I m traveling on setc ultra deluxe 14.1.2017 nit 7pm from mohamed to dharapuram. The bus driver parked near villupuram the name of hotel j classic...in that hotel have maintaining the poor servants and foods...i ordered to barrotta...the rate is 60 rupees...i asked to servant the rate two barrotta is 60...he conform on it.then after i ate they give bill for 100 rupees...they told the non-veg kurumA is 40 rupees...bt before eat they not tell like this...and they told roughly...pls the honesty officers please take action for ths and give guideness to drivers dnt stop these bad hotels...not only me ..many people injuries at the same problem.. money not problem..bt these hotels fully cheated all passengers...a

We told going to ottanchattiram but the conductor told after 40 seat full madurai then only able to pick up you, this is our higher official order & rules.         He reacted rudely towards passenger. It affects passengers journey mentally. Guide him to face passengers with humanity and reduce him tension. Passenger starts a day from morning with good deeds. But like him reacted rudely it affects them daily peaceful journey.

        I m right now traveling in a 1 to 5 express bus from salem to bangalore. I got into the bus because of the conductors compulsion.inspite of me finding no seat except the conductors seat i wanted to get down from the hus immediately and change the bus since i have to get a proper seat since i. Travelking nyt and the journey is long.but he forced me to sit in the conductors seat.and later the conductor and the bus driver started behaving very rudely to me..they didnt even let me sleep properly. I dont know his name but i will provide the bus registered number soon... What kind of behaviour is this.thrpughout the journey i was sitting there hearing them talk rudely about me as if i wanted to get into the bus.the conductor forced me and why wpuld i get the scoldings for something i didnt wanna do.currently its 4:25 am and i will be reaching hosur in a few minutes.and i am crossing hill top granites in that way.i really wish u find out which bus it was and please warn the coductor or take strict actions.this is not the first time i am facing something like this.

          Today morning I have boarded 102 Ac Volvo from Chennai central Railway Station and I have given 100 rupee for fare and ticket was 50 Rupee up to shollinganallur, while getting down at Shollinganallur I asked for the change but the conductor right away decline for the change and started misbehaving and even I have seen that Conductor was not giving ticket to others I asked for his ID but he did not disclose that too. I am in Chennai for last 2 Years but this is the first time I got this misbehave from the bus conductor, I want an immediate action from you. Thanks!!

            Sir we are coming tamilnadu villupuram district in the tourist bus station bus no tn2065 bus came and drive asked to go sit in the bus ...after few minutes he said please get down Kerala people has booked this bus... unfortunately we get down from the bus...I don't know how government bus was booking...time was about 7pm ...when we asked to him he was speaking abusing words..we were 26 numbers

              I book the ticket from tiruchendur to chennai on today (31.12.2016) for the journey of 13.01.2017 by 3 attempts.

              The following are the attempts:

              1.Ticket not booked and the amount of 485 debited and after half an hour I received my money

              2.again I attempt to book and money 485 debited but still not received the money of RS.485

              3.then finally I booked the ticket

              So kindly refund me a amount of 485 in my account

                I travelled with booked ticket on 23rd. In ticket it clearly mentioned e-ticket has to be carried during travel. Conductor asked for some money as he is not getting any money if v book through online. I didn't give So he started argue that u should have brought hard copy. If not next time I'll not allow. Additionally he not allowed passengers to sit in some seats starting It's booked. But in certain stop some people Got in, he took money and gave ticket. Hope u understand.                   Sir I have booked ticket from Hosur to tirunelveli I HV selected krishnagiri as pick up point I was waiting for abt 2hrs bus was not came I phoned to Hosur Setc counter, that staff today that bus will not come we have arranged other bus. I was waiting in k.giri bus stand what you people are doing is this is way to talk what about my money and time you have cancelled the bus no you have to return my money what debited from my account and you should be answerable for this actiom

                    Dear sir,

                    I am travelling frequently chennai to trichy and return trichy to Chennai. From trichy to perungalathur bus charge is rs 215 in ud only.but they are charging 235 rs.this fare is for koyambedu.if we are asking they shouting like anything.I asked at least go to via thambaram.they are not doing that also.government itself cheating the people.it is happening to all.like ponnaravathy to perungalathur fare is 300rs.kindly take the necessary action.

                      I am V Nagaraj my mobile [protected] from Pune Maharashtra, I am state that today 22/12/16 Thursday 11:30 am. I went TRICHY central bus stand reservation counter there was one handicap lady seated, i asked for the reservation slip she's not given any reply up to 10 minutes .Then given the slip and she will gone outside the booth. after 50 minutes she came back and she said server is down it will be take 1 hour, there are 15 to 18 persons standing, and then one more lady came. And together lock the counter gone out and people are asking? Issuing very poor language for reply. Please take necessary action against this type of government servant .one more request please write down the reservation counter complaint mobile No. whatever it.

                        From thirupalathurai to Thanjavur old bus stand base fair is rs.17 all the conductor are charging Rs.19. we are daily facing this issue. Most of the express are picking only at the time of empty.if they have full seat they won't stop bus in our stop. If they need collection they will stop it in all stop even its express. Worst from tnstc. Kumbakonam depo is worst all the common bus now become express won't common people will do

                            Currently travelling from CMBT to kanchavadi in 570 AC bus, the AC bus is circulating air which is amalgamated with smoke, we could also sense that while breathing and causing lot of discomfort to most of the passengers of all ages here like me. Suspecting the smoke has enveloped filters around. So as a true citizen i request to TNSTC to Please take some corrective actions towards maintenance of the state bus. Thanks.

                                I have booked my ticket in SETC site to travel Bangalore to Coimbatore on 02nd December. The boarding time was 22:20 IST in Madiwala police station on 02 Dec, I have waited since 21:40 IST in boarding point,
                                The bus has not come until Dec 03rd 01:10 AM, my self and 6 more passengers were waited to get a bus, the bus has not come
                                until next day morning 1 Am, I went to Coimbatore SETC bus stand and asked why the bus has not come, they are not responding me properly and scolding very badly in tamil, this is really too much that we waited almost 4 hours in rain but the bus has not come on regular route, we met all busses with different timing but we never saw the actual bus, we have not received any contact numbers to contact and no one contacted us for boarding, the poor maintenance and irresponsible reply really made to feel bad.
                                i have asked them for the complaint details but they again started scolding badly, we are sure it’s not our mistake we waited long at the same boarding point but bus has come in different rout, i have attached my tickets here, please try to avoid the situation next time and help others at least. Please arrange some training for them to talk to people with right way, they are not owner for the bus, its our bus they must respond us in good way, we are not their slave.

                                    Between Bangalore to Puducherry more than 4 SETC bus are running. All the busses has same route number 622UD. During the date of journey its very difficult to find bus which we have booked. Time gap between 2 busses all very less like 10:00 pm one bus, 10:05 pm next bus.
                                    Every time I am struggling a lot because of this issue, one day i missed my bus and travelled in next bus .

                                    It will be useful if you send a message with bus number, 10 minutes before travel.

                                      I travelled from vellore to chidhambaram on 8.12.2016.The bus started at 6.50 AM from Vellore.It arrived at TV Malai bus stand at 8.45 AM.There it had a halted for about 20 minutes for breakfast which is reasonable.Then the bus resumed its journey. But to everybody's annoyance it halted again at Thiruvalluvar statue for about 15 minutes or a little more to load luggage. This can very well be avoided by asking the traders to bring the loads to TV Malai bus stand itself. Thus time can be saved and unnecessary annoyance to the passengers would be avoided.
