Poor Bus maintenance

Yesterday i travelled from Chidambaram to chennai on PYB 595 Ultra Deluxe at 11 PM. Due to heavy rain and poor maintenance of the bus the entire bus flooded with rain water. Dangerous Swapping of drivers when bus is moving on the NH

Not providing the balance change

Not stopping buses in stop

Sir, I am karthick reside in vikravandi and its my native also. I work in chennai and I used to go to my home every week in tnstc buses. What's my problem is the tnstc buses are not stopping in vikravandi bypass. Being a recognised taluk the tnstc buses are not considering as a bus stop. Eventhough the gare for vikravandi from chennai is Rs. 83, but they're charging only 92 as like villupuram. they are not stopping in vikravandi bypass....

Booking Ticket

Unfortunately the booking didnt happen .But ticket amount Rs.475 has been deducted in my bank account. SETC Customer care does not attending my phone calls.
