I travelled vellore to thanjavur through tnstc on 28/02/2017 (11.30pm)... That bus is coming from (Thirupathi via mayiladuthurai to thanjavur)...851t ultra deluxe bus num is tnjc086) bus get startedat 11.30pm at vellore... Ticket fare is 250 so that i gave 300rs to conductor... He said there is no change i ll give u change when v reach villupuram... And also he said i ll give u ticket on that tym itself... Aft when v reach villupuram i asked him to give me the change and ticket... He said me its night tym and also u wont get the bus... Why are u asking me ur 50rs remaining... Then i asked atleast give the ticket for that also.. Night tym nobody will check u... After dont worry u travel... Aft some conversation then he said i ll give u when v put bus on motel... After sometym he reached motel... After that i went and ask he said i wont give u... We are awaking in night tym but u r asking me 50rs... I just thinking abt his answer... His duty is to dont sleep on night tym when travelling and also he is getting salary for that but why i have to give 50rs for he is not sleeping... Moreover he is drunken on that tym... He is using abusive language and vulgarly... He is using go and sit # (Thevidiya paiya badu)... Else i ll drop u here itself... At that tym i dont know where the bus was... He is telling simply... U cant do anything against me because u dont have ticket... I just got feared there is no secure to travel on govt transit... He is simply blackmailing me.. I tried for tnstc tollfree num but it is always busy... Please take against him on action... I dont know his name... He is drunken... Not giving me ticket and he threaten me not giving me change 50rs... Using bad words... Blackmailing me... He is saying driver ll support me... There s nobody to support u i[censored]r standing against me in nyt tym... He didnt gave respect also... He used poda naya... Porampokku... I ll stop bus on police station and i ll complaint on u that u beaten me like this he is blackmailing me... There is no secure for the govt transit also... Please take necessary action on him...

A lady with two girl children travelling with reserved ticket. One child ticket wer cancelled. That child age is 9-11yrs. Inclusion of fine it cost 400rs nearly. Conductor has collected 1000Rs for that child. Very shamed of this Tamilnadu transport authority.. Beggers with uniform of TN name.

Bus conductor named Senthilkumar is very harsh towards the passengers. I witnessed this and was also spoken harsh of by him while in the bus (number : TN33 N2588). He must be subjected to actions.
He must be subjected to severe actions under harsh behaviour towards the passengers. It must be treated as a contempt as he was harsh in front of many passengers. He must be subjected to severe actions understand law defending one's respect.

My sister is studying in Bharathiyar university arts and science college in Gudalur, buses which are running in that area not stopping in that stop, due to that she is suffering a lot, she couldn't return home earlier.
Once they compliment about this issue in transportation they didn't take necessary action.
I am requesting you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

My name is Sudhagar and I am from Chennai.. Today I was traveling from Chennai to Dharmapuri by TNSTC bus and bus number is [TN 23 N 2425] . Usually ticket fare from chennai to Dharmapuri via Thirupattur is 168 rupees for 3*2 seats express buses. Today my bus conductor collected 180 rupees ticket fare for same route and they are saying it is Premium service.. I really don't understand why TNSTC cheating people like this . In this same route 2*2 seats deluxe bus itself charges 180 rupees only ..

Bus started in koyembedu around 10.30 Pm took 3 hours to reach vellore 1.30am they reached vellore. Took 20 mins of break 1.50am again started from vellore on the way they stopped Ambur, Vaniyambadi, jollarpet and Thirupattur..

After Thirupattur they are stopping almost 20 places before reaching Dharmapuri..They were driving worst than local town bus. So finally they reached dharmapuri bus stand around 5.30am so almost 7.30 hrs journey in night timing itself..

For this pathetic and cheating service why they are calling it as premium service and why they are collecting extra charges simply without giving any additional facilities..
For one passenger 12 rupees extra they are charging so almost 60*12 =780 rupees per single they are cheating..

This bus belongs to Thirupattur depot Villupuram division..

Please take necessary action against this officers ..

Most of the 570 deluxe buses (Cmbt to kelambakkam) are not stopping in the ags stop. People from cmbt or from other place (Long distance) are suffering because of this. Even though the bus was not full of passengers, the buses are not stopping in ags stop.

Note:
1. 570 ac bus & 570s have the stopping point in ags.
2. 568t - thazhambur to cmbt is also not stopping in ags.

Kindly do the needful.

The bus number TN 33N 2485 bus was coming from erode to Coimbatore at 9:15 am in 21/02/2017. I don't know the driver name he driving very careless and terrible. I am driving in bike that bus was Damaged my bike. I drive with cylinder, incase of any problem means what I am doing that total collector office area was affected. Please take any action to that driver

Bus conductor is not accepting 10 RS COIN when i travelled from Gundy( chennai) to mahindra city (near chengalpet) in "bus no 504 towards uthiramerur" on 20-Feb-2016 by saying depot is not accepting 10 RS coin. I believe as per RBI circular, all types of coins of 10 RS are valid as Indian currency. So kindly educate your conductor & driver about this circular and help public pls.

19/02/2017 (11.45pm) bus details (TN58N2112)(MP14589L)Bus scheduled to go to hosur at 11 started late at 11.45 then conductor is telling bus will go till Salem then we will decide. When asked about the reason conductor telling it's due to the delayed start. I have to go to Bangalore, I usually take hosur bus to go to Bangalore but this time I faced this problem and it delayed my travel and I faced so much struggle in going to office at the right time.

I used to travel from Tiruppur to Coimbatore via avinashi regularly. I always choose govt. buses for my travel..the actual amount of ticket is Rs. 24. But there is no one conductor will give the balance Rs.1even in the private buses also. They collect Rs.25 each time.

And the Coimbatore to Tiruppur via Avinashi buses are not get in tha Covai medical college stop even in the peak timing 4-6 (College timing).

16/02/17 இன்று ஈரோடு வரை செல்லும் TN58N 2241என்ற பேருந்தில் இராமநாதபுரத்த�...⇄ மதுரை நோக்கி பயணம் செய்கிறேன் பயண சீட்டை பெற ரூ100 கொடுத்தேன் நடத்துனரிடம் மாட்டுத்தாவணி பேருந்து நிலையம் வரை பயணசீட்டு கேட்டால் ஆரப்பாளையம் வரை தந்து விட்டு மீதி சில்லரையாக 30 ரூபாய் தருகிறார் கேட்டால் அப்படிதான் தரமுடியும் என்கிறார் இதனால் எனக்கு 7ரூபாய் நஷ்டம் மற்றும் மன உளைச்சல் ஏற்பட்டது நடத்த்துனர் மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்à®...⇄ மேலும் வழக்கு தொடரவும் முடிவு செய்துள்ளேன் தங்களுடைய பதிலை எதிர்நோக்கி உள்ளேன்

-bus number tn01 n5199 29k is not in good condition.
- it is very uncomfortable for us to travel and we are not feeling safe to travel in that bus.
-passengers are complaining against bus driver and conductor but they are not the real responsible person the bus condition.
-an old lady got hit by the sudden break made by the bus but luckily she is okay.
-i request you to maintain a good conditioned and safe vehicle for us to travel.

I have travelled in TNSTC everyday. Bus conductors not accepting the rs 10 coins though it is valuable coin by RBI. Conductor told that even in bus depot not accepting rs10 from them while clearing collection amount at end of the duty. Even some blaming bank is not accepting. So please take some actions to circulate the rs10 coins into economy.

I'm travelling to tanjore from Chennai in A/C bus today(12/02/2017).i paid 350 rupees for ticket.Conductor charged 340 for ticket but gave only rs 320 ticket only.He mentioned as reservation charges on spot.and dint give balance 10 rs too.He is taking 20 rupees without issuing ticket.Reservation charges are applicable only for online booking.Why he took 20 rupees for reservation.

I got the bus no. TN 21 N 1417 IN MADURANTAKAM at 6.40 am and asking a conductor to buy a ticket at 6.42 am MADURANTAKAM to GUDUVANCHERRY that fare is Rs.25. I want to extended my journey to PERUGALTHUR. I asking ticket at GUDUVANCHERRY to PERUGALTHUR in GUDUVANCHERRY STOPPING. IN that stopping they not put a correct stage and they put before stage is KAT.KO/MMDH to PERUGALTHUR that fare is RS 11. I am asking about ticket issue for proper stage they did not give a correct reason and insulting me in the bus . They told to me GUDUVANCHERRY stage not put only before stage used to put and insulting me . I attached ticket for your reference and I need a proper response for this issue if not i will meet in the consumer court. Thank you

I was travelling with my old age mother and my infant child in the bus barring registration number Tn-3864 from Thiruvanmiyur to Kasi theatre on 10.02.2017.
The conductor was very busy in is cell phone and he has not advice the driver to stop at kasi theatre where we are suppose to get down. When we questioned the conductor repeatly he gave an irresponsible answer and not behaived properly. Ultemately the bus stopped at Udayam theatre and we have to walk back 1 km with my old age mother and my infant child.
i am very heartly hurt this matter. Please look in to the matter and give feedback.
The bus passed through the kasi thetre at 3.40pm on 10.02.2017.

TN 32 N 3730 ... 1 to 3 from Chennai to pondicherry via by pass stopped at private hotel in between Tindivanam to pondicherry... normal fare is Rs.79 but for this bus is Rs.83 because of 1 to 3 stopping... but it is stopped in hotel... please check and update me... we are asked to conductor but is not answering responsibly...need your support to avoid this kind of misbehaviour... people in this bus all are asked them why ours stopped but they went to the hotel and did what they want.

Myself vinoth, I got into bus in vaniyambadi by 6.35 and by 7.35 they reaches to krishnagiri bus stand started immediately within 1min even though there a less passenger's. But stopped in Surya hotel for 50min. Today my halfday salary ll b deducted due to this delay.kindly take some necessary actions to save people's and tnstc. Bus no- tn23-N-2144

Dear Sir/Madam.
Please note that my vehicle has been dashed by a Bus in Tambaram today. The irresponsible driver is not even bothered and scolding me in a filthy language.
My vehicle got severe damage and the driver went of with out any responsibility.

I kindly request you to take action immediately to recover my loss.
