    Today 12.5.2017 I took bus number TN32N3947 from pondy to koonimedu. As it was just mentioned as ECR I took the bus. When I asked for koonimedu he told bus will not stop. I told sir there was no specification like express, A, B series I took the bus. He abused me saying that taking tiffin box u go sit in table, I need not stop the bus for 11 rupees ticket. After issuing ticket to anumandhai he told he would make me get down at Kalapet. Is the conductor authorized to stop the bus as per his whims and fancies or what.
    My simple question is, if 11 rupees too less then why such ticket is kept. In same case if I would have gone to pondybus stand and complained then the same bus would have dropped me at koonimedu. I request the authorities to take action against the conductor. Please instruct them that B series buses and normal ECR buses should stop at koonimedu. There are govt. High school, private school, .three financial institutions and social service entities in koonimedu. It is extremely difficult for us if these buses does not stop. Kindly request ur good office to look into the matter and do the needful.

    From SRIRANGAM to trichy Annasalai the ticket the government bus costs normally 4rs. As LSS it costs_5rs. But in today the conducted costs 7rs.i asked him he told it's special bus by 8 Pm from SRIRANGAM railway station. Attached all the details

      Lost bag with ID card.

      Hi,
      I have boarded SETC bus from Tiruvanamali to Bangalore on 10/05/2017, 8 am.
      I lost my bag in the bus.
      I don't know the bus number, but it stopped in silk board by 12.30 noon around.
      Kindly help me with the procedure, if needed I can come to shanti nagar bus depot.
      Description of the bag:
      Black in color, 3 section.
      Inside the bag you can find an pink umbrella, specs set, ID card....

      I am traveled in our tnstc 10/05/2017 time 7:30 to 9:00pm in sheat no.45, conductor activities are very bad bus no tn 74 1653 sheat no 44& 45 is doesn't mentioned conductor sheat and also conductor argument for this is my sheat and also he fight and get out in my sheat. Sir i am asking our transport have slotted if any sheat provided and if any sheat? And he was hurt for me.

          I am travelling from mayiladuthurai to chennai at 11.00 pm of a reservation bus on 7.5.2017. After the bus is full they allowed lot of people. They are standing near by and giving lot of inconvenience to all reservation passengers. And​ there is no safety for our belongings to. Kindly do the needful. They allowed lot of people in pondicherry, there most of the people drunk and create a emprassing situation in that midnight time.

              Respected sir
              Today (06/05/17) boarding your public transport bus from chidambaram at 1.45 pm. The bus don't have route number only noticed cuddalore. I am asking ticket to kothattai bus stop un expectedly conductor shouting and using bad words. He said this bus never stop to kothattai this not 239 route this is 348. I am said i will pay to you fair of cuddalore please to stop kothattai. Totally bus is empty more over the passenger is less than 20. The conductor said my name sathiyaraj do anything and complaint proceed to any where and using bad comments to officers.

                Tnstc bus route katpadi-bagayam, bus no:1586; conductor name: mr. Kesavan. He is charging rs.5/- as minimum bus fare irrespective of any stage or stopping. While questioning, he charged his superiors, who ordered him to act so. As there is no such instruction from the govt.in connection with the rise in bus fare, his act is atrocious and unfair to the public and also to the govt. He is not in a position to bother about the complaints against him. Moreover, he insist the public to lodge a complaint against him.

                  Actually that bus is coming from Salem to Trichy, at tvs tolgat stop I get in the bus,
                  Immediately conductor pushed me and forced to get down and shouting it is not stopping stage so nobodies get in the bus.
                  Usually I catch all kinds of bus at that place to central bus stand.but this bus conductor is behaving with me very rudely
                  So kindly take necessary action against him. The incident was happening at 5.19 pm, 05.05.2017.

                    I have booked a ticket from chennai to tirunelveli on 28/4/17 at 20.05pm at perungalathur.
                    Route no: h198
                    Start point chennai stop point: tirunelveli.
                    No of seats: 2

                    I reached the boarding point at the mentioned time 8.00pm and asked the incharge person about the bus he said bus will arrive in short time and we will announce the time and destination of the bus, then you can get in. So i was waiting for the bus at the nearest seat till 10.30pm but the bus didn't came and went again to them and inquired about the bus they told it went.

                    I was waiting there for more than 2 hours but
                    1. We didn't found our bus.
                    2. As per in charges statement, he didn't announce about the bus.
                    3. Do not know weather the bus arrived the bus stand or not.
                    Finally i am not able to travel to the destination. We missed the bus.

                    Complaint:
                    1. We waited for more than 2 hours in night.
                    2. Because of this we were not able to go to native.
                    3. I need the refund of my total money.
                    4. Need to book a complaint on setc organisation for their irresponsibility

                      The bus from neyveli to bangalore. The departure time is 21.00 but it came by 22.00 only. And they mentioned that the arrival time to bangalore is 4.00 am. I thought it would delay by 1 hour but i actually reached bangalore shanthi nagar by 7.30 only. Learn from ksrtc they usually arrive the destination earlier by atleast 30 mins. But there stupid tnstc guys even if the bus is full they go inside every bus stand. I don't know what is the use in that. A new law should be passed that if the arrival time gets longer than usual means half the ticket amount should be refunded. I assure that i'll not travel again in tnstc instead ill prefer ksrtc even it be costlier one.

                        I have boarding b's from coimbedu... To koliyanoor (Villupuram) dist. He is not allowing any trespass passenger b/w chennai to neyveli..
                        He is saying that the bus only stops at neyveli... Not going in at dindivanam... The bus has gone by bypass...
                        And conduct is not at all responding to passengers well... Not only in the bus which travelling almost all buses this what the case...
                        So totally comfortless travelling...
                        And more importantly

                        Note : i know this is useless to complaint here... Because no one gonna take any action against anybody... So all of the people who sitting wiping the chair everyday... At the board that means you guys who is reading this...

                          Today i took a bus from salem to madurai via karur route.. The conductor said i will stop the bus in madurai only.. But any how the bus will enter inside the karur bustand. Why the conductor is not taking me. Even im also paying money rite. Please take any action on this. If you guys not escalate this then i will take go to minister level. These types of conductor should be punishable. Moat of the conductor's were doing like this only.

                          On 30th April, there was no bus frequency from Gandhi puram to Isha from 11.15 AM to 12 PM. But there were minimum 400 people waiting for 14D. Request you to increase the bus frequency to Isha at least on Sunday . Many people suffered on this day due to this delay. Most people started fighting with each other also

                              I have booked ticket on 23/4/2017. I had given my boarding point as koyambedu on 8.35PM. Due to traffic am unable to reach the boarding point. So i have tried to change my boarding point to perungulathur on that day through call. But no one picked[protected] & [protected] which is taken from online website. Then we reached perungulathur by 7.45Pm. But no one respond properly. After bus reached to perungulathur (A137), conductors not allowed to avail the seat for that ticket. Then I took fresh bus ticket on another bus. Please give the solution for this.

                                I boarded route 570 at 12 pm on 21st April 2017 at guindy. Got a ticket to go to siruseri. Once the bus reached Chinnmalai stop, it went into depot for oil change. It was parked under the sun for more than 30 mins without any information to passengers. Many small kids and old people were travelled with me. After 30 mins when we saw the conductor and enquired, he told that its waiting for oil change. Had he informed before we could have traveled in other bus. Even the bus doors were closed one one side. Without air circulation and hot conditions, kids suffered a lot.

                                  I traveled in a bus from kandancavadi to madyakailash, The conductor charged me Rs13 instead of Rs11 and moreover he didn't gave me proper balance of Rs7, he gave me only Rs5, The bus number is TN01_AN1633.                                     Dear sir,
                                    I & my family members traveled from tirupathi rtc bus stop to chennai koyambedu on 16 apr 2017 by tnstc express bus. Evening 18.30 hrs by bus no 121..

                                    When contacted the tnstc counter pre - booking seats, tokens were issued to us each token cost rs. 10/- there was no receipt for the same.

                                    Upervisor sitting at that counter fare from tirupathi to chennai would cost rs. 125/- each, where as conductor collected fare rs. 130/-
                                    What about my advance payment while collecting our tokens rs. 10/- from which account???

                                    Pl tel us whether this rs. 10/- collected from us as advance for seat where its goes??? Fare collected by the conductor should be adjusted against this rs. 10/- which was already we have paid.

                                    Another major issue being this bus as express should travel only through by pass road, where as this bus traveled all interior village enroute and collected passenger and got over loaded... What is the meaning of express bus???

                                    We have all passenger asked / raised the quarry from conductor, but there is no answer from him,

                                    In case if this bus fare collected as express bus fare, why this bus stops all enroute and we got delayed, travelled around 4.30 hrs from tirupathi,

                                    Why we passenger suffer???, being taken boarded the express bus and this bus running as ordinary bus..

                                    Pl clarify this issue :

                                    1. What is the correct fare includes advance token??
                                    2. Whether this bus being a express route bus, will this driver/ conductor may stop all the location enroute to chennai???
                                    3. This bus also stopped for dinner enroute around 8.30 pm, whereas this bus has departed tirupathi at 18.30 hrs.

                                    4. What is the instruction from tn govt to the conductor / driver, understand from conductor, tn govt bus depo manager asking for collection report daily basis, is it true??

                                    Public are suffering keeping the board as express bus, but on real it's practically on ordinary bus, collecting excess fare, and so much of time delay to reach to chennai.

                                    I am expecting / request reply from concerned responsible person.

                                      I regularly use to travel to kanchipuram from pondicherry at 7.30am bus no : tn-32; n-3642, today (18.04.2017) I got a very bad experience with the conductor I given 100rs to get a ticket to kanchipuram @68rs he denied to get that note it was good currency but little older no damages in that too I asked him why conductor replied that in his depot they will not accept old currencies so that he was is need of only new currency notes IT WAS AGAINST CONSUMER ACT, I asked his name to discuss with concern deport manager for the he shouted and abused me in the bus while the other passengers seen it was an insult. I never denied to get tickets I just asked the explanation why he is not accepting the currency for that he not given any reply conductor shouted continously driven too joined with him and shouted as like someone and threatened me am not able to digest in a got bus am facing such incident is atrocious and also again humanity and consumer rights I don't know whether the conductor is appointed to serve or to irritate the consumer with his dirty tongue.

                                      TN.43.N.0508 driver Subramanian using unparlimentary words, harsh, threatening, traffic violations as this bus is operated in hill stations the speed should be limited but this driver is threatening other drivers and the passengers so kindly take necessary action against the driver
