The private buses running on these routes (Thanjavur, Trichy, Pattukottai, Kumbakonam), are driving like flights, they are too fast and blind, there is less safety for the passengers running in these routes, the drivers make the passengers afraid to travel in this routes, please make them drive safely, and the government/Transport corporations should place speed limit devices and certain restrictions for the buses and drivers. Passengers safety should be preferred First, Please do the necessary actions.

    Last week I have faced such a rude behavior from one of the conductor in Karur to Bangalore bus. The conductor name is J Ravi Kumar - Batch no - 6623/DPI and the bus no TN 01 AN 0621 - Service date time: 13-Dec-2015 22:00 from KARUR to BANGALORE. Kindly send this person for a behavioral training before sending him as conductor.

      Sir, Myself an ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force and presently working as an Asst. Manager in Public Sector Bank. On 12 Dec 2015 Saturday around 1200 Hrs. I had been to Coimbatore Singanallur Bus stand to renew the bus pass of my daughter. I handed over the bus pass along with a Rs.500/- note to the person in the counter.The person in the counter named Mr.JOTHI Probably the cashier has refused to accept that Rs.500/- note stating that there was a red ink mark in the note. He questioned me is the mark in the note is acceptable as if it was made by me purposely. My attempts to made him understand went on vein. Then I entered inside that office and approached the person who was sitting and Reading NEWSPAPER during the office hours. He refused to listen me saying that it is with the discretion of the cashier. Even when the cashier asked him whether to accept the note or not the person simply told without any responsibility being a higher authority than the cashier 'You are the cashier, You decide yourself'. And I was told to get out of the room by the cashier. Finally I had to go back and get money from ATM and got my ticket and pass. Immediately I had been to Coimbatore Head Office to complain this incident to the higher authorities leaving all my job. Unfortunately I was not allowed inside by the security saying Saturday is a holiday and there is no one in the office. Finally I managed to get the mobile number of one of the higher authority Mr.Kanagaraj, contacted him on his mobile no.[protected] at around 1300 Hrs. On briefing about the incident he asked me to give the complaint in writing. Due to this I have suffered a lot leaving all my job and running from Sulur to Singanallur and Coimbatore. The Rs.500/- note is still with me and I will keep it till this issue is cleared and I can produce the note to the authorities at the time if I am called for. The cashier told that he is alone. Is it may fault that he was alone? Or is this the reason for not accepting the note which does not have any problem. Moreover the person sitting inside the office reading newspaper was irresponsible of his job. When his subordinate asks his opinion or assistance he didnt help him out. The cashier might have been frustrated because of the ill behaviour of the person who was immediate seniorr to him. He should have helped him out instead of reading newspaper in the office during working hours. Is he paid for reading newspaper in the office. Now I request you authorities to educate the cashier about the etiquettes of a public servant and also to teach him whether he can refuse to accept a note issued by RBI which is not a cut or soiled one.       Today is the seventeenth day and my complaint is yet to be resolved.
      How many days more will take just to resolve and respond to this simple
      complaint. Your reluctant to attend the complaints only make the staff to
      behave more rude with the public.

      Requet you to take up the issue immediately and intimate the same to me
      at the earliest.

        From Coimbatore singanallur bus stop at 6:30 p.m to 8:45 p.m there is no bus services are available to go to theni. Today 12/12/2015. Bus were stand on the singanallur bus stop at 6:20 p.m and conductor said that bus will be spatched to yheni at 7:00 p.m. After lapse of one and half hour i.e. 8:10, the bus has not depature to theni. Then publuc were raised compliant against tnstc and informed to checking inspector, driver, conductor. They are not taken seriously in this regard. They said that, there is no time to departure this bus. It is our desired the time to departure. Further they were insulting the public who were travelled that bus. After facing lot of consequences, the bus were despatched to theni. Hence, i humbly requested that, you may kindly be taken necessary action in this regard please. Thank you

          High fare is consumed today (11 December) in govenment bus in chennai today. The bus run between chennai and vilupuram. I have boarded in bus today at guduvancherry. The actual fare for guduvanchery to mahidra city is 11 rupees. But the conductor charged 18 rupees and he gave ticket for perungalathur to mahindra city. When i asked he strictly said no for my argument. I have been travellin in this route for past 3 years and i am paying 11 rupees only. Kindly check this and revert back on this.             I going to tambaram from Tiruvannamalai to ADYAR Bus. I have two luggages including laptop. Bus was full and I am sitting next to driver seat. Two bags are heavy to hold in hand. Due to no luggage cabin near me. I put one of my bag in engine box. But conductor is not allowing to keep it there. I said If my bag is disturbing you or driver I will take it. He is not giving valid reason. He just want the bag to be taken from that place. I explained a lot. We are humans He should adjust and help others.. I dono what will happen if I put the bag there..

            I seen many buses put lot of luggages like flower box, parcel, etc.. how those are acceptable. Why it differs??????


            Apart from my issue, Openly speaking, I seen many occasions the farmers/ village peoples are not treated well by conductors. For 30/35 Rs ticket the decent dressed persons are getting change for 500/1000 where as village peoples didn't get change for Rs 50/100 and are about to get down from the bus.. this is very bad..I didn't see the equality here.

              Im travelling from chennai to pondicherry by time night 1.30am. It was raining and the rain water is dropping inside bus and i got wet fully. I changed my seat and again it was same problem. Then i travelled in standing but even though the water is getting inside. All passengers are affected by same problem. This is really bad. The government is failed to maintain the bus condition. Not even caring about the passengers. Most of them were ladies and children. Please maintain all the buses in good condition and make the passengers to feel safe while travelling. Thats the duty and responsibity of the TN government. Im from pondicherry and I have never seen such a bus in this bad condition.

                Lost baggage

                Myself and my wife travelled from Vikravandi Toll Gate to Perungalathur in the bus (Ticket No : No 33001, 33002) which is travelling to Chennai(Coimbade Bus Stand) from kanyakumari.

                we boarded the bus in vikravandi at around 9.00 AM.

                While i was getting out of the bus in perungalathur, i forgot to get back my bag from the bus. So, I request you to trace my bag in the bus and kindly let me know i will collect...

                    I Deepak Srivatsan residing in Madurai came to uncles house in hanumanthapatti then I district. On 14nov15 I took bus from hanumanthapatti to uthamapalayam reg no of the bus was TN 57N 1824 exactly the bus fare was 7.00 rupees and I gave 10.00 rupees to him and for the balance change 3.00 rupees which he was suppose to give me back he was emphasizing that I should have given him the exact change or else dont board the bus.First of all I wanted to clearly know as a tax payer or even as a normal citizen of India I have all the rights to board any bus and he was also threating me that i[censored] have balls come to then I will show u who am i in front of all the passengers. I want a complete justification on this or else I will take this issue to the ministry. I also work for hospitality industry in ministry of civil aviation and if I dont get justice I will take this issue to the next level

                      I was traveling from k. Chettipalayam to tirupur bus stand. When the bus was nearing to bus stand, I got down into steps. So immediately the conductor has asked me to get above the stairs. Respecting his words I got above the stairs. Inspite of getting into the bus, he started speaking disrespectfully on me. I am a banker and we know how to treat a customer. I warned him that his speech is very wrong and disrespectful. He said "who the hell r u to give me respect". I dint noted down the board number but the sticker number is 3/24 i guess. The driver, knowing nothing about the incident just came to me said to get down from the bus. But I resisted. And the name of that conductor is Saravanan. Pls kindly take action against him.

                        Why the conductors and other officials are asking for the print out, better the passengers can show the tickets in Email format using this devices. There is no use of Print outs. Yesterday i was not allowed to travel in SETC bus because i just forgot the Print out in home.

                          I got into bus from KK-nagar Amman kovil stop to get down at 'Ayiram Vilakku' stop. Nov 8th. Around 8 am Sunday. (

                          11G or 11H is the route number) There is totally 10 passengers. Raining heavily.The conductor sitting in the last

                          seat and asked me to come using gesture.Just he wagged his forefinger.
                          I was confused and staring at him whom he was calling.I am a project manager in a reputed concern in bangalore.
                          He just shouted 'Are you coming here ? or Shall I make you to come over here? ' - I felt really bad and staring at

                          him.

                          Suddenly he reached me and started using low profile abusive words. When i said 'please mind your words' he just

                          raised his hands to hit me saying 'Are you a IAS officer? you bloody cheat... and some bad tamil words...' won't

                          you come and get the tickets ?'

                          As he used bad words I said ' I will complaint to the Depot manager. So pls don't use bad words'.
                          He become more worse now 'I will face anyone and nobody can touch me...you won't reach home

                          properly...'blah..blah...lot o[censored]nprintable words . IYI -3062 TN-01N-9198 is the bus number. Please save

                          passengers from him.He wore specs and bit dark in color.

                          So I took photo of the bus number. On seeing this he got irritated and stopped the bus before the police station.

                          Directly went inside and called the inspector. So I went to inspector and explained the situation. Immediately he

                          asked the conductor to start the bus and resume the journey. The driver was silently watching as spectator. Few

                          people supported me and the conductor started shouting at them too.
                          He wasted nearly 1 hour and his ego was not satisfied. After that he just stood near to me and was saying some bad

                          words as if he is talking to some other guy. I just got down from the bus in the next stop. Still he shouted some

                          bad word when i got down.

                            Not able to cancel the booked ticket from my login

                            I booked a ticket from pondicherry to chennai. Travel date is[protected] @ 6 AM.. I am now posting this compliant on[protected] @ 10.30 PM. As per the rules we cant able to cancel before 4 hours. Then why cant i able to cancel my ticket even there is 7 more hours to travel. This is stupid and tnstc service and staff behaviours are very worst. I want my ticket refund... PNR Number : T12696651...

                            Please allocate some seats for ladies in tnstc buses especially tirunelveli nagercoil end to end, tirunelveli tuticorin buses. Ladies face lot of problems even while getting in to the. The men who are strong enough always fight with ladies in getting first into the bus for seat. Women harrasment starts immediately after getting out from home to their work place. This may sounds silly but this is what actually happening. So please frame some rules

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am from Gudalur. The Nilgiris. Here there is no proper bus services and we people suffer daily. If we report it in the dippo they tell us that they cant take the bus in time and they behave to us rudely. We are suffering this from years and years we have reported this complaint to you but there was no response from your side. We all kindly request you to take some necessary actions for the proper bus services. Thank You.

                                Conductor name:a.madhesh He left the 70 yrs old man in Karur but the old man took ticket to Tiruppur.Other passenger asked to stop the bus and wait for him since he left his property in the bus.But conductor talk abused and rubbish about that old man.

                                  Hi, The TNSTC city buses have started carrying hoardings (advertisements on the glass windows) which is obstructing the view. Passengers are unable to see outside as the advertisement stickers stuck on the glass windows obstruct the views. Recently, the passengers miss the bus stops due to this. The authorities must be instructed to remove the hoardings

                                    Hi All,

                                    This is to bring to your kind attention about the bus was damaged,


                                    I would like to notice you that entire bus was damaged. below are issues I faced while travelling.


                                    I booked the Bus at 3.15 PM at Arupukottai to Chennai. but the bus reached arupukkotai at 5.30 and my seat number was 35 & 35 and seat 36 was damaged I informed the conductor dint take any action regarding this. but he was eagrly russing to madurai bus stand as one passenger din't board the bus to fill that space and fill the frond space and he filled four persons in the bus.


                                    While travelling the rain started. On the top of my seat rain water was flooding like anything and i informed the conductor. He said kindly adjust it may rain for few minutes and the the rain continued till the last. Again went both the driver and bus conductor to stop at any bus depot and change the bus or make any alternate arrangements on this.

                                    The driver and conductor refused to give the managers number on regarding this, the driver started using abusal language scloding the tutucrine manager.

                                    Finally I got the number from my cousin and stated reaching this number[protected] which I was nort reachable then I got depot incharge number ([protected]) and called him he also was not responding to me said kindly adjust and continue your journey.

                                    then I was totally frustrated with entirely with wet clothes having my two year old baby girl then I reached the SETCheadoffice contact number ([protected]). I informed the person about the situation what was happening. The person told me to give the phone to the driver or the conductor. Driver refused to answer the call as the conductor was driving. he said he will look into this matter and after 15 to 20 min I got a call stating that this bus will be demolish in 10 days. When I heard this I was totally shocked and asked the person whether are we bulls and goates. for animals even there is blue cross for us who is there there.

                                    Finally I would like to inform that I could not reach office as myself & my kid is having a sever illness. As my kid was taken to hospital today.

                                    pls note that I was not the only victim as there were around 10 to 15 passengers affected due to rain water falling on our head there were more that 60 plus elder person and children were affected on this.

                                    Hope the management of SETC transport will take necessary action on this provide a safer and good infrastructure buses for the commuters.

                                    I tried reaching the Tutucourin number[protected] Mr.Srinivasan attended the call and he said he will take this to his higher officials on regarding this.


                                    personally I pray to God this should situation should not happen to any of the citizen in INDIA. Jai Hind
