Bus conductor misbehaved and not allowed to travel

Sir, I am karthick reside in vikravandi and its my native also. I work in chennai and I used to go to my home every week in tnstc buses. What's my problem is the tnstc buses are not stopping in vikravandi bypass. Being a recognised taluk the tnstc buses are not considering as a bus stop. Eventhough the gare for vikravandi from chennai is Rs. 83, but they're charging only 92 as like villupuram. they are not stopping in vikravandi bypass....

I am travelling from Kalpakkam to Water tank stop [Akkarai] daily. I am using ECR buses. Most of the time I give exact cash [Rs.37 in normal bus, Rs.50 in SETC & Rs.75 in AC buses]. Because of getting free food for driver and conductors, they stop at motels but actually the passenger get lots of troubles.I think the motels run by local political rowdies.They fix the rate themselves and refuse to give change .For that they give any other unworthy products with own rate.Today I questioned why are you doing like this.Their reply is like threatening("Kondruven""olunga poidu da illaina")then many other words.Superb tnstc.shame...

I was travelled from trichy to thanjavur via trichy to velankanni express. I gave the amount of rs.101 for ticket fare rs.31. The conductor said i will give the balance amount rs.70 later. on 10.5.14, by 4.32 pm, i boarded the TNSTC Villupuram bus reg.no.TN32 N 3798 at Mariamalai nagar bus stop. I wrote letter to TNSTC Chennai - Cuddalore managers on 5th Apr'2014 again TN-32- N-3703 conductor. we catched bus at 1.42pm from Tiruvanmiyur but he given chennai ticket instead of tiruvanmiyur ticket, we reached at 5.45pm in cuddalore. also given 1/2 ticket to 2.5 old baby even showed birth certificate. I traveled on[protected]:15 PM from Nagercoil to Chennai by 295UD. The bus left Nagercoil @ 2:15 PM. The bus would have to reach Chennai @ 2:15 AM the next day. But it reached @ 9 AM with traveling time of 19 hours. It was the torture for the passengers. The bus was not in proper condition to ply for long distances.The authorities are requested take action....
