On 25/01/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Trichy in SETC App. Amount Rs.755/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

    Complete ### about tnstc..The town buses for sub urban areas are totally making fool out us .. We as common people choose public transport as we are common people. The bus drivers are too lethagic . I am a college student staying in hostel come to my home once in a while like twice a month whenever I come to Avinashi (In tirupur) and wait for my area bus It will never come..what a bad luck I am having.As my parents having work I don't want to disturb them.So i choose to come by bus it will always disappoints.The buses are 1G, A7 as these buses were only running in our area . I kindly request you to solve the problem so the people here and I would not suffer and disturb my parents..

      40 H is main bus from Avadi, which functions from morning, from 12.30 to 2.00 (12.30, 12.50, 1.00 1.20, 1.50)these are timings with more frequency as stated by mobile apps and TNSTC, but recent month times, the busses being stationed in depot not even single bus came to pick people and the reason being lunch time, bus need to come from pattabiram which is absurd and common answer by timekeeper bus will come just 5 minutes, it will come sharp 1 all these. We People depend on these bus for transport and it's college time, we often tend to miss our work..I would wish that this will regulate bus timings and frequency and proper time board maintenance, efficient time checking by the incharge timekeepeer

        We are not having adequate buses and on time buses from Tirunelveli To Papanasam route... Mostly we don't have enough buses or on time buses at peak hour for this route.. (7.30 to 9.00 a.m).. we working people mostly affected badly... Please consider our request and make necessary arrangements for this issue...

          Respected Sir/Mam,
          One of the chennai bus conductor (TN 32 N 3691 )in Kallakurichi bus stand not allowed me to enter the bus because I have to reach Ulundurpet. He said that this is the chennai bus and I will take passengers to chennai alone.. And he said that you guys are not allowed to take a journey in this bus.. He talked in a extremely rude and harsh manner.. While Ulundurpet is in the route to chennai, why this bus conductor not allowing us to take a ride? kindly look into this matter in a serious manner.. This is extremely causing defamation to citizens..

            Respected sir/madam
            I am a young girl working in the health care sector. I take public transport for my travel to work. But the way the bus drivers and the conductors treat the women are unbearable. They often do not accept us to board the Bus may be due to free transportation for women. They behave very rudely with the elder Citizens who are once the pillars of our country. They often take off the bus before the students as well as the young women board the bus.
            So I hereby request you to provide us with safe transportation rather than providing us with free transportation.
            I hope you will look into this and take proper action regarding it and help us know that the government which we choose is still there for us to protect.

              Respected sir/Madam
              Yesterday 25.01.2023, the tnstc bus I had book has been slated to depart from Thanjavur to Nagercoil at 10.15pm.
              As I'm new to the town, I faced difficulty in finding the exact location of the bus. The bus driver who called me over the phone verbally abused me in a very bad manner. So kindly look into it and instruct the workers to atleast be respectful. I've attached the details below. "[protected]" is the number which the driver used to verbally abuse me.

                Hello Sir/ Mam,

                I'm Safeek Raja J. I tried to book a bus ticket of (Dindigul to Chennai on 29/01/2023) on 25/01/2023 at 9:06pm. I've made the payment of Rs. 475 using my UPI id '[protected]@oksbi' with the reference number of '[protected]'. When I get back to the webpage after the payment, I'm shown with the error message. I'm attaching the screenshots of payment and error info. Kindly make a refund process to me after verifying my payment.

                      I was on time at koyembedu bust terminal but till that i didn't get my bus number or any contact from bus driver and conductor. They left without any information as i am only one reserved ticket for the bus. There is also no proper response from the service desk available there. Please consider this and return my refund amount.

                        Conductor is not at all listening the concerns for closing the Main Door and Cabin Door since they are not in operating condition even during this winter.
                        We passengers were not able to bear the cold fog condition for the whole night.
                        This has to be addressed soon.

                          On 25/01/2023 I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Erode for the travel date :27/01/2023. Seat number 34 A .Rs .410, amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I made the payment through UPI .The UPI transaction ID is[protected].

                            Error occurred while booking Ticket

                            Amount debited but ticket not booked. Today I had booked a ticket (both onward and Return trip) from chennai to Bangalore on 27th JAN 2023(07:30- 15:30) and return on 29th JAN 2023(23:15-07:15), Amount Rs.955 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. request you to kindly provide the refund at--[protected]@paytm.

                                The bus from trichengode to edappadi is not stopped at trichengode road stop. So we run to alternative stop which is sankari . Sankari is main stop between the trichengode and edappadi the bus not even stopped for 2 mins. We being students run to catch the bus but we always end up by seeing the moving bus. It lead us to wait another half an hour, it creates diffultculties. So I requested you to make the bus to stand atleast for 5 minutes. I hope you to take action regarding this.

                                  I was waiting for bus on sunday(22/1/2023) morning at 12:40 in shanthi Nagar bus bus, while I'm trying to get on bus with my 1 yr kid that bus driver has started the bus before I got in, i was about to fall from the bus with my kid
                                  That driver and conductor where so rude not only to me but also to my Co-passengers they treated a senior citizen without respect and also stopped the bus for nearly 15 min for their own grudge
                                  I request the government to take action against them, if you ignore this for sure on some day some one will lose their family only because of them

                                    I am working woman from coimbatore. (26-Jan-2023) morning 7:30am, Ukkadam bus stand. Bus number (TN38 N2767) . I boarded from "ukkadam bus stand" to "ganapathy" destination. As the bus was heavily crowded i called the conductor for tickets but since I'm a girl my voice was not so loud .The conductor was very ignorant and standing at the very last end of the bus. After 3kms from boarding he came to me and i asked ticket again but he instead of providing tickets Shouted at me in a colloquial slang, intimidated me, insulted me in public, creating panic attack for me, Aggressive body language. Since i was traveling without a partner he took advantage of my situation and dominated me in public place with his aggression. He collected ticket amount from me but it was a woman free bus i guess. He intimidated me very hard so i had to get down 3 kms before my destination and i walked the distance so i was late for my office. Please i beg the respective commanding person to take immediate strict action towards the conductor and the driver also for ignoring such a grieve failing to attempt and intervene the situation to neutralise it. It took me 3 hours to recover fully from the panic attack caused by this conductor. Please take immediate action and please please let me know what kind of action was taken to my email [protected]@gmail.com. I am attaching photo of the bus.
