Hi consumer care. Today morning at 10.35 a. M a bus conductor have misbehaviour with me and a old man. That the bus is normal govt bus. There is no 1 - 6 or 1 - 3 bus. Its a trichy bus. Conductor has spoken whatever you may complaint make your best like that. The bus no is tn - 21, n 1317. Please advice him that he is working people not for any private.

I travelled today in the government bus associated with tnstc villupuram department from chennai until neyveli ts. The bus number is 399. Boarded the bus at 3.30. The seating of the bus is worst and moreover it started raining in the middle and the rain water is dripping inside the bus. I was sleeping as like all the passengers and we had to wake up and move to different places where there is no water dripping. If you have such worst condition buses and expect people to pay this much amount for the ticket what's the point. You won't even send proper comfortable buses but at least these buses running should be checked for damages. All passengers sleep has been affected for the night because of the nasty bus. I know you won't even care a damn about this email but i have taken pics of the bus which will be posted in social media so that other people will know about this.

Conductor told u did not sit u only tindivanam passenger this thiruthani bus thiruthani passenger only sit bus no tn 21 n1791 date 12.08.2017 time 9.45 pm i don't know conductor name i want the details of the statue of transportation of bus control. I am also paid the amount for the ticket then why. Any procedures is there please convey the message to the passenger very worst behaviour so take any action of that

Ppl from bangalore to salem used to get 1 to 1 buses frequently in hosur bus stand. But today we have 4 days holidays none of the 1 to 1 buses are available here. Also when we are asking about 1 to 1 buses we are getting an arrongant reply from tansport officers. What is logic for 2:30 hrs tarvel we have to travel 4 to 5 hrs. Also many of the young girls are still waiting for the 1 to 1 buses as none of the people aren't informed.
Please make a change. We need an effective reply. This type of incidents weren't happened in the last year's.

I am writing this complaint to inform the difficulty in travelling the local rtc buses. There is no frequent buses for anna university, many students are travelling from cmbt, vadapalini, k k nagar, ashok nagar to anna university, but there is not proper bus facility. Only t70 and 5e buses are there to reach to anna university. But these buses are coming every hour once. Many students and people travelling from cmbt, vadapalini, ashok nagar, k k nagar are facing difficulty to reach anna university because only two buses are available either 5e or t70. Lady passengers are facing lot of problem in travelling these buses in because of huge crowd. Kindly requested tnrtc to increase more buses on the way to anna university side

I tried to book ticket from Bangalore to chennai on 10/08/2017. Rs393 got debited from my account but transaction failed. The page got hanged after payment was done and did not return to TNSTC WEBPAGE. Please refund the amount. My user id is sujith8890. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com
The money is still not refunded. It has been more than a week. Please do the needful and refund the money. This is not the first time am facing this problem.

Respected Sir, 570 and M119 route buses are not stopping in dollar stop. Please help. I have to travel from shollolinganalur to valasaravakkam daily in the peak hours, if iam late in getting the bus then I am stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours to reach my place n I have to travel 2 hrs by standing. Most of the buses are not stopping even if it goes empty. It is becoming difficult to travel in the peak hours from shollinganallur to Vadapalani without this only bus. Even if people waive hands drivers are not stopping and not only one bus but most of the 570 buses don't stop n rarely they stop. Please help sir. Please do the needful. Thank you.

I was travelled from namakkal to chennai with my two child on (08/08/2017) bus no tn: 30 n 1364, my child age are 3 ½ and 7 ½ i asked two half ticket from conductor, he told if you get two half ticket i will provide one seat and you keep your child on lap otherwise you take two full ticket then take seat he force me to bring the two full ticket. I took two full ticket and travelled. As per the transport rule 3 yrs to 12 yrs need to get...

The bus was so poor in the rain, because the bus has no tinkering and not fully working condition, childrens and ladies were affected to travel like this bus, so the government was taken at all government vehicles to improve a good services and good maintenance.it is helpfull for all people's, I am traveling so bus no was I didn't know, karaikudi to Chennai, by passing away a route of Pudukottai this secenery will be placed...pls improve our Tamilnadu

0468 this bus no has started from 5/8/3017 at timing 8.30pm starting from pondycherry he has unwantely complained and conductor has made unwanted issue as we were drunk and made us to to departure from the bus it's too much for us to do that issue

ஏன் என கேட்டால் ஊனமுற்றோருக்கு தர முடியாது என கூறுகிறார். மற்ற பயணிகளுக்ககு சிவகாசி To சேலம் பயணசீட்டு வழங்குகிறார். ஏன் எனக்கு தர கூடாத என கேட்டால், தவறாக பேசி. கடைசி வரை தர வில்லை. ஏன் இப்படி என கேட்டால் தர குறை வாக பேசுகிறார். நான் பல இந்த பேரூந்தில் பயணம் செய்துள்ளேன். அப்பொழுது இந்த பிரச்சனை இல்லை.. இந்த முறை மிகவும். மோசமாக உள்ளது. ஏன் ஊனமுற்றோர் சிவகாசி To சேலம் அரசு பேருந்தில் தொடர் பயணம் செய்ய கூடாதா.

There is not enough bus for sacs mavmm and latha mathavan Clg students near alagar kovil area.kidaripaty bus has been stopped so students r getting more trouble.if we get one bus at early 7:30 to 7:40 for kidaripatty it will be more helpful and useful and during festival time it was so crowd and danger so plss arrange a bus as soon as possible ...

Vehicle no tn 21/n 1316 from kallakurichi to chennai
Date of incident : 05-08-17 at 7.52 am
Incident happened at 100 mtr from athur tollgate
Affected vehicle : kl 01 bh 4205 maruti swift car
No of persons in the car : 1 female senior citizen, 2 male adults, 1 female adult and 1 infant.
Incident : the driver of the bus tn 21/n 1316 drove the vehicle rashly and hit the cars left side where the infant and female senior citizen where sitting and
Runaway without stopping. The entire team inside the car shocked and terrified. It took more than one hour for them to recover to normalcy.

Tn 29 n 2320. The bus i am travelling from bangalore which has a route to krishnagiri and uthangarai is in a very bad condition. Most of the seats are broken and there is no leg space for the seats the bus is leaned on one side without crowd too. I request the authorities to look into this matter and decommistion the bus as the saftey of the public might be put in danger to continue the service of this bus.

Hi,
I am bharath staying in chromepet. We have big bus stop shelter built in chromepet, but i could see no bus stops inside the bus shelter. Everyone has to run outside to get the bus. When asked about this to the conductor and driver, they say "ullalam varathu, if you want you come and get the bus". What kind of atrocity is this, what will the old people do. Kindly take the necessary action to make all the bus get inside the shelter.

I am travelling poonamalle to sriperumbudhur in regular at mid night. But most of the conductors are not allow sriperumbudhur passengers to get in bus. Even they have a sriperumbudhur bye pass stage but they did not allow in bus.in 02/08/2017 at midnight 01:30 a mofus bus is came in poonamalle bus stand, bus number is tn23 n 1927, it have a board of (102), it have a sriperumbudhur stage but the conductor has not allow in bus. Please take some actions to take sriperumbudhur passengers in mofus bus in poonamallee bus stand at midnight.

UD bangalore buses are not reaching the destination on time.They are making so late even normal buses are going fast.please make sure to take attention.From chennai to vellore, they are making 4 hrs to reach..Then how we will reach the bangalore on time.This is kind request to take action on this issue.

On the day of[protected] evening i went to kulithalai from trichy by government bus which is departure from trichy junction. During the travelling time the bus conductor was refused to collect the 10 rs coin (Ten rupees coin). The conductor name is mr. Sundarraju.in front of all the passengers the conductor refuse to collect the 10rs coin which leads mental agony to me.
Kindly take action against him for the breach of rbi rules. So provide advice to all the conductors to collect the 10rs coin without hesitation.

Today 01/08/2017, my dad and mom took town bus from valliyoor to radhapuram. When they requested the conductor to whistle to get down, he didn't do it and both seniors (Mom and dad) were dropped only at the next bus stop. When asked about this to conductor, he misbehaved them with abusive words. They both are diabetic patients. Kindly take action on this issue.

Every week thousands of people used to travel like me there was not enough of bus facility and today to the extent after waiting for more than 4o min bus conductor told this bus will not be operating, there were 50 + along with me were out into trouble. Please take necessary actions so there were required number of buses operating from salem on monday morning.

Ammamandapam in Srirangam is a toursit spot.Since Buses are limited in service via Chatram Bus Stand-Ammamandapam -Srirangam way.Please provide many buses .So that it help for all people who are using public transport.

My name is karthik, from tirunelveli district.in this district most of the tnstc buses are in very worst condition and dangerous. Today (28/07/17) i travelled tirunelveli to tuticorin in end to end bus service tn 72, n 1397 in that bus window glasses are not working, no lock for the window glass. Window glass shuts down my hand forcefully and injured. And it's unsafe also for general public there is no proper complaint no. Please resolve the issue.
