I have booked my ticket by online from Chennai to madurai (06.05.2023) at 11.30 AM bus conductor was keep on calling by phone for early departure from 10.30 I have reached to bus by 11.30 exact time of departure even though he started shouting with me and my son at the bus stop for 5 minutes when I boarded into the bus he is not allowing me to sit on my reserved seat he made me to stand for few minutes at the steps on moving bus and he behaved very rudely that I won't show the seat to you and shouted ... go and complaint to anyone no one could do nothing after few mins standing on steps on the moving bus I had found the seat by myself, after that he was asking to take ticket again eventhoug I have pre-booked and treating me like an animal in the bus for more than 30 mins he has been harrasing me mentally, Making a women travelling alone and keeping mw to stand On moving bus is a brutal behaviour and also offence... so kindly take necessary action on that conductor...on below I have mentioned my personal details and attached my ticket

Good morning sir / madam yesterday (5th may 2023) around 6:10 we were in kumbakonam bus stand and waiting for the bus, we saw the bus standing which goes to our town side ( papanamsam ) and we stepped on to the bus then the bus conductor came by side and we asked wheather it will stop in our town he must have answered no it will not stop with respect or at least he should have answered no it will not stop but instead he treated me and my parents badly with no respect he is behaved as if he owns the bus . This incident led me to depression . Its been a day but still the incident goes in my mind . i need a solution for this ... I dont know the bus conductor name but the bus timing was around 5:50 to 6:30 and bus No. TN 45 N 3846 I need a solution for this

06.05.23 I have booked Trichy AC sleeper bus ticket in first try the amount 505 got debited in UPI payment method but the ticket wasn't booked amount debited in portal my login name is Vishnu Priya

I booked bus ticket through tnstc application. I tried three times the amount was also deducted three times. The Amount was Deducted but ticket not booked. Each time paid Rs.1015, totally Rs.3045. please resolve the issues. Kindly return the payment.

My complaint about the free bus conductor and driver in madurai district.
They not response to woman passenger's. Very hard behavior. In Madathukulam(kaniyur to palani travel bus) 2 குழந்தையுடன் பெண் ஒருவர் வேகமாக வந்தார் ஆனால் நடத்துனர் மற்றும் ஓட்டுனர் இருவருமே கடுமையாக நடந்துக் கொண்டார்.it is not 1st time it's happen many times. They not respect to her. Please take action to them. Not a good manner. I report to cm cell also. Free bus means what they are understood?
All happens in madathukulam bus stand. The bus time is 3.30 kaniyur to palani route. Take immediate action.

Amount debited but ticket not booked Today[protected] I had booked a ticket from chennai to Madurai on 5 May 2023 (20:15; ultra deluxe) . Amount Rs. 505 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refund

Hey, Shaveen this side. I was trying to book 2 tickets for Trissur - Thanjavur . Amount of 980/- debited but ticket not booked. Post i have booked 2nd transaction successfully.

The detected transaction of 980/- is not refunded or no ref number or emails regarding the same. Pl do resolve this as earliest or guide me the process.

Passengers boarder bus in mattuthavani madurai to ramnad. Near bypass roundana passengers asked to get down. And take another bus. Conductor failed to bring ticket vending machine. So he asked children elderly people to get down in rain and board another bus. It caused huge mental agony in dark night to passengers especially children women and elderly. No responsibile answer was given by conductor. So kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

Time:7.57 the bus name rathna, the bus didn't stop in samathuvupuram
Time:8.10 tnstc goverment bus didn't stop in samathuvupuram
My daily routine work delayed 30 mins
As per the government rules for samathuvupuram is all government and private bus to at the bus stop
You didn't warn them let clear the bus stop why the waste build at samathuvupuram bus stop

Hello sir, I'm working in government sector and i need to be present in office at 8 am. Im traveling from Rasipuram (Namakkkal district) to Edappadi. As i need to catch the 6AM Bus from Rasipuram, so that I can catch another bus at Kakkapalayam to Edappadi. But the bus which I'm traveling bus no:15 not starting from Rasipuram busstand and it's getting start from Rasipuram depo. It happening frequently and I'm unable to reach office regularly on time. So please do the needful.

Moreover 100 people are waiting for chenani bus. Here Chennai buses are not available. Only buses from Salem to chennai reach here with filled seats.No places for standing and many people sitting in bus's pathway. All buses from salem are fully crowd, how we get seats. No proper buses from kallakurichi to chennai. If ask Tamilnadu state transport corporation, they say answers like, in kallakurichi you will get bus by 3.30am. Should I wait 11.30pm to 3am. I am not only the person suffering. And this not the first time, fourth time.May 2 it's not even May 1, but still am not getting any buses. Could you please take corrective action?

I was waiting for the bus in Bangalore and i came across Salem bus with is via electronic city (TN 29 N 3074) i went into the bus and asked for the ticket for electronic City toll and they told me the ticket cost was 75 rs and i refused to pay, the conductor forcefully made me to get down the bus. I'm facing this issue every single day.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Seat Nos, 22, 23, 24, 25 & 26 AIRCONDITIONED SERVICE.

On that day we all 5 Senior Citizens aged between 60 and 72 were travelled in that Bus, in which in our side The AC did not function. The same was complained and the driver and conductor failed to RECTIFY the Ac and we all were made to SWEAT and difficult to breath Properly due to that . Very pathetic service and maintenance of AC in the completely covered Bus. we have suffocated till we reached hennai.

We have lodged a complain in Mobile nos. from Google search [protected] and [protected]. They have informed that on the way at Tindivanam it may be RECTIFiED / REPAIRED. But entire journey of %.00 hours 15 minutes was a suffering only. Even I had sent SMS & message in Whats app to Minister for transport in his mobile number [protected] which I got from TN Government Sit.

I booked my tickets from Salem to Chennai via on 01/05/2023 through TNSTC Mobile App.The ticket was not confirmed but the amount of Rs.4720 was deducted from my account.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident that occurred while travelling on your bus service.I am 19 year old college student who is traveling from Tiruppur to Coimbatore.

Earlier today, I boarded one of your buses at my usual stop, and everything was going smoothly until we reached my intended destination. The conductor had not come to collect my ticket, and I was unable to locate him in the crowded bus. I had no intention of avoiding payment and was more than willing to pay my fare.

When I attempted to ask the conductor about my ticket, he became extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of not having a ticket and threatened to drop me off at the next stop, which was not my intended destination.

To my dismay, the conductor followed through with his threat and dropped me off in the middle of a heavy downpour, far from my intended destination. I had to walk several blocks in the rain, which left me soaked and caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

As a customer, I am deeply disappointed with the conductor's behavior and lack of professionalism. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when using your service, and the way I was treated today fell far short of that standard.

I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the conductor involved. I also urge you to ensure that all your conductors receive training on how to handle such situations professionally and respectfully.

I hope to receive a prompt response from you regarding this matter.

Today (01.05.2023) morning I was traveling in 570 bus towards Velachery from ekkattutangal. My get down point was tansi Nagar. But conductor said it's not possible to stop bus there. So I gt down at Velachery bus stand. But that bus actually stopped at tansi Nagar. Since it was morning 5 o'clock and I was traveling alone I felt quite uncomfortable to walk in that time to tansi Nagar.

Government buses from Thiruthuraipoondi to Thiruvarur not stopping at Thiruvarur Railway station. Buses are stopping at old bus stand near station but it is hard for passengers to walk from old bus stand to thiruvarur Railway station. Requesting all buses to stop at Thiruvarur Railway station.

I travelled at Kanchipuram to arcot bypass. Generally I'm not interest to travel in private bus. So I already waited for an hour to travel in government bus with available of seat. Finally I got Kanchipuram to vellore bus (TN 29 N 2949) and also got seat. But in between the travel, the conductor said, don't sit arcot passangers, only sit vellore passangers. How can they telling this. Kanchipuram to arcot also travel time of an hour. And the bus fare of rs 47. Is he right in saying that even if I pay 47 rupees and travel for an hour, I should not sit on the seat? I feeling very bad about it.

Greetings. I have booked my ticket from Chennai to marthandam on 30/04/2023 at 4.50 PM. But that bus was cancelled and I was asked to go in 4.30 bus . But the conductor in 4.30 bus refused to take me in that bus . He didn't wait for me he just took the bus and went away . Because of this I have faced lot of struggle. How this conductor can behave like this ? I have booked for 4.50 bus so I came to that timing only i.e.4.40 I came but he didn't wait for me even 15 minutes. As well as a lawyer and a general public i strongly oppose this this . So I kindly request you to take action against him.
