I booked a online ticket from bangalore to pondicherry(9:05pm) on 02/jan/2015. after reaching hosur, the bus was stopped and made us to wait for an hour in hosur bus stand till the next bus reach hosur bus stand. they said the reason as there is only less number of passengers in the bus. so they have planned to combine both the buses. i have booked a front seat(seat no:5) as i have spinal problem but in the other bus i was given seat in the last row. the route from thiruvanamalai to senji was so bad due to which i had a severe spinal ache. And this is not the one time it has happened, it happens most of the time. the passengers are not given the seat which they are booking through online because of this combining the bus together. we pay extra charge for booking through online but we are the one who is suffering. I want you to take a compalint and make sure atleast it doesn't happen again.

    Sir, i have booked two tickets on 5 jan 2015 with a reference numbers OB3917875 and OB3918168 and for both my balance was deducted from my bank account but i was not at all provided with any ticket. And when I am calling customer care they are saying me to call here and there. I am fed up and i want them to refund my money back as soon as possible.

      Sir, on 31st december i travelled from Kanyakumar to Ooty bus ( 6:30 pm bus) with my family and throughout our journey we suffered by the bytes of Beg Bugs in our seats. The bus itself having full of dirt and stained seats with seat cover. The entire day was horrible for us to travel even we paid good amount for the bus ticket. I request the management to increase the fare, but maintain the bus cleaner and bug free.

        Dear, Kindly need your intervention this issue as soon as possible, , , , , , , , , , , , , Sir am kamaleshwaran from bhuvanagiri, here am want to stated the complaint about the chidambaram dippo BMO not respond well and have take neceesary action on the both conductor and drivers those who are obey the traffic rules, i have complaint most of times through phone and walkin branch for give written complaint but that guy simply close the call, , , , , , kindly find the brief description of issue Bus No 157, 239, those buses were chennai and cuddalore route buses, conductors and drivers on this buses routed the buses on improper route, the buses has not reach the chidambaram without touching bhuvnagiri, most of the passenger from the bhuvanagiri has been affected from this activity, and goverment also put order those buses routed to chiambram to cuddalore, has routed through bhuvangiri only but the conductor and drivers has corrupt disel on this activity i need proper action this provide the acknowledgement for the same Kamaleshwaran [protected]

          Respected sir,

          Good afternoon
          This is R.Thamotharan form Thekkalur, Avinashi Tk, Tirupur Dt.
          I am the regular passenger of thekkalur to erode and erode to thekkalur.
          Every day i have facing bus stop problem with government bus conductor.

          Last time 02/01/2014 on Friday night 11.00pm I went Erode to Thekkalur through Combatore government bus.

          Bus detail: Erode branch, bus no: TN 33N 2779.
          Bus conductor name : conductor not used name batch.

          That time Conductor is not responding to stop the bus at our Thekkalur and he make compel to me to get ticket to karumathampatty bus stop.
          Ticket no MDX 01 - 04933,
          DDV 03 - 85690
          RS:43.00 .

          At the night time it is depress to me and all other thekkalur passengers.
          Passenger complaint contact number errors at this bus.

          I had complaint to[protected] time 11.15 pm about Thekkalur bus stop.
          As per their information Thekkalur is stage. So all bus will stop for passengers.

          Pls note i had many time complaint with[protected] regularly.

          Especially TN33 N2700 bus conductor using hard words while we ask Thekkalur thicker.
          Bus time at Erode to Covai: 6.50pm, and incident date: 30.7.2014

          Below buses not stopping at Thekkalur bus stop.

            Hello sir, When tried to book a ticket for Jan 4th: Route No: 307UD - Departure time: 22:15PM, Seat No:5, Amount has been deducted from my card and ticket has been booked as well. But I didn't receive any mail or even I'm unable to see it in Booking history tab. can you please check the above details and help me? If it is reserved in my name, Please send it to my Email Id.               Hello Sir, My Name is Prabu and My native Place is Tindivanam.Currently I am working as an Engineer in Chennai .Today (31st December 2014) I came to Perungalathur Busstand in Chennai to help my mother in boarding the bus to go to Tindivanam.I saw a Bus coming to Perungalathur Busstand with the Name board as Pondicherry. I went inside the bus and asked the conductor whether the bus will go to Tindivanam, Suddenly the Driver started abusing in bad words in Tamil and asked us to get down.Then I replied to the driver saying 'You can say the bus will go to tindivanam or it won't go, why you are abusing in bad words'.Even then the driver was abusing continiously in bad words.Even after we got down of the bus, he parked the bus at the side of the road and continiously abusing in bad words.I saw he is also using lots of bad words with the other drivers and conductors who were there. A driver with this kind of bad conduct, do really necessary for serving the people.If he is a goverment servent, can he talk whatever he want.The bus no is TN 21 N1525 and the incident happened around 10:05 AM on 31st December 2014. Please take the necessary action, so that the driver will stop repeating to other passengers

                Sir, I boarded a bus from Velankanni to Chennai cmbt on 28/12/2014. at 20.30 hrs Ultra Deluxe Route No 324 UD Seat No 20. Tripcode 2030veache. PNR No T8087359. Bus id no E-2804. Its really very worst journey on that day in my seat no 20. i continuously wet by rain water. The rain water falls directly on my head. I just complaint to Driver & conductor they said we cant do any thing all seat is full do what ever you like go and complaint in office, I just stand that whole night and tarvelling. All passangers are sleeping really i hurt very much and my clothes completly wet. Till my destination point i was standing.very next day i can not able to go to office i felt sick.                   I am a working women in chennai. My native is sethiyathope, cuddalore district. I used to go to my home every weekend. There s no direct bus from chennai to sethiyathope. Only either through kumbakonam or thanjavur, I can reach sethiyathope. It is my only way. When i try to get into kumbakonam bus, the bus driver used to ask me where do you want to go. If i say sethiyathope, they wont allow me to get inside the bus. Only if i say, i ll pay the fare to reach kumbakonam, they ll allow. It seriously irritates me a lot. Its ur responsibility. They should allow us or u need to arrange a seperate bus from chennai to sethiyathope route. Kindly do the needful. Why unnecessarily we should pay thatuch fare??????

                    I and my husband boarded a bus (TN 74, N.1608) from Marthandama Kanyakumari which moved towards Madurai. We took the seat just behind the Driver seat. Suddenly after 15 minutes of travel for no reason the driver abused my husband verbally asking him to stand up to leave space for some lady who boarded in the previous stop. This is absolutely bad-mannered and totally against humanism. Only when other passengers questioned back the driver in support of my husband did the driver stopped speaking. I and my husband didn’t argue much to maintain the decorum. The driver told that he is a government servant and that nobody could go anything against him. We reported the incident to the TNSTC control room at Nagarkoil New Bus stand. They asked for a written complaint and our tickets for verification and further guidence. But before we could file a complain the person in the counter who responded the passengers was literally changed and the complain was rejected. This is a real shock. We need justification. Measures should be taken to advice the driver so that it is not repeated elsewhere.

                      Hello, I was traveling form hosur to ambur on a tnstc bus. The bus was too dirty and was not cleaned at all. I would request the state government to take some initiatives on bus maintenance.

                        Re i have reserved a ticket on 23rd dec 14 from chennai cmbt to madurai on 19:00 time bus but on finishing the booking the payment has been debited from my account but ticket not booked and I have booked same seat for two time both aMount only deducted so please refund the amount ..

                          Hello, On behalf all ladies/Girl children, I am writing this complaint . I am working in software company in sipcot.Daily morning its very difficult/rush to get in to bus. Some guys are misbehaving with ladies. Even school children's are also suffering for this problem. Kindly please provide some ladies bus for girls/ladies and school children's. MAin routes like, --> from Guidy to kelampakkam -->tambaram to guduvanchery etc...near schools, colleges and offices.

                            I ever & never see this much worst customers (Passengers) Service, I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Theni, boarding time is 8.15pm, i have reached the shanthinagar (bangalore) bus stand 8.10pm but when i'm reaching the bus stand the bus was coming out so i gave hand signal but they have not stopped...if i'm late also they can call to my mobile(As like other travels[KSRTC]) but THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CALLED ME...I don't know for what the ________ they asking mobile number while booking the tickets, ...same time i went to TNSTC office in shanthi nagar only i explained and asked them to give the driver or conductor number so i will inform that i will pickup the bus in madiwala(my plane was i came with friend in bike so we can reach madiwala before bus reaches) but they said UNEXPECTED & UNBELIEVABLE answer that "We don't have driver or conductor mobile number"...I don't know what they maintaining, what they know"...that's it all my hope gone...then there was a Theni (same route) bus so i asked at least change my ticket to this bus (there was enough free seat avail) but...for that also they not ready to do...thay telling that your late so only gone it's your mistake...then i said myself "[censored]d" of with this service...i went to that another same route bus conductor asked for the seat he said ok get in and he knows my scenario...i said they haven't called me anna, he was good character person so he replied with socking answer "WE NEVER CALL TO ANY PASSENGER" (TNSTC la yaarumey call panna maatom)" because then only they(we) can take another passenger for same(my) seat, so they will mark my name as Absent and they will take that money(500rs mine for government & new passenger amount 500 for conductor & driver)...nothing i can do in that situation.., my self scold very badly with bard word...and again paid 500 for ticket to "THAT SOAP DAPPA BUS"..seat puash back was not working properly...so totally waste of money, time, mental engery, etc...by booking of TNSTC bus...I'm not telling the Government is bad (i know they giving all the facilities) but the intermediaries (Pork's) are eating everything and not doing correctly..I can say that government is not governing or maintaining well.

THE BUS FAIR IS RS 28 (ticket no 158670), IT IS FAST PASENGER BUS FAIR. BUT THE DRIVER STOPED IN ALL LOCAL STOPS LIKE A ORDINERY BUS AND VERY SLOWLY DRIVING. I SAID TO DRIVER " SIR GO FAST THIS TOO MUCH " THE DRIVER ARGUED TO ME, HE SAID TO ME THIS NOT AN AIROPLANE, I[censored] WANT GO FAST U TAKE YOUR OWN VICHELE . THEN HE STOPED THE BUS AND HE SAID TO GET OUT FROM THE BUS .THE CODUCTER ALSO SAID LIKE THIS . THEY ARE BOTH BEHEVERD VERY BAD INFRONT OTHER PASENGER .THIS MENTALY HURTED ME.                                 Recently I travelled from mannargudi to chennai by TNSTC bus with route No 246 F starting from mannargudi at 9.50 P.M.Though they collected charges for Ultra Deluxe service they provided only the super Deluxe bus.They said that they could not do anything about that and if i wished i could complaint to their higher authorities.Please look into the matter to avoid taking steps through consumer courts.

                                  Dear Sir, I am travelling to chennai from pondicherry with my family on monday 08 / 12 /2014 the bus no TN 32 N 3696 . Iam asked two and half to tickets, my self, wife and my son. But the conductor asked to take full tickets for my son or keep him on your lap. And he is saying monday we wont provide you seat.                                   The co-passengers are supporting me and they also asked conductor, but he is not accepting and said if you keep your son on lap or take full ticket, otherwise get down from the bus, he was behaved very rudely and bus driver also asked us to get down, the bus was travelled almost 7 to 8 kms from the pondicherry busstand.

                                    Dear Sir, We used to travel from Ooty to Tirunelveli and Tirunelveli to Ooty by TSETC ULTRA DELUX BUS with our family and we reached Coimbatore SETC Gandhipuram bustand there is no toilet facility Sir. Very old toilet was maintained there with broken taps and doors. But now closed for the past four months.What will do ladies Sir? Every lady is suffering lot without this basic facility Sir. Nobody did take action for this very needful facility Sir. I hope that you will feel the suffering of ladies. I kindly request you to take necessary steps to remove this difficulties as early as possible. And one more suggestion regarding seat allotment Sir. That is, Sir morethan five buses are running daily from Nagercoil to Ooty, Marthandam to Ooty, Kanniyakumari to Ooty and Trivandrum To Ooty. But the thing is, no seat allocation for Ooty passengers Sir. In season time all seats are booked upto Coimbatore only. Ooty passengers cannot travel to Ooty by the Ooty bus. All Coimbatore passengers are travelling in Ooty Buses. It is not Correct Sir. Five to ten seats may be allotted for Ooty passengers. If it is not filled for Ooty, the last day the remaining seats may be allotted for general quota. Take this matter also in your cosideration. Thank You Sir,

                                      Dear sir, This is about bus service in Kanyakumari district and about the conductor of bus route no.89A, which started from Marthandam for Kadayalumoodu, at about 17 hrs (reached Attoor at about 1720 hrs) on 05-12-14. The conductor of the bus is unfit for his job. He never blows the whistle and is unmindful when passengers ask to get off at recognised stops. He gives double whistle before the passenger gets off. He does not hand over balance properly and permits travelling on foot board even when the bus is not overcrowded. Kindly take some corrective action. S.Jagathsimhan, Mob: [protected].
