River bus no tn 38 n 1953, 70B bus in coimbatore does not stop in the puliamaram stop even if we wave hands to stop it. It sometimes stops in the signaL located 300 m away from stop. The Driver and conductor are very arrogant when questioned. Please take action v because all buses are full in the morning and the buses have to stop ib order to take in more passengers

    Chennai to tiruvannamalai bus no TN25 N 0328 but ticket mention no TN25N0331 i am going to tiruvannamalai brought in print mission 1kg luggage ticket mention price 28 but brought rupees in 55 rupees i ask you conductor conductor said only mention 28 rupees but buying amount 55 said.

      I booked a ticket from erode to Bangalore (22:30 time bus, seat no. 39) online booking website i.e. tnstc.in. Due to some person work unable to take ticket printout. Hence, in my smartphone i have logged in tnstc.in website and shown my booked ticket which will be same as hard copy(xerox) of print out. And i showed my original identity proof. But conductor and driver are not accepting this and they asked only printout. I asked, now time is 10:30 pm, no shop opened to take printout, what is the alternative? . For that driver replied, if you are not able to show ticket xerox, you can't travel or you take same seat no. but you need buy a new ticket. What is this alternative process, is this really a fair process. Instead of 1 rupee printout, I need to buy a full ticket. Finally one of the public person helped me, i.e. I took white paper and wrote one letter saying that "unable to take a printout". And taken sign from corporation officer. For this also, corporation employees misguided i.e. Go that side counter, this side counter. By the time bus started moving. I just running and taken the bus & shown that letter for travel. After that he is not spoken anything. As a consumer, my question : Why the ticket which i shown from their website(tnstc.in) not accepted along with my original ID proof. And very worst alternative process told by conductor& driver. As i know, in the website they mentioned, we need to show the ticket that it. Where as, only printout will be allowed like that nowhere mentioned. Hence, please take this as a serious issue and take action. At least process should be simplified. Means to be allowed any mode showing ticket according to the latest technology available. Thank you

        I travelled in Tiruchendur (1 2 3) Bus yesterday at 5.45 pm (sankarankovil - tirunelveli) (28.01.2015) . A conductor collected Rs.8 (7+1) for my village.But in SFS also the fare is only Rs.7. I travelled today by the same bus, another conductor collected Rs.7 (7). It is not a matter for ONE rupee. But The first conductor behaved very rudely when i asking about extra ONE rupee charge. also he did not give a single EIGHT rupee ticket.He gave 7+1. I want to know the exact fare.

          Today[protected] at 2.27PM, I had booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai CMBT on 1 FEB 2015 (11:15; Ultra Deluxe; Seat No: 24) . Amount Rs. 266 was debited from my bank account and i have received the sms from the bank for the debit, but no ticket has been booked. I didn't receive any mail or even I'm unable to see it in SETC Booking history tab. can you please check the above details and help me? I request you to kindly provide the refund.             Dear Sir/Madam, I am employee of state bank of India Kalpakkam branch. on 26/1/2015 I went to Pondichery with my family for some work. I was having my10 months daughter and mother in law who is heart paitent already had one bypass surgery with me. My Husband is also working in IGCAR kalpakkam unit. While returning from pondichery it was already 7pm. In the bus stand first they were not allowing to board the bus because we were kalpakkam passengers. they were only allowing chennai passenger to board the bus. after some time we came to know from one contractor that we have to book the ticket first by Rs10/-. So we went to bye the ticket but suddendly the contractor of bus no TN21N1215 told us that there bus time has come no further booking will be done and as seat were available we can board the bus. But after boarding when we crossed the toll the contractor came for ticket and at time he forced us to take ticket till Chennai because he said that if we dont pay till chennai we shall get down that bus. When we argued whit him at last he said that he will not give us to seat . we have to stand till kalpakkam. As my daughter is very small and my mother in law was ill so we were forced to take ticket till chennai paying him Rs 388/-. The ticket no is 176529 dt 26/01/2015, time was 19:29:57. Please see over this matter. Kalpakkam is having one Central Government Unit and passengers of kalpakkam have to suffer so much. How can they force us to take full ticket from pondichery to Chennai. Then there should be no stppage any where from pondichery to chennai. In between the bus should not stand any where. They have seen that I am having a baby with me so the can force me to take full ticket on road . If they have told me in bus stop then I would not have boarded in that bus. hopefully you will see over this matter. Thanking you, Manika Das Baidya SBI Kalpakkam

              Hello sir I m Pavithra N, I was booking a ticket via online on 28th december.. from Chennai to kumbakonam date 30/12/2014 . trip code2115CHEKUM and route no : 303UD. My money got debited twice but ticket wasn't booked (Rs.235 +Rs.235) !!!                 Dear Sir, When ccomplaint about seat condition, which is not good to travel. Conductor and driver shout like something before every one. Even there s free of four seats, he gave that to some people recommend by their superior (informed by conductor). We booked ticket 20 days before itself for 26th January journey. Kindly teach them how behave with passengers and take necessary actions for maintenance bus please. Regards, , Santhosh

                  Sir, I have booked two tickets for myself and my brother online from velankanni to Bangalore on 18.01.2015. but then my brother not decided to come and we didn't cancel ticket so i can travel comfortably in two seats. but on journey conductor said you cannot travel like that some other person will come to your next seat. in that case i asked him to get the money to me from that passenger. but he said he cannot return also. i want to know is there really any rules like that. please refund my ticket fare Rs.510 PNR number - T9431467 Route no - 864UD Bus ID number E-2793 Date and time of journey - 18.01.2015, 18:35 Seat No/s - 27 &28

                      Now I'm traveling in setc bus number TN-01 N-0348. I booked ladies seat number 12. I've visually seen two bed bugs crawling over me. I mentioned this to the conductor he simply said to change to some other seat rather than making an arrangement. I've allergy to these bugs. Kindly please maintain the bus condition properly. If not outside please maintain it inside. I feel like I'm traveling in a garbage. If not action is taken care as earliest as possible. To avoid further action taken from the side of victims that is passengers. Transport Workers cannot me blamed for this. It is the responsibility of the management to take care of.

                        Hi Sir/Madam, I boarded the bus(180SPL) bus id:1647 from CMBT bus stand on 13.01.2015 nearly 5.15. While verifying the ticket, the conductor just shouted at me. I felt really bad. I showed him my Pan card from a cover. He asked me to take out the card. Since I was holding the bag in my hand I was not able to get my wallet from him immediately. He just threw away my wallet containing money and important documents. When I asked him why he behaved like this to a lady, he didn't even care. Also he didn't even ask sorry for this behavior.                         Today morning I travelled by bus from ulunderpet to Villupuram ticket cost RS 33 but in afternoon returning from Villupuram to ulunderpet ticket cost rs 37 . When I asked the conductor he didn't reply I had shown morning ticket from ulunderpet to Villupuram ticket cost rs 33.                           TNSTC - Failed transaction, but ticket not booked

                          On 13/01/2015, I tried to book 2 tickets from Chennai to Rameswaram in SETC. Amount Rs.888 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked.                           Sir, We booked to tirupathi in TNSTC from erode on 6.1.2015 (PNR T8050137). When we reached the bus stand the conductor said that the list with him doesn't enroll the names and we have paid again a sum of Rs.915/- for 3 passengers. Could you do any help for me in this regard. BUS id no is E-2164. Seat no 13, 14, 15.

                            Sir, I was travelling from Chennai to Nagercoil on[protected].I can't able to sleep the whole night because of Bed Bugs insects bite my body and also bus condition was very worst.That bus was not fit to travel for long journey.The bus Engine making sound was very awkward.Here after i won't travel SETC bus at any cost.                                 I booked a online ticket from bangalore to pondicherry(9:05pm) on 02/jan/2015. after reaching hosur, the bus was stopped and made us to wait for an hour in hosur bus stand till the next bus reach hosur bus stand. they said the reason as there is only less number of passengers in the bus. so they have planned to combine both the buses. i have booked a front seat(seat no:5) as i have spinal problem but in the other bus i was given seat in the last row. the route from thiruvanamalai to senji was so bad due to which i had a severe spinal ache. And this is not the one time it has happened, it happens most of the time. the passengers are not given the seat which they are booking through online because of this combining the bus together. we pay extra charge for booking through online but we are the one who is suffering. I want you to take a compalint and make sure atleast it doesn't happen again.

                                  Sir, i have booked two tickets on 5 jan 2015 with a reference numbers OB3917875 and OB3918168 and for both my balance was deducted from my bank account but i was not at all provided with any ticket. And when I am calling customer care they are saying me to call here and there. I am fed up and i want them to refund my money back as soon as possible.

                                    Sir, on 31st december i travelled from Kanyakumar to Ooty bus ( 6:30 pm bus) with my family and throughout our journey we suffered by the bytes of Beg Bugs in our seats. The bus itself having full of dirt and stained seats with seat cover. The entire day was horrible for us to travel even we paid good amount for the bus ticket. I request the management to increase the fare, but maintain the bus cleaner and bug free.

                                      Dear, Kindly need your intervention this issue as soon as possible, , , , , , , , , , , , , Sir am kamaleshwaran from bhuvanagiri, here am want to stated the complaint about the chidambaram dippo BMO not respond well and have take neceesary action on the both conductor and drivers those who are obey the traffic rules, i have complaint most of times through phone and walkin branch for give written complaint but that guy simply close the call, , , , , , kindly find the brief description of issue Bus No 157, 239, those buses were chennai and cuddalore route buses, conductors and drivers on this buses routed the buses on improper route, the buses has not reach the chidambaram without touching bhuvnagiri, most of the passenger from the bhuvanagiri has been affected from this activity, and goverment also put order those buses routed to chiambram to cuddalore, has routed through bhuvangiri only but the conductor and drivers has corrupt disel on this activity i need proper action this provide the acknowledgement for the same Kamaleshwaran [protected]
