His job is driving the bus which can accommodate more than 50 passengers..
He can't drive the bus properly with the malfunctioning leg...
Just take a proper step

    I am physically challenged person aged 47.Today 07.10.2016 i step up the bus from Aruppukottai Old Bus stand. Bus No. TN 74 N 1644 at 8.20 P.M. This bus controlled by Vilathikulam Depot. I use the Concession form. But the conductor told the following words. This bus was a local bus, we stop all the stops. I told OK problem, then conductor told the this bus slowly moving and we reach around 10.30.PM at Madurai Airport bus. I told OK problem. Then conductor told i not have Rs.5/- tickets, i have above Rs.10 tickets, so you step down from Bus. Finally ihe raise the visil to driver and ask hold the bus. He bush me from Bus. I really upset mentally and physically. I step down between from Aruppukottai Sivan kovil to New bus stand. He not accept the government concession. Who give rights to reject the government concession? Here after this situation not arised to any of the physically challenged people. Kindly take necessary actions to this Conductor, otherwise i will go to Consumer Court.

      I have booked 3 tickets from madiwala to coimbatore in SETC bus and due to cauvery issue the bus got cancelled and I didnt received the refund amount yet. When I made an enquiry with the SETC people they are telling no refund will be available. I need to register a complaint regarding this and I want the refund ..

        நான் மதுரையில் இருந்து புதுக்கோட்டையிக்கு இன்று இரவு TN 63 N 1175 என்ற பேருந்தில் பயணம் செய்து ticket number 403669 என்ற நம்பரில் டிக்கேட் எடுத்தேன். அதற்கு நான்₹ 200 கொடுத்தேன். டிக்கேட் விலை 143 போக பாக்கி 50 மட்டும் கொடுத்து ₹ 7 பாக்கி தர மறுத்து விட்டார். நான் புதுகை பழைய பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறங்க வேண்டும் எனவே எனது பாக்கி ₹7 தாங்க என்று கேட்டதற்கு பஸ்ஸ்டாண்ட் வந்து சில்லறை மாத்தி ₹ 3 கொடுத்து ₹ 10 வாங்கி கொள் இல்லையேல் இறங்கிவிடு என கூறி எனக்கு மீதம் தராமல் அந்த பணத்தை ஏமாற்ற பார்த்தார். எனவே பஸ்ஸில் வந்த மற்ற பயணிகள் எனக்கு ஆதரவாக பேசி் அவர்கள் பணம் ₹ 3 கொடுத்தார்கள். அந்த பேருந்தின் நடத்துநர் என்னிடம் மட்டும் இல்லாமல் அனைத்து பயணிகளிடமும் மரியாதை இல்லாமலும் அனுசரித்து பேசமாலும் வம்பு பேசி வருகிறார். எனவே அந்த பேருந்தின் நடத்துனர் மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்படி கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          Buses not enough availability at 4am btw 6 am from kanchipuram to vellore.we hav only 1 bus which @ 4 am but real starting tming of this bus only God knows whether 4 am or 5.30 am..

          In this same origin & same time between 4 am to 5 am were too much of buses going to tirupathi (gvt 3 nos buses & Pvt 4 nos )
          If you see opposite side this destination in root @same timing arriving kanchipuram ( 3 gvt busses & 1pvt bus)

          I belive there is some problem with shuttling in this root.. plz check & take necessary action which will be real great help to society

          In Tiruttani the Branch Incharge Me.Ravindranath getting money from drivers conductors and private buses.he get daily tiffen from drivers.He not respect the public for complaints.so I complaining here.If it continues public will strike.

            I was traveled from kancheepuram to thennangur (Near vandhavasi) thro the tnstc bus vehicle no. Tn21 1162 (Trip from kancheepuram to thiruvannamalai) on 28.09.2016 around 12.20pm. Before boarded the bus, i requested the bus driver to stop the bus in thennagur and he accepted the same. At the time of took the ticket, i asked the ticket for thennangur and instead of this, the conductor issued the ticket for thiruvannamalai (For 3 members 64 x 3 = 192) later only i came to know this and i asked in this regard to the conductor, though he did a mistake he misbehaved and shouted against us. Kindly make an inquiry in this regard and request you to give a suitable remedy at the earliest.

              I booked a bus ticket from bangalore to kalpakkam (journey date:[protected] through www.tnstc.in, but the busses of tnstc didn't run from bangalore on that particular day. tnstc didn't even inform me about it by an email, a phone call, sms or any other communication means. uninformed of the fact, i waited at my boarding point for three hours only to get disappointed and go bact home in the mid night. when they are not running the busses, they should not open the online-booking in the first place. they are nicely selling the tickets online while they are not running the busses at all for more than a couple of weeks.

              I, at least, want my ticket fare refunded as soon as possible.

                My name is Srinivasan, Today (26, Sep. 2016) Monday, I used to travel from gingee to Chennai through tnstc bus (TN 25 N 0237) at 1.15 pm. Normally the ticket fare from gingee to Chennai is Rs. 87* only, but the bus conductor issued me a ticket for the amount of Rs. 93. I asked the conductor as this service is not a special and not an ultra deluxe coach, also I showed him the ticket from Chennai to gingee a day before I took at the fare of Rs. 87 only. Then why did you collect me an extra charge for the same service? But he replied that, the transport management only ordered them to issue the ticket of high cost. I have cross checked the bus number in the ticket issued and the bus I traveled, but the number is not same one. The people like me from the lower cast will definitely affected in such kind of cheating behavior of the transport department. So kindly take necessary action to the officers who misused their rights against public. I have all the document (bus photo, ticket copy).                     I'm traveling from trichy to thanjavor, in tamil nadu state transportation corporation - kumbakonam bus. the bus number is tn-49, n - 1878. i would like to report about the misconduct of the bus conductor. im watching for a while, he is standing only near the lady passengers and he slide on the lady passengers and create disturbances. he has his own provided seat but he never used it or ue is not standing near male passengers. he stands and hit me more than a time. i warned him of his action. he replies that due to movement in the bus he stands near me and slide on my shoulder. i'm fed up on his action and changed my place of seating. again he came to ask for ticket and he brings his hand very close to my place while i am paying the ticket fare. i would please you to take due action on him to save other lady passengers.

                        Hi TNSTC,

                        i am writing this letter with full of disappointment, now travelling from pandian bus stop to rajakadi stop.

                        There is no crowd in the bus, seems empty still ticket Conductor shouted on the people's (incuding me) to buy tickets at the back.

                        I boarded at the front got seat and sat, i was waving my hands to get ticket. He down me and shouting & scolded with unwanted words infront of all.

                        This is not appreciated, i strongly recommend your worker to show respect towards the passengers.

                          I am Indian Bank Neerpalani Branch Manager.Our Staff are daily operating from Trichy to Neerpalani by Bus No.122 .Due to Construction of Road, the bus stops at Mandaiyur Daily.Our staff are facing hurdles due to this since they are not able to reach and open branch in correct time.It is very much important for a banker to be in the seat at the right time since customer service in involved in our job.

                          Hence we request to pass an order as regards the bus to change the route through Kalamavur and operate to the destination.The construction work will take another one month and until such time it is very difficult to manage our transport since there are no frequent buses in the route.

                            Iam now(17th sept. 2016) travelling in setc Route no. H791 bus from chennai to ernakulam which started it's journey at 15:05 from c.m.b.t.
                            After 6 hours of journey the driver stopped vehicle for dinner in a hotel named 'AMMA' which is located opposite to VRS Engineering college, Arasur, after some kilometers from villupuram. Only porotta and dosa with egg curry is available. That's ok. But they charged 100 rs for 2 pieces of porotta and egg curry.!!.. Also the mineral water which labelled 25 rs as m.r.p, selling it for 30 rs.
                            This is too ridiculous from the driver side. He can park the bus in a decent hotel which does not exploit the travellers.
                            Very bad.

                              All buses running between pondy to chennai, must cover the stage name 'thiruchitrambalam kootroad'.but most of the buses are not following this rules.buses are running in bypass itself.people in thiruchitrambalam are suffering daily without proper transport.so please kindly take my complaint as important&solve it for people.please give the permanent solution for this.this is not a complaint.this is our request.please.

                                Good morning...!!

                                Today[protected], monday) i was travelling from arani to chennai in tnstc bus no 202, i was sitting near by driver's seat, we had some problem with that bus driver as he was smoking in during the travel time continuously despite the several warning by us. Both conductor and driver was yelling and treating us very cheaply. They told us "if you ok means travel with us otherwise you can get down and come with another bus". Such arrogance is unacceptable.

                                I have below furnished the bus details for your kind perusal. Kindly review and do the needful. Herewith i have enclosed my bus ticket. Even though bus number is different from (Tn23n1609) what i have mentioned below the original bus number.

                                  I started my journey in a govt ultra deluxe bus from chennai (perengalatur) on 14th Sept 2016, at 12:10am, it was informed to me by the bus conductor that bus will reach madurai by 7am or maximum by 8 am, and driver too told me it will take 8 hours from here.
                                  Bus reached trichy at 7:30 am upon asking the driver, he mannerlessly shouted and asked me to get down from the bus,
                                  Driver : (in full arrogance) this is a government bus and it will run like that only, if you want to continue go sit quiety or else get out, go ahead and file a complaint i[censored] can, no one can take any action on us.

                                  This reply shows how regulated your services are and how much it's under your control.

                                  Kindly take necessary actions otherwise the local public won't have any faith in government transport system.

                                    On 11th september 2016 i was returing from mayladuthurai to chennai. journey started by 11.00AM and stopped for lunch at hotel named saravana bhavan( so called highway resturant)around 3.00pm.
                                    No higene and costly and worse quality food. i am seeing this hotel from past 15 years . they decide what to serve and they dont provide what we want.
                                    For example: if you want to eat single parotta, they will not serve you single parotta. they serve double and charge you Rs.60/-
                                    another item: chicken briyani- Rs.100/- made by worse quality rice.

                                    This bus driver drives the vehicle(TN 68 N 0646) in opposite road to reach this hotel, because they get some special food without paying any money.

                                    please consider the passengers are also also humans, dont encourage these cheap quality hotels.

                                    just straight opposite to this hotel vasantha bhavan is located, they charge the same price and provide very good quality food.
                                    its a request, please stop parking your buses in these cheap quality hotels.

                                    26 june 2022, i was travelling to madurai to tuticorin bus stopped one hotel near melakaranthai opposite hotel ramesh. Name nellai aaryas hotel one of the worst hotel ever they cheating passengers like a pick pocket theief please don’t stop that hotel thery misbehaving passengers foods are worst quality and quantity.
                                    I was travelled from Bangalore to vellore. While travelling I was bought ₹15 snaks item. But they are selling that ₹15 snaks for ₹20. Not only for this if you buy what ever the product. They are collecting extra ₹5. Please take an immediate action for this

                                    I have daily traveled daily from saveetha engineering college to arcot. The hotel named jp hotel Food quality was very worst and snacks product rate is 5 rupee extra than the mrp.i have wasttuped to vellore deport but they don't take any disition till now.take immediate action orelse you will face a big problem.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      i am frequent visitor from Bangalore to Tamil Nadu. When ever i am using the TNSTC i have to produce the Hard Copy of the Ticket during the journeys and even they wont send the mobile messages.

                                      Now days all are on the way to e-paper and reducing papers in the name of GREEN India. IRCTC also abolished to production of Hard Copy of the Ticket.

                                      KSRTC ( Karnataka State Transport Corporation ) also sending the tickets to the passengers mobile No's (Even Crow/Drives call the passengers before start the bus if we late) and they wont ask the hard copy of the ticket.

                                      Hence i reqeust TNSTC,

                                      While Booking the Ticket, please send the M-Ticket to the mobile no's and they should not ask the Hard Copy during journey compulsory.
