainy seasons are approaching, i need you to please ensure that all buses are sealed over the roof. I have attached photos too. So please help us. People didn't know what to do. I thought this might help

                                      Driver miss conduct with private car passengers and ola driver for not following line in tool gate near porur. Driver took a wooden bar to hit the driver and created mess in toll gate. As passengers we were getting late and became stressful with the behaviour of the government bus driver. The mistake was with driver for takking parallel line to cross the toll. Kindly take necessary action.

                                        Boarded a bus from cmbt to thiruvannamalai. Bus fare was rs.171
                                        It was raining outside and not even a single window is proper even one seat doesn't have an window. Everyone in the bus struggled so much as the journey was nearly 5hrs. Really frustrated. Govt increases the ticket rate but doesn't even care about the quality (Atleast basic) of the bus. Even driver and conductor doesn't respond to the people's queries.

                                        They are simply telling like wherever you want to complain go and do..!!

                                        Normal people without education background simply resisting all these things inspite of all the odds.
