Website: GMT bus from tiruppur to palani

Conductors not taking 10 rupees coin from passengers and talking non sense.

On june 1 2018, i was traveling in tiruppur to palani bus names gmt, boarded 6:15 at tiruppur
The conductor refused to take 10 rupees coin and talking stupid that they don’t take it and responding in bad words, i have the video copy of required.

Bus number is tn42h9199

The conductor also scolded in irregular words, it is captured on video.

Payment is debited from my account but I didn't receive my ticket.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Namakkal for tomorrow (1-6-18). Please check and confirm on this ASAP
Dear Sir/ MadAm
We require more buses to operate from Gandhipuram and various places to Madukkarai ACC CoLONY through Madukkarai market.
More over existing buses are not playing up as per schedule and also in time.
Please arrange to check this with proper supervisor.

    Many buses from chennai to trichy not stopping at trichy tv's toolgat stoping. On 29 the may 2018 i'm traveling from perambalur to trichy in the tnstc bus vechile no tn32 n 2356 at 8.00 pm. The bus conductor refused to stop at tv's tool gate due to if bus go down from bridge late by 30 minutes for traffic inside the city.. And go upwards in the bridge towards mannarpuram. One of my co passenger having 6 months baby, even though both the bus driver and conductor refused to stop at tv's tool gate stage stopping... Please consider me as a human... Very dissoppintment...

      Respected sir / madam,

      This is to inform you that bus no தநா 32 நா 3629 exp: 172 chennai to thittakkudi bus driver has driven the vehicle very dangerously and very pathetic, yesterday evening on dated 13th may 2018 timing around 18.10pm myself and my wife were travelled by bike at near by poovanur village, suddenly this bus has came very high speed of the road side corner, we were frightened, we have lost our balance from the bike, today both o[censored]s living in this world that's for god grace. Otherwise we would died yesterday only, because of that driver pathetic driving. After that we have traced that vehicle at vridhachalam bus stand, we have asked that driver, why you have driven this kind of driving on that time, he replied this is our daily route driving, don't teach me how to drive, i asked him if suppose we have lost our life on that time??? Then what will happen?? He replied go to hell why should i care for you all, that time i was very shocked, how he was replyed!!!, it means there is no value for normal people life.

      In this regards i said, i will complaint to higher management, he replied do whatever you want, i don't care all these nonsense & few drivers and conductors supported to him (Vridhachalam branch drivers), that time we were speechless because he has got lots support.

      This is one of the careless driving, there is no responsibility of the poor people life.

      Notes: my concern is each and everyone life is important for us. I am not pointing specially for my life.

      I hope after receiving my mail, the management will take proper action against to him.

          Hello sir/madam,

          Tnstc buses are not getting operated from pennagaram to mecheri route today. We are still waiting for this route buses since from last few hours. Even after having inquiry with tnstc time management officer mahadevan f. C. 5265, we haven’t heard of any response properly about when the buses will be operated in this route. I need to go to mecheri for some emergency work. Please help to take the necessary action to resolve and resume the bus service to this specific route as soon as possible. Thank you.

            I have booked 4 tickets (2 + 2) on 25th may 2018 form madurai to kozhicode. But due to strike/or some other reason service got cancelled bye tnstc. There was no notifications or anything regarding this. When i called the eranakulam tnstc number, they told me to send a postal letter to chennai address to get the refund!!! What kind of rule is this? At least they could have informed us regarding the cancellation. This is how the customer service works?????

              Sir,
              I was a passenger from pollach to valparai on 22. 5.2018. We purchased the ticket from conductor at pollachi paying the full fair. At valparai the checking inspectors fined us Rs. 100 each for failing to produce the purchased ticket. I was travelling from newzealand to india and travelled all over south. This rude behaviour of inspectors was shocking and shame for the great tamil culture.
              When it was very easy to check the ticket register of conductor to find missing ticket, the inspectors were shouting to pay fine
              Thos incident have forced me to decide not to travel in tnstc anymore and rethink over visiting tamilnadu, .
              Please followup and do vorrective measures if posible.

              There is no special in 1 to 6 bus but collecting RS 30 extra for all tickets. Especially Kallkuruchi depot buses. No print tickets for their convenience.

                Hi, yesterday[protected] I was traveling from madurai to paramakudi by my car with my family members around 03:30 to 03:45 pm. While traveling near thirupovanam one of the government bus with the number TN 63 N 1543, the bus driver gave an long horn to give way so I moved my car but the bus driver forcely over tacked my car by cornering me then I was supposed to fall on to the big bush but then I managed and I stopped my car. But the bus driver not even stopped to see what happened and I chases and stopped the bus I asked him about this but he rudely said that I will do like this only you have see your safety, it shows that no government drivers are trained to drive safely in the road. Kindly check with the depot about this and I don't know the name of the driver, I have only the bus driver. Kindly take any action as I would not be alive If I have not managed to stop my car .. worst bus driving.

                  Dear sir,
                  I'm a citizen with good values from salem, working as a professor in a reputed institution in chennai. Last saturday 19th may, 2018, i about to cross vilupuram from chennai to salem. Hence it's too high passengers the private semi sleeper buses charges double the fair i comes around 700 and they where very open, so i boarded in government normal bus during half a way in vilupuram they bay at a motel i have gone for a cigarette gold kings really it's shocking that they are not giving the brand insist they give all the passenger who come for cigarette a duplicate one really it matters and it cost 20 rupees. Sir most of them were puffing the same and i ask the shop keeper to avoid selling the product like a request he truned against his owner... Sir please take necessary action aganist the incident which i met. It's our country which i trust most. How people couldn't so loyal to one's life i care people and i love my country. I hope sir you also be an indian. Jai hind.

                  The Coimbatore to Salem bus TN 30 1378 is charging only 155 rupees ticket while they should charge 160 rupees. They are charging passengers less money than what is approved by government

                  They are loading passengers beyond 55+2 as approved by government and offsetting the ticket cost
                  Thuruvannamalai to chennai bus holding the bus in kollar hotel for above 30 minutes in morning time(8am -9am)so that we can't reach our office on time and also not only this bus all the buses stops the hotel. Kindly I request do something.

                    luggage fare collected for mixie

                    I was travelling arakkonam to chittoor in bus @6.50 am. Vizhupuram depot bus. The conductor collected fare for carring mixie in the bus which is no more weight than 1kg. The conductor behavior was very bad, he used the word "ey ticket vaangu". Bus no. Tn21n1660. Why i need to pay when there is a rule to buy ticket if luggage weighs more than 30 kg....

                    I am traveling from coimbatore to salem on government bus in 18/05/2018.in the bus, led lights shows only three cities called avinashi, perundhurai and bhavani byepass. But the bus went karumathampati, perumanallur and chithodu. I have asked about this details to the conductor. But he refused to answer me and scolded me in unnecessary words. I'm very stressed due to his approach on me..

                      Bangalore setc (Tnstc) contact numbers are incorrect. All the numbers mentioned in all the sites were not reachable or not working.

                      Pathetic service. My pick up point is st. Johns hospital bus stop madiwala bangalore, i reached pick up point 30 mins before and was waiting for 2 hours, not sure whether bus started from shanti nagar or not, or whether bus crossed my pickup point or not. I wanted to reach out to setc to know the status of the bus but there was no contact. Got really frustrated. Finally i had to cancel the trip.

                      Amount debited but ticket not booked Today. I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Salem on 17 May 2017 (20:10; ultradeluxe) . Amount Rs. 381 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refundamount.

                        Bus no tn57n1795 dindigul to karur tuesday shift 9am driver is reserving seats for a regular passenger & not allowing other regular passengers to sit even if we board the bus in the previous stop... When asked about this he replied as only he can allow to sit only the faces he know in the reserved seat. Such a partiality shown by public servants is not acceptable... Public transport is for everyone. Providing seats only to known faces is not a fair thing for public servants...

                        Please take necessary actions...

                          Yesterday[protected] i travelled with my family, (Me, my wife and my 2 year old son) from salem to cuddalore.
                          First of all i want to thank the driver and conductor for bringing us carefully without any trouble and even their behaviour was also neat and good. Condition of the bus also not that bad.

                          The main issue i faced was the travelling time and the speed of the bus.

                          I don't know whether there was any issue technically as the bus never crossed the speed of around 60 even on national highway.

                          We started at around 3.10 pm in salem and reached cuddalore at 9, almost six hours for nearly around 200 kms.

                          It was really painful to sit that much time for just 200 kms (Approximately 208 km - courtesy google map), surely i am not a big fan of rash driving or for drivers who tries fancy things but this is just unbearable.

                          Just spare a thought for my two year old son's difficulties because the seating is just a typical one. Had it been setc we could have managed as seating would have helped us a lot.

                          The worst part is the bus stopped in almost every stop and spent most of times in service roads instead of nh.

                          I haven't seen a town for this much distance and sorry to say this we might have reached earlier had i been chosed aprivate or even some town buses courtesy tn32 n 3738 for that thought...

                            Dear sir,

                            Yesterday (13th may, 2018), we traveled to chennai from trichy. (4.00pm to 11.30pm).

                            Bus no: tn45 n 3234

                            It was a very worst experience for us. The bus was not having proper head lights and horn. Driver was struggled a lot.

                            Conductor was sleeping sitting in the front seat. Driver is also sleepy. When we ask them about this, they started screaming and used bad words.

                            Both conductor and driver were not shown or tagged their name/number badge on duty.

                            When we ask for the balance money, the conductor is telling that he will give the change in villupuram then thindivanam and finally passengers got the change from the co-passengers and solved the issues.

                            Please look into this issues.

                              As i am travelling from thiruvallur to chengulpattu daily, but buses are not taking at the proper time. As they take according to the driver and conductor timing, today was very worst condition happened, the morning bus 7.30, 7.45 and 8.00 clock buses were didn't come, they started the bus at 8.10, which was very difficult for us to reach the office. These condition happens weekly once, as we ask the transport officer at the bus stop he replying very coolly like bus didn't came,
                              So kindly take the proper actions for this, as public was suffering a lot.

                              Then the bus count for this root is less as many people travelling so kindly increase the bus counts.

                                Travelling sriperumbudur from Kanchipuram at bus no TN 21/N -1390 on[protected] around 8.30 am. It is a all bye pass Ryder bus regularly they are Charge 35rs for sriperumbudur but the conductor collected 65rs from all sriperumbudur passengers.

                                  Hi,

                                  There are some villages at the route from kanchipuram to thakolam koot road near arakkonam. There are no bus services lot of people's are leaving the villages because of this issue. Am from pichivakkam village 631553. We request to provide the transport facility. Private buses are also not arriving at time. There are no more any other transport facility are there. We request to provide basic things like transport hospitality schools do the needful for people's survive

                                    No coimbatore to tirupur bus is stopping at cit and cmc bus stops. They tell us to get down the bus in hopes college bus stops, but there too they are not stopping at the bus stops properly. Please take an immediate action. Many people are getting affected by this. If we dont have the required change they are telling us not to climb the bus. Hoping for an immediate actions for these issues.

                                    I have booked a ticket (setc Tamil Nadu ) on 26th April 2018 morning 9.28 am. due to some technical error my transaction failed. so they have debited my amount, but i did not get any conformation of ticket. i need my refund. when i will get my money back. to whom i can ask further details.? can you please kind a solution.?
                                    TN33N1950 is the bus number and the conductor name is Mr purusothaman, who says I will stop the bus in each stop and loaded the bus with 80 people
                                    Today on 3rd May 2018, i was driving from Camp road to Sholingalnallur, at Pallikarani junction the BUS DRIVER of TNSTC bearing num TN-01 N-8789, post signals recklessly drove on me and over took from left breaking my LEFT MIRROR I am astonished the attitude of the driver shouting to give POLICE COMPLAINT and do SHOUTING what ever you want to do.
                                    My self and sister travel from mettupalayam to COIMBATORE on 01/05/2018 I was sitting back side my sister is in front . She already took ticket for all 4 member without knowing I also took ticket .once I come to know I ask conductor for refund but he refused to pay place take necessary action on him

                                      On 31st march at 4:15 am (Morning)
                                      We took the bus from. Tabaram to potheri...
                                      Initially the bus driver told us less amount as we confirmed from him... But after just 5 min of travel the conductor came and starts demanding 3 times the money the driver told us (We were 4 friends)... As all the people in bus were tamilians we could not raise our voice and a person sitting behind starts following the conductor and forcefully starts asking for the money... We told them that driver told us about less money... Them they start saying "driver knows nothing here"... So we told them to drop us at the current position but they didn't and forcefully asked for the money...*tamil* *nadu* is already famous for the behaviour they show towards their fellow nation... Especially towards us - north indians... And after this it was all hatred we are filled up with and that's why we want to leave from here...
                                      Would like to add one more thing... As the conductor took money from us he didn't gave any ticket... He puts the money in the pocket and starts laughing after we got down...
