I am V Nagaraj my mobile [protected] from Pune Maharashtra, I am state that today 22/12/16 Thursday 11:30 am. I went TRICHY central bus stand reservation counter there was one handicap lady seated, i asked for the reservation slip she's not given any reply up to 10 minutes .Then given the slip and she will gone outside the booth. after 50 minutes she came back and she said server is down it will be take 1 hour, there are 15 to 18 persons standing, and then one more lady came. And together lock the counter gone out and people are asking? Issuing very poor language for reply. Please take necessary action against this type of government servant .one more request please write down the reservation counter complaint mobile No. whatever it.

Hi is prakash... in the date[protected] bus number TN-21 N-1834...Rout no 79 Kanchipuram to tambram.. In this bus conductor they giving 10 rs coin. But in other they not got 10 rs coin from passenger... But they r give only... So I want complaint about that conductor I have a ticket proof...

    From thirupalathurai to Thanjavur old bus stand base fair is rs.17 all the conductor are charging Rs.19. we are daily facing this issue. Most of the express are picking only at the time of empty.if they have full seat they won't stop bus in our stop. If they need collection they will stop it in all stop even its express. Worst from tnstc. Kumbakonam depo is worst all the common bus now become express won't common people will do

        Currently travelling from CMBT to kanchavadi in 570 AC bus, the AC bus is circulating air which is amalgamated with smoke, we could also sense that while breathing and causing lot of discomfort to most of the passengers of all ages here like me. Suspecting the smoke has enveloped filters around. So as a true citizen i request to TNSTC to Please take some corrective actions towards maintenance of the state bus. Thanks.

          I tried to book a ticket from Bangalore to Trichy. Due to network problem during transaction the amount of Rs.388 is debited but the ticket is not booked. Kindly refund the amount of Rs.388 for which the ticket booking failed.

            I have booked my ticket in SETC site to travel Bangalore to Coimbatore on 02nd December. The boarding time was 22:20 IST in Madiwala police station on 02 Dec, I have waited since 21:40 IST in boarding point,
            The bus has not come until Dec 03rd 01:10 AM, my self and 6 more passengers were waited to get a bus, the bus has not come
            until next day morning 1 Am, I went to Coimbatore SETC bus stand and asked why the bus has not come, they are not responding me properly and scolding very badly in tamil, this is really too much that we waited almost 4 hours in rain but the bus has not come on regular route, we met all busses with different timing but we never saw the actual bus, we have not received any contact numbers to contact and no one contacted us for boarding, the poor maintenance and irresponsible reply really made to feel bad.
            i have asked them for the complaint details but they again started scolding badly, we are sure it’s not our mistake we waited long at the same boarding point but bus has come in different rout, i have attached my tickets here, please try to avoid the situation next time and help others at least. Please arrange some training for them to talk to people with right way, they are not owner for the bus, its our bus they must respond us in good way, we are not their slave.

            As we traveled from Sri puram (Golden Temple) to Vellore bus stop (vehicle no TN 23. N1929) on 10th December 2016, 4pm. As ur conducter charged me full ticket amount for 2yrs kid, when we ask him he told that even for kids they are charging full amount, As iam fileing an complaint in comsumer court. I need an explanation regards to this.

                Between Bangalore to Puducherry more than 4 SETC bus are running. All the busses has same route number 622UD. During the date of journey its very difficult to find bus which we have booked. Time gap between 2 busses all very less like 10:00 pm one bus, 10:05 pm next bus.
                Every time I am struggling a lot because of this issue, one day i missed my bus and travelled in next bus .

                It will be useful if you send a message with bus number, 10 minutes before travel.

                  I travelled from vellore to chidhambaram on 8.12.2016.The bus started at 6.50 AM from Vellore.It arrived at TV Malai bus stand at 8.45 AM.There it had a halted for about 20 minutes for breakfast which is reasonable.Then the bus resumed its journey. But to everybody's annoyance it halted again at Thiruvalluvar statue for about 15 minutes or a little more to load luggage. This can very well be avoided by asking the traders to bring the loads to TV Malai bus stand itself. Thus time can be saved and unnecessary annoyance to the passengers would be avoided.

                      E-2083, and i was very much upset where the bus stopped for having dinner is close to krishnagiri and the hotel was not hygienic and food was very expensive and informed the bus staff about the hotel, but the staffs were very negligent and said complaint at our depot, also the driver was not having patient nor time to answer the passenger query he was making fun with us, this is not acceptable, so required to take necessary action for the betterment of setc. Thanks well wisher

                        Respected sir/ madam..
                        It was raining all throughout inside bus... Where old people and ill passenger suffered a lot... Im a government medical officer... I used same bus to reach kadayanallur from puducherry same day i already havebooked returns journey to puducherry but same bus has come without any service and broken windows and inoperative windows and leaking inside the bus all throughout during rain.. On dated 3/12/16...982 ud... Bus from shencottah to puducherry... We have been told fc issue with regular bus.. Its a spare one.. One of the great shame to transport corporation... Causing so much trouble for payed citizen... Worst ever depo shencottah... Kindly make a better tranport for atleast having a peaceful seat... And timely ride.. And today bus was 1 and half hour delay too

                          I have booked ticket today (2/12/2016 21:05) from "Chennai" to "Mayiladuthurai" and choose the pick up point "Tiruvanmiyur" but the application finally booked a ticket by mistake the pickup point is "Chennai CMBT". I checked the print out once I know the information.

                          The customer care number also not working that time.

                          Please consider my complaint and correct the software.

                              Hi sir/madam,
                              Today (27.11.16) me and my friend traveled from anna nagar west depot to chennai central in 7f mtc bus (bus no:ani 0830 tn-01n-4947). we departed around 2:30pm and before departing i asked the conductor of the bus, how long it will take to reach central as we were in hurry. he responded in inappropriate ways ("he also said us to get down and take an auto") and he treated us like a third grade citizen.in addition to that he wanted us to take luggage charge for the single travel bag we carried (approx size:60cmx20cm w) and with humiliation and embarrassment we took that ticket ("we paid for us 2x13=26 rs & for bag 1x13=13 rs") as we dont wanted to engage in fight with him (attached the photo of the bag which he charge as luggage). such conductors who are not consumer friendly are not eligible to work as a govt employee. we two are graduated engineers and we faced such a problem, what if it is a condition to an elder citizen.. i request tamilnadu state transport corporation to take action on this conductor. thanks

                                Im person who daily traveling from coimbatore to sathy.

                                Today november 24, 2016 night 10:30 i got sathy point to point bus in saravanampatti coimbatore and the driver stopped bus in kariyampalayam for his personal tea coffee break and enjoying with his personal friends in tea shop and wasted all passengers time.

                                  I have started boarding from Koyambedu and i need to drop in perungalathur, usually the ticket rate is Rs:15 or 18, but the conductor gave me ticket till malaimalar nagar with ticket rate is Rs:25. This is trichy (TNSTC. Kumbakonam) bus which go via maduravoyal bypass. This is really horrible to pay extra 10 bugs without any reason. Please take some measure to reduce this type of this issue

                                      On 17/11/2016 I had booked an onward journey ticket in TNSTC (BUS ID No: E-2032) towards Chennai from Bangalore. Expected. My boarding point was Madivala Police station I was waiting for this bus from 9:30pm for a 10:15pm bus but this bus never came through that way. I enquired all the buses passed on this. The conductor of the passing bus used to say its coming behind but it never came. At last fed up by 11:30pm asked another TNSTC Bangalore to Chennai bus, that conductor said that bus left. Even though I was asking in all the buses. Non of the conductor gave a proper replay.

                                      With only ₹100 in hand, and no ATM working no idea what to do, got totally upset. By god's grace a private bus allowed me to travel. By believing that I will transfer the money online the next day and I did. For the great help they did.

                                      Pls take action on this bus driver and conductor for not caring for the passengers.

                                        Sir Myself traveling in 15 F Bus T N 001 5520 the conductor Quarelled with a public, and stopped the bus near Arumbakkam before Vaishanav college, even taking ticket from the bus, I have to take Auto to Egmore, to catch my Train.I don't why they Quralled with each other, lot of passenger traveling in the bus cause hardship., hence future like this any Rghardship will caused to Passenger.Rgds vijay
