Balance not provided

I was travelled from trichy to thanjavur via trichy to velankanni express. I gave the amount of rs.101 for ticket fare rs.31. The conductor said i will give the balance amount rs.70 later. But both o[censored]s forgetted to ask or give the amount. Now what should i do for getting the balance amount of rs.70.

Booking Ticket

Sir / Madam. I am Ramar .g, a registered user of www.tnstc.in.I booked e -ticket on 6-jun-14 from chennai to tirunelveli. Unfortunately the booking didnt happen .But ticket amount Rs.475 has been deducted in my bank account. SETC Customer care does not attending my phone calls. I want my money refunded within 2 weeks failing which lead to leagal action against SETC ....

Dear Sir, During Weekends, Sunday there is no buses at all from Tirupattur to Bangalore, where as from Tirupattur to Chennai every 10 mins there is a bus moving as special on sundays, I would like you to please consider peoples travelling to Bangalore also, on sundays, there were very less not even 2 hours once bus moving to Bangalore, even information board officer response is also very bad and irresponsive answers from him. I wrote letter to TNSTC Chennai - Cuddalore managers on 5th Apr'2014 again TN-32- N-3703 conductor. we catched bus at 1.42pm from Tiruvanmiyur but he given chennai ticket instead of tiruvanmiyur ticket, we reached at 5.45pm in cuddalore. also given 1/2 ticket to 2.5 old baby even showed birth certificate. I given complaint to cuddalore bustand TNSTC staff but he told me to write mail to TNSTC manager. Kindly take action immediately ....

very bad condition of bus

SIR, I BOOKED two TICKETS from karaikudi to chennai on 16/03/2014. i reached on time and get into the bus but the bus is very bad condition. how to say about seating arrangement if we sit on our seat front seats fall down on my legs whole night.. i complaint about this problem to conductor but he said i cant do anything.. and also i couldn't go bush back also. we very much irritated by this bus route 133UD. we think that UD bus is very clean...

Never go in TNSTC

I booked Ultra deluxe bus from hosur to Chennai, instead UD they have given normal bus and they force to travel in the normal bus saying a stupid reason" The bus is full of bugs and it went for service" Every one was fighting but the supervisor is not at all responsible at all... .Since its a sunday night we havent got any another bus and no other option. I cant forget the Night which i travelled in a hell. I never ever go in TNSTC again...

Unduly delay of the bus

I traveled on[protected]:15 PM from Nagercoil to Chennai by 295UD. The bus left Nagercoil @ 2:15 PM. The bus would have to reach Chennai @ 2:15 AM the next day. But it reached @ 9 AM with traveling time of 19 hours. It was the torture for the passengers. The bus was not in proper condition to ply for long distances.The authorities are requested take action....
