Hi there,
This week[protected] sunday, i have been booked a ticket kumbakonam to chennai with routh no 307 and trip code 2205kumche. I will arrived at little bit late the actual boarding time is 10.05 pm, but i reached at 10.13 pm and my bus is started without any intimation. After i go to reservation counter officer and asked how they are leave without any intimation? His name raja and he said that's not our responsibility and you must come before on boarding time. Yes, i accept that but again i asked how they leave without intimation and proper rearrangement. Again he said same answer and go to complaint anywhere else. I asked him to refund the amount, because i'm not traveling on that time. He replied there is no option to refund e-ticket, if you miss the bus. Again i asked him to arrange any other bus. He said that's not our policy, if you want you pay again and go.
But i'm not understand if i miss the bus what is option to refund the amount?
Every bus have conductor to co-ordinate with passenger and he have the all basic information about passenger with mobile number and why he is not contact me to intimate properly? Then why this useless position?
Please reply me as soon as possible.
