I have tried booking on tnstc app and while paying it showed error msg and noo ticket has booked but my money has been debited to tnstc account

    Sub: My bus got cancelled - need help with my refund.

    I have booked 2 tickets from Salem to Tirunelveli. The journey date is 12/11/2022 and the time is 23.00. PNR no: T39070029. The origin of the bus is from Bangalore at 18.00. On 12/11/2022 around 17.30, an officer from SETC called me and informed me that the bus got cancelled and he could arrange another bus which was 2 hours later. As I was in a urgency, I didn’t want...

    Hi I have tried booked a ticket from Chennai to theni for 16/12/2022 @ 9:15 pm, trip code of bus is 2115CHECBANS, I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached the screenshot), money RS 555 is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP.         In Ammapettai-614401, Thanjavur Dt. ( Under tnstc- Kumbakonam, Trichy to Vailankanni route) Newly formed bus stand ( Muthamil Aringar Kalaingar Karnanidhi Peroondhu Nilayam) is active from December 2022. No Mofussil buses are using this bus stand. They loading and dropping off Passenger on road itself. In need of Moffusil Buses passengers are pushed to wait on road.
        Kindly take necessary action to ensure all Moffusil Buses to use the newly formed bus stand for the sake of Passengers..

          Hi Sir,
          Am a resident of Velachery AGS colony. Earlier we had the S13 mini bus traversing from Velachery Bus stand to Guindy that goes via AGS colony and other short routes. But there was a road work which was going on and hence the service was totally stopped. Now the road is normal but still the bus is not operating. Because of this the residents have to take 2 buses to reach the area inner. Also the 2 buses(S13+M9) frequency is very less and people have to wait for atleast 30 mins for the bus.
          Now, we have offices opened, it has become very difficult to operate and in auto, they charge around 100 to reach Vijaya Nagar.

          It will be really helpful to sort this out, mainly for the working people and school students.

            My PNR number T39585634. unfortunately my booked bus was cancelled and they arranged one more bus but that bus is dropped in another location.. this is kind of irritating thing .. now how can I go directly to my native.. or give me some amount for another bus .. because I booked till my home town.

              In kottampatti all bank staffs are working from madurai. Daily eve after 6.30pm bus services not available. So we heir taxi to reach the home it's very expensive. Public transport is working for peoples services but in service sector bank staff also suffering from your poor service. Kindly take this issue atleast every 30mints please provide bus atleast till 9PM. Today 6.30to 8.15 no buses came.last Friday 8PM to 9.30Pm no bus. Thursday also same issue so kindly arrange bus frequency from kottampatti to madurai.

                I'm a bank staff working in kottampatti. I'm residing in madurai. Whenever some festival days come all the Trichy 1 to 5 bus are routed to special spots and we have to bus to travel. Today 6/12/2022 from 6.50 pm 'm standing in kottampatti bus stand for more than 1.30hr still i didn't get bus to madurai.

                  On 03.12.2022 Saturday morning 20B Bus ( TN33 N 2815 ) morning trip 5:40am time departure from Anthiyur bus stand to Nanjamadai kuttai not came to bus stand. Driver skipped driving via bus stand and reached to destination on time. I am waiting from 05:15am to 6:15am with my family in bus stand. Kindly enquiry and do necessary arrangements it will not repeat in future again.

                    I was traveling from coimbatore to salem. Bus no - TN30N2038. Date - 5/ 12/2022. The bus departed at 10pm.They were playing loud music. I had little cold. I requested the conductor the reduce the volume. He spoke so rudely. He said for one person I can't reduce the volume. They seem not to care at all. I got headache followed by fever. It's one of the worst sevice. Government should be for people sevice.

                        In the attempt of booking 3 tickets for the bus route Pudukottai to Chennai on 4th December 2022, the transaction was successful but the tickets have not been booked (booking failed) . The booking failed even after trying 2 times and the money is debited from the account both the times but ticket is not generated. So I request you to initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

                          I had booked 3 tickets from virudhunagar to Chennai on 3rd December 2022 the transaction was done (the UPI transaction reference :[protected] .but the tickets weren't booked and i waited 2 days and the refund is still not done and when I checked in the refund status page it says refund cannot be done ...pls do the needful

                            I called TNSTC Tirunelveli mobile phone number to enquire/suggest about 1) bus service to Medical College Hospital from Railway Station and 2) to give feed back/complaint about the absent bus services from super speciality Hospital to New bus station (4 am and 4:15 am services) since I had to wait for 40 minutes since 4am at KrishnaHospitalstop. The first bus came at 4:40 am only.
                            While I started telling about the first complaint itself the person attending the phone call got irritated saying it was head office. I asked if it was Chennai office. He said yes. Then I asked for Tirunelveli number. He then said it was Tirunelveli Head office only. Then he said it was not their business to change/correct name board of buses. Then I said that the way he was talking itself showed his attitude of not welcoming the feedback. He could have guided me to contact appropriate number if I had calledthe wrong number. Then why are they advertising saying to contact that number for feedback. I said thank you and disconnected the call.

                              Vellore to vilupuram bus 216 not entering in arani bus stand. They just passed out without any announcement. Aged peoples and childrens all are waiting in bus stand. In this regards asking time keeping office. They simply told the next bus timing. Always it happens. Kindly take necessary action in this regards.
