Dear Sir/Madam,

I was travelling to my native place with my spouse on 11/02/2017 from Madurai to Virudhunagar at 11:30 PM the bus No : TN 67 N 0866 & my travelling time 11:30 PM to 01:10 AM during the travel i given Rs 72 to take tickets & it have a one 10 Rs coin immediately the conductor was hesitate to get the amount & insist to me provide another rupee or coin due to 10 rs coins are not valid rumour but i try to explain the conductor about RBI & govt announcement but he was not accepted & scolding me in front of the other passenger.The Conductor behaviour was not acceptable & Kindly take necessary action to avoid this kind of staff behaviour to the passenger in future.

    Hello Sir, myself kathiravan p a working in a private concern. I am writing this complaint on a very worst situation. I am traveling from palacode to dharmapuri in a public transport. I gave 15rs ( a 10rs coin and 5 rs coin). The conductor was not accepted the 10rs coin alone. The govt has never blocked the 10rs coin . Then may I know the reason for not accepting the 10rs coin. The conductor has given a very unacceptable reason for not accepting the coin. He s ready to allow me to travel without getting 0 money from me. His was of talking is also very bad. I believe you will take an action again. If not I will go for another option through public media.

      Date: 20 March 2017, morning 4.30 at Coimbatore Gandhipuram Bus Stand.
      Came to bus stand directly from railway station to get a seat in bus for my journey to Karunya Nagar (Karunya University). The first bus came at 5.10 but missed it because it was full within seconds. Same thing happened when the next bus came at 5.30.
      We, students, are supposed to stand for almost 1 hour to reach Karunya and we are supposed to stand! Already, we will be tired from travelling in train with lack of sleep.

      Same problem in buses from Karunya to Coimbatore City.

      Please increase the frequency of buses that must travel in this route. It is okay if the ticket charge is double the present one, the buses should increase, at least on weekends!

        Sir i am traveling from nagercoil to thuckalay at 10.15p. M. At that time there are two buss one lss and another f. P truvantrum. First i ask the lss driver that did it stop at manali he sed that it did not have a stop at manali. But fp trivandrum has a stop. So i went to ask both the driver and conducted of the fp truvantrum tn74 n-1740. They did int respond properly and use hash words to avoid me. Sir there is a boad in manali there fp buss will stop there. So i need proper action against them

          Subject: Regarding the improper operating service of the Kullakamby Tirupur bus TN38 N 2368 in Nilgiris district.

          Until 1970’s there was private bus services in Nilgiris district. Those days a bus from our village kullakamby to Mettupalayam was operated. Later on when the private bus was restricted in nilgiris district and only government service was implemented, this bus was handed over to the government and it was undertaken by Cheran transport corporation. And at present the TNSTC is operating the TN38 N 2368 bus in this timing with extension to Tirupur.
          Morning 6:20 AM this bus starts from kullakamby and plys to Tirupur via Coonoor. And then 3:45 PM the bus arrives to Coonoor and plys to kullakamby. From there at 4:45 PM starts from Kullakamby and reaches Mettupalayam, from there 7:30 PM it starts and reaches Coonoor and later 9:45 PM starts from Coonoor and halts in Kullakamby at 10:30 PM. In this already due to mismanagement and driver conductors irregularity this bus was stopped in the 3:45 PM Coonoor to Kullakamby trip. After several complaint and agitation a local bus TN 43 N 509 bus is being operated at 3:30 PM.
          In morning instead to start at 6:20 AM the bus is being operated 6:00 AM at 20 minutes advance and in the last trip instead of starting at 9:45 PM they are operating at 10:30 PM and above in which they are delaying more than one hour. This is happening because the Coonoor management want to record as no collection trip and remove this bus from our village service. They have removed this bus in the February month and after various complaints, agitations and Coonoor MLA’s meddle the bus was operated in march excluding the evening 3:45 PM trip.
          Now again after few weeks regular operation inorder to remove this bus from this kullakamby village the drivers, conductors and Coonoor management jointly continuing to operate in irregular timings. Which we strongly condemn this and bring this to your notice and we seek to advice the Coonoor management not to involve in such activities and operate this bus in our village timings regularly.

            Today[protected], I had booked a ticket from Trichy to Bangalore on 2nd MAR 2017 . Amount Rs. 388 was debited from my bank account and i have received the sms from the bank for the debit, but no ticket has been booked. I didn't receive any mail or even I'm unable to see it in SETC Booking history tab. can you please check the above details and help me? I request you to kindly provide the refund.

                I am living in sriperumbuthur but native place is vellore,
                I will come every Friday evening to my native by bus the bus no is TN23 N2270 when I asking ticket the conductor has given ticket Poonamallee to vellore but I get on the bus in Sriperumbudur.if we asked anything about it the conductor does not allow into the bus.Actual fare is 56Rs but I paid 67Rs this is not one time and I am not only person affect pls consider this complaint and correct the system.Those who are coming are not rich always poor and middle class family getting affected.

                  Coimbatore gandhipuram to walayar route bus no :96 . It' not coming on the time and sometimes bus not coming and if bus come it can't go walayar. Turning in between the route. Many times complaints placed in-charge but he can't take any action. He also supports them. Every day night after 8'o clock I want to fight with the in-charge and then he arranged the bus. Kindly check and clear this issues

                    I booked the seats number 19 and 20 for the journey(10march2017) from bangalore to chennai. The bus which i booked whose timing is 21:25 which starts from shanti nagar, after successful transaction of payment it shows error as "your transaction is not completed as rereservation system can't process your request". I got msg from icici bank and mail also of money deduction during booking but in their website still it shows no booking record. I want my booking status or refund my money.

                      In Madurai Route PARK TOWN (thapal thanthi nagar), Bus Not coming on time properly, we have waiting around 1 hour morning and evening, two days before[protected], i am waiting goripalayam bust stop at 6.04 pm, the bus coming around 7.06pm for park town. one hour waiting for myself and other old age passenger. This is not only one day, past 6 months i am waiting like this, Some time morining 7 am around the buses not coming inside visvanathapuram bus stop, the buses bypass at main road in front of barathi store. Most of the buses are came from thirumangalam depo. After one hour all the buses came one by one in line without no gap in time. kindly THE TRANSPORT MANAGER need to take the action. I have doubt if they have any contract with share auto or getting money from share auto drivers?

                        I had to use government bus from trichy bus stop to NIT( TN 45 N 2355) . On this particular bus the plight of the bus is miserable. The bars seem to be hanging of the top of the bus. The conductor is very rude to passengers who travel. He expects certain behavioural attitudes from passengers such as giving money with write hand only. When these are not met with he just goes on shouting at them as to why they should study if they can't follow such mannerisms. I request you to give warning to these type of conductors on how to behave with passengers. U couldn't get the name of the conductor but i hope the bus number will do.

                          Improper maintenance of busses and indifferent reply of the depo manager

                          I am a daily user of tnstc Madurai cities bus route no 76 Madurai to kariapatti.The maintenance of the bus is very poor and unable to travel.The shock observer is not functioning.that leads to servere body pain..The matter conveyed the the depo manager MCB and the reply is not convincing. He said that one bus alone can be repaired daily. The indifferent attitude of the depo manager shows the poor interest of the travelers and their life....

                          The bus which started from Bangalore to Salem (1to5) . Was delayed by 1hr on the way to Salem.. in dharmapuri they have stopped more than half an hour to load a luccage which was not supposed to do it. The incident happened on 3rd March 2017 night. Many women and girls were in the bus which is not safe when the bus gets delayed like this.Please check the consult people and do the necessary action.

                          Dear nandhini nandhu,

                          Most of the Drivers & Conductors who are working in TNSTC for LONG Trip like this, they regularly doing these kind of activities to earn extra money for their expenses. It would not paid to concern authority anymore. Also the same incident was happened when i traveled from Namakkal to Chennai. When the bus was went to Trichy it was halted for 1 and 30 Hour at Trichy and loaded some luccage on top of the bus. This is regular activity which is done in night shift. This must be avoided for safe traveling of passengers. For this we may file a complaint in consumer court.

                                Today i boarded at samayapuram in the below mentioned bus. When i asked for alathurgate stop, conductor told express bus no stopping at that stop but stopped at srm univ, mam college etc. Till yesterday i use to get down in same bus..

                                  My name is kamaraj i am travel cuddalure to jayankondam x-road in bus number of tn32n3818 at 02.03.2017 evening 5:00 pm. I took one luggage myself. Conductor want a charge for two tickets but gave one luggage ticket. I asked the conductor why you want a double ticket but gave only single ticket. He answered rudely 'it's my mamole'.                                     I travelled vellore to thanjavur through tnstc on 28/02/2017 (11.30pm)... That bus is coming from (Thirupathi via mayiladuthurai to thanjavur)...851t ultra deluxe bus num is tnjc086) bus get startedat 11.30pm at vellore... Ticket fare is 250 so that i gave 300rs to conductor... He said there is no change i ll give u change when v reach villupuram... And also he said i ll give u ticket on that tym itself... Aft when v reach villupuram i asked him to give me the change and ticket... He said me its night tym and also u wont get the bus... Why are u asking me ur 50rs remaining... Then i asked atleast give the ticket for that also.. Night tym nobody will check u... After dont worry u travel... Aft some conversation then he said i ll give u when v put bus on motel... After sometym he reached motel... After that i went and ask he said i wont give u... We are awaking in night tym but u r asking me 50rs... I just thinking abt his answer... His duty is to dont sleep on night tym when travelling and also he is getting salary for that but why i have to give 50rs for he is not sleeping... Moreover he is drunken on that tym... He is using abusive language and vulgarly... He is using go and sit # (Thevidiya paiya badu)... Else i ll drop u here itself... At that tym i dont know where the bus was... He is telling simply... U cant do anything against me because u dont have ticket... I just got feared there is no secure to travel on govt transit... He is simply blackmailing me.. I tried for tnstc tollfree num but it is always busy... Please take against him on action... I dont know his name... He is drunken... Not giving me ticket and he threaten me not giving me change 50rs... Using bad words... Blackmailing me... He is saying driver ll support me... There s nobody to support u i[censored]r standing against me in nyt tym... He didnt gave respect also... He used poda naya... Porampokku... I ll stop bus on police station and i ll complaint on u that u beaten me like this he is blackmailing me... There is no secure for the govt transit also... Please take necessary action on him...

                                      A lady with two girl children travelling with reserved ticket. One child ticket wer cancelled. That child age is 9-11yrs. Inclusion of fine it cost 400rs nearly. Conductor has collected 1000Rs for that child. Very shamed of this Tamilnadu transport authority.. Beggers with uniform of TN name.
