I have booked 3 tickets from Mannarkudi to Chennai on 29-Oct-2022. The timing for the bus for departing is at 21.00 IST. I have booked 3 tickets and the payment was completed successfully using UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation regarding the ticket.

I’m travelling from cuddalore to chennai for my college, As I took a bus(UD) in cuddalore bus stand and sat in a seat (no 19) . But the push back was not working. And the seat was in upright position . It hurts my back throughout the journey . I paid the same amount(205rs to guindy) for the ticket like the other but the comfort was not same as others . On 29/09/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Salem in TNSTC App for travel date (30/09/2022). Amount Rs.770/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I already put mail to [protected]@tnstc.in for request my refund, But still I not get any refunds.

Mr Satish Kumar, travelling by Bus from Puducherry to Chidambaram on bus number, TN68 N 0933 starting at 8:00pm was handled rudely by the conductor who did not wake him up at Chidambaram even after personal request. On 11/10/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Tirupati to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.645/- has been debited from my Bank Account. But ticket was not booked (showing as ticket booking failed).

Time: 20: 20 Hrs.
Tamilnadu Buses marked 444 Bangalore to Vellore. Were behaving unusually. Did not allow passengers from Hosur, Krishnagiri, Natrampalli, Vaniyambadi Byepass, Ambur, Pallikonda to board the bus. Only Vellore passengers were allowed to board the bus. Above mentioned names were on the display board.

Kindly took into it. And take action....

I have booked 6 seats on salem to chennai NON-AC sleeper SETC bus and 2300 amount debited from my account ..But the ticket details are not generated and not booked and this is the transaction number :[protected]...

I had a bitter experience while traveling from Trichy to Mayanur today(20.10.2022). In Trichy central bus stand I am searching for the bus to mayanur at 10.15PM.
