Very worst alternative process

I booked a ticket from erode to Bangalore (22:30 time bus, seat no. 39) online booking website i.e. tnstc.in. Due to some person work unable to take ticket printout. Hence, in my smartphone i have logged in tnstc.in website and shown my booked ticket which will be same as hard copy(xerox) of print out. And i showed my original identity proof. Complaint SETC - Amount Debited Ticket not Booked

Today[protected] at 2.27PM, I had booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai CMBT on 1 FEB 2015 (11:15; Ultra Deluxe; Seat No: 24) . Amount Rs. 266 was debited from my bank account and i have received the sms from the bank for the debit, but no ticket has been booked. I didn't receive any mail or even I'm unable to see it in SETC Booking history tab. can you please check the above details and help me? I request you to kindly provide the refund....

Irresponsible answer by conductor (Mr. Sakthivel) number 123UD 9.45 pm

Dear Sir, When ccomplaint about seat condition, which is not good to travel. Conductor and driver shout like something before every one. Even there s free of four seats, he gave that to some people recommend by their superior (informed by conductor). We booked ticket 20 days before itself for 26th January journey. Bus Filled With Bed Bugs

Now I'm traveling in setc bus number TN-01 N-0348. I booked ladies seat number 12. I've visually seen two bed bugs crawling over me. Travel to tirupathi

When we reached the bus stand the conductor said that the list with him doesn't enroll the names and we have paid again a sum of Rs.915/- for 3 passengers. Bus condition not fit to Travel

Sir, i have booked two tickets on 5 jan 2015 with a reference numbers OB3917875 and OB3918168 and for both my balance was deducted from my bank account but i was not at all provided with any ticket. BED BUG MENACE IN ALL SEATS

Sir, on 31st december i travelled from Kanyakumar to Ooty bus ( 6:30 pm bus) with my family and throughout our journey we suffered by the bytes of Beg Bugs in our seats. The bus itself having full of dirt and stained seats with seat cover. The entire day was horrible for us to travel even we paid good amount for the bus ticket. I request the management to increase the fare, but maintain the bus cleaner and bug free....
