    I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Salem in AC Sleeper Class for Rs. 1535.
    the amount was debited but I did not receive my ticket. when I visit the webpage after payment it shows error. So please refund my money. My transaction ID is[protected] and it was done on 22 December 2022 at 7:30A.M.

      ஐயா, நான் 21.12.2022 அன்று தூத்துக்குடி பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் 4.20 மணிக்கு திருச்செந்தூர் செல்லவிருக்கும் பேருந்தில் ஏறினேன், பேருந்தின் முன்புறம் இராமநாதபுரம் என்று எழுத பட்டிருந்தது. 5.30 மணிக்கு சண்முக புரம் ஸ்டாப்இல் இறங்க வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டதற்கு " இனி என் பேருந்தில் ஏறாதே" என்று என்னை மரியாதை குறைவாக பேசிவிட்டார்
      இது எனக்கு மிகவும் மனஉளைச்சல் ஏற்படுத்தியது
      ஆதலால் அந்த பஸ் conductor மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்

        Iam a college student waiting for thirunelveli bus (349) on muttaikadu bus stop i show the hands to stop but the bus not at all slowed down and stopped in the stop . I wish th government to resolve this issue

          I have booked SETC ticket from chennai M.G.R bus terminal, koyembedu to trichy on 20.12.2022 seat no 24w on 9.30 pm ultra deluxe. The amount rs 375 was debited from account but ticket not booked and showed error occurred. So please refund the amount attaching the screenshot for reference.

            I booked ticket from chennai koyembedu bus stand to trichy on 20.12.2022, time 9.30 pm 24w seat ultra deluxe setc bus. the transaction was completed and amount has been debited from my account but the ticket was not booked and showed error occurred. I have the receipt for my payment please refund my amount.

              I booked ticket on 20 Dec 2022 from Erode to Chennai for the date 25 Dec 2022. Amount of Rs 910 has been debited from my account but the ticket is not booked. Bus time 23.00 and seat number is 4UB. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                          Hi, unfortunatly I lost my laptop bag on saturday (16th December 2022) while I was travelling from taramani to koyambedu on M70 (thiruvanmayur -koyambedu). I took the bus at taramani around 8.10 pm and reached koyambedu around 9.15 pm . I've attached the bus ticket for reference. Kindly took action to retrieve the bag. The laptop bag will be found inside a yellow wooden handle bag(kattapai) .

                            I have booked a ticket from Pudukkottai to chennai on 18 Dec, 200.

                            The amount ₹425 was debited from my account but the ticket is not booked and didn't recieve any confirmation.

                                Day 13/12/2022 At 9 pm. She boarded bus 1to1 from Thanjavur to Coimbatore to reach Thanjavur to Trichy quickly.After half an hour, the bus left the bus stand. The bus was standing for almost half an hour. The conductor should have checked whether the ticket was taken. He did not do so. When he left halfway, when he paid to get the ticket, he dropped her halfway, saying no change...The passenger was left feeling very distressed.. This journey, which was supposed to go quickly, was interrupted halfway through...Is it legal for a conductor to drop off halfway saying no retail?Appropriate action should be taken against him...

                                        I travel gandhipuram to ukkadam by Sangeetha travels on 12/12/2022
                                        The conductor collecting the payment and giving tickets it's cost 20rs . I payed that cost but I did not receive my ticket so I am disturbed from this reacting that's while I registered this complaint bus no tn 37 by 1177
