Trichy district thuraiyur tnstc depot last bus service from thuraiyur to trichy is very late. Some times they operate 11.45pm some times 11.15Am night time
Some times 11pm itself. Actually they don't operate correct time. Depot managers not consider about this issue. Every week this is big issue. Every week i travelled from thuraiyur to trichy so many public people are affected. So kindly make serious action about this issue... vera...

I boarded a bus at Madurai.At that time, I lost my yellow big shopper which was full of dresses. I didn't know the bus number. But I departed at Thoothukkudi. And the final destination of that bus was Tiruchendur. So please help me to find my bag....

On 26/11/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from thanjavur to chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.395/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

I am an regular passenger from Kumbakonam to Karaikal. The actual time to reach Karaikal bus stand is 1 hour 35 minutes but at the night the bus is taking 2 hours 15 mins which takes too much time. Today I got to travel in a TNSTC bus No. 89 from Salem to Pallipatti. I'm a senior citizen women. I travelled with my 3 year old grand daughter. The conductor has literally illtreated me asking very rude questions in local language stating, if you see a bus, do you get into this? Etc.. Etc.. It was so offensive and rude that even a older me can handle. He has literally treated me very bad. Kindly enquire this.

Hi,

51 bus are going 1 hr once. For eg 8. 15 went all 51 bus departed. Around 5 bus at a time departed. In that First 2 only full.after that 1 hr there is no bus. Likewise every day facing same issue. I am in Velachery at 9 am but I get bus 10 am total 5 51no buses same time....

Dear sir/madam,
I was traveling from Bangalore to hosuru by bus. I didn't have the change so bus conductor was telling me to get down from the bus in the middle of the way, and also behaved very worst. Same thing happened with another women passenger also.
Kindly take the necessary action on him and help the passengers.

While travel in the bus route from punjai puliampatti to sathyamangalam (bus no: 6B/10, timing 12.50 pm, date:[protected], the bus conductor speaks horrible and hard words before issue the ticket to me. It's hurts me alot in the bus. Not only me he spokes to everyone in the bus like hurting the peoples in the bus. Please took an action as soon as possible.
