TNSTC — tnstc bus maintenance

Hello, I was traveling form hosur to ambur on a tnstc bus. The bus was too dirty and was not cleaned at all. I would request the state government to take some initiatives on bus maintenance.

hi.i'm periya samy.I have go to coimbatore and thiruppur. travel in the government bus.bus is the not good condition because broken seats and bold screw is so many Times demages in my pants.so pls solve the problemes.

    Re i have reserved a ticket on 23rd dec 14 from chennai cmbt to madurai on 19:00 time bus but on finishing the booking the payment has been debited from my account but ticket not booked and I have booked same seat for two time both aMount only deducted so please refund the amount .....

    Hello, On behalf all ladies/Girl children, I am writing this complaint . I am working in software company in sipcot.Daily morning its very difficult/rush to get in to bus. Some guys are misbehaving with ladies. Even school children's are also suffering for this problem. Kindly please provide some ladies bus for girls/ladies and school children's. MAin routes like, --> from Guidy to kelampakkam -->tambaram to guduvanchery etc...near schools, colleges and offices.

      I ever & never see this much worst customers (Passengers) Service, I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Theni, boarding time is 8.15pm, i have reached the shanthinagar (bangalore) bus stand 8.10pm but when i'm reaching the bus stand the bus was coming out so i gave hand signal but they have not stopped...if i'm late also they can call to my mobile(As like other travels[KSRTC]) but THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CALLED ME...I don't know for what the ________ they asking mobile number while booking the tickets, ...same time i went to TNSTC office in shanthi nagar only i explained and asked them to give the driver or conductor number so i will inform that i will pickup the bus in madiwala(my plane was i came with friend in bike so we can reach madiwala before bus reaches) but they said UNEXPECTED & UNBELIEVABLE answer that "We don't have driver or conductor mobile number"...I don't know what they maintaining, what they know"...that's it all my hope gone...then there was a Theni (same route) bus so i asked at least change my ticket to this bus (there was enough free seat avail) but...for that also they not ready to do...thay telling that your late so only gone it's your mistake...then i said myself "[censored]d" of with this service...i went to that another same route bus conductor asked for the seat he said ok get in and he knows my scenario...i said they haven't called me anna, he was good character person so he replied with socking answer "WE NEVER CALL TO ANY PASSENGER" (TNSTC la yaarumey call panna maatom)" because then only they(we) can take another passenger for same(my) seat, so they will mark my name as Absent and they will take that money(500rs mine for government & new passenger amount 500 for conductor & driver)...nothing i can do in that situation.., my self scold very badly with bard word...and again paid 500 for ticket to "THAT SOAP DAPPA BUS"..seat puash back was not working properly...so totally waste of money, time, mental engery, etc...by booking of TNSTC bus...I'm not telling the Government is bad (i know they giving all the facilities) but the intermediaries (Pork's) are eating everything and not doing correctly..I can say that government is not governing or maintaining well.

THE BUS FAIR IS RS 28 (ticket no 158670), IT IS FAST PASENGER BUS FAIR. BUT THE DRIVER STOPED IN ALL LOCAL STOPS LIKE A ORDINERY BUS AND VERY SLOWLY DRIVING. I SAID TO DRIVER " SIR GO FAST THIS TOO MUCH " THE DRIVER ARGUED TO ME, HE SAID TO ME THIS NOT AN AIROPLANE, I[censored] WANT GO FAST U TAKE YOUR OWN VICHELE . THEN HE STOPED THE BUS AND HE SAID TO GET OUT FROM THE BUS .THE CODUCTER ALSO SAID LIKE THIS . THEY ARE BOTH BEHEVERD VERY BAD INFRONT OTHER PASENGER .THIS MENTALY HURTED ME.           Recently I travelled from mannargudi to chennai by TNSTC bus with route No 246 F starting from mannargudi at 9.50 P.M.Though they collected charges for Ultra Deluxe service they provided only the super Deluxe bus.They said that they could not do anything about that and if i wished i could complaint to their higher authorities.Please look into the matter to avoid taking steps through consumer courts.

            Dear Sir, I am travelling to chennai from pondicherry with my family on monday 08 / 12 /2014 the bus no TN 32 N 3696 . Iam asked two and half to tickets, my self, wife and my son. But the conductor asked to take full tickets for my son or keep him on your lap. And he is saying monday we wont provide you seat.             The co-passengers are supporting me and they also asked conductor, but he is not accepting and said if you keep your son on lap or take full ticket, otherwise get down from the bus, he was behaved very rudely and bus driver also asked us to get down, the bus was travelled almost 7 to 8 kms from the pondicherry busstand.

              Dear Sir, We used to travel from Ooty to Tirunelveli and Tirunelveli to Ooty by TSETC ULTRA DELUX BUS with our family and we reached Coimbatore SETC Gandhipuram bustand there is no toilet facility Sir. Very old toilet was maintained there with broken taps and doors. But now closed for the past four months.What will do ladies Sir? Every lady is suffering lot without this basic facility Sir. Nobody did take action for this very needful facility Sir. I hope that you will feel the suffering of ladies. I kindly request you to take necessary steps to remove this difficulties as early as possible. And one more suggestion regarding seat allotment Sir. That is, Sir morethan five buses are running daily from Nagercoil to Ooty, Marthandam to Ooty, Kanniyakumari to Ooty and Trivandrum To Ooty. But the thing is, no seat allocation for Ooty passengers Sir. In season time all seats are booked upto Coimbatore only. Ooty passengers cannot travel to Ooty by the Ooty bus. All Coimbatore passengers are travelling in Ooty Buses. It is not Correct Sir. Five to ten seats may be allotted for Ooty passengers. If it is not filled for Ooty, the last day the remaining seats may be allotted for general quota. Take this matter also in your cosideration. Thank You Sir,

                Dear sir, This is about bus service in Kanyakumari district and about the conductor of bus route no.89A, which started from Marthandam for Kadayalumoodu, at about 17 hrs (reached Attoor at about 1720 hrs) on 05-12-14. The conductor of the bus is unfit for his job. He never blows the whistle and is unmindful when passengers ask to get off at recognised stops. He gives double whistle before the passenger gets off. He does not hand over balance properly and permits travelling on foot board even when the bus is not overcrowded. Kindly take some corrective action. S.Jagathsimhan, Mob: [protected].

                    Respected sir/madam, Iam P.vani from trichy (near lalgudi).I and my husband with our child (one and half yr) traveled from palani to trichy on 21/11/2014 on a Government bus which started at 4.30pm from palani . At dindugul (6.30pm) myself went to rest room and returned within 2mins.My husband and child was in the bus.The bus started leaving me even my husband told to the conductor to stop and she even doesn't have money and phone with her.But he didnt hear to that and dropped my husband too with my child.Then i searched for my husband there and we got another bus from dindugul to trichy with another bus fare.The conductor didnt even mark any markings on our ticket which made us to get another tickets and didnt have any courtesy to drop us.I just want some justification.Please take some action.(With this i attach the bus tickets for ur reference.)                       My ticket no: 618169 Bus no: TNI 2873 Date: 11/11/2014 Route: koyempedu to T.Nagar Time: 6:15 AM Dear All I am from Bangalore. Usually i take autos for local travel since i am from Bangalore. That day i thought i would go by bus as i was unaware about the incident to be happen. As soon as i entered the bus i tried to take out my money from my purse without losing my balance since i was standing. The conducted called me it seems but i couldn't hear so i didn't response and i was holding money in my hand to take ticket.All of sudden i heard a huge voice that the conductor shouting and i turned my head to see what, then i realized he was pointing me and telling " Ae unaku kaathu kekatha, un pakathula vanthu unna azhaikanuma" Really i got shock .Then i replied " Aenaku nijamave kekala" He said " Stopla aeerunathu neum atho avan maatum tan, Pinna unna kupdama vera yara kupduvanga" I said" Aee epdi kathureenga athan kekalanu sonenla venumnu yarum panuvangala" He said" Apdia!!! unaku ticket kuduka mudiathu therinsatha pathuko" In between a guy said" Oru thadava thana avungala kupiteenga Aenamo 3 or 4 times kuptum thirumpatha mathri pesuringa" He said" Aena ponpalaike supporta" Later i said i would complaint this to the higher authority then he came and gave the ticket very rudely. I felt very bad and i was humiliated in front of everyone. This gives a very bad impression about our state and corporation Kindly take action against this conductor as earlier as possible .I hope you will do the needful. Make sure that this type of incidents won’t happen in future. The same day i met a good conductor in bus no: 1643 almost around that timing from T.Nagar to Saidapet. "When i was hasty in taking my change out of my pocket he gave the ticket and said politely " parava ela porumaia aedu ma" " I appreciate his work. Please encourage this type of work.                         I am Reserved a ticket from Hosur to Chennai(CMBT) one month before to journey on date of 20.10.2014 for diwali celebration. on the day 22.10.2014 at 10.30 a.m. waiting for the reserved bus with my two small kid and my family. Timekeper will not give any announcement or proper reponse for the passenger include me. The Bus will not enter into the bus terminus on the midnight. I speak to time keeper they told bus was leave it to chennai. On struggle at the night time with my family I caught a ordinary bus come with by standing with my family. How to get refundable of the reserved ticket.

                          ​Dear Sir / Madam, I was travelled by bike from my office to my home in chennai on 17.11.2014 government bus no 25G i thing TN2353 Driver was operated bus over speed and crossed me in wrong way at 10.30pm and again same driver crossed another ​25g bus same wrong way at PORUR Signal just missed he accident me i was surprised saved myself i was go to bus stop and told him to don't go over speed man and i left then he come and stop the bus in my front of bike wrong way he using bad words and ask me to kill me. ​ i request you to take action him and advice all drivers to operate bus as per your norms and response to all consumers. ​ ​ ​ Thanks, [protected]

                              Respected Sir/Madam I'm a 20yrs girl, when I was travelling from sona college to junction (Salem), a conductor named Balasubramaniam shouted at me using unwanted words in front of many passengers though I have given 10 rupees note and he asked for a change he shouted, though I don't have change I did not give him, and after shouting he gave me a ticket and the remaining change. The conductor had the change with him but he wants to treat me badly and he shouted at me. I want you to take severe action on him for his misbehavior to the passengers not only me everyone avoid government bus for this reason. Time : evening at 5.40pm Bus no : 13

                                  I have travelled in TN 01 AN 0400 on 23-10-14 from Bangalore to Coimbatore. Conductor alotted Seat no 40 for me, which was located at the last. I tried to use the Push back in my seat, though i paid a sum of Rs 375/-, but i realized the seat was at the corner.And also i cant be able to lift my legs either Up or Down as the person seated before me have just pushed his seat back. The space was too stingy to sit. It was a bad experience for me for that 8 hrs till i reach Coimbatore. So please remove one seat on either side of the and make a good partition for a happiest travel.This is my kind request.

                                    I have reserved the SETC bus to travel by 07:45am from Madurai to tirunelveli and i'm was waiting with my Wife from 07AM onwards at service pick up point station. The Bus ID is 1314 and i was waiting till 8:15 am. Then i went to the Enquiry department and asked for the bus details. I was informed to go to the Platform 1 where the SETC booking office is available, I went and gave the ticket and the information but the surprise part is I was informed that the BUS IS NOT AVAILABLE SINCE IT IS NOT UNDER THE RECORD” it is really shocking and amazing, I laughed and asked the worker that i have BUS ID, Transaction was made, ticket was booked, PNR number is available but simply he said BUS IS NOT AVAILABLE. I asked his name but the Person said he cannot tell his name because he might get in to trouble and he is begging me no to ask the name. I tried to take a photo of him but he refused. Then i came to the last platform where the Tirunelveli buses will arrive and asked the counter people he then with the kind hearted went to another Tirunelveli bus conductor and asked him to take us since the bus dint come. That bus conductor said he need signature from the Authority so that me and my wife can travel in that bus using this ticket. Again i went to Platform 1 and explained the same to the booking person in the counter and refused to sign in that ticket. Then i came to the Last platform and explained the same to the Officer, he then laughed after hearing all this and requested me to take another ticket and to travel in different bus. Since i was going for my Thala diwali celebration to Tirunelveli i took tickets finally and boarded another bus. I have ran two times from platform 1 to last without any positive answer and wasted nearly 1 hour by making my wife sitting alone in the bus stand which i felt pathetic. Let me ask one thing, if this happened to any one who is a relative to MP or MLA or COUNCILOR or to HIGH LEVEL PERSON will the same response be provided. I got really pissed off and frustrated and i called all the Customer care no and SETC Service no to complaint on this but they gave lot of different different no to check with. No one is ready to give proper answer instead they tried to avoid me and to redirect to wrong person. I tried more than 1 hour and got tired of calling them. I need to get a proper response for this and i need a refund of my money.I have lost my reservation amount Rs.296, running all the way through platform 1 to last, time waste, energy waste. This is one of the very bad services in SETC corporation.

                                      26th night from koyambedu to bangalore, , at 10.45 pm the conductor name is subramaniyan, , in the bus he had 3 cancellation ticket, , , 4, 38, and the near the door single seat 3 seats are vacant, , Actual ticket fare is 360rs, , bt he had collected 450 rs for each 3 person, , i got the ticket for 360 rs, balance 90rs he didnt give to me, and also he didnt give a tickt to the balance 2 people.bt he collect the 450 rs from the 2 people, , so in that trip he collected 990rs for his pocket, , , i asked my balance he hardly speak to me, , and i said i will complain to ur superior authority, , he said u go and complaint anybody i dont care about that, , like that he said, , so u want take a illegal action against him, , , thats mt humble request to u people, , thanking you yours faithfully rajasekhar
