I booked a ticket from Chennai to Shencottah for the 6th of April under the name Bala Subramanian. The app stopped working after the payment was made and the ticket was not booked. The amount was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.

              Chennai to Pondy to Chennai enroute pit stops - restrooms in worst condition. Especially Ladies toilet in Marakanam has no doors or latches.
              They have only 2 toilets and sometimes one is clogged.
              Please notify to the concern and rectify this issue since lakhs of commuters are using this highway.

                I am giving 100rs.for ticket amount in Tirunelveli to Tenkasi ac bus The ticket charge is 72 but I give 100 but he ask for 2 rupees I don't have a change he relied very rudely and ypu must bring 2 rupees but that time only I take amount from atm so I explain but he didn't accept it my co passenger give me 2 rupees and then he gave remaining change

                  Hi,

                  On 04th March 2023, I tried to book a ticket from Madurai to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.505 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I could not note down the TNSTC Reference Number as it was gone after the transaction failed. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    I travel daily from Villupuram to melmaruvathur for my work. I used point to point service from Villupuram to Chennai on 04.03.2023 every morning 06.30am in TN 32 N 4446.
                    I have waited in the bus for the conductor, he came around 20 minutes late and completed the gave ticket and get down after 7mins
                    The provision of points to point service without conductor is to reduce the travel time and travel time is not reduced it was extended because o[censored]navailability of conductors
                    I wanted both driver and conductor to be more responsible in future
                    And it not a complaint but it is a suggestion from public.
                    Hope you observe that area of work.

                      Dear govt we are totally 5 members, we are living in kalpakkam, in sholinganallur water tank stop bus today from sholinganallur to kalpakkam at night 8:30pm we are standing for 2 hours, there 2 bus only comes, we are get in bus, Bus number TN68N1050 . conductor said in kalpakkam bus stop we never stop, we asked 3 to 5 times to stop in kalpakkam, he said, (I PUT TICKET TO PONDICHERRY ONLY) You need to buy pondicherry ticket only, some passengers support me, after that conductor said i stop in bypass only, he never accepted to stop in kalpakkam bus stand, we accept to stop in kalpakkam bypass, and he give kalpakkam ticket for each person 60, we gave cash also, but he never stop the bus in kalpakkam bypass and bus stand also, he stop in away from the kalpakkam 4 to 5 km, we asked to stoped...that's the time conductor speak some unnecessary words and and he said u can do any thing and also diver speak in very bad word, and driver stoped the bus in high way road, Some unknown road... In every time same problem happens... i attached some photos also, pls support passengers...

                        While I was travelling in this bus, the conductor refused to allow Melmaruvathur passengers, and more importantly, he scolded all passengers for no changes for bus tickets, and I gave Rs 100 for ticket balance rs -4 not give, instead this conductor told me when I was asking balance rs he told me give me 6rs I give 10rs but that time I don't have changes, not only for me he doing same thing for all passengers, please take action.and thank you bus no (TN 45 N 4021) date 1/3/2023

                          On 22.02.2023, I made two payments to SETC in the browser version as a guest by using Google pay & Phonepe. But after deducting the amount in the bank, the transaction got failed and I didn't get a ticket. I have contacted GPay & Phonepe, but they are instructed to request a refund from the merchant as the transaction was successful. Here I enclosed the UPI transaction ID's. Kindly check and initiate a refund as soon as possible.

                            There is happening a scam which is done by all white board bus drivers they plan accordingly that all the buses goes one behind the another at the same time this will help them not get too much female passengers and also helps to prolong the waiting time which will eventually lead people to get into the deluxe bus. One situation bus comes back to back all In one route 7 to 8 buses will come but the opp route no bus will be available this happens mainly in 14m bus which goes from medavakkam koot road to ngo colony. Please kindly do the needful to resolve this issue thank you

                                Place: sethunagar, muthupettai, ramnad.

                                Bus driver and conductor are not allowing us(2 members) to board the bus due to free ticket(Ladies). Even though, we are ready to pay for the ticket but still refused to allow us to board the bus.
                                And the behaviour and speech also very rude.
                                Can you please take a look and ask them to speak politely to passangers.
                                Please take actions to avoid this kind of behaviour in future.

                                      The bus driver and conductor was not aware of route details. It is 570S deluxe bus number TN 01 AN 3654, PAJ 1865 from CMBT to siruseri. It was around 6.15 pm on 26th feb 2023. I asked conductor about route that where will be the stop, he didnt know the routes. I asked driver about route, he shouted at me for no reason. But, he played songs using bluetooth while driving with high volume. This is so frustrating. He should not have shouted at me in front of everyone.
