Hi Sir, The below said ticket i have booked & when i went on 21st 11.20am to catch the bus the Tirunelveli corporation TN 74 bus the reused to accept the below ticket. They said the below reasons. 1. This bus not reservation bus. 2..Their timing 11.15, whereas the below ticket timing 11.15 & the next Tirunelveli corporation bus timing 2.00pm so this ticket not belong to them 3.They didn't get the Chart For the above said reasons they refused the below ticket & i brought new ticket. Here pls advise if this kind of buses don't have reservation they why you are sale online??? if i booked for Family in festival days how can manageable ???     Dear Sir, TNSTC bus driver had hit our car at villupuram toll gate while we were waiting in the toll booth queue. Bus No. TN-58 N-2091 had hit our car at the driver side and left the place without helping us to lodge a complaint. Please take immediate action against them for behaving irresponsibly and driving the bus very rashly. Driver and conductor needs to be given proper punishment so that they should not do this again. Even the toll booth representatives were not helping us and no policemen nearby to lodge a complaint. I hope one day our constitution and law would be more friendly to common man and taking such issues seriously. thanks, Senthil [protected]

As I wish to inform that, I am visually handicapped, when I want to travel CMBT to velloe, there is no bus availabk in counter No:17 vellore. There is Hosur bus available I said I am handicappd the senior officer in counter instructed the conductor to issue hosur ticket and drop them in vellore. My husband is along with me as escort. they issued one housur and ticket No199507 Rs.46 . and 35 i.At kummanan chavadi the conductor allowed vellore tickets but not in CMBT. I wonder the officer at CMBT instruction is not followed by the conductor, being visually handicapped I was not charged with Hosur ticket instead of Vellore and Bagdur tickes being the respect to marruthirnalligal is cheated, , by the department before Deepavali Many transport officials are there induty. No proper buses available. Kindly take proper action against the officials even in CMBT. I will seek the help of Consumer forum for this if proper action is not taken at your end.         i booked ticket on[protected] for night travel. on that day due to our C.M judgement the transportation was stopped so i cancelled the ticket. on that day the government stopped the service but still now i not yet received the full amount.i paid 1094 rupees for 3full and 2 half tickets but tnstc refunded only 720 rupees. kindly take action and refund the remaining amount. my registered id- jonam2905 mobile n.o- [protected]/ [protected]

          Yesterday[protected] i travelled from madurai to bangalore setc timing 20:30, that bus seat was dirty not comportable see all otherstate bus or equal to private bus, our bus was good there is no maintenance you can charge rs 50 more per ticket, but bus should be clean other guys are loughing to see our bus

            Poor seating and maintenance

            I have travelled a bus yesterday 5th oct 2014, which Route no -198. and Bus ID No. E-2389 The scheduled departure for the bus is 17:16hrs. But the bus has been started 18.00hrs. The seat which I booked is 28 and no permanent seat arrangement. Temporarily some thing made and push back lever itself not attached. Also all the seats back side no cover up and hanging inner parts....

            This is reference to the PNR no - T8572198 Date of Journey 5 Oct 2014 From Chennai to Bangalore. The condition of the bus is really pathetic and worst. The Push back seat mechanism is very loose and it goes backward. Additionally the hand rest in the seats were broken. Tamil nadu transport should take some steps to check the condition of the bus and make necessary changes so that every passenger will have a peaceful and smooth journey. They have collected a total fare of 918 Rs. for two passengers but in return the service which we got from SETC is very poor. pathetic and troublesome journey.

The bus started at the time of 8:00 pm - 8:15 PM from Tirupati. While i was getting out of the bus in the Nagari, i forgot to get back my bag from the bus.                 Ticket Number: 00063666 JPT2 S0700341 Bus Number: TN30 N 1217 Journey: Salem to Bangalore Timing: started from Salem at 14:35 Date:[protected] Ticket Rate: 180 * 2 = 360 The bus people said that the bus is a Highway Rider - Flyover Service at the time of boarding, the same is written in front of the bus but they failed to travel in the flyover near Hosur and instead they went to Hosur bus stand and permitted other people inside the bus. I am cheated by their claims and even paid extra amount for the ticket (more than the fair of normal bus) .. When I asked the bus conductor, he said it's the usual thing. Authorities kindly look into this issue and take appropriate actions.

                    Yesterday I have travelled in bus which started from kodaikanal to Salem at4pm.the bus was driven in a careless manner, the driver given room to opposite vehicles in left of the bus, most of the places the bus went into edge of the road, where there was deep valley.definitely the bus escaped from major accident for a number of times.the bus belongs to erode division .the conductor name is loganathan not able to get the name of driver.please take immediate and necessary action to assure safe travel for passengers.

                      refused to give available seats in tnstc reservation counter mannargudi

                      Sir i have booked a ticket in reservation counter Mannargudi, Thiruvarur DT today and I have request them to book seat number 3&4 but they are refused to book that seat numbers even though it is available. They said our higher officials instructed us it will be allotted to Disabled only. Is there any circular sent regarding this? I believe, conductors and the employees are joint together and do not book front seats till travelling date...

                      I was travelling from madurai to chennai. The bus is in worst condition the seats are not good they are broken and we couldn't travel properly. This is happening often. Bus number is TN 67 N0428. the window rods are rusty and it's dangerous near our eyes!! We need safety for us during travel and this should be taken under action and should be rectified!!

                        Sir, / Madam On 03.09.2014 I myself booked tickets from Tiruppur to Chennai . Morning around 11.00 am. I went to Tiruppur Old Bus Stand Reservation Counter and booked the Tickets ( 2 full tickets and one half Ticket) they allotted seat no 17, 18, 19. and he informed me that computer is not working . and a slip given me with SETC round seal and amount paid by me Rs. 1100/- by cash. Evening 8.45 pm we took the Ultra Deluxe 9.00 p.m bus. Before entering the bus I was given the slip to the Conductor, and he permited to the bus and given the seats 17, 18, 19. After Starting the bus around 9.20 pm he(Conductor) issued the tickets Value 990/- ( 3 Tickets) That is 3 full tickets. I asked for the Balance Rs.110/- . he is telling it isa regular practice. And conductor told He was received Rs. 1000/- only. Sir, Why these persons are cheating others, are they government employees. Expecting your reply this regard.                           Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to convey the Incident happened yesterday morning at TNSTC - Bus, to the notice of Concerned Higher Official.I am working in a private concern at chidambaram.I used to travel to chidambaram via Nagappattinam once in a week.Yesterday morning I travelled in a TNSTC - Bus(TN.68.N0307) from Ngapattinam to Chidambaram. The.The bus was taken sharply at 7.35.am. and reached Karaikkal at 8.45.am.They have taken 1 hr 15min to travel just 20km. I.I have asked the Conductor and Driver about this delay, and also asked them to refund my balance amount and decided to Quit my travel at Karaikkal itself, because usually other buses take only half an hour to cross this distance(20kms).Also they have displayed that the bus was Express and Charged Rs.50 as bus fare.I again asked about the delay and they have insulted me in front of all other passengers and also said that "Government buses will be going like this and No one can raise question against a Government employee, compliant to any Higher official if you can, we never bother about it" I just complained to the Tnstc Reporting officer at karaikkal, he too replied the same. I can't digest one thing, even-though they are not accepting their mistake, but insulting the common man, who point out their mistake.So I kindly request the higher official to take necessary action on them.I don't know their name, that's why I have mentioned the registration number of the bus and time.I also attached the scanned copy the ticket along with this mail.                             In Chennai "SLF" bus service doesn't static based on it's Name board.like that WHITE board low FARE 4RS, in Green board low fare 6Rs.Blue(Deluxe), LED name board same as Madurai 7& 9Rs. so y this partiality consider by Tamilnadu Government have In high fare collect in madurai.consider as a request to reduce the ticket fare in MADURAI same as CHENNAI, Because Madurai is poverty level is high compare to Chennai.Chennai money sharing or Turnover is huge.so consider as request to reduce City Bus fare to Madurai people.

                              Madurai to Coimbatore bypass rider # TN 33 2954 - Time - 7:50 am ... Bus driver is driving very rashly ... He was about to hit 2 times .. Even though he has time to slow down he is increasing the speed and putting brake at the final moment only .. Then started shouting bad words at other vehicles .. We are not feeling safe driving in this bus

                              Driver of a bus in kulithalai (08.45pm today 26.03.21) was riding it very harshly. I was travalling in my car, he is overtaking beyond his lane amd my got got esacped in a just a second ortherwise my car would have met with an accident. And i have noticed the next 3 govt buses which where doing the same mistake. They are thinkkng as if they are riding a flight or a private helicoptor. I think most of the accidents are occurinv only because of this. Please take neccessary action regarding this to safe people's life...

                                hi, I would like to add a compliant about SETC bus conductor (bus number : TN 01 AN0267 date: 17/06/14, palani to bangalore)he misbehaved to girls when they were sleeping time.. worst experience in SETC bus.. Men should protect women thats why god craeted "Men is stronger than women". so government should take proper action about these to stop these type of abouse .that men should get punsihed, but whom to tel who will take these type of action ???????????????So, Girls please be beware dont sleep when you are tarvelling in bus(govt or private)
