        Sir / madam, I am from thirumalai samuthiram, Thanjavur
        Stopping is there in our Village, but TNSTC ( Thanjavur to Trichy ) buses are not stopping in our stop, if we need to go some were we have to wait for more than 1hour and today morning I have travelled in green colour TNSTC bus from vallam to sastra University but they gave me Thanjavur to thirumalai samuthiram ticket, I have an a photo copy of the ticket

        Few months before our Village President has complained and he made to stick our Village name in all Thanjavur to Trichy TNSTC buses and now there is no stickers of our Village name, now they have mentioned (1to1 ), Even private buses also not stopping in our stop

        But the bus which travelling from Thanjavur old bus stand to sengipatti
        They all stop the bus in our stopping and the driver and conductors are treated with good manner

        I kindly request you to take my complaint and please made the bus to stop in our Village stopping

            There is no buses for vellore in koyembedu I'll 3 hour's there is no proper response from everybody and any other buses won't let vellore passengers to ride. I'm so much disappointed with SETC

              Hi,
              We have booked a ticket from madurai to chennai on 11/04/23 in AC SLEEPER BUS and the date of journey is 23/04/23. Near trichy the bus was breakdown and the conductor told us to change the bus at 2.20am midnight and they arranged Non AC SEMI SLEEPER. From there we are supposed to travel in that NON AC SEMI SLEEPER bus only.

              The conductor convinced us that we will get full refund amount for the journey, after that only we boarded into another bus.

              Also, the bus was delay in boarding point by 1.5hrs and due to this breakdown we reached chennai at 9.30am.

              As my mother was already suffering from knee problem and due to this, she suffered a lot.

              We are totally very disappointed with the service.

              I request to refund the Full ticket amount for the inconvenience caused.

                On 13/04/2023, I'm booked a bus ticket from Mayiladuthurai to chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.655/- has been debited from my bank account .After few hours i cancelled my ticket, still now I'm not received refund amount. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an ongoing issue that I have been facing while traveling from Chennai to Kalpakkam through ECR buses. I board the bus at Pondicherry bus stop at Guindy, and when the conductor asked for my ticket, I informed them that my destination was Kalpakkam. However, the conductor informed me that the bus does not stop before Pondicherry and asked me to get down at Madhya Kailash. This incident has occurred multiple times in the past with other ECR buses as well.

                  As per the Department of Atomic Energy in Kalpakkam, TNSTC has granted permission to stop all ECR buses as around 10, 000 central government employees are residing in Kalpakkam. Despite this, the conductors and drivers of these buses are behaving rudely and not allowing passengers to board the bus.

                  I would like to bring to your attention that the same bus that does not allow passengers to board before Pondicherry, picks up passengers on the same route while reaching Kalpakkam to drop them off at Pondicherry. I fail to understand why the bus would pick up passengers on the same route where it has previously denied passengers.

                  I would like to request you to take necessary action against the drivers and conductors of ECR buses and ensure that they abide by the rules and regulations set by the TNSTC.

                    I frequently travel from chennai to Kalpakkam throgh ECR buses. I take bus in guindy pondicherry bus stop. When conductor asked for ticket, I told kalpakkam them immediately he told me to get down as it wont stop in before pondicherry, and made me to get down at madhya kailash. Same way next 4 to 5 buses (all are ECR) refused to get me in and telling they dont stop. But the same bus while reaching kalpakkam, they are stopping and letting passengers inside to drop them at pondicherry. If stop is not there, why they are picking. Our department (Department of Atomic Energy in kalpakkam) got the permission from TNSTC to stop all ECR buses many years back as around 10000 central govt employees are residing in kalpakkam. The bus conductor and driver are very rudely behaving and not letting us inside the bus.

                      I'm here to complain about conductor rudeness on passenger. I am boarding in medical College. Conductor business is to check wheather the passanger got the ticket or not. I setting in fornt of the bus when he's in back in the bus. I constantly looking for him . He didn't came. When he came front and suddenly return to back in next stop then how I could I take ticket. At the time he came front. Then I 'm asking ticket to him. He's shouting on me for not getting ticket and he threatens me to charge fine on me. Please take mild action on him

                              Sir Iam Johnson Dhinakar.I was waiting for bus @ Samathanapuram nearly around 10:45pm.I was planning to go madurai for that I had to reach Tirunelveli bus stand...so I was waiting for bus patiently.Actually it was main stop most of all buses will stop and unload passengers here Similarly A bus(attached in pic(TN67 1083) came for unloading passenger it stopped there So I climbed in, the conductor who was standing in step asked me where u r going I said i want to go to Tirunelveli bus stand he said it wont go there he was on the step I was too on step he urged me to climb down so i did that Actually I know that bus is going to bus stand but i didn't argued with him there .And also i was with my heavy luggage...Im addressing serious issue here Similarly most of the buses wont take passenger who want to travel nearby(not 1 to one im mentioning) ...If so why there is ₹10 ticket in the bus in most cases the conductor wont allow passengers to travel with that min fare₹10 they simply ask the passenger where u r going ??and say it wont go there but actually going there only ...okay coming to my issue then I took a bus after 10-15 min and reached Tirunelveli busstand and I was shocked the bus which left me saying it wont go to busstand was standing in bus stand .I got angry straightly went to conductor and asked him is this bus stand or not ??? Why u are lying to me ??? He was not guilty for what he have done and challenged me u cant do nothing that why ik complaining here ...I want u to take action against him (his pic and his bus number attached below)...

                                  TN-32N-4378. I was boarding the bus in tindivanam on 22nd April evening. I was asking for Madurantakam bypass. The conductor said, bus will not stop there. Then when I enquired in time office, the officer asked me to board the same bus. Then the conductor started shouting, I said there is no seat why did you go to time office. The bus had many vacant seats. Then he was adding who is the time officer to decide the stopping. It's the conductor who has to decide the stopping. Please advise.

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    I am praveena, My native is panjapatty village in karur district. I was waiting for panjapatty government bus ( bus number- 8). I have been waiting from 4AM for this bus ( this is the first bus starts from karur to panjapatty)but It came late to karur bus stand at 5.45pm. After the bus entered to the bus stand, we were waiting for passengers to get down from the bus. Immediately after the passenger get down from the bus, the driver start to move the bus without waiting for the passengers who all are wait in the karur bus stand. I am carring my luggage and run after the bus to stop but they didn't even consider our pain. What is government bus duty? Is this the way the treat the passenger? After this bus I have another bus on 6.30am . Again I have to wait for 45 mins Who is responsible for my time? I want to take a strict action against the bus driver and conductor. Please take it forward.

                                        Last month i was traveling cmbt to cenji...when i brought the ticket the conductor said he will give remaining change at the end of the journey ...i told him I'm going to get off before cenji stop...the conductor deliberately hide in the crowd ..when the stop arrives... i have to getoff the stop... sacrifice my 300 rs change...first i thaught conductor forget to give remaining chages... when i spoke to my friends they said it was conductor scam to make money ...many friends and relation of mine told this...it was happened to them also ... conductor dont give the balance change they hide in the crowd... so they always bring change with them they know conductor fraud business... i dont know the conductor or driver name...it was cmbt to cenji bus...hope authorities givve strong warning to them
