I was traveling from tirunelveli junction to tirunelveli new bus stand on 3 Dec 2021 on 3.50 pm.i had not have an proper ammount to take ticket.the ticket price was 10rs.I had 500 rs only...Then i gave it to the conductor of tirunelveli new bus stand to senkottai SFS number 121..he gave ticket and return back the ammount of 480 only..So i asked for that 10 rs..He scold me infront of the public inthe word of you have to give me wright ammount otherwise i will to like this...so it was not fair to me

I booked 1 ticket from madurai to chennai on December 3rd 2022 amd the fare was 505rs which was debited successfully but i have not received any confirmation of ticket yet. kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap.

Daily we are waiting for bus driver and conducter at avadi terminal. They are coming late to take bus at terminal. We are waiting daily for large time for them so please look into this issue and clarify the situation

I lost my bag in the bus.

Kindly help me with the procedure, if needed I can come to bus depot.

I was traveling to college regularly in government bus from tirupur to grd college most of my colleagues travell through government bus. But most of the government bus are not stopping in the stop. They are stopping only at hope college. And in aravind hospital bus stop, they are not stopping in the grd bus stop. So we the college students has to walk for a long distance to get the bus at evening times while returning from Coimbatore to tirupur.

While moving from tirupur to coimbatore also they are not stopping if we the students asked the ticket for grd college bus stop the conductor and driver are asking to get down from the bus at tirupur it self. Then how we students can reach the college. Most of the busses were doing like this .
Today(30/11/2022) i came through this bus no: N 3382
I asked the bus driver and conductor to stop on grd college bus stop but they told me to get down from the bus because this bus will not be stopping there. I need to go through private bus to have a stop over there. Why all the private bus are stopping in grd college stop and why all the government buses are not stopping.
Not stopping makes the students to worry resulting in waiting for private bus or to walk over a long distance.
I kindly request you to put a rule to ever bus driver and conductor at the college bus stops. It is beneficial for both the students and government. The revenue collection in government will be increasing further.

In Trichy city ponmalaipatti to gh direct bus no 16A .I'm standing in jailcorner busstop and show hands for stop the bus but, the driver slowdown the bus only how 40km/hr speed slows and how fast the passenger runs ? So, every busstand even one passenger in it slowdown full speed and get them .thats my complaint thank you

TN-38 N 3244. Date 29/11/22 Time 7.00 am thirupur to pollachi.i watched many more time the driver and than contracter both were talking too much that driver taken speed only 40 km per hour.but there roads are nothing any traffic.accualy this bus is express also .we told them can you increase in your speed but he don't mind.

Under TNSTC - Kumbakonam Number 26 bus which enroute Thuvakudi doesn't stop when it saw women on busstops.
This free bus scheme is not in service nature for elderly and aged people. They cannot run and chase the bus.
This free bus scheme is announced in welfare motive, but it is not reaching the end citizen who is in middle class level
Even we are ready to pay for our travel as earlier, but this free bus scheme disrespects us and doesn't serve the people
Kindly take necessary action.

I have recently booked a ticket from chennai to trichy at 26/11/2022 for travelling at 30/11/2022 for amount 430/- which was Debitted from my account but then it shows error and the process failed now i again have to book a ticket to travel and then this time i booked but the amount for the first ticket is not refunded yet so please refund the amount as soon as possible.

On 27/11/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Nagercoil in SETC. Amount Rs.850/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

2) I called TNSTC help desk who gave me 5 mobile numbers and none of them helped me to get the bus ?
I am begging my money 500.00 back to me ?

Trichy district thuraiyur tnstc depot last bus service from thuraiyur to trichy is very late. Some times they operate 11.45pm some times 11.15am time no bus😡
Some times 11pm itself. Actually they don't operate correct time. Depot managers not consider about this issue. Every week this is big issue. Every week i travelled from thuraiyur to trichy so many public people are affected. So kindly make serious action about this issue

I boarded a bus at Madurai.At that time, I lost my yellow big shopper which was full of dresses. I didn't know the bus number. But I departed at Thoothukkudi. And the final destination of that bus was Tiruchendur. So please help me to find my bag.

Buses not available for puducherry above 1 hr from Thiruvannamalai.
