On 1st Jan 2023, I booked a ticket to travel on 17th Jan 2023 from Salem to Chennai. Due to change in my travel plans, I cancelled the ticket on 11th Jan 2023. But the refund is not yet done. Please do complete the refund as soon as possible.

            On 17.01.2023 I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to vellakani in SETC. Amount Rs.2660/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

              Address: Bus stand thrinvelli

              At 0100 hrs, Dt 18.01.2023 we reached thirunveli bus stand along with my family members onna state transport bus as we are travelling from Rameshwaram to Kanyakumari.

              Ladies from our family went for urinal section, wherein the care taker upfront demanded Rs 5 from everyone, when I checked found Re 1 and Rs 2 mentioned over the wall specifically, which was concealed by care taker.
              When reasoned with him he tried to threatened me and tried to hit physically.
              Even we reached bus conductor for the same, he asked to us to raise a complaint.

                Bus is not coming in proper timing, dont have proper time frame.. more than 1 hour or 2 hours sometimes more than 5 hour bus is not coming.

                  On 16/01/2023, Monday, I travelled with my son (6yrs old) from Pallagoundapalayam (1 stop from Vijayamanagalam toll) to Perundurai..
                  I asked 2 ticket to conductor and it's about 10km, fare will be Rs.13/- each and he said Rs.26/-..
                  I had Rs.200/- note as well as Rs.20/- and i don't have any change,
                  For that he was very harsh and told why you are people travelling without change (Rs) and if you don't have change (Rs) means just walk...
                  And finally he dropped me with my son in mid of the road and it's around 1.3kms from Pallagoundapalayam...
                  Kindly take this complaint as serious and do the needful...

                      Worst travel experience was on TN 38 N 3206 SC: 5742, which took me from Pollachi to Coimbatore on January 16, 2023. The conductor was very rude to passengers and behaved badly toward the female passengers, demanding changes but failing to give them back with the correct ticket amount, failing to stop the buses at the proper stops, and the passengers were shouting on the buses for failing to properly maintain the vehicles at the proper bus stops. Please try to fix this problem, and you should warn the conductor to treat the consumer nicely. If he fails, he will undoubtedly ruin the TNSTC Name.

                        Hi Team,

                        On jan 16th 12:50 PM, I tried to book a ticket from Trichy to chennai for 17-Jan via TNSTC official mobile app. The payment was done. But the app refreshed and I didn't receive any PNR number and any information related to booking. The UPI transaction ID is[protected]. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir,
                          I’m travelling from arakkonam to tirutani in the bus which was running from Kanchipuram to Tirupati with the register number as TN21 N 2003 on 16/01/2003 (Monday - 11.00 AM). The ticket fare was 11/- rupees. I gave him 50/- since I didn’t have a proper change for tha fare . The conductor was scolding me in front of other passengers arrogantly for not having proper change. Please take any action as requested on the conductor.
