Dear sir,
I & my family members traveled from tirupathi rtc bus stop to chennai koyambedu on 16 apr 2017 by tnstc express bus. Evening 18.30 hrs by bus no 121..
When contacted the tnstc counter pre - booking seats, tokens were issued to us each token cost rs. 10/- there was no receipt for the same.
Upervisor sitting at that counter fare from tirupathi to chennai would cost rs. 125/- each, where as conductor collected fare rs. 130/-
What about my advance payment while collecting our tokens rs. 10/- from which account???
Pl tel us whether this rs. 10/- collected from us as advance for seat where its goes??? Fare collected by the conductor should be adjusted against this rs. 10/- which was already we have paid.
Another major issue being this bus as express should travel only through by pass road, where as this bus traveled all interior village enroute and collected passenger and got over loaded... What is the meaning of express bus???
We have all passenger asked / raised the quarry from conductor, but there is no answer from him,
In case if this bus fare collected as express bus fare, why this bus stops all enroute and we got delayed, travelled around 4.30 hrs from tirupathi,
Why we passenger suffer???, being taken boarded the express bus and this bus running as ordinary bus..
Pl clarify this issue :
1. What is the correct fare includes advance token??
2. Whether this bus being a express route bus, will this driver/ conductor may stop all the location enroute to chennai???
3. This bus also stopped for dinner enroute around 8.30 pm, whereas this bus has departed tirupathi at 18.30 hrs.
4. What is the instruction from tn govt to the conductor / driver, understand from conductor, tn govt bus depo manager asking for collection report daily basis, is it true??
Public are suffering keeping the board as express bus, but on real it's practically on ordinary bus, collecting excess fare, and so much of time delay to reach to chennai.
I am expecting / request reply from concerned responsible person.
