I'm From Palani I"m working and my family was in kadalur so i come in TN 32 N 3558 kadalur pani bus in 2 weeks once the bus was running more than 10 years It is in worst condition and bad noise so i cannot sleep at night time and seats are teared I complaint to the deppo G.M Mr. Santhanam he is not giving proper response change the bus soon worst government bad smell coming inside the bus and the life of engine is over and more over these the bus engine turn off automatically and does'nt start for 10 minutes and starts in trouble how can we trust and move on with this bus we don't have any idea i complaint about this before 4 months they told that there is a new bus on its way but yet now they not even changed the bus today also the same problem yesterday i travelled from kadalur to palani worst bus transport in the world is in tamilnadu only teared seat, Bad engine with disturbing Voice, Bad interior light power, Bad Smell it is a total loss bus how dare the GM is ready to give such a bad condition bus to an long trip will he send his family in that bus Worst and Ever Worst transport

    Fare issue

    I am traveling Nagercoil to Madurai. Normally bus ticket rate 140 only. But. today I traveling this bus ticket fare 150. Just I clarify the details to conductor. He said bye pass rider. But this bus normal bus. Ngt time they are charged this rate .specifically madurai. Bus running in normal route also.stopped all the small city. How to solve this issue....

    Space between seats is very very less in all the buses in Tamil nadu.I traveled in Bangalore to salem non stop bus 1 to 1, but I not able to sit freely. When I travel state government buses in Gujarat/Maharashtra/Karnataka/Kerala I didn't face such problems.Due to this space problem one time I travel in SETC but the condition was very bad and ordinary buses overtaking the SETC bus.
    These buses are fit for 1or2 hour journey but for long travel this system has to change.

      This is manu from madambakkam chennai, 51G is the only bus going through our route, but the bus is not at all coming in correct time, for this bus we need to wait min 45 mins to one hour daily, we are waiting from 5:50 am daily but the first bus is coming only at 6:45am or after 7am, I think tambaram bus department also not maintaining a timing foe the buses, please investigate this and do the needful asap

        Dear,

        I am from perambalur district and working in Chennai. In this Perambalur district no Ultra deluxe bus service between Perambalur to Chennai and only one deluxe bus service are available from perambalur to Chennai at 10.30 pm but the reservation is not available through online (http://www.tnstc.in/TNSTCOnline/) but available only in Perambalur bus counter but two days before.

        Almost the drivers and conductors themselves reserved the most of tickets and giving that to known persons. People like us was terribly affected from this and we are struggle to reach Chennai on time.

        Please consider our problem, do the needful.

          I'm living in shanthi Nagar, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. Today (04.02.2016) I'm waiting for nearly an hour and still there is no buses to Shanthi Nagar . When the First Bus come it was like a train compartment within a minute there is another bus. It happens everyday. There's no use for government and public because of the timing. First bus get enough collection and the second bus is almost empty. So please make sure that the buses are perfectly time scheduled.

              The bus was started 07.45 Pm today (27/01/2016) from Coimbatore to tuticorin,
              One of the worst driving an uncontrolled speed, He was not care about any one, he will not slow down at Humps also, luckily we ex caped from two accidents.I am scared to continue further so I detdiwn at madurai.I request you peoples pls dot allow these kind of drivers.

                I am travelling from Dindigul to Theni right now. I have boarded this tnstc bus no.TN 57 N 1705, in dindigul at 7.35. Normally, buses will reach theni by one and half hours to two hours. I have already travelled for more than one and half hours, and still the bus reached only half a distance to theni. The conductor is also irresponsible in conveying the time and the proper reason for this delay. Till now, 7 tnstc buses have crossed this bus towards theni. Why such a kind of delay is happening..?? If the bus is not in a proper condition to drive or the driver is not experienced for atleast a normal drive also, why the same has been sent to bus stand for trips.?? Please take proper actions and maintain the buses with good condition. I want to add one more point, when i board this bus in dindigul bus stand, there was no other buses avalable for theni, except only one private bus, which was already filled and standing too. So i have no other way other than boarding the availablr bus. I couldn't understand why this kind of irresponsible activities are happening in most of the situations..?? Please take corrective actions and please be responsible for passengers.

                    Driver name Yogarajan drives thru chennai to pondicherry. Bus number TN:32 N3696. Had hit my new swift car 2 months old by overtaking unnecessarily and that has caused a major damage to my car. His driver was very lethargic in responding to the victim thou he agreed his mistake. The following below is the way he spoke " Aama yen thappu dhan adichiten eppo yanna adhuku" kindly look into this. Thanks.

                      Respected sir while i enquire about 7b mamoottukadai(mail bus & the only bus touching palliyadi post office), the bm answered in a very shabby manner. The a/m route bus was not operated most of the last 2 months, causing major delay in delivery and despatch of mails to public & nagercoil rms.Pl.Ensure proper service of the 7b mamootukadai route bus. The b.M (cell no [protected]) replied you dont trust govt buses, we cant provide regular bus service to this route.He didnt realize the importance of mail service. Today[protected] i was traveled in 37G bus root ( Power house to Kmc ), i get in the bus at power house bus stop but bus was fully rushed so i stand in step that time i could not able to take the ticket. Then next bus stop (LIBERTY) came, i send the cash to conductor through the people who stands near by myself. In liberty bus stop one ticket checker came inside of the bus, he started to talking with me regarding the ticket, i briefly explained to him what was happened but he is not ready to hear what am telling, rather than beginning itself he was talked very bad about me and he insult myself in the public place, as a govt officer he doesn't no how to talk with the public. Actually another girl also was there in the same situation, she supported me and explained to him but he still blamed me and his behavior is very bad. I cried in that situation. But due to some personal issue I decided to cancel my ticket before 20days itself. But when i logged in SETC portal, My ticket is not available in Booking history and there is no option showing about cancellation. I tried several times. But i am not able to cancel below ticket.                                 The private buses running on these routes (Thanjavur, Trichy, Pattukottai, Kumbakonam), are driving like flights, they are too fast and blind, there is less safety for the passengers running in these routes, the drivers make the passengers afraid to travel in this routes, please make them drive safely, and the government/Transport corporations should place speed limit devices and certain restrictions for the buses and drivers. Passengers safety should be preferred First, Please do the necessary actions.

                                  Last week I have faced such a rude behavior from one of the conductor in Karur to Bangalore bus. The conductor name is J Ravi Kumar - Batch no - 6623/DPI and the bus no TN 01 AN 0621 - Service date time: 13-Dec-2015 22:00 from KARUR to BANGALORE. Kindly send this person for a behavioral training before sending him as conductor.

                                    Sir, Myself an ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force and presently working as an Asst. Manager in Public Sector Bank. On 12 Dec 2015 Saturday around 1200 Hrs. I had been to Coimbatore Singanallur Bus stand to renew the bus pass of my daughter. I handed over the bus pass along with a Rs.500/- note to the person in the counter.The person in the counter named Mr.JOTHI Probably the cashier has refused to accept that Rs.500/- note stating that there was a red ink mark in the note. He questioned me is the mark in the note is acceptable as if it was made by me purposely. My attempts to made him understand went on vein. Then I entered inside that office and approached the person who was sitting and Reading NEWSPAPER during the office hours. He refused to listen me saying that it is with the discretion of the cashier. Even when the cashier asked him whether to accept the note or not the person simply told without any responsibility being a higher authority than the cashier 'You are the cashier, You decide yourself'. And I was told to get out of the room by the cashier. Finally I had to go back and get money from ATM and got my ticket and pass. Immediately I had been to Coimbatore Head Office to complain this incident to the higher authorities leaving all my job. Unfortunately I was not allowed inside by the security saying Saturday is a holiday and there is no one in the office. Finally I managed to get the mobile number of one of the higher authority Mr.Kanagaraj, contacted him on his mobile no.[protected] at around 1300 Hrs. On briefing about the incident he asked me to give the complaint in writing. Due to this I have suffered a lot leaving all my job and running from Sulur to Singanallur and Coimbatore. The Rs.500/- note is still with me and I will keep it till this issue is cleared and I can produce the note to the authorities at the time if I am called for. The cashier told that he is alone. Is it may fault that he was alone? Or is this the reason for not accepting the note which does not have any problem. Moreover the person sitting inside the office reading newspaper was irresponsible of his job. When his subordinate asks his opinion or assistance he didnt help him out. The cashier might have been frustrated because of the ill behaviour of the person who was immediate seniorr to him. He should have helped him out instead of reading newspaper in the office during working hours. Is he paid for reading newspaper in the office. Now I request you authorities to educate the cashier about the etiquettes of a public servant and also to teach him whether he can refuse to accept a note issued by RBI which is not a cut or soiled one.                                     How many days more will take just to resolve and respond to this simple
                                    complaint. Your reluctant to attend the complaints only make the staff to
                                    behave more rude with the public.

                                    Requet you to take up the issue immediately and intimate the same to me
                                    at the earliest.

                                      From Coimbatore singanallur bus stop at 6:30 p.m to 8:45 p.m there is no bus services are available to go to theni. Today 12/12/2015. Bus were stand on the singanallur bus stop at 6:20 p.m and conductor said that bus will be spatched to yheni at 7:00 p.m. After lapse of one and half hour i.e. 8:10, the bus has not depature to theni. Then publuc were raised compliant against tnstc and informed to checking inspector, driver, conductor. They are not taken seriously in this regard. They said that, there is no time to departure this bus. It is our desired the time to departure. Further they were insulting the public who were travelled that bus. After facing lot of consequences, the bus were despatched to theni. Hence, i humbly requested that, you may kindly be taken necessary action in this regard please. Thank you
