Hi sir, this is thangadurai. i am a lenovo service engineer from madurai. on that day (7.5.16) at 11pm. i was travelled from trichy to musiri. that is a erode bus(TN.45.N.3496), its a trichirappali depot. he was not give a respect and he behave silly. i need a proper explanation for why the musiri passangers are allowed only while the bus departure time. i just pay for the travel. so why he treated like this. as shame of you guys.

    Dear sir,

    I travelled yesterday[protected] from dindigul to hosur through setc bus no (Tn01 8050) boarded @ 9:30 pm night. I slept in between karur & krishnagiri found my laptop was missing. Told to conductor he said only @ salem some passengers have got down.

    Looks like somebody stolen my laptop & got down @ salem. Is there anyway it can be tracked. Your help will be much appreciated.

    SETC Bus — Lost m thing in bus

    Missed my helmet while travelling from Electronic city to Hosur on Oct 5. I got down at hosur bus stand at around 6:10pm. I kept the helmet near the engine and the conductor seat. If any details are found regarding it kindly inform me.

      Hi there,
      In recent times the no of express busses in the Salem to mettur dam route has been gradually increased. Normal fare busses charging Salem to mettur is rs. 24
      Express busses charging rs 31. Both busses are taking the same travel time 1 hrs 30 mins. Normal busses make stops in 12 bus stops. Express buses stops in 11 bus stops except (kamaneri ). Most of the publics avoiding the express busses due to additional fare with same timing and same stopping. Mostly express busses travelling empty even during the peak hours. Most of the express busses are preceded and followed by the private busses. So people preferring private busses over express busses. This will allow the private busses to gain more income and provide loss for the government.
      Express bus conductors are allowing to board the town bus seats to compensate the some loss. Due to this following busses will overtake this bus in the mid way.
      There is no proper indication of the express notice in the busses. Left and right side glasses are covered by glass. Most of the busses have express sticker with small font in the front glass and not indicating on the route name board. So people are not aware of the express busses and they are forced to pay more after they board the bus.
      So it is unnecessary to run too much of express busses in this route and we request the department to reduce the no of express busses in this particular route.

      I booked a ticket through tnstc website.The amount Rs.3146 got debited but the ticket was not booked.It dint show even in booking history.Worst site manitenence.I suggest people not to use this site. Why play with common people's money.

      Today 25/06/2015_1:20pm at perungalathur, I am travelling from chennai to Salem in an ultra deluxe bus. The condition of the bus is too bad, seats and handles are not in good condition. Too rough to place our hands on the handles.

        Hi there,

        This week[protected] sunday, i have been booked a ticket kumbakonam to chennai with routh no 307 and trip code 2205kumche. I will arrived at little bit late the actual boarding time is 10.05 pm, but i reached at 10.13 pm and my bus is started without any intimation. After i go to reservation counter officer and asked how they are leave without any intimation? His name raja and he said that's not our responsibility and you must come before on boarding time. Yes, i accept that but again i asked how they leave without intimation and proper rearrangement. Again he said same answer and go to complaint anywhere else. I asked him to refund the amount, because i'm not traveling on that time. He replied there is no option to refund e-ticket, if you miss the bus. Again i asked him to arrange any other bus. He said that's not our policy, if you want you pay again and go.

        But i'm not understand if i miss the bus what is option to refund the amount?
        Every bus have conductor to co-ordinate with passenger and he have the all basic information about passenger with mobile number and why he is not contact me to intimate properly? Then why this useless position?

        Please reply me as soon as possible.

          It was noon 3 o clock

          I wanted to Kangayam. Since it's a mid place driver dint allow me to get inside the bus


          He wanted to get only end point cuatomer loaded then ly middle point customers

          He was very rude in telling that and his driving was very rash

          I need some action to be take on such drivers

          It is one case but all ppl are facing it

            As i always board bus from sivaganga to chennai via online. Recently 24/4/2016, i booked bus scheduled 20:00 hrs(Starting point-sivaganga) via online and when i went to the pickup-point, sivaganga setc officers said that there was no bus scheduled for 20:00. We about 10 members who booked for 20:00 hrs suffered and didn't even get refund and can't reach chennai on that day. Sivaganga setc officers didn't even respond to our complaints. Is this way of government and government employees work for the people??

              Dear sir,

              I have booked ticket for my brother from sivaganga to chennai on 24-april- 2016 in tnstc website.
              When i arrived at the time, they said this said bus was cancelled 2months back and currently there's no bus at the said timing.
              Since it's an sunday there's no ticket in any other bus...
              I was asked to adjust and sit on the floor by paying a 100rs extra...
              I refused and enquired the reservation centre and he left without an explanation.

              I booked in a government bus hoping that i can go to work peacefully and this happened. It was really upsetting let alone i have no clue where the money i paid went.

              I have enclosed the ticket..

              Request you to explain this situation and kindly remove that bus from the website.

              Refund the fund for that ticket

Due to heavy traffic i could able to reach the atc bus stand at 5.25pm.But the bus didnt wait for me and it went before 5.25pm...So i cant able to travel in bus.                   Yesterday morning at 6:00 AM I catch bus from Perungalathur to Kancheepuram. After stepped up into the bus I was asking for the ticket to the conductor and unfortunately I dropped 500 from ATM it is a single note. I don't know the fare for the ticket and I asked for the ticket by giving the money to the conductor.

                  He replied "No change with me give me the change".

                  I don't have change for Rs. 35, and I have only 5 rupees with me as a change. I shown my purse to him and he replied like "If you don't have change please get down from the bus".

                  I told that "I will get the change when I get down in Kancheepuram no problem for me keep the money and give the ticket".

                  He replied like "I won't give any change to you at that time also".

                  I was cornered & no idea about how to get the change. Luckily a passenger has the change and he gave change to me I got the ticket, again he wrote balance rupees 65/100 in the ticket. When the bus reached kancheepuram he supposed to give the change to me as Rs. 65 and he gave 70 and give your Rs. 5 to another passenger.

                  This conductor have been done the same to all the passengers, as he is having lot and lot of change in his bag. He is redirecting the unknown passenger to each and everyone he asked them to give their change. All the passengers are cornered and he is talking so harsh bad words. It creates so much pain for everyone literally he is scolding the old age people.

                  This should be notable I have a image of the bus number and his ugly face. Please take a necessary step on him.

                    I am a passenger who travel from chennai to vellore on 21Apr2016 @ 20:40 from chennai. I was seated near back entrance as the bus started moving there was so much of vibration which i never felt in any bus ever.
                    Vibrations from window glasses heavily got me head ache also the seat which is at back all four seats vibrating once the bus go about 40km speed.
                    Kindly look into this issue and help us travel in a smooth bus. We pay proper ticket fare
                    If the condition of bus is not good are we paying half charge please think.
                    I think there must be a service required for the bus kindly look into this issue as early as possible so you can avoid major breakdown cost.

                      TN72 N1756. Bus started at 9.15am in madurai where destination is Tiruchendur(Bye pass rider).

                      Bus stopped at two points where there is no stage at all, collecting luggages of flowers as a load on the highway.when asking regarding this conductor was shouting at me.

                      He Urged driver to go through arupukottai and so that he says me he can do whatever he needs because he knows more rules and regulations.

                          My son has travelled tnstc (Vpm) bus on 15/04/2016 night. He having two bags, and one put it in the luckage track, and one kept himself. The bus starts from chennai towards trichy. He travelled from perungalathur to villupuram.
                          The bus reaches villupuram @ 10.45 to 10.50p.M/15/04/2016. After reaching villupuram he left down. After reaching his home he found the laptop was missing.                               Sir, i was boarding at palani bus stand in tnstc bus no. Tn-57 n-1747 and traveled up to batlagundu on 09.04.2016. The bus started at about 1900 hrs. I got a ticket for my journey paying rs.45/-. While i was traveling, i had a small luggage weighing 2200 grams. The paper closed luggage contains a face seeing mirror. As it was a mirror, i have packed using the paper and thin packed material. The same was placed safely in the luggage carrier of the bus. After crossing 40 kms, the conductor asked me about the contents of the luggage. It was replied as "mirror". As it was in closed pack, he asked me to open the package. While i was prepared to remove the papers and other protected materials, he started to shout singularly stating that, you fellow taking this much of time to open it and something like that. In turn, i asked that gentlemen to avoid such usage singular words and assured to pay the luggage if anything to be paid. But he never listened and started to raise his words from singular to very ugly and unparliamentary words. Besides above, he given a sound directing the driver to stop the bus. Immediately the driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road at about 20 20 hours and rushed to my spot. In the meantime, the co-passengers argued to run the bus. As such, he started the bus. It is requested to kindly take suitable inquiry, disciplinary action against the conductor who was flying in the said route on that day

                                11.4.2016 - 6:10 to 6:40 am, I am standing at nelvoy kootroad stopping at uthiramerur taluk. Kanchipuram to go koyembedu.
                                Two tnstc bus no.148 crossed my stopping but they couldn't stop the bus.
                                Finally I get one bus they stopped the bus some distance to my stopping. I asked conductor why u are stopping the bus at nelvoy kootroad (my stopping), he told for that I m new to this root. Oh it's k. Then I ask him a ticket for nelvoy kootroad to koyembedu(spare rs.44). But he gave me a ticket for uthiramerur to koyembedu ticket (spare rs.49). I ask him to change the ticket, but he didn't do that

                                  Me, my sister and brother travelled in tnstc bus from kilpennathur to chennai on 03.04.2016 @ 2.30pm, route no:122ev, bus number : tn25 n 0398. My brother and sisiter both are mentally retarded person (Mr). Both having travel concession certificate (Doctor certificate ) given from social welfare department - differently able person department and also having national identity card from tamilnadu government. For getting travel concession, producing copy of travel concession certificate is more than enough for differently able person along escort, same procedure practiced all conductors for all our travelling. We have produced xerox copy for the same.But conductor is asked all the document xerox copy otherwise i will not give travel concession for differently able person along with escort, also conductor too used unwanted words with me. He told to get down the bus. Finally one of the officer from tnstc get in bus inside the bus at gingee stopping, he noted about this issue and he advised to conductor travel concession certificate is more than enough for giving concession for along escort. But conductor charged full fare ticket for escort. This things are given a depression and stress to us.Please take necessary action of him. Conductor name : narayanasamy c-65502.                                     The bus driver was hearing songs while driving which was very aloud and noisy. the sound was so disturbing and intolerable.hence the passenger politely requested the driver to reduce the sound but the driver responded that passenger in a wrong way and he scolded in return.

                                    All the passengers including me were affected without sleep. the sound was heart breaking with high rhythm it can affect the heart patience so plz kindly consider this compliant seriously and i request you take immediate action on that unknown driver

                                      I unfortunately forgot my laptop bag in setc deluxe bus on 23 rd Wednesday at 8.30pm to 9.00 pm where i was boarded at perangalatur and i departured at koyambed, I attached bus ticket with this email through a photo, my bag contains a laptop, clothes, Vit university ID card, some Vit fee receipts, debit card.

R, I and my wife both are differently abled couples i am a visually impared and hearing impaired person and my wife was a polio affected women we both went to kalahasty temple on 24/03/2016 at 11.00 pm from koyambedu, chennai, tamil nadu, bus number is 114.Registration number : TN21N1671, mofessol bus. in that they dint give a concession to us and they dint alloted a seat while travelling we both stand for long time this was made us unconfortable in the bus there is no differrently abled sticker was stuck and the conductor too used a unwanted words with us this things are given a depression and stress to us. So, kindly take an action and hope you will a remedy to us.
