all bus drivers stooping d buses for d passengers but that makes d pedestraints to struggle those who r waiting to cross d roads while crossing as they r stopping d bus before d pedestrian crossings.. if so pedestrients have to wait till d buses taken off though no vehicle behind d bus comes .. but if d bus drivers stop d buses after pedestrian crossings it will be useful for d pedestriants to cross and look any vehicle comes before crossings.....

Worst condition , seats are very damaged

I had booked ticket in setc, ultra deluxe bus on oct18 2013, fri 9.25pm bus. Most of the seats are damaged and window glasses were broken and no window locks. it was not worth an ultra deluxe . When We asked the conductor about this, he didn't respond at all and refused to give the complaint number. In future pls avoid these buses because they are not safe as well. Didn't get tickets on sunday for last 6 years

Usually on sundays, From Mettur to Chennai i didn't get tickets. If i go on friday to get ticket for sunday they ask me to come on sunday. if i go on sunday they told all tickets are booked on friday itself. Conductors and Drivers itself giving the tickets to their relatives or known people. Please bring a online registration. This is very difficult for us to get a normal bus and go to chennai. Please consider this as high priority...

Bus need immediate maintenance

I am traveling in route no 131UD bus from chennai to Arantangi on 7th sep 2013. I would like to appreciate the driver, because of his patience and dedication in driving such a worst bus ever. Also i an not sure how people are commuting in this bus daily which is in terriblle condition. First the bus don't have sackupser on both rear wheels. Second windows are not movable and static. Unable to book ticket for consecutive third day.

It is really very poor, bad performance by the SETC site for the last three days (Today is 6th Sept 2013) & this problem still prevails. We (people) are not able to book ticket stating SERVER BUSY, TRY AFTER SOMETIMES for consecutive third day. Also we are not able to compliant about this in toll free number (getting busy tone). What to do now? What is happening in SETC? Are the insider in corporation booking tickets for their convenience...

Booked tickets through TNSTC login and unable to cancel the tickets

I have booked tickets in tnstc through my login on[protected]. one ticket for Trichy-Chennai travel on 6th september (PNR no T5537182) and two more tickets for Chennai-Trichy travel on 9th september (PNR no B5537323). poor maintenance

This is about the poor maintenance of setc ud bus running between Chennai and Trichy. Few of the seats were only in good condition. Some of them are completely broken. The conductor doesn't have a answer, he simply regret. Take some action to look after the maintenance of buses that too running long distance....

Passengers suffering due to Drivers/Conductors refuse to stop bus at its compulsory stop

Sir, I took a bus with my ailing mother (A21 – Express) from Chrompet today (21.08.2013 at 05:50 PM) (Bus no: TN 01 N 5745). My mother is 60 years old and we went to Chrompet to consult a doctor for her ailments. Bus not stopped in the bus stop

I usually board the bus 100 C (Cheranma nagar to Gandhipuram) from mani school at 8:10am. The bus arrives at Gandhipuram and then leaves to Cheranmanagar via Ganapathi. The bus driver Mr.Shanmuganathan was driving the bus today(06,Aug,2013). It is the usual practice of him as not to stop the bus at bus stops.
