This Friday(8/14/2014) I had to face several issues when i travelled a round trip from chennai to vellore and vice versa. I booked a AC VOLVO bus at 2pm from CHENNAI to VELLORE and a return bus from VELLORE to CHENNAI at 6PM. (I had to pick some one from there and return on the same day).Below is what happened Though the schedule departure of the Bus 502 was 2pm from CHENNAI, I did NOT find any bus in that time(I was waiting at the bus stoppage from 1.30PM ) . The bus came around 2.45 PM and the conductor argued about that it is not the time to board the bus.I boarded this bus and I reached VELLORE around 5.30PM. I returned back to the bus terminus at 5.55 PM. I didn't see any bus . I asked the time keeper about the bus and he asked to me wait. I waited for 1.30 hrs. Finally 1 volvo bus(502) came, but the conductor asked us to board the next bus as they will not allow any reserved passengers. Then the next bus came after 10 mins and the conductor again argued that it is not 6 PM bus . When I checked time-keeper's copy of the bus timings, it had a bus(502 volvo) departing from VELLORE at 6pm . Inconvenience at it' best. I came before 6 PM at new vellore bus terminus, no bus was there, I waited for 1.30 hrs and the conductor was not allowing us to enter. After that They allowed me to board the bus after we argued for 30 mins. I reached chennai around 11.45. In the middle it started raining and the place where i was sitting, water was leaking out and we became wet also. SO there is a list of all the issues I had to face: 1. Bus was not punctual. 2. Bus was not there at the scheduled time of departure when i had a reservation on that time 3. Rude behaviour of conductor. 4. Very bad infrastructure of the "AC VOLVO bus " ... ac knobs broken and it leaks when it rains... I am lodging this complaint because i don't expect it from TNSTC as its a reputed corporation

    Sir/Madam I am Lenindurai ([protected], [protected]@hotmail.com) residing in neyveli block-19, Dated 27/7/2014, 3/8/2014, 10/8/2014Conductor is not allowing to sit in any of the seats in front up to seat no 20, Though i come early. Speaking in abusing words which is irritating. Though these seats are empty the driver/conductor of theses bus services are not allowing any of the passengers. i have requested the driver/conductor for the seat in front as i have come early. They refused to offer and abusing which is totally unacceptable. They do not know how to speak to passengers. They are allocating these seats to their friends/relatives but not to us. Please take this in priority and resolve this issue. Further the bus service that operate at this time is not under reservation.

      pnr no T8143533 10/08/2014 travel time 23.30 Hrs, MAYILADUTHURAI CHENNAI CMBT, in this bus due to greedy of conductors and drivers more passengers are over loaded as standing, female passengrs including me, badely experienced the sexual haraasment by this standing passengers on midnight, the reservations was not meaning full because of commission, greedy and else other, many times informed this to bus conductors he didnot respond, If this is not actionable It will lead to higher level action early

        Dear sir/ madam, Actually today I have try to book my ticket from tiruvarur to chennai cmbt at 9:30PM 325UD for to travel on Sunday 10/08/2014. My TNSTC site was expired while returning after payment confirmation. I have debited Rs.261 from my SBI bank. Still I`m not receiving E-Ticket from TNSTC. Please do the needful.

          I boarded the SETC bus from Pondicherry to Bangalore on 3rd August @ 22.30. Early morning today(4th August) around 4 to 5 AM, we all shaken up by a thunderous sound and then realized our bus got hit the tree on the opposite direction of the road. There were screaming of people for help and then we realized, that there were no EMERGENCY EXIT or no marking to this effect in this bus. I was seated in seat no 15, and the seats before me got jammed or broken. The conductor got seriously injured and was lying down the seat with blood all around. 5 passengers got seriously hit and one who couldn't move or even shake his right leg and a lady's face was seriously injured. However the driver came down the bus unhurt and instead of helping the passengers or conductor, he simply collected his bags and belongings, came to the left side to pick up the conductor's cash box and then no trace of him. We passengers helped each other to pull out the conductor down and carry down the very seriously injured young men. Passer by where kind enough to tell which place it was exactly (Jayadevi 15 kms near Krishnagiri) and helped the accident victims by calling ambulance. 108 help came only after 45mins to 1 hour. Other passengers who were hurt minorily were treated after some time by another ambulance which came, By now we could see the driver around us with all his belongings and no remorse to what happened to his passengers. Only when I went up to him and asked whether he will be arranging another vehicle or stop the vehicles passing by to transport the balance passengers, he has no response to me and then only calling the depot. With no other help coming from this driver or the police vehicle there, passengers started to move one by one by arranging our mode of vehicles and happen to travel standing from the accident spot till Bangalore carrying the accident trauma in mind. It shows the very lack of training during emergency or attitude still our Government bus drivers carry towards the work or passengers and the quality of seats provided, which couldn't resist to these types of impact. SEAT BELT could have saved many people getting hit in their faces/head. Not sure when government is going to put in these safety measures for its passengers. In a hope that this be made to the notice of the executive team to take action and prevent such accidents future or when such incident happen, at least what can be done to quickly save people & their lives.

          I am Jose and i'm one of the victim in this accident who sat in the seat 31(window side) . My chin(2 stitches were put) and lips were torn, Govt needs to address below areas.. .1. No emergency exit in the bus 2. Quality of bus (most of seats are dislocated like uprooted trees) 3. No proper conductor seat with safety belt (still remember his face, he become toothless guy almost all front teeth were broken) . 4. No emergency help from bus corporation (remember following words told by driver to others "No phone is not reachable all are in switch-off ) 5. In krishnagiri govt hospital not even they don't have razor to remove the hair, i had little beard and my chin broken it need to be stitch now hair needs to be removed, guy took blade alone trying to remove the hair he find very difficult to remove and so many times he scratching my chin with blade alone i cant able to blame that guy blame is on hospital administration, hospital should have always basic things with out saying excuse. Apart from this tiruvannamalai to krishnagiri road is in very bad condition, laying road in between these two town is like sindbad story not even able to forecast when it will complete

            Respected ingsir, I get in to the bus in sholganalloin dalor point because i am working in tec medaws campus.i get in to the bus in front door, bus is busy with passangers.conductor did't came to front before that karapakam stage came TT asking ticket and he pulled me get down bus even people Is saying he get in bus last stop only.TT and team speaking only In tamil they are not listing wat we are saying .if i am really not taken ticket and travelling u can fine but this is too bad .at least TT should check where r u coming from by his id cards where he is coming .i don' t know hoe many stops fine will apply i am attaching those photes plzz see... Date:august 1st 2014 Time:5.15pm If any one really look in to this issue i wil provide my office login timings Fine; 500rs No bill provided if bill need they are asking 2000rs It really issue. if govt is genune provide good human relation training Plz find the photes

              I have booked tickets for me and my friends in TNSTC SETC bus from Chennai to Coimbatore on 25th July 2014. Since it late for us to reach Koyembedu Station on time, the respective bus conductor sold our tickets to someone and they were misbehaving with us without giving us the allocated seats. Since they did like this to us, We had to take another bus from there which it made us to pay 700/head and it came up to Rs.5600 totally. So for travelling alone we spent nearly Rs.10000 because of this SETC conductor behaviour. Please help me in refunding the amount.

                Sir, Myself Mr.Balaji working in Chennai, On 26.07.14 Saturday i had booked my onward journey ticket from Neyveli to Chennai Seat No:50 in TNSTC through online( Busindia.com)Ticket booking was done in my home internet, due to that Print out of ticket was not possible. After booking the ticket i had received my confirmation Message and Mail. With this mobile message i had contunued my journey in TNSTC 3.30Am bus TN-32 N 3371, from Neyveli CBS on monday( 28.07.14) morning. At the time of checking i had showed my E-ticket confirmation message to conductor, but he refused to get and see my ticket in mobile and ask me to get a new ticket. His way of behaviour is totally irritating. He will blabouring always and he will speaks as owner of the bus. Kindly advise him how to behave with the passengers. He is the senior citizen, but he doesn't know how to behave with passengers. NOTE: Remaining passengers had carried and showed their E-ticket during checking time, but conductor didn't ask for ID proof for checking with none of passenger. Then what he is checking in the paper. The same i had showed in my Mobile", he refused and talking rubbish. Kindly advise him. Your immediate action will be highly Appreciated.

                  Respected sir I have booked online ticket from chennai to ponnamaravathy for my mother in the seat number of 13.But the conductor said, seat number 14 is alloted for the gent so you get the seat numbet 11.I request him to please allot window seat for my mother, because she is a BP patient.but the conductor told, you do any thing if you can sit there otherwise get down in a irresponsible manner. Then why i booked a seat in online...

                    My name is Loganathan and my father working as a senior mechanic in TNSTC for more than 30 Years and we have a yearly travel pass around 4800Km per year (It's applicable for all TNSTC employees families) for entire family within Tamilnadu only on TNSTC Normal and Express bus services,

                    On 20th July 2014 i travelled from Salem to Chennai, I have given the travel pass to the conductor he request...

                    I am govt servant .I started my travel to Krishnagiri in 1to 5 flyover express today at 1.00 pm .nonstop service .before reaching salem toll, bus not started.then asked refund to go in private bus or fast service ;they refused to give it so.they asked me to get in into govt without seating to all.the bus is running like town bus with frequent stops.so totally 1 hr Waste for us.i planned to travel because it is non stop. At last I was forced to travel in more stopping bus and running late. I called TNSTC dharmapuri BM, no response.

                      Chennai to vellore has AC bus every one hour. I frequently use it. The problem I face is the driver runs AC in low mode. It is sufficient to breath, but literally everyone in bus sweat. If we ask conductor or driver they give a rude response. They say its already in full mode. Who is deceiving here? Is it the TN govt issuing secret orders to drivers. Or is the the drivers deceiving public. Every bus has this same issue. I know no one will be bothered to read this or take any action. Route: vellore to chennai Bus no: Tn 01 N 7450 Time: 4pm from vellore It would be better to sue the govt in court for deceiving public and demand justice

                        MY purse have been stolen by the bus conductor

                        Incident happen in Koyambadu bus stand at 5.30pm, Me & my friend was the last personin the bus kept my purse on the seat (no:29) 7 taking my luggate from the luggage area in the bus, while this time conductor came near us & told to
                        get down quickly, i left my purse on the seat forget & geot down the bus, at once i reailesed i missed my purse with in 10mins after getting down the bus, i ran back to the bus & search for the purse, bit purse was missing & conductor & driver also missing. I asked in the bus stand entery area, they told they still not came to do entery, with in 5mins conductor came to the bus.i asked him he refussed tha h not saw the purse & stolen my purse with cash & cards.


                        Sincue only We & conductor was in the bus near the seat how could the purse will miss without the knowlege of the conductor, Iam very my upset by the attitude of the Govt staff doing this, pls help me in this matter.

                          I reserved a ticket!abisheik seat no.20 . I travelled from neyveliTS-chennai on 5/7/2014 23.30 bus. TN 32 N 3982 I carried CPU packed with me!. HE(conductor) charged me 115 rupees for the luggage, but he issued only 58 re's. ticket for that. I asked him" excuse me sir, u asked me 115 re's. and i gave that amount, but you are giving me ticket of just 58. rs?" and he casually replied" Its My wish to put whatever amount i want and i can get whatever amount i wish? Who are you to ask that? WE( conductor and driver) will have some tea or coffee in that 58 re's and i wont return you the remaining amount!. . and he shouted again " IF YOU WANT PROPER TICKET give me 460 (cost of 4 person's ticket) and travel or else get down from the running bus" .THIS is so FRAUD and !.

                            Complaint on tnstc bus Driver & conductor Sir am Sureshkumar.S from Palladam, Yesterday Evening I am travel in express Salem to Tirupur bus. (TN 33 N 2550 TNSTC(CBE) Ltd) on 4/07/14 Evening 7:05 pm bus ticket no QXK[protected]Rs 15.00) from Vijayamangalam to Tirupur. Before Start the bus conductor told "this is Express so next stops are Uthukuli and Tirupur Only", I have train at 8:00 PM in Tirupur Railway Station, After Uthukuli then Stop the Bus in a Bakery and Conductor told "the Bus will stop 20 minutes go the passengers and take rest" am ask the Conductor " am going to Urgently why the stop Unauthorized Places, I think it is express so Quickly reach tirupur, (Normal and Private Bus Ticket Fare Rs:11.00 but Express Fare 15.00) " but Driver Reply is 1. We are not Call you and Use this Bus 2. It is My liking, When you willing Travel this other wise Live it This is not the kind of behavior a Driver please take action. He is behave badly to passengers he wear Kakkai shirt. Kindly take appropriate action by considering my complaint.                               Poor Bus maintenance

                              Yesterday i travelled from Chidambaram to chennai on PYB 595 Ultra Deluxe at 11 PM. Due to heavy rain and poor maintenance of the bus the entire bus flooded with rain water. Just before starting itself driver/conductor knew that problem as they just returned from chennai, and many of the seats were fully loaded with water. When the bus crosses pondicherry it is horrible situation, so we asked the driver to go to nearest depot and get us...

                                I did reserve my seat for Travelling from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 26-June-2014 at 10 :15 PM in Tamilnadu Stat e Express Transport Corp(SETC) Via route no : 307EUD and the PNR ref : T7745570. My boarding point was Chennai Koyembedu Bus Terminal. I was at my boarding point sharply at 9 :50 PM and waiting for the bus. The Conductor from next bus suddenly gave me surprise that that particular bus has just left... He also told me that if I run to the exit I can catch the bus... Before I reach the exit, the bus has left. I went to SETC enquiry office and asked for an explanation.. NO PROPER RESPONSE.. The man sitting at the desk asked me to go and check once again at the boarding point. I tried to explained him but he is not ready to hear anything. Finally for God sake I went and checked once again and the same conductor Confirmed me that the bus has gone. Again I reported this information to the enquiry office and after a long discussion... They accepted my demand and they transfered my ticket to the next bus at 11.00. Moral for me and everyone : I paid money in advance to this Transport service including booking charge and finally I got Sucked.. I Will never prefer SETC in my life anymore. IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP THE COMMON PUBLIC WHO CAN BE EASILY CHEATED BY THESE GUYS..!!! PLEASE SAVE THE SOCIETY FROM THESE CHEATERS...!!!

                                  Hello sir, I am a student and my height is just 5.1, and my friends and ladies who are travelling by bus daily are mostly lying on the same height that I have, my complaint is most of the ladies are not able to hold the supporting hand bars that are fixed at the bottom of roof of the bus. I mean, in most of the buses the supporting hand bar is fixed to the highest height so that we ladies can't even touch, so when the driver puts sudden break or bus moves so fast we ladies are not able to manage & we are struggling to balance our self, so please make a good favor towards this problem sir, it is a big request from me. please make hand bars comfortable to ladies... hope you will take an action towards this problem, thank you.

                                    I am Dhanasekar. residing at A16 NGO B COLONY. TIRUNELVELI 627007. I am working as deputy manager in state bank of travancore. kalakad branch. Today i have waited for bus at NGO B COLONY bus stop to go nanguneri.[protected]. At the time of 8.05 AM one bus bearing no. TN 72 N 1555 was came and i show my hand to stop the bus. But the driver was not stopped at the bus stop. please reply to my complaint, otherwise i will take legal action against the responsible persons. Regards Dhanasekar.
